Another challenging thing about making this is adding in other Naruto characters and finding a good place for them to fit in. From most fanfics I've read so far when it comes to anime characters coming to another world, it's mostly just the MC or one supporting character that goes. So I picked a few characters to join Naruto so he won't be completely alone and get other subplots going. Because having it just go back and forth between Naruto & the Church of blood will get boring really fast, if it hasn't already.

As the night grew later, Kid Flash decided it was time to call it a night and head back home. Before speeding out, he stopped by the laboratory where Cyborg was sitting in front of the supercomputer, doing monitor duty for any potential crimes or anything out of the ordinary.

Kid Flash, now dressed in regular clothes consisting of light brown baggy pants, a red hoodie, and red and black sneakers, was ready to switch to his secret identity: Bart Allen.

"Our guest of honor's finally situated," Bart said, leaning against the wall. "I showed him around, gave him Conner's room, taught him how to use a TV, and set it on Japanese subs."

Cyborg glanced up from the screen. "Good… did you have him clean up his mess too?"

"Wryly," Bart replied, "Taken care of… By me...On the bright side, at least it wasn't your room."

"True," Cyborg chuckled, "he would've been a dead man walking."

"Don't be too hard on him," Bart said, his tone softening. "The dude's stranded with probably no way of getting back home, and because of us, he pretty much got nerfed."

"I know, I know," Cyborg sighed, "but still, no reason to mess up an entire room with thousands of dollars worth of medical equipment."

"So, other than that, what do you think about him?" Bart asked.

Cyborg leaned back in his chair. "He's an OK kid, reminds me of you, Garfield, Wally, and Cassie fused into one."

Bart chuckled. "Heh, yeah, sounds about right! By Garfield, you mean Beast Boy, right?"

"Who else?" Cyborg replied.

"I was just asking because I thought you meant the cat, since he, ya know… he has whiskers."

"Oh yeah," Cyborg said, "I was gonna ask him about that too, but I didn't wanna risk it. He's probably sensitive about it. I'm guessing it's a birth defect or something."

Suddenly, Cyborg spotted a robbery taking place on the monitor. "Robbery on 25th."

Bart, nonchalant, said, "I got it. See ya' tomorrow, Vic."

"See ya', man," Cyborg replied as Bart sped out into the hall, taking his leave.

Cyborg continued his monitoring duty, now focusing on one of the rooms where Naruto was currently sleeping. The ninja seemed like he would be out for the rest of the night, so the metal titan shifted back to monitoring Jump City.

Unbeknownst to Cyborg, the sleeping Naruto was a shadow clone. The real Naruto was outside, casually walking vertically up the tower toward the rooftop with his hands in his pockets, thanks to chakra control.

Once he reached the top, Naruto got a wonderful view of the starry night above the beautiful Jump City. The view was so nice that it put Naruto's mind somewhat at ease.

"Wonderful sight, isn't it?" a voice said from off-screen.

"AH!" Naruto was startled as he turned around and saw Starfire hovering a few feet near him with her hands behind her back.

"Y-yeah…" Naruto stammered.

"Robin said you're not to leave the room or the tower until his mentor arrives tomorrow," Starfire said, her tone curious. "You weren't planning on leaving, were you?"

"And what if I was?" Naruto replied with attitude.

"Then by all means, go right ahead!" Starfire said calmly.

"Eh?" Naruto was quite confused by Starfire's response, expecting to be ordered back inside the tower.

"So if I left right now, you wouldn't stop me or report to Robin?" Naruto asked.

"Nope," Starfire replied. "In human terms, I'd say 'Fuck that' because you're not a prisoner, you're a guest."

Naruto was even more surprised by Starfire's sound reasoning. He was moved by it and found new respect for her besides just her strength. At first, the ninja only saw her as a bubbly, yet arrogant warrior woman, but now he could see she was more than meets the eye.

The beautiful alien princess began to hover closer to Naruto and took a seat near the edge, patting the spot next to her for him to sit. He complied.

"Not to mention I know the feeling of being separated from your home and loved ones all too well," Starfire said sadly.

"You're not from around here?" Naruto asked.

Starfire shook her head. "And just like you, I did not come here by choice and wound up meeting a strange group of people I would grow to call friends and later consider them family."

"So you have no way of getting back home? No way at all?" Naruto asked.

"Oh, I went back home a while ago, but I came back here to stay," Starfire replied calmly.

"Why?" Naruto was left completely puzzled.

"It's a long story," Starfire began, "but let's just say there was a lot of nonsense going on in my planet involving my sister trying to usurp my throne with a coup. I even found myself loving this world, despite its many flaws. But what made it all worth it was a man who taught me so many things on earth and was the first human male I ever kissed to learn one of its many languages."

"Lucky guy," Naruto thought to himself.

"Maybe you'll come to find a place here you can call home if all else fails," Starfire suggested.

Naruto looked at Starfire with a raised brow. "Not that I think you'll be stuck here, I'm sure there's a way!" she added frantically.

Naruto giggled. "No, it's okay, I get it… So what's Robin's mentor like?"

"Well… he's very dark, brooding, and quite mysterious," Starfire explained.

"So he's like the creepy girl with the hood?" Naruto asked.

"Absolutely not," Starfire assured him. "There is a big difference, I assure you. Raven may come off that way at times, but she has the biggest heart out of all of us, and she's our number one go-to whenever we are at our lowest."

"Really?" Naruto asked, intrigued.

"Without question," Starfire confirmed. "She just has a funny way of showing it, and it takes time for her to warm up to new faces. But back on the mentor, he's an overall good and reliable man. You'll be guaranteed to like him upon first glance."

With all that being said, Naruto felt even more at ease and was left eager to meet the Dark Knight, as well as others that Robin had spoken briefly about earlier.

Naruto stood up and stretched out. "I think I'll call it a night… thanks, Starfire."

"For what?" Starfire asked, puzzled.

"I was in a pretty bad mood earlier, but you brightened my day!" Naruto said with a smile.

"I can't afford to just mope around just because I've gotten weaker… I'm gonna get it all back, kick Sebastian's butt, and find my way back home even if I have to circle this entire globe!"

Starfire began to laugh. "What?" Naruto asked, offended.

"Nothing… Good speech, but I'd probably take you more seriously if you spoke Japanese. Your current voice does it no justice," Starfire teased.

"That shouldn't matter!" Naruto said indignantly.

As Naruto and Starfire bantered on, Robin was seen near the exit, hidden in the shadows, smiling. Though he was told by Batman to keep a close eye, Robin needed no further proof that the ninja could be trusted. Or at least for tonight, for the next day would be a whole new story.

Back to the starry night, a brief glimpse of a green light passes by like a shooting star.
