Author notes: This is inspired by the fanfic, Huntik: Treasure of the Gods. Yes, I know that I made Lok a bit OP in this fanfic.
Quick question because I want to hear your opinions on this. I am having Lok end up getting to the Cavalier amulet before Rassimov can in episode 18; Memory Lane. Cause we never saw the Titan do anything in the shoe and I feel like it would be a good fit for Lok's titans. Leave a review if you have any thoughts on this.

"Someone Talking"
Lok was currently staring out the window, at the number of suits in the courtyard. Lok saw that two people in different attires were standing and giving orders to the suits. Lok immediately asked Dante both if he knew them, and if so who the were.
"The big blond guy in military attire is Grier, unlike other Organization members he's honorable. He's got a bruiser of a Titan as his go to in the Meso-Titan bear, Breaker. The one in charge of this group however is the polar opposite, a man called Defoe. He prefers to use poison titans and spells, like his kreutalks and the spell poison fang."
"Great, are we sure the house will be able to stop the amount of fire power that they will throw our way." Lok said turning to look at Dante.
"Don't worry the only thing that can get past the defenses built into the house is via a mole." Dante said trying to be reassuring.
"Dante's right Lok, I doubt the Organization would be able to get up you from these walls," a familiar, gravelly, and high pitched voice came from above.
"Wait!" said Lok while looking around to see where that voice came from, "I've heard that voice before when I was looking through my dads journal before it got damaged."
"I'm Cherit," Spoke the voice as Cherit was revealed to be to a small, mostly white, gargoyle like Titan that flew down from the ceiling to give Lok a proper greeting.
"You're a Titan!" Exclaimed Lok, "I didn't even know that titans were able to even talk like humans?"
"Don't worry most titans don't talk, but Cherit is a rare exception to the case." said Dante as he turned to Lok, after he had gathered some things.
"While we're on the subject of titans, what do you currently have in your arsenal at the current moment?" Dante asked.
"Right now, I've got four titans Gawain, Arawn the Hunter, Lindorm, and I've just obtained my dad's Kipperin amulet." replied Lok.
Dante merely nodded at the titans Lok had on hand, "A good group with two close quarters titans in your Gawain and Lindorm."
With that Dante began grabbing his things, which startled Lok, "Wait Dante, why are you grabbing your stuff? Aren't we safe in the house?"
"Oh don't worry we are, but don't forget about you father's journal we still need to solve it." Dante said while holding the journal to show Lok.
Shortly after they had begun going up the stairs to get to the upstairs of Dante's House. While at the same time they kept hearing shouting coming from the group outside. At this time Cherit asked Dante, "Quick question Dante, are you planning on using the roof exit to get out of the building?"
"Wait we're going to make our escape via the roof, but what if we end up getting spotted?" Lok asked, being taken by surprise at what the other two were planning to do.
"Oh don't worry Lok, we'll be extra careful so that doesn't happen," Dante said calmly.
While they had been talking they ended up having arrived at the entrance to the roof of Dante's house, and then the trio began to stealthily entered the roof area of the house. Quietly Lok followed Dante and Cherit who were making their way around the back of the group of suits. Suddenly Dante caught the group's attention after he loudly jumped onto the ledge of the roof.
"That's quite a nice house your looking at, you wouldn't happen to be dabbling in real-estate?" Dante yelled mockingly to the group below them.
To add insult to injury, and further piss off the group that was below them, Dante brought out the journal. "Well here I was thinking that you were a group of book collectors, considering you had previously been chasing after this," Dante condescendingly said to them. He then began to walking along the rooftop waving the journal at them.
"Well if you guys want this your going to have to chase us in order to get it," he continued to taunt them by waving it around, "I just have to warn you guys, that one of my hobbies happens to be collecting suits."
Lok was honestly shocked, "DUDE! What are you even doing? You told me that your house was heavily protected to be able to defend from suits."
"While it is protected, the same can not be said for the houses belonging to my neighbors." Dante said quietly so that only Lok and Cherit would hear him.
While they had been talking, Defoe seemed really steamed about the fact that his supposed arch enemy had obtained the journal that he had been trying to obtain for the Organization. So Defoe shouted for all the suits to hear, "What are you morons waiting for! Get that book NOW!"
Following Defoe's orders the suits quickly went after the journal, using Hyperstride to pick up the pace.
"Well Lok, looks like it's time to go," Dante said racing across the rooftops with Lok easily falling into sprint behind him.
Thus, another game of Cat and mouse had begun as they began making their way over the roofs of Venice. While the suits were also utilizing Hyperstride to try and reach their targets, they also began firing off blasts of Raypulses no doubt hoping to pin down the trio.
Dante decided to pull a trick similar to what Lok had done previously by using Darkfog to envelop them, then they dropped to the street where they hid in a alley way. After a while Dante began leading the young seeker to a Huntik Foundation safe house, while they tried to avoid being seen by any suits, with them having to dodge a blast of Augerfrost from in front of them.
Looking for where the blast had originated from they found that standing on a bridge in front of them, were two suits being backed by two redcap titans.
"How many of these guys are there?" Lok was honestly exasperated at this point, he noticed that Dante and Cherit only smirked at his comment.
"Think of it this way Lok, You certainly cannot argue that it isn't good exercise," Dante said as he began looking for something in the pocket of his jacket.
Suddenly Dante, pulled out an amulet this one Lok recognizing as being from a Draco-Titan. After Dante smirked and yelled, "Defend, Freelancer."
In a bright flash of light pearlish pink light a armored knight arrived on the scene, he was around seven and a half feet tall. Along with his height he wielded a shield and lance combo.
Dante and his knightly Titan soon charged at the enemy on the bridge. Freelancer ended up sending one redcap flying, which soon got blasted by a Raypulse from Dante. Soon after Dante and Freelancer were once again back on the attack. However, because of their fighting it ended up attracting the attention of two more suits from the same way Dante and Lok had exited.
Fortunately, the two suits were stopped before they could do anything, with help from a very familiar face. Because Sophie dropped down on the two being aided by a lightly armored swordswoman, armed with a cutlass which the Titan used the but of the sword in order to send one of the new suits to the land of unconsciousness. While Sophie took the other suit down with a quick kick and augerfrost combo.
At the same time Freelancers shield blocked two blasts of Raypulse aimed at Dante who was dealing with the remaining redcap. Unfortunately for the suits before they could launch another attack, they were soon assaulted by a new ninja like character, with the man taking them out quite easily. While at the time Dante was able to send the remaining Redcap back to its amulet with a Raypulse.
With the battle having ended soon they split into two groups to talk Dante was with Lok, while Sophie was with Santiago.
"Is she a friends of yours Lok," spoke Dante no doubt thinking there's a chance for the two to be ambushed.
"That is Sophie Casterwill," began Lok, Lok noticed that Dante eyes had widened slightly upon hearing her name which confused Lok a bit, "You've heard of her?"
"No not her specifically, but I have heard of the Casterwill family, they're quite legendary in the huntik world." Dante corrected, "She will no doubt grow to be a strong ally."
Suddenly they heard Sophie say to her apparent ninja like bodyguard, "That will be all Santiago."
"As you wish, My Lady," Santiago bowed to Sophie and like a ninja he disappeared.
"Lok here told me that your name is Sophie Casterwill, correct?" Questioned Dante to make sure.
"You would be correct, and I take it your Dante Vale, am I correct?" Sophie asked respectfully.
"Anyways, not to be rude, but you wouldn't happen to have a place where we can catch a breather? Because I have a feeling like the Organization is keeping an eye on my safe house at the current moment in time." Dante asked the young lady, respectfully.
Sophie looked at the duo and easily nodded, saying she knew of a place to rest for the time being. With that they headed over to Sophie's house, and honestly it made Lok's apartment look extremely cheap. This is due to the building being rather large, with several floors. When they entered, they were immediately greeted by Sophie's butler, a older male that seemed very king, anyways his name was LeBlanche. He was quick to serve them each a cup of tea, which he was thanked for.
"So, Sophie, I take it your a seeker as well," Lok began saying once the trio was all settled in their seats.
"Yes, I've been trained, but obviously I am nowhere close to the level of the Huntik Foundations number one seeker," Sophie said looking in Dante's direction while talking.
"So, I take it that you have heard of me, anyways I have to thank you for allowing us shelter and a chance to get a breather. Unfortunately it would be wise for me and Lok to take our leave." Dante said.
"Wait you both are already leaving, but you both just got here?" Sophie said in surprise.
"We'll to put it simply, we need to get this journal to a Huntik Foundation safe house, so that we can hopefully figure it out," spoke Dante while showing Sophie the cover of the journal that previously belonged to Eathon Lambert.
Sophie immediately gasped in shock, once she had gotten a better look at the cover of the journal, "How on earth does that book have the design of the Ancient Amulet of Will on the cover of it?"
"I don't know, it used to belong to my dad, and I guess that he had been trying to find it for some reason," Lok to answer Sophie's question.
"But no one has ever been able to find a piece of it in over one thousand years, and not for lack of trying?" exclaimed Sophie.
"Aye you would be correct, and correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that a ancient Casterwill artifact ?" Spoke Cherit while asking Sophie a question of his own.
"Yes it is, and you certainly have to let me help," Sophie started before being interrupted by Dante.
"Look, believe me when I say I understand both of your reasoning for wanting to help me investigate this. Unfortunately I tend to work bettter alone, and I would be slowed down in the investigation with you two slowing me down." With that being said Dante began making his way out of the room. Unfortunately for him, Sophie quickly blocked his path.
"Is something the matter, or are you going to stand in my path?" Questioned Dante, an eyebrow raised.
"Many things are the matter right now, but the main thing for you is a possible job Mr Detective" Sophie said challengingly.
"I might be interested, you'll just have to let me know what the job entails first."
"The job is to both find out about whatever happened to Lok's father, while at the same time teaching the two of us how to be top Seekers like yourself."
"That's certainly not an easy task that you are wanting me to do," said Dante as he wondered what he could get out of this.
"If you take the job, I'll be more then happy to double whatever the Foundation is currently paying you."
"Plus, expenses?"
"I'll even include any expenses during the job." Sophie answered in assurance.
"Well then miss, I guess you have got yourself a deal," Dante said while holding a hand out to Sophie to seal the deal, which she took with a smile on her face.
That immediately brought a smile to Lok's face as well, and while Dante, Lok, and Sophie began to discuss possible plans in order to finds Lok's father. A shadow appeared to be watching and listening to them from a corner.
The next day Lok and Sophie were exiting the school having just finished their exams, but Lok hadn't really been focusing on it. Instead he had been to focused remembering all the things that had happened yesterday. The plan was that they would meet up with Dante, after which they would begin making their way to what Dante had informed them of a Huntik Foundation library. He still couldn't believe that Sophie had the money to bribe Dante to help them become better seekers, in addition to helping find both the ancient amulet of will and Eathon Lambert.
Just as Lok finished, he let out a tired and sad sigh, which caught Sophie's attention.
"Everything alright, Lok?" Sophie asked.
Yeah, everything that happened yesterday is just a lot to handle, and the suits ruined my dad's journal so that certainly didn't help," He replied honestly.
"Cheer up, and look at it this way if we can't restore the journal we can just follow your fathers' journey. Then we can find the ancient amulet of will that he had been looking for," Sophie said, while trying to cheer up Lok. She quickly saw Dante waiting outside for them.
"Yeah, guess your right," Lok replied as after they met up with Dante, they quickly began making their way to the library that Sophie told them about.
Once they arrived at the Huntik Foundation library, Sophie was quick to begin combing through the damaged journal to hopefully be able to salvage some of the information contained within it. At the same time Dante took Lok to one of the lower floors to learn about his current repertoire of skills and abilities.
"Ok Lok, seeing as how you've already told me what titans you currently, give me a general run down on what else you know?" Dante questioned.
"I was trained in the basics by my dad and once he disappeared, then later by my mom, and I was taught Darkfog, in addition to the defensive spell overshield," Lok answered truthfully, In addition I often found against my mom's titans in Solar and Lunar with me utilizing my Gawain, and Arawn titans.
Dante quickly nodded in understanding, however before he could say anything they were interrupted by Sophie's ninja like bodyguard Santiago. Who wasn't exactly keen on what Dante was allowing Sophie to do by joining his mission. So he challenged Dante to a fight with Santiago using a Bo staff, while Dante had grabbed a nearby mop to utilize as his weapon in this fight.
After a while of Lok and Cherit watching the two duke it out Lok decided to see if Sophie needed any help, and as the hours passed, both teens were getting annoyed at the lack of any progress. Sophie had turned to Lok and frustration clear in her voice asked, " are you certainly that you don't remember reading anything in here about the Ancient Amulet of Will?"
Lok quickly tried to go through his brain to see if he remembered anything, when he had a blast of remembrance something that seemed to have slipped his mind with everything that had happened yesterday.
"The secret of the Ancient Amulet of Will sleeps with the golem," Lok whispered to himself stuff he remembered reading about in his fathers journal.
"Huh, what did you say Lok?" Sophie had barely heard what Lok had just whispered to himself.
"Oh I just remember reading 'The secret of the Ancient Amulet of Will sleeps with the golem,' in my dads journal before it was ruined," spoke Lok.
Sophie hearing this quickly began racing around the library obtaining every book that contained myths about golems. Unfortunately it was at this moment that things took a turn south. For you see at that moment the doors of the library were literally blown off. Lok's heart nearly jumped into his mouth cause they found the organization staring them down. They seemed to have found where Dante's group had been working in. In front of the group of suits were the leaders of this particular group, Defoe and Grier, and they appeared ready to attack at a moment's notice.
"Knock, knock, I hope we didn't interrupt you while you worked," Defoe said mockingly.
"Alright Lok! Your assignment is to keep Sophie safe, and the minute that she finds the information she is looking for we leave."
"Gotcha!" Lok said, at the same time as they had been talking the suits had unleashed multiple Redcaps and Mindrones that swarmed the ground floor of the library.
Dante seemed to be smirking and pulled out a Meso-Titan amulet, and let out one of his go to titans, "Come out and play, Caliban!"
A bright flash of blueish light showed the arrival of a new Titan this one was a grey armored humanoid that looked aztec in terms of appearance, called Caliban, that quickly began racing, sword at the ready, at the enemies' titans. At the same time Dante and Santiago began tearing through the enemy suits. While the suits clearly had the numerical superiority, that mattered little when faced with the superior strength in Dante, Santiago, and Caliban.
It was at that moment that the organization member known as Grier entered the fight pulling out his own Meso-Titan amulet from his jacket, and shouted for all to hear, "Charge, Breaker!"
The Titan that was released was a armored and monstrous four armed bear with tribal marking, that quickly charged at Dante's Caliban.
With that Dante and Grier along with their respective titans began engaging one another in a all out fight. At the same time Santiago was taking down most of the suits, unfortunately a couple of them were able to slither their way upstairs, where Lok thought now would be a good time to unleash his heavy hitter, due to him having to protect Sophie who was looking for the book that they would need.
Sophie quickly noticed that Lok had started to pull up the right sleeve of his long sleeve shirt, to reveal a new Gaia Titan amulet, with Lok having finished he said obviously still angry about the fact that his dads journal had been damaged. "Lindorm, Cut them Down!"
The titan hadn't even finished being summoned before it was tearing through the suits and titans that were trying to get up the stairs ruthlessly sending everything in the way of the furry buzzsaw flying. The Titan uncurled to reveal the Titan of St. George, the wolf-like dragon Lindorm. Judging by the battle hungry expression on the titans face he seemed to want to fight some more. Which he proceeded to do by going after some of the enemies Suits and Titans. He was taking out chunks of the organization which seemed to just piss off the lanky guy leading the suits.
"Emerge, Kreutalk."
The leader sent out a flying manta ray that tried to attack Dante with a blast of acid. Dante countered this by once again bringing out his Freelancer to protect him from getting a acid bath.
Unfortunately while Lok and Sophie had been paying attention to the other staircase, two Suits had made their way up the opposite staircase both having prepared a Augurfrost each. Luckily Lok had been able to see them out of his peripheral and quickly countered the two spells with, "Armorbrand."
Lok formed a indigo colored barrier that stopped the attacks from hitting either Lok or Sophie, while at the same time giving Lok a chance to sic Lindorm on the two lowly suits. Which the wolffish dragon Titan was more then happy to oblige with the order that Lok had given it cause it soon barreled past where Lok and Sophie were and rammed straight through the two suits sending them flying and unconscious.
With that Lok and Lindorm had cleaned up any suits on the top floor, meaning the battle was now contained downstairs. From where Lok was on the upper levels he ended up watching Sophie's ninja like bodyguard, Santiago, call fourth a Ninja Titan, called Shinobi, that disappeared and reappeared behind a unaware Kreutalks, and sliced him in half with the warriors two swords.
Now that a good chunk of the opposition wer taken care of Sophie, Lok, and Cherit each carrying some book began making their way down the stairs to ground level to meet up with Dante and Santiago.
"Good news Dante, I was able to find what we were looking for!" Sophie said with excitement in her voice.
"Great, we'll then I guess it's time to take our leave from this place," Dante commanded. With that being said Santiago and his Titan quickly threw down some smoke bombs to cover their retreat and confuse the organization. Unfortunately even though the smoke was obscuring the Organization's line of sight. Defoe was able to hit one of the books that Sophie had been carrying knocking it to the ground. When Sophie was about to try and retrieve it Dante told her to leave it and they quickly escaped into a waiting car that Santiago quickly drove to the airport. They quickly arrived at the Venice International Airport, and waited as Sophie told them that she would get the tickets. Shortly enough Sophie was back with the tickets in hand.
"Lok, you seem down, everything alright?" questioned Sophie as.
"Just sad that the only clue to my dad was ruined so soon after getting it," answered Lok as he stared at the empty space of the ceiling.
Sophie knowing h what it felt like to lose a parent immediately put her hand on Lok's shoulder in comfort, "Don't worry Lok, we'll find him."
"Alright, Seekers we have a mission," Dante said as they began to make their way to where they were scheduled to enter the plane from. Lok had a gut feeling that told him that this encounter with the organization would be a very minor blip of the path toward becoming both a legendary seeker, as well as hopefully find his father.
