Hello to all, this is Chapter 16 of the new third Arc of Volume 6: Climax in Hueco Mundo!

Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.

Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!

Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 6: Chapter 16: The Strength in Teamwork! Despair, the Unreachable Ulquiorra!

Previously in DKR:

The Dark Lord's Executioners have proven to be a success with both the trained Sasuke and Selvaria were easily handling both the Gotei 13 and the Espada as well as Metal Sonic's more advanced upgrades.

Grinning at his superiority, the Dark Lord challenged the Head Captain Yamamoto to a fight of the death. He engaged him while Dark General Knight clashed against the Head Captain's Lieutenant. At first, both were doing well but the Shinigamis began to surprise them with their ''full power''. It was worse for the Dark Lord as his flames and dark powers could not contend against Yamamoto's hellish flames…

Only one chance; something Akumu had debated for a long time but he needed the power now and to show Evangeline what his true power can be like. So… he made his choice, swallowing his pride to achieve his goals; Dark Leader Dragon admitted his real name as Darkus and his full power awakened. Accessing his version of Burst Limit, Darkness Limit; Darkus entered his unstoppable Chaos Mode and turned the tide of battle as did Dark General with his stronger Aggressive Mode.

Of course, Aizen now interfered as the climax of this war will be decided among the current forces and the arrival of the Visored, going to protect the city that Ichigo values.

And now the conclusion... last left off in Chapter 11:

Traveling alone as she moves fast; Ruby looks around her and breathes heavily and hotly due to the hot desert she's moving across. She was hoping to come across a familiar face or caught up to someone but none… and pretty sure she's lost too. Instead, she's sweating up a storm and KINDA wishing she wears more... exposed outfits. She shakes her head, needing to focus.

"This place is a big kitty sandbox!'' Ruby expresses, trying to giggle about if Blake would- She immediately shakes her head nervously, yelling at herself. ''No wait! I am not going to ask Blake if she- No! I am not going to talk about-''

Now she's going mad because of the heat. Oh why doesn't she wear something more revealing for this DAMN heat. She should try to find a different outfit for next-

Suddenly, she blinks as she sees a trail of sand blasting across the horizon. She narrows her eyes, pulling out her Crimson Rose in sniper mode and takes aim. She gasps as she sees it's Ichigo- well um… the grumpy guy Ichigo and he's moving in a hurry.

Ruby smiles with relief as she puts her sniper away and dashes off, chasing after him.

Also somewhere in the same area, Danny is soaring in the sky as he tries to find the others down below.

''I should be close to…'' He begins to question, looking around across this almost empty sandbox. ''Somewhere, I guess?''

He then spots Ichigo dashing across the desert down below. Danny hums, wondering what's with him being in such a hurry. He sighs, going to regret as he proclaims. ''Going to follow him!'' He flies after him.

Ichigo doesn't look around his surroundings, dashing faster as he can sense Orihime up ahead… but so is Ulquiorra. He grits his teeth, speeding up faster as he has to reach there.

''Let me make it.'' He tells himself mentally, moving in so fast that he's arriving towards a tower. He dashes inside the large pillar-like tower, raising his head up as he can feel her… and him too. Squeezing the grip of Tensa Zangetsu, Ichigo puts pressure on his right foot before he leaps upward.

It happened fast. Orihime was brought to Aizen who began to bid his farewell, heading to Karakura Town to commence the ritual of the Oken. So he leaves with his remaining forces… leaving Ulquiorra in charge. When asked what to do with the woman to his master…

''She is unnecessary now.'' Aizen responds with a small smile, almost aware she will be saved by Ichigo Kurosaki as he looks narrowly at the 4th Espada. ''Do as you want with her.''

Without saying another word, Aizen and his men left and Orihime is left alone with the unemotional Espada. He begins telling her that her usefulness has ended; she will die here, alone and her friends will share the same fate. Even speaking of how humans try to escape the fear of death, hopelessness, despair and in the end, it is all a meaningless illusion.

But Orihime isn't afraid; feeling everyone fighting for someone as worthless as her and yet they're here because that is their friendship, that is what their hearts are telling them to do. She explains how they have feelings, a way to cherish those other than themselves; that their hearts are that closer to one and the other.

''That's what it must mean to ''be of one heart''. '' She ponders with a small smile, looking down, almost happy. However…

''… What is a ''heart''?'' Ulquiorra questions her unfazed, suddenly appearing in front of her as he raises his hand to where her heart would be. He starts questioning if it is the organ; if he rips her chest open, will he see it? Will he understand what that means?

Before this goes on, the room immediately shakes; a strong Spiritual Pressure is flying right under them that before they know it, the ground explodes and shooting up out of it is Ichigo. He gazes at them determinedly towards Ulquiorra as he somersaults and lands on the floor.

''Kurosaki-kun!'' Orihime utters softly. Ichigo doesn't respond; his eyes looking at her for a moment before he turns his sight towards the 4th Espada.

''Stay away from Inoue.'' He orders him firmly. Ulquiorra explains that he plans to do so as his main mission is to protect Las Noches and the Shinigami and his friends are a threat to the peace of the palace. He will not tolerate any more mistakes, unsheathing and raising his sword forward towards the human.

''I didn't think you would draw your sword first.'' Ichigo begins to say with a small smirk, thinking he would be the one to raise his sword first before he asks him calmly. ''Can I take it you consider me an equal opponent?''

''At the very least, I consider you worthy of destroying.'' Ulquiorra responds, charging forward. Ichigo responds back, coming at him as the two meet in the middle and swing their swords at the other. They clash, releasing a torrent of black-red outline and green energies. The impact creates a hole through the hole.

Orihime can only watch as the two warriors clash or rather Ichigo going at it more offensively but Ulquiorra is guarding more defensively and almost not even trying. She worries that the difference in their powers are still that far away, biting her lip in concern.

After slashing through an upward Getsuga Tensho firing a Cero, Ulquiorra observes that Ichigo tank that attack without his Hollow Mask. The Espada then expresses that saving Orihime is useless for she is one of the Espada. Ichigo protests as that's not his or anyone's decision but hers.

The fight continues as Ichigo has yet to land any damage on the Espada. Ulquiorra proceeds to unleash thrusting sword strikes and Ichigo is beginning to dodge the thrusting strikes, focusing on how Ulquiorra swings and then when least expected; he grasps onto his wrist. This shocks Ulquiorra as Ichigo swings with his all and slashes the Espada across the chest while slashing down a pillar.

''Kurosaki-kun…'' Orihime utters, taken back by what he pulled off. He continues getting strong, easing her nerves but only a bit. Ulquiorra quickly retreats, his bare chest exposed to show his 4th Espada tattoo but most importantly the shallow cut across it, bleeding slowly.

''The last time we fought, I couldn't read your movements at all.'' Ichigo begins to express before he forms a small smirk, confident in his improved strength as he mocks him. ''Is the reason why I've become able to read your movement because I've become more Hollow-like? Or you've become more Human?''

This sets an aggravation with the Espada, so much so he plunges his sword into the ground with such force that it breaks and rises in two heaps to Ulquiorra's left and right.

''Did you say I've become more human?'' Ulquiorra begins to question him, disgusted by those very words. ''You would assume that with your low level?'' As he erupts in Spiritual Energy, shooting his power dramatically to Ichigo's surprise.

He then dashes at him with Sonido, at first in front as Ichigo can still read him until he vanishes. Ichigo soon panics in horror as Ulquiorra has appeared behind him, swinging his sword at his back only to be suddenly blocked by Orihime's barrier, cracking and shattering into pieces soon after.

Ichigo is relieved as Orihime breathes.

''Why did you interfere?'' Orihime widens her eyes, staring upon Ulquiorra who's looking at her. She looks away, too afraid to stare at him.

''I am asking you a-'' The Espada begins to order her to speak only for Kurosaki to interrupt. ''Thank you, Inoue.'' Orihime looks up and blushes to see Ichigo smiling softly at her. She's happy for that single moment but she frowns, looking away from him.

It's when Ulquiorra reveals that she's one of them, no longer his comrade and this gets to the Substitute Shinigami, protesting loudly. ''I don't plan to let her suffer because of your damn brainwashing!''

He comes charging at the Espada, clashing blades as Ichigo pressures his jet black blade forward.

''Inoue loves her friends; they're all she has left!'' He begins to declare, recalling all the times Orihime is with Tatsuki or any of their friends; wanting their company due to her brother's death and how unfair this is to her. ''That's why I won't forgive you for taking her away from them. You or Aizen!''

Kurosaki pressures his blade even more before he swings with all of his might, sending Ulquiorra towards a pillar.

''THAT'S WHY I'LL BEAT YOU ALL AND TAKE HER BACK HOME!'' Ichigo yells furiously, swinging his blade with both his hands and fires a Getsuga Tensho, hitting Ulquiorra seemingly until the black-red wave is slashed in half by a single swing from the Espada.

''… Naïve.'' Ulquiorra proclaims, raising his left finger as he charges up his green Cero only for a speedy fast bullet pierces through his finger, blood exploding.

''What?'' The Arrancar utters in surprise, not even- Suddenly multiple shots are fired in rapid succession towards him. Ulquiorra quickly leaps away with precise evasion, moving around the bullet shots until he's away from Kurosaki.

The Shinigami and Orihime are shocked by who shot him but it wouldn't take them long as a rose petal flies past Ichigo's view and in that instant; Ruby lands beside him.

''I'm also really against kidnapping.'' She proclaims with a small smile, twirling the Crescent Rose from sniper to scythe mode.

''Ruby?'' Ichigo utters in surprise to see her here of all places. She eyes him and smiles, telling him. ''I saw you miles away and decided to follow you. Lucky me!'' As she looks back at the Arrancar who's finger has already been regenerated but Ulquiorra is clearly enraged.

Ichigo soon frowns as he tells her. ''Look, I appreciate you helping me but this is my fight.''

Ruby immediately startles by his declaration and yells at him in protest. ''This is no time about being macho and prideful!'' She fought that Voodoo Espada guy and he was really strong. If not for Sonic or Shadow; she would be dead. She can also tell this other Espada is on a different level, that and his number on his chest being lower than the other one. What she learned back in Vale is teamwork; to trust in your teammates and fight as one.

''I want to help because together, we can't lose! With our teamwork, how can we never lose!'' Ruby expresses with a wink which enrages Ichigo by her outlook of this situation, protesting. ''This isn't a damn game! Ulquiorra is-''

''I know it's not a game! I know that chalkboard white that guy is scary strong and why you need help!'' Annoyed by how he's treating her; Ruby yells back at him, fully aware that guy is not someone to joke around but also not someone to fight alone either. ''Please, we're heroes and us-''

''I'm not like Yugi.'' Ruby is silent by Kurosaki's words, gazing strongly at Ulquiorra. He's not like him; he used to fight all his battles alone and always found a way to win. This is no different.

''I can fight alone because this is who I am!'' Ichigo declares as he charges forward. Ulquiorra scoffs as he vanishes and the two swing, clashing blades again. Ruby panics, feeling the collision of energy.

''You refuse to accept help.'' Ulquiorra begins to question the orange haired human's decision to fight alone, finding him puzzling. ''You really are a strange one, human.''

Ichigo grunts as he dashes forward and swings his blade with multiple sword strikes that Ulquiorra easily reflects with his sword parries.

''…'' Orihime watches silently, frowning. She's worried how this is turning out and it concerns her if… if she should help Ichigo. She… she wants to but…

''Huh? So that's your boyfriend, huh princess?'' Orihime widens her eyes and turns around, panicking to see the two female Arrancars again as she screams. ''WA!''

''STOP SCREAMING!'' Loly yells at her, irritated by her freak outs. Orihime gulps, calming down as she looks at them and asks. ''A-are you here to kill me?''

Loly looks at her annoyed before she strikes a grin. ''What do you think!'' She proclaims excitedly only to just shrug her shoulders. ''But I changed my mind!''

Orihime blinks awkwardly, not following. Melody eyes her partner as Loly smirks, telling the woman she doesn't care about.

''You should be lucky! That cat Ichigo made me realize you're nowhere near Aizen-sama's league.'' She explains her reasons as she points her finger at Orihime. ''So I don't give a damn about you and you can keep that stubborn idiot over there!''

''Plus you healed us. Accept this as our way to thank you.'' Melony points out, causing Loly to groan furiously. Orihime is actually confused, blushing as she has to ask Ichigo how she befriended them.

''Besides…'' Loly then begins to say with a firmer voice, looking at the fight still going on. ''He's going to die.''

This shocks Orihime with a look of disbelief. Loly can tell and explain. ''There's a reason why Aizen-sama has strong respect towards Ulquiorra-san.'' She soon gulps, looking frightened. ''He's a demon. A literal monster.''

Orihime looks back at the fight while Ruby overhears that part, growing worried as Ichigo isn't able to land any direct hits even with his amplified blade covered in Getsuga.

''I told you it was pointless to fight me.'' Ulquiorra proclaims, swinging his sword once and its strong swing sends Ichigo crashing onto a pillar. He proceeds to dash at him and finish him only for Ruby to dash behind him, hesitating for a single second before she swings her scythe at his head. However, she nearly beheads Ulquiorra if he doesn't block the scythe's blade with his sword without looking. She groans, pushing harder as she fires the trigger switch and the back barrel of her scythe shoots out energy, causing her to actually push the Espada back and pushes him away. She then spins around rapidly like a twister, blowing out roses as she grinds her fast swinging form against the enemy.

''Pointless.'' Ulquiorra utters, flexing his spiritual energy as it blasts her away. She screams as he comes at her until Ruby switches the scythe to gun form and fires multiple rapid shots, one being a fire Dust that explodes and blasts Ulquiorra. The smoke quickly clears as the Arrancar emerges, unscratched, as he swings his sword at her. She panics, not going to be able to dodge this until the sword is intercepted by Ichigo and Tensa Zangetsu. Ulquiorra narrows his eyes as Ichigo cries out, pushing him backwards and fires a close range Getsuga, blasting the Espada backwards. Ulquiorra took some damage but nothing so severe.

Ichigo pants as he turns angrily at Ruby and tells her off. ''What the hell is wrong with you! I just told you to-''

Scowling, Ruby stands up wobbly as she yells at him, showing anxiety for him. ''I don't want to do anything when a friend might get themselves killed in front of me! I just… I want to keep my friends save too!''

Ichigo looks at her, rather surprised. Why wouldn't he… of course she would jump into the fight but… he groans at his doubts as Ruby twirls her weapon to scythe mode and tells him, walking past him. ''Don't accept my help; I'm still going to help you because as a Huntress, I want to protect others! That's who a hero is!''

''… Reckless woman.'' Ulquiorra comments, finding such a reason illogical. He prepares to deal with her first until a voice shouts out from underneath. ''HEY CHALKFACE!''

Ulquiorra widens his eyes, leaping away a good distance only for Danny to become intangible, right in front of him to his shock. Danny, his right fist already held back before thrusting it forward, uppercuts him into the ceiling. He then twirls his body around, clinching his hand as green energy forms and he times it; throwing a green ghost orb at him that connects and explodes. The ceiling explodes as debris falls but Danny shoots them down with a finger gun Ghost Rays.

''Danny!'' Ruby utters out, smiling to see another familiar face. The ghost boy floats down next to her and Ichigo as he says with a smile. ''Us, heroes, have to stick together you know.''

He then turns around, looking up at the smoke cloud of the ceiling and reveals Ulquiorra, floating and unfazed by the attacks. Danny frowns as he tells Kurosaki. ''I had a feeling you were going to fight this guy again.''

''Then you and Ruby can back off. I can-'' Ichigo begins to tell him to not join him but Danny, much like Ruby, protests on that. ''Yea, no.'' He knows from their last confrontation with this guy that he's on a whole different level and beating him together is a better idea. ''This guy is no joke and I'm not letting you fight him just because you have to be the one to beat him.''

Ichigo groans, not getting these guys. He has- he needs to be the one to stop Ulquiorra. No one else should fight him and get hurt.

Danny notices that expression, having had one of those too.

''Look, I get it. I would be the same too but…'' He begins to say, reflecting back on Vlad, on Pariah… on Dark Danny, heck even that asteroid and he couldn't beat them without help. From his friends, from his family, from those in his town, from all the ghosts, allies and enemies alike; he wouldn't be a hero if not for them. And he's a hero because it's the right thing… plus it can be fun too.

''It's never wrong to admit you can't do things alone.'' Danny admits to the stubborn Shinigami, silent if… if maybe-

''WAA!'' He startles as does Danny and Ruby, turning around to see Orihime screaming but of panic. Loly and Melody are also in horror, staring upon the massively large Yammy and his grinning smug face.

''Oi! Having trouble, Ulquiorra?'' The 9th Espada asks his partner who responds coldly. ''… Hardly.''

The Huntress gulps, remembering that guy from that weird Dark Conquest game.

''It's him again! But…'' Ruby begins to say until squinting her eyes to realize he's not the same size as last time, making her really uneasy. ''Isn't he a little bit…''

''Larger, yea. I noticed.'' Danny confirms her suspicious, groaning unease.

Yammy has been eating up a storm, building up his spiritual energy to massive size but he's still not stuff yet, not even close. He soon gets an idea, staring at the horrified Orihime as he asks the 4th Espada. ''Hey, you mind if I eat her.''

''… Do as you want.'' Ulquiorra firmly responds, not caring what happens to her. Yammy laughs eagerly only for Loly to get in the way as does Melody.

''Like hell!'' Loly yells at him, pissed off as she tells him off. ''As much as I hate this woman; only Aizen-sama can make the-'' Her words are cut short as she's slapped across the face by Yammy's massive fist, sending her crashing to the corner of the room.

''SHUT UP!'' Yammy yells out with a smile as he comes at the other.

Panicking, Ichigo dashes fast towards Orihime but Ulquiorra suddenly appears in his way, taking a swing which he blocks in the last second and sends him flying backwards.

''GET OUT OF MY WAY!'' Ichigo yells at him furiously, showing an expression of fear for his friend. Ulquiorra can tell and calmly tells him, unemotionally. ''You really are naïve to think you can save everyone. This will be a lesson that such ideas are pointless.''

Ichigo gets madder as he yells, charging at him.

''Ichigo!'' Danny and Ruby shout, charging forward too. Ulquiorra stands his ground as Kurosaki comes swinging, trying to push him backwards but he refuses to budge. In fact, he swings once and repels him back long enough to intercept Ruby from dashing to Orihime and kicks her once into the wall, crashing her into the other side. He then appears in front of Danny, swinging his blade but Danny evades around it, flying past him only to be grabbed by the leg and tossed away by the Espada. Ulquiorra adjusts himself, quickly moving his head to the left to evade a shot fired by Ruby, coming out from the destroyed wall as she breathes heavily.

The three come charging again while Melony and Loly are forced to use their Resurrección forms to fight Yammy but he overpowers them with the greatest of ease. As Melody is nearly crushed, Yammy laughs as he's squeezing Loly with his massive hand, hearing her screams of agony. She gasps in such pain, feeling her life slipping away. She's… she's actually going to-

''S-stop it!'' A yellow projectile hits Yammy's hand, forcing him to drop Loly. He hums, turning to see it was Orihime as her fairy pin returns back to her.

''Leave her-'' She begins to proclaim, not going to let him hurt her only for Yammy to extend his right fist forward and shouts, swinging it at her. ''FINE BY ME!''

She panics, forming her barrier but his fist crashes through it and hits her with such force that it slams her out of it and hits the wall.

''WAAAA!'' Orihime gasps loudly, dropping on her knees as she breathes heavily to struggle as the Arrancar approaches her with a smirk.

''Man, do I love screams!'' He proclaims as he slams his hand across her neck and pins her so hard it actually tears off some of her clothing from the uniform. She gasps in horror all while Ichigo watches this in horror.

''INOUE!'' He yells out, charging forward with all of his speed towards her only to be intercepted once by Ulquiorra, not letting him be anywhere near her.

''Time to suck you dried, bi-'' Yammy begins to announce, raising his massive palm above her and prepares to implant it across her head to flatten her… until a voice yells out. ''CHAOS CONTROL!''

Time suddenly freezes up, everyone stuck in place. Teleporting in front of the frozen Ulquiorra is Shadow, gazing at him coldly before raising his left hand and fires a direct Chaos Spear and follows it with Chaos Nightmare. The impact threw the Arrancar off the ground and crashed through a pillar.

The black hedgehog then snaps his fingers, using Chaos Snap to teleport in front of Yammy as he delivers a Chaos Upper, a Chaos enhanced uppercut, across his gut that launches him up into the air and away from the hurt Orihime. He then Homing Attacks again to the large Espada and delivers the rest of the Chaos Snap, unloading a barrage of kicks and punches before he snaps his fingers above him, imploding a Chaos Magic towards the wall as Shadow's body glows a red outline.

''CHAOS BLAST!'' Shadow shouts, blasting the large Arrancar with a red energy, widespread blast that sends him flying to a wall as the explosion is still occurring. Shadow somersaults back to the ground, looking at the horrified, frozen Orihime and sighs, lifting her up on her knees. He sighs as he snaps his fingers, ending Chaos Control short.

Time resumes as two explosions occurred, startling everyone unfrozen. Ulquiorra is blasted through multiple pillars while Yammy explodes and blasts out of the wall; screaming as he's crashing downward.

Ichigo is shocked to see Orihime okay, breathing deeply as if she was a goner.

''What the hell just-'' He begins to question what happened and he gets his answer as Shadow teleports in front of him. He blinks awkwardly with Danny speaking up. ''Okay, now it makes sense.''

''You're welcome.'' Shadow tells the orange headed Shinigami, smirking that he got rid of-

''BASTARD!'' Shadow staggers a bit as Yammy flies right back up in front of the massive hole he crashed out and he's furious with gritting teeth. The black hedgehog glares, unfazed that-

Suddenly, a blue energy arrow hits through his chest that has a capsule inside of it. It glows and explodes, now sending Yammy pummeling to the ground below and crashing.

Ruby gasps in amazement as Uryu lands in front of the others beside Orihime.

''Ishida!'' Ichigo expresses with a small smirk as the Quincy pushes up his glasses and proclaims to the black hedgehog. ''You're welcome, right back at you.''

Shadow just scoffs, turning his back as he walks up to Ichigo and questions him. ''You done about not wanting to fight alongside those you're protecting.'' He looks up and sees Ulquiorra floating there, gazing irritated that the black creature is standing in his path again.

Ichigo looks at the black hedgehog, about to disagree until Shadow then tells with a firm voice. ''You all have 1 life; don't debate about fighting alone when others want to fight and protect you too. Those you love also don't want you to die."

He reflects on Maria's choice to protect him, costing her life but she still did it with a smile on her face. He… he doesn't ever want to feel helpless again. ''Or you'll regret it.''

''…'' Kurosaki is silent, looking down as he reflects on his mother's death and how he led to her death because of his actions. He… he doesn't want anyone else to die if he makes a mistake. Maybe… maybe he was too protective or maybe; they just worry for him more than he does with them.

Taking a moment to exhale and breathe, Ichigo turns to Uryu and asks him. ''Ishida, watch over Inoue. Please.''

Uryu nods firmly as he asks him. ''Careful, Kurosaki.''

Ichigo nods as he walks past Shadow but stops, narrowing his head to the side to tell Danny and Ruby are behind him. He slowly cracks a smile as he asks them. ''… You guys wanted to help me, right?'' He then looks forward at the Espada and declares, raising his blade at him. ''Then lend me all your strength!''

Ruby blushes, getting pumped as Danny gives him a thumbs up and Shadow scoffs, glaring at their enemy.

Ulquiorra looks down at the four, finding them all pathetic if not stupid.

''How futile depending on others.'' He expresses, dashing down quickly with Sonido to cut him down first but his blade is caught to his shock by Grimmjow, smirking.

''Better hunting in a pack than assuming you're the big dog.'' He responds to his words before swinging a mean kick and sends him flying backwards.

''Oh great, this guy now!'' Ruby begins to complain, groaning that she's not sure they can handle more than one.

''Relax, woman!'' Grimmjow, overhearing her, declares to her while Ruby puffs her cheeks by his name. The Espada walks up and stands beside Kurosaki as he declares with a wild grin. ''I still need Kurosaki to deal with this one too!''

Ichigo sweat drops with narrowed, confused eyes. Of all people to help him too; it has to be Grimmjow too?! Boy this is not what he expected for today.

Ulquiorra wipes the dirt off his uniform as he questions him. ''Grimmjow, you would dare betray your own kind, to betray Aizen-sama?''

Laughing at him, Grimmjow proclaims eagerly. ''The only ones I gave a crap for were my Fracción and I really-REALLY don't give a damn about Aizen.'' He unsheathes his sword, raising it towards him. ''So before I leave here and return later as king; I'll be killing you!''

He then hums, thinking before he looks at Ichigo and tells him. ''We'll share if you're fine, Kurosaki.''

''Fine with me!'' Ichigo replies, not minding his help. Grimmjow smirks again, hoping to hear that response.

''… Pathetic.'' Ulquiorra utters out, raising his left index finger and fires a Cero at them. The two dodges while Shadow and Danny form a barrier to protect themselves and Ruby who leaps and dashes forward too.

Ichigo and Grimmjow charge as they swing their blades at Ulquiorra who blocks their combined strike and pushes them away. They continue coming at him with swift slashes that the 4th Espada parries them with ease.

''To think Kurosaki is fighting alongside with that man.'' Uryu proclaims with concern about Ichigo fighting with the enemy that nearly tried to kill him before.

''It's fine, Ishida-san.'' Uryu turns to see Orihime healing both Loly and Melody again, feeling bad they got hurt again. She smiles softly, wanting to believe that he will be fine and the others will come out of it alive. ''They will win.''

The Quincy looks at her, still very much worried.

Danny comes swinging with a combination of ghost energy enhanced fists but Ulquiorra evades them as well as repelling Shadow's Chaos Spears. He doesn't notice Ruby right above him, pulling back her scythe.

''ROSE BLIZZARD!'' Pressing a trigger on her weapon as she spins around, Ruby shouts as rose petals cover her and she spirals like a twister; flying right at Ulquiorra. He swings his sword to easily disrupt the attack but Ruby smirks, moving away to reveal Shadow behind her as he shouts. ''ROAMING CHAOS!'' He throws an energy Chaos Orb upon Ulquiorra's ground, trapping him in a distorted space.

This is nothing to the Espada but this is just another distraction as Danny flies above him and takes aim with his right arm.

''Chill out!'' Danny shouts, firing an ice ray that hits Ulquiorra's right arm and freezes it up in a block of ice. This is the moment Ichigo and Grimmjow needed, charging at him while the orange head coats his jet black blade with Getsuga Tensho and raises it above his head for the finishing blow.

''Futile.'' Watching their attempts, Ulquiorra immediately releases a burst of his Spiritual Energy to break free of the distorted space and even the ice. He then arm-bashes Grimmjow out of his way as he swings his sword downward to Ichigo's exposed chest… only for Ulquiorra to widen his eyes to see his sword is quickly intercepted and blocked by Nelliel's sword, appearing in an instant. She then pushes the Arrancar away to Ichigo's surprise and more that she's now donning her old Espada uniform.

''Nel?'' He utters out while Ruby, Danny and Uryu widen their eyes and freak out heavily. ''NEL?!''

Even Shadow is surprised with a shock expression. That little girl is this woman now?

''Took you long enough!'' Grimmjow complains that it took her this long to find suitable clothes. Nelliel turns to face him, smiling kindly as she apologizes with a wink. ''Sorry! I had to find my old room. Surprised it was left untouched but I'm not complaining.''

Grimmjow growls, turning his head away from her. Nelliel smiles as she eyes Ichigo and asks softly. ''I look good with this on, right?''

Ichigo blinks awkwardly, acting really nervously. He doesn't get the chance to answer her as Ulquiorra interrupts with a cold yet calm tone. ''You wish to betray Aizen-sama as well, former 3rd Espada.''

Nelliel gazes mad at the 4th Espada as she answers him. ''If he cared; he wouldn't have let Nnoitra or Szayelaporro from hurting my family and damaging me. Ichigo and his friends did what he failed to do and for that, I am grateful to them.''

She raises her sword at him, proclaiming proudly. ''As a warrior, I can't forgive him and I won't let you or anyone to harm Ichigo or his friends!''

Ulquiorra can't help but not understand her. She is an Arrancar like him and yet she chooses the human over her own kind.

''Then you will die along with them.'' He declares, dashing right at her with Sonido but he startles as Nelliel is already coming at him with her own Sonido. They clash with their unseen speed, sparks flying out all over the area as their swords strike the other. The two soon reappear and back away from the other.

Shadow immediately charges, going Chaos Boost as he kicks Ulquiorra so fast and hard as he's sent flying backwards.

''CHAOS LANCE!'' Charging up energy in his right palm, Shadow shouts as he swings that arm towards the Arrancar and fires a Chaos energy lance at full force but Ulquiorra blocks it with his sword and swings, redirecting the attack to the wall as it explodes. However, this temporarily stuns Ulquiorra's sword arm.

Ichigo comes swinging as Ulquiorra parries only to get gut punched by Grimmjow who grins, charging up a Cero. Ulquiorra immediately evades with Sonido until he's kicked by the head by Kurosaki, launching him to Ruby who slams the backside of her scythe and literally home runs him into Danny punching him. The Espada spirals upside down, hitting head first into the ground where he's Chaos Nightmare by Shadow, stunning him enough for Nelliel to come at him and slashes him twice. Blood spills across his chest as Danny fires twin powerful Ghost Rays followed by Ruby firing multiple shots from the Crimson Rose's gun form, further stunning and damaging the Arrancar.

Ichigo and Grimmjow now charge at the stunned Ulquiorra, swinging a barrage of slashes that the 4th Espada was still able to repel but not before both stomp kick him to the wall and Ichigo yells, coming at him with a swinging Tensa Zangetsu coated in Getsuga Tensho. The attack connects and explodes across Ulquiorra, blasting him out of the tower and leaving a massive hole behind.

Ulquiorra drops slowly as he raises his free hand and fires a massive large green Cero, consuming Ichigo until the beam ends and the Substitute Shinigami emerges, unscratched as he guarded against that whole blast with his blade in a reverse grip. The Espada is taken back, more so that he doesn't have that mask. He soon realizes he can't beat the human if he has that mask as an ace-in-the-hole and still … without fully going all out will end this trivia.

''… Very well.'' Without a second thought, Ulquiorra proclaims as uses Sonido to fly past Ichigo but even further up. Ichigo looks up and flies right after him in pursuit.

''Hey wait! Could be-'' Danny tries warning him but Ichigo just flies faster to his dismay. ''A trap.'' He sighs, more than certain that chalkboard face is up to something bad. ''Okay, I don't like how he just ran away. We need to-'' He begins to say, looking at the group and blinking as someone is obviously missing. ''Where's Ruby?''

Shadow sighs as Danny panics that while he was turning to look at them, Ruby ran past him and shot herself up, running with her Semblance across the outside wall up to the top.

''Of course she followed him.'' Danny mutters, sighing before he flies up high, phasing through the ceiling as he moves at top speed.

Shadow doesn't follow, finding this really off why that Espada ran away. He's not the type to run away by numbers. He turns to Grimmjow and Nelliel, questioning them. ''Why did he leave? I've fought him twice and I know he's no coward.''

Nelliel is also worried about that and she has a clue why.

''There are two rules Aizen placed for all Espada while within Las Noches.'' She begins to explain as she eyes Grimmjow. ''One is to never form a Gran Rey Cero. And two…''

It's where Nelliel pauses, having a dreadful expression that Shadow raises an eyebrow for. It's there that Grimmjow reveals the rest. ''And the second stupid rule is that Espadas Rank 4 to 1 cannot unleash their Resurrección.''

This shocks everyone else with Orihime the most worried, looking towards the outside and squeezing her hands together in a prayer.

"Kurosaki-kun…'' She utters out, urging her feelings that she needs to go there and help him, somehow… before she regrets it.

Shadow growls as he focuses his mind to where they are to teleport them. He better get up there before it's too late.

Commercial Break:

Ruby groans worryingly as she dashes higher and higher, chasing after Ichigo until she suddenly leaps out of a hole, somersaulting as she lands right beside him. She looks around surprised as they were all outside of the eternal night sky.

''We're back outside!'' She utters in surprise as Danny phases out of the ground, freaking her out. He looks around him as there's a ton of space for their fight.

''Guess he wanted more space?'' He guesses with Ichigo not replying, gazing up seriously at the Espada standing on top of a pillar with the large moon behind him.

''You are incorrect.'' Ulquiorra corrects the ghost as he begins to reveal the 2 rules Aizen made for all Espada. Ruby blinks confused as she fought Zommari and he was Rank- OH!

''Please don't me he'll-'' Danny begins to beg that he isn't going to use his transformation form… but he was as Ulquiorra raises his sword.

"Enclose.'' He begins to utter out as the blade glows an eerie dark green light. ''Murcielago!'' His sword, along with himself, suddenly explodes in black-green energy and that energy drops down in the form of what resembles green rain. The three look up and all of them begin to feel dread with widened eyes, staring upon the bat-like Ulquiorra form he's taken on.

He possesses large, black bat wings on his back, his hair grows longer and wilder, and the remains of his Hollow mask centers atop his head, with two large horns extending outward to the sides towards the front. The lines on his face become black, broader, and more triangular, and his fingernails lengthen. His Arrancar attire becomes more form fitting and closed at the top, becoming more like a robe towards the bottom.

''Oh… great…'' The ghost boy utters in distress with Ruby freaking out by his form. ''T-that's his full power form?!'' Ruby suddenly finds herself dropping on her knees, breathing heavily. Even Danny begins to notice it; his energy is so massive and intense that it feels foreign even for a ghost.

Ichigo is the one being calm about it and standing firmly… and yet his sword hand trembles.

''Don't be flustered.'' Ichigo narrows his eyes, holding his blade forward as Ulquiorra begins to speak, still the same cold calmness. ''Hold your stance. For in a moment…'' His eyes glow menacingly. ''You will die.''

He suddenly now appears right in front of Ichigo with such insane speed from the distance he was at, now wielding a green energy-like javelin over the side of his shoulder. Ichigo widens his eyes, bashing Ruby away from him fast, just as Ulquiorra swings down at him so fast that he's already behind him, inches away. Danny and Ruby couldn't even react to it… but Ichigo did, barely. He gasps heavily, dropping on his knee and blood across the upper half of his face. It was a single second, a single damn second that he could have been killed.

''If you haven't done that, your head would've been blown off and rolling by my feet right now.''

All while Ichigo expresses a face of horror. Danny flies between them, not wanting her to be near Ichigo since the Arrancar might kill her by mistake.

''I'm not…'' Uttering out angrily; Ichigo raises his infuriated, glaring face as he yells out madly. ''BEATEN YET!'' He grips his free hand across one side of his face, grabbing on top of his front skull tightly as swirls of black-red outline energy wraps all over his face before swiping that hand downward.

''HHHHAAAAAAA!'' Ichigo howls loudly, donning his Hollow Mask as its mouth opens widely showing its sharp edged fangs.

Ulquiorra observes, expecting him to finally use that power. He immediately throws his energy javelin at him with such speed that Ichigo has to focus everything onto it and times it, moving his head to the side as the spear misses him entirely… only for Ichigo to barely see the second one suddenly thrown and grazes his right shoulder with such force that it blasts him away. Ichigo quickly stabs his blade into the ground, slowing himself down before he comes charging at him.

Ichigo howls, swinging fiercely at his enemy but Ulquiorra blocks it with his mere forearm. Sparks fly out as Ichigo grinds his blade harder in but it couldn't cut through his enemy's arm. He howls louder, pushing forward but Ulquiorra feels no damage before he swings that arm and pushes the Shinigami back. He manifests a green javelin and comes at him, clashing his energy weapon against the jet black blade that Kurosaki blocks his swings. Sparks fly out as they fly across the sand.

''Ichigo Kurosaki.'' Ulquiorra begins to speak the Shinigami by his full name to Ichigo's alarm as the Espada demands. ''Fire your Getsuga.''

Ichigo widens his eyes as Ulquiorra further demands firmly. ''Fire it now and show it to me. I will demonstrate our difference in strength.''

This enrages the Substitute Shinigami as he bashes the Espada backwards who flies up over the sky, gazing down at him.

''FINE BY ME!'' Ichigo yells out furiously, lifting his blade over his head. Swirls of black, red outline energy build up like a storm, surrounding him and growing in power.

''GETSUGA…'' Beginning to let out a deep, hissing voice; Ichigo immediately yells as he swings his blade right towards the Espada. ''TENSHO!'' The energy is sucked up into the blade as it swings and explodes as a massive wave that instantly consumes the enemy. However, Ulquiorra isn't protecting himself with his Spiritual Energy; he is actually letting the attack wash across his body and feels no damage whatsoever.

Ichigo watches this in horror as does Ruby and Danny before the Getsuga fades away by a flap of Ulquiorra's wings, completely untouched.

''Just as I thought…'' Ulquiorra begins to proclaim, rubbing off the energy of Ichigo's attack. ''Your Getsuga, your Spiritual Energy; it is similar to our Cero.''

Ichigo protests heavily, believing his Getsuga Tensho is nothing to a Cero. Ulquiorra looks down at him, confirming that he doesn't realize it and intends to show him, raising his right finger towards him. A small black sphere of energy with a green outline forms, shocking Danny and Ruby as it resembles Ichigo's attack other than the attack.

''CERO OSCURAS.'' He utters out, releasing the sphere as a wide spread, powerful blast that instantly covers Ichigo and explodes with such power, piercing through and destroying a large part of the city-sized Las Noches' dome.

''ICHIGO!'' Both Danny and Ruby shout in horror. Ulquiorra looks down calm and confident that-

It was there that Ulquiorra widens his eyes briefly to see Ichigo still standing his ground, panting as most of his Bankai cloak is partly damaged but his Hollow Mask is still unbroken. The Espada finds this hard to believe. Could it be that he's stronger than he expected him to be?

''What's wrong?'' The Espada looks down annoyed at Ichigo, hissing through his mask as he glares determinedly. ''I'm still here!''

Ulquiorra simply sighs with his eyes closed. ''You still do not understand?'' He begins to question the Shinigami as he opens his eyes. ''The difference in our power is as far apart as heaven and earth.'' Ichigo glares at his comment.

The Espada then actually praises the orange-headed for pursuing or rather intimating in being a Hollow to gain further power. Ichigo isn't hearing any of this, raising his blade forward as he utters. ''Getsuga-''

''I told you it's useless!'' Ulquiorra yells, still very controlled, as he suddenly appears and swings his javelin and it sends him launching through one pillar tower to the other as it explodes. Ichigo tries to regain control only to get swiped again by Ulquiorra, launching him onto the ceiling of another tower… grabbed by the neck by the undamaged Ulquiorra.

Even though he has him in kill range, he's stronger and there is nothing he can do, Ulquiorra can't help but notice that Ichigo has refused to release the grip of Tensa Zangetsu as only half his mask is broken. He begins to question why he can't hope to match him, surpass him or possibly win. He cannot defeat him, so-

''You…'' Ulquiorra stares as Ichigo adjusts himself, restoring his Hollow Mask as he looks up at him with a narrow gaze. ''You think I'd give up…''

He begins to say that he knew that Ulquiorra was strong and it doesn't change one bit on 1 thing, just 1.

''No matter what, I will not…'' Ichigo begins to proclaim, swiping his mask with his free hand and restores it fully. ''Stop fighting and I'll win…'' As he now raises his head strongly, refusing to give up as he yells out. ''Because I believe I can win. I will defeat you, Ulquiorra!''

Ulquiorra simply makes a face of impatience, having heard enough of-

''THAT'S RIGHT!'' Ulquiorra doesn't turn around as Ruby's scythe swing connects at the back but sparks only fly. He then prepares to cut her in half until he's blasted by Ghostly Wail from underneath, sending him flying but reestablishing control.

''Ruby, Danny!'' Ichigo utters in surprise with Ruby winking; her plan to hit him worked out like a charm.

''Not just them.'' Teleporting beside them, Shadow appears alongside Grimmjow and Nelliel. The black hedgehog with his arms crossed glares at Ulquiorra's transform form, finding it fitting that a monster looks the part.

''I don't care if you become a bat or demon…'' Shadow begins to proclaim, glaring down seriousness in crushing this monster once and for all. ''You'll still die, here and now.''

''Grind!'' Grimmjow calls as the sword begins to glow blue and holds it forward, gripping his free hand along the length of the blade with a swift motion, while calling out its release command. ''PANTERA!'' His sword glows too bright and the 6th Espada is suddenly surrounded in a torrent of spiritual power that creates tremendous gusts of wind in the immediate vicinity and emerging out is in his Resurrección form.

''Like hell! I intend to take away Aizen's loyal foot stool and then kill him!'' Grimmjow growls out, grinning as he wants to be the one to shred him apart. He turns to Ichigo and yells at him. ''Let's go, Kurosaki!''

Ichigo eyes him and nods as the two fly at Ulquiorra at top speed, multiple sparks flying out as Ulquiorra summons a second green energy javelin to block Ichigo's Getsuga enhanced blade and Grimmjow's energy coated claws. They try to overpower his javelins, swinging/swiping with strong force and impact but Shadow and Danny can both see even with both Substitute Shinigami and Arrancar can't overpower Ulquiorra, easily withstanding their attacks. Then he releases a burst of his spiritual energy, easily blasting the two off him as he flies at each almost in two places, slashing the other into the same pillar.

''We still need more firepower.'' Danny admits as he de-transforms back to human form. He pulls out a Fenton Thermos, turning it on. ''Luckily, I was prepared.''

The Thermos shoots out energy and what manifests is a large battle-suit, with only a seat inside for the driver. It only fits a one-person maximum. The top of the suit is a clear dome, which acts as the windshield. There is a logo, a green flame inside it forming a "F", on its chest.

Ruby gasps loudly with sparkling eyes and astonishment. She dashes right upon the suit, popping in and out in different places to admire the super and oddly cute mecha suit.

''MECHA SUIT, AWESOME!'' She yells joyfully, loving it a lot. Danny smiles as he reveals its name. ''It's called the Ecto-Skeleton. I used this baby up against a dangerous ghost a long time ago but it got destroyed due to Vlad. But my dad finally remade a new one with suggestions my sister had from the time Vlad had the original and upgraded it.'' Mentioning Dark Pariah and how even with the suit; it was a rough fight. Hopefully this one won't.

He's also grateful that Jazz remembered what Vlad used to make the improvements on the Ecto-Skeleton and his dad rebuilt his ''Version 2'' masterpiece. Boy was mom happy to see Dad jumping around like he had a sugar rush, making this thing.

Danny then taps on its chest as the dome opens up and he jumps inside before it closes down. He grips into the limb attachments as the mecha begins to move it like a real body. He can feel the controls are even better than the original.

''Now check this out Ruby. This will be the awesome part!'' He tells her with a smirk. Ruby nods rapidly as she leaps away, watching.

Breathing, Danny soon shouts out. ''I'm going ghost!'' The large white ring surrounds him before splitting into two: One moving up and one moving down. As the rings overlap him as he changes back into his ghost form; the colors of the battle-suit changes to resemble the black-white colors of his Phantom outfit with the large white DP insignia replacing the F symbol on its chest. Soon the Mecha poses by Danny's commands.

''WOAH!'' Ruby yelps, even more astonished. Danny looks up as the engines on the bottom of the mecha's feet erupt in green energy before he jumps and blasts upward into the sky with such speed to the enemy.

''Hey chalkboard!'' Ulquiorra turns as he's immediately sucker punched across the face by Danny, shouting out. ''HERE'S 100 TIMES POWERED-UP PUNCH!'' The Espada gasps, actually feeling this before Danny punches him again with greater force that he crashes through multiple pillars before hitting the ground.

Shadow is actually left speechless with Ruby's eyes gleaming like a pair of stars, finding that amazing. Ichigo has a shocked eye expression while Grimmjow has a half-open mouth.

''My, that was impressive!'' Nelliel expresses, astonished by such power.

Danny smiles as he declares, feeling unstoppable right now. ''Let's go guys, we can win this!''

Ichigo looks at him and cackles a bit, nodding.

Ulquiorra raises up from the ground, soaring into the air as he breathes heavily. That attack actually damaged him. How could such a thing be possible?!

''Impossible…'' He utters before he looks up to see Danny flying right at him with another punch. Ulquiorra dodges it this time, flying up needing some instant. Danny raises his hand, lifting up his right index finger and fires a Ghost Ray that resembles one of his larger variants, nearly hitting the Arrancar if he didn't move to the left.

Ulquiorra turns around annoyed and aims his finger at him, firing another Cero Oscuras towards him and the others down below but Danny manifests a large ghost barrier, protecting himself and everyone. Ulquiorra tries to pressure more into his blast but the barrier withstands it with ease before his attack ends.

''That's not-'' He begins to utter out before Danny fires a massive Ghost Ray from the palm of the mecha's other hand, nearly consuming him if he doesn't dodge out of the way.

''CHAOS LANCE!'' Once more coated in Chaos Boost, Shadow shouts, firing multiple golden energy lances at the Espada who slashes them down with his energy javelin. Shadow growls, about to dash at him but Nelliel gets an idea, asking for his help. ''Black hedgehog, can you stall me a moment please?''

Shadow doesn't bother replying but nods as he manifests a sphere of Chaos Magic and throws it, vanishing before hitting Ulquiorra and slams him across the surface of a tower. He's immediately paralyzed as Nelliel smiles before she holds her sword up in front of her, horizontally, before uttering out. ''Declare.''

Her sword glows as a hazy smoke emanates from it before she yells out. ''Gamuza!'' The glow intensifies into a huge burst of spiritual energy that covers the surrounding area. It takes moments before Nelliel emerges as her bottom half has become a brownish-green ibex-like centaur body that makes her resemble a medieval jouster, complete with a black horse's tail that has a white ring at its base. Her Hollow mask's horns become longer and more curved, and also extend slightly, framing the sides of her face, particularly the cheeks. Her shoulders are covered by white spaulders that come across her shoulder blade to her neck. She has white elbow guards and white gauntlets. The parts of her arm that aren't covered by armor are covered by a black material, which also covers her hands. Her sword has also transformed into a double-sided lance.

Ichigo and the others are taken back by her form. Nelliel leaps once and she blitzes past everyone that before they knew it; she's already thrusted one side of her lance upon Ulquiorra and smashes him through the other side of the tower. Only Ichigo, Grimmjow and even Ulquiorra were able to see it but all of them were unable to react to such speed.

''Woah Nel!'' Ichigo utters in astonishment while Grimmjow smirks and proclaims. ''Heh, we might actually win with ease.''

Ulquiorra flies out of the way as Nelliel charges by dashing across the sides of the pillar before pouncing, thrusting her spear again. Ulquiorra fires a Cero Oscuras that she pierces through but barely until Ruby fires a sniper shot through his finger, snapping it again. This cancels his attacks as Danny flies above him and unloads, firing Gatling-like ghost rays with such speed that not even Ulquiorra could dodge or parry them. He's blasted and sent crashing onto the ground.

Flapping his wings, Ulquiorra gets up as he evades a sneak attack from Grimmjow but not Shadow who teleports in front of the 4th Espada.

''CHAOS NIGHTMARE!'' Extending back his right fist as it is coated in Chaos energy, Shadow shouts as he swings it forward and punches him across the chest before blasting him back to the ground. Ulquiorra regains control as he grinds his feet across the ground, stopping himself just as Ruby is right above him.

''ROSE DRILL!'' Ruby shouts, spinning around rapidly like a drill before diving down. Ulquiorra turns as he swings his energy javelin, clashing against the drill attack of roses with enough force to cut through it but reveals nothing inside. He widens his eyes as Ruby is now right behind him, smirking as she grips her scythe and shouts. ''ROSE WHIRLWIND!'' She swings and releases a Dust-rose petal mix energy wave with such force across Ulquiorra's back that he's thrown off his feet and sent flying towards Danny, emitting green ghostly energy.

''Ghostly…'' He begins to utter out, breathing deeply before he releases his powerful sonic wave. ''WAIL!'' The magnitude of the wail is larger and wider than before, vibrating through Ulquiorra who groans in actual pain. He tries repelling with his spiritual energy until Danny fires two ice ghost rays, freezing him in an entire block of ice.

''Ichigo, finish this!'' Danny yells at him, trying to contain him but he can tell he's already trying to break free from the ice.

Breathing in deep hissing, Ichigo is right above the trapped Ulquiorra, having been charging up his largest Getsuga Tensho that the energy almost covers the whole moon.

''This my- no, our…'' Ichigo begins to proclaim, aiming his blade to the sky. Just then, Shadow uses Chaos Control to teleport Ulquiorra into the sky, in perfect view of Ichigo who lets out a powerful howl, swinging his blade towards him. ''GETSUGA TENSHO!'' He fires a massive wave that pierces even across the night sky. It was majestic in size and form.

Emerging out of the attack as it dissolves is Ulquiorra but unlike last time; he has taken damage across his body.

''Durable guy.'' Danny comments, finding how ridiculous his endurance is. Shadow still thinks that they have a chance to win.

Ulquiorra doesn't breathe of exhaustion though his expression is of total annoyance. He doesn't understand; where did all that strength come from? How could they handle him?

''That's the difference between our strengths! You fight alone…'' Ichigo begins to proclaim as he and the others land on top of the nearest pillar top near the Espada. He then looks at the others before looking back at the Espada. ''But I have friends who are so much more stubborn than me to let me fight someone I can't win under normal means. That's why…'' He lifts his blade at his enemy. ''I'll defeat you with these friends of mine, their feelings surging in my heart and return back home! So get ready, Ulquiorra; this is where you lose!''

''…'' Ulquiorra looks down at him silently before he proclaims annoyed about the heart statement. ''Nonsense.'' He flies and lands on top of the same pillar as them. ''Your bonds, your beliefs, your ''hearts''; they are of those who do not know the meaning of despair.''

Ichigo groans, taking on a fighting pose ready for what he plans to do. Ulquiorra simply sighs as he's wanted to avoid this form… but this human has irritated for the last time.

''If you don't know it, I will teach it to you. To you all…'' He begins to proclaim as a surge of black, green outline Spiritual Energy suddenly erupts across his body all while his green eyes glow yellow. ''What true despair is.'' The energy swallows him and it shoots upward while it emits such power and pressure that everyone is left paralyzed by this power.

Ichigo widens his eyes in horror at what he's staring upon.

Ulquiorra finally enters his full power, Segunda Etapa, planning to put an end to Ichigo and his comrades and show them what true despair is. Will the others of Team Dragon Knight arrive on time before it's too late?

SO YEA… Ichigo vs Ulquiorra Round 2 and well… yea… we know how this ends up so I've made it different so that Ichigo has to trust in others to take on a foe he must win. So basically "Is it pride or is it defeat" type of scenario. Of course, this won't matter with the next chapter but don't worry; I might surprise you all.

I wanted to make this fight different from not just Loly's petty hatred towards Orihime changed because of Ichigo (Momomiya) changing her but also getting Ruby, Danny, Shadow, Grimmjow and Nelliel involved in this fight.

Again, since Kurosaki has fought more fights and stronger foes in DKR than the Bleach canon; he's not only stronger but so is his Hollow Mask should be a rival to Ulquiorra's Resurrección. Also, glad to give Danny the Ecto-Skeleton again. I missed how awesome that thing is and how much more powerful it is with him. Also, Ruby's training and experience in this world is helping her which again; many of us see potential in RWBY… Wish Rooster Teeth cared- scratch that, wish WB cared! SIGH. WELL at least Viz will care! YEA! RWBY ANIME SOFT BOOT?!

Of course, none of this will matter next time but we'll find that out soon enough. See you next time.
