It had been a few days since the incident at Sakura's apartment, Naruto, Sakura, and Hinata have been busy moving Sakura into Naruto's house and training their teams. Ino had yet to wake up from her temporary coma, everyone from the Konoha 12 had come visit her, the nurses had to place another bed next to Ino's for Sasuke since he rarely left. Today was the day of the council meeting to discuss what had happened, since it involved a clan heiress. Now in an undisclosed location of Konoha.

"Report," said a cloaked man.

"The apartment complex went up in flames and cause panic just like you expected," said a feminine voice.

"The Nara have also been in a slight panic ever since their deer went a little crazy," said another masculine voice.

"Do they suspect us?" asked the cloaked man.

"No, not at all, everything else that we have done hasn't cause as much panic as the explosion," said the feminine voice.

"Good," said the cloaked man.

The council room was not quiet but not loud. The clan heads and the civilian council members were talking here and there about random things with each other, though it was clear that there were two sides, the civilian members and the shinobi members. They were waiting for Sasuke, Naruto and Tsunade.

Tsunade walks into the council room, she saw that Naruto and Sasuke had yet to show themselves and scowls, "Where is Naruto-san and Sasuke-san?"

"They have not arrived yet," answered Choza.

Tsunade sighs before going to her Hokage seat.

Naruto walked into Ino's room and saw Sasuke looking at Ino while holding her hand.

"Sasuke, we have to go to the council meeting, I don't want Tsunade Baa-chan to get mad at us because we are late," said Naruto.

"Sasuke spoke without looking at Naruto, "Naruto, what if I leave her again and something happens to her."

"Sasuke, she is in a hospital, now get up and let's go," Naruto was beginning to get frustrated with Sasuke, this wasn't the shinobi he had to beat up and drag home, so he did the only thing he knew one thing that would probably get him out of this, he slaps Sasuke straight on the cheek. Sasuke looks at him with wide eyes.

"Wake up Sasuke, I'm sure Ino wouldn't want sulking around just because you are in a hospital bed now get up," said Naruto as he pulled Sasuke by the arm and flashed to the council chambers.

Both young clan heads appeared in the council room and sat down in their clan chairs.

"Apologizes Tsunade-sama, we ran into an issue on the way," lied Naruto. Tsunade honesty didn't care and began the meeting.

"Let's talk about the explosion at Jonin: Haruno Sakura's apartment, as well as several other incidents that the new Uchiha Police Force believes is related to this incident, Sasuke-san, you may speak," said Tsunade in a formal tone.

Sasuke nodded before standing up, "For the Uchiha Compound, we have found that someone has tried to break into our library, vault, and important buildings," Sasuke sat down.

Shikaku lifted his head of the desk and spoke, "We have had a couple of incidents where are deer had gone out of control, Naruto-san had helped us and told us they were being fed Sårechufu, a fruit that when eaten makes animals go crazy, he had given the deer a fern that made the deer calm down."

The Kaiya stood up, "Our eagles have been attacked multiple times and we have had at least a dozen dead from this incident."

Then Shibi spoke, "Our Kikaiku have been acting strange, similar to how they act when something bad is about to happen."

Tsunade nodded, "Then the final thing is that Haruno Sakura's apartment was blown up and, in the process, Ino Yamanaka and 2 civilians were injured in the process, everyone here and any clan they belong to will be investigated in order to make user that this isn't and outside force."

"Hai," they call said.
