Getting to the cave was a short hike,only took about an hour to walk there,and the cave was really easy to spot.I didn't see anybody inside the cave,so I walked in.There were the remains of a few meals on the floor,a lot of corpses,but no Lykaon.I was about to leave when suddenly,I heard a voice behind me,"More food!Good.My pack is hungry."I turned around and saw a wolf looking man surrounded by wolves at the entrance of the cave.Suddenly,a bunch of waives surrounded me,not bitting me but preventing me from moving.I glared at the werewolf,"Lykaon,I presume."The werewolf smiled,"Give the man a cookie."He started walking around the wolf circle around me,"Tell me,what idiot walks over to my home?"I continued to glare at him,"The type of idiot who wants revenge.I am Paul Bryant."Lykaon took a step back and snarled,"I thought I kill the Bryants!You must be there kid.I always assume he died in the fire."h

"You assumed wrong.Tell me,what is your purpose of killing my family?"

Lykaon snorted,"For revenge!Zeuz turned me into this.He killed my children!I will kill every single one of his mortal kids,even the legacies."I assumed he was talking about me there,but I continued talking,"Well I am here to kill you now."Lykaon started to laugh,"What a joke.Only fire and silver can harm use!You have none."He started walking away,but I called out to him,"Tell me,do your bones break?"Lykaon ignored me,and sent fire along the entrance of the cave,trapping me with five wolves.Then they attacked.I dove out the way.and barely managed to dodge the wolves attack.One wolves was really quick and leapt at me,and I tried to strike it with my blade.It bounced off his skin,and I cursed.Then me to get messy.Next time the wolf leapt at me,I shot his left eye and stabbed his right eye.Like I hoped,the weapons pierced his eyes,and as he collapsed in pain,I shot him in the mouth.Another wolf slashed at me with his paws,and when I tried to block it,it only made the claws scrap down and pierce my arm.I sheathed weapons and step-sided a wolf as it lunged for me.Two more jumped at me,but I braced myself and caught each of them by the neck with one hand.I threw one at the other wolf,then snapped the wolf that I didn't throw's neck.Then I was knocked to the ground by a wolf as it slammed into my back.I grunted as I hit the ground,and tried not to wince as I felt a sudden pain in my ribs.Then one wolf grabbed my arm,and the other bite my shin.I screamed in pain as my shoulder dislocated by the wrenching of the wolf,and felt my right shin beating my eaten right through.I quickly used my free hand to punch away the wolf grabbing my arm,and smashed his skull with a rock I found.I kicked away the wolf biting my shin,and saw the mess.I was heavily bleeding,and it looked like I got a compound fracture;judging from the whole bone I saw sticking out.It grabbed my arm and quickly popped my shoulder back into place just as the wolf lunged at my face.I managed to stop one claw from getting my face,but the other side raked my face,getting my eye too.I felt pain unlike any other as my eye exploded in pain.I quickly put away the wolves hand,put him in a reverse chokehold,then snapped his neck.As his body collapsed,I realized something.I could only see out of my left eye.The wolf blinded me on the right.I know I should probably move,get up,but I am in too much pain.I have a few broken ribs,an absolutely mangled right shin,my left shoulder is killing me,and my right eye was blinded.He knew I was coming.I groaned as I struggled to stay conscious.Then I past out,a sea of pain engulfed me.

I woke up.That was a big surprise.I laid there,thinking I was still in the cave,but that wasn't thought ended when I saw the outlines of a tent.A silver tent.I must have been picked up by the Hunters,and they must have healed me.Almost makes me feel bad for fighting them.I tried to sit up,and after much painful attempts,I did it."Lay down.Thee are in much pain."I turned my head around and noticed I had to do it more to see Zoè,"No one says thee anymore.It is you.And thanks for saving me."Zoè shrugged,"It was Lady Artemis's idea.You flushed Lykaon away from his base,we just couldn't catch him."I was wearing a black undershirt,with my cloak over on the side.I grunted in pain as I stood up,and Zoè raised an eyebrow,"Thee should not leave.Thee are in no shape to go back to the fray."I put on my cloak,"I will live."Zoè shook her head,"The way you are?Not likely."She picked up a paper on the desk,"Patient Paul Bryant.Three broken rib,multiple compound fractures on the right shin,dislocated shoulder,and total blindness on the right eye."I put up my cloak,"At least I didn't lose my leg.I will kill Lykaon.Even if it kills me."I was about to leave,but Zoè started taking,"I can give you some help.Just answer one question."I sighed in exasperation,"Fine."

"What is your vendetta against Lykaon."

I glared at the trees,"He killed my family.I am a legacy of Zeus.He killed my mom and dad to wipe out my bloodline.He failed."Zoè nodded,"Thank you.This is all I know.Hephaestus knows all about what is going around in Germany.His territory.Ask him where Lykaon is.He is probably in the forge in Hamburg."Zoè tossed a bag at me,and I caught it,"That bag has your weapons and moonwater.It will act like nectar,but consumable by mortals.There is also a horse right outside this tent.You may use it."I nodded,"Thank you.But may I ask,why do you do this?"Zoè's eyes glazed over for a second before answering,"Because you are unlike more moral men.You throw yourself at danger.You fight well and with honor.Or at least for a man."The last part sounded half hearted,but I didn't comment.I nodded once in her direction,mounted my horse.And took off with horse.
