Summary: The Doctor has a dramatic encounter with an alien.

"Good thing I'm a nurse," said Rory, examining the Doctor. "Although maybe what you really need is a psychiatrist. What on earth were you thinking, headbutting that thing?"

"Ow!" The Doctor flinched away from Rory's probing fingers. "I didn't do it on purpose! I tripped!"

"Well, pupils are equal in size and reactive, doesn't look like you have a concussion, but you're going to have quite a lump. I'd recommend not headbutting alien monsters in future." Straightening up, Rory turned to the monster in question, now huddled against a tree, whimpering. "Not sure where to start with my other patient."
