In Damnatio's office...

"What's the meaning of this?" Kabwe demanded his superior. "The Black Bull named Asta and that woman named Nero... you're going to wait six months to try those servants of the devil?"

"It's just as I explained." Damnatio cut the guard off. "Our top priority now is to cooperate with the Magic Knights and the Heart Kingdom, so that we can face the threats of the Spade Kingdom and the devil."

"But..." Kabwe protested.

"This has already been decided." Damnatio shut Kabwe down.

"Are you truly okay with that, Damnatio-sama?" Kabwe barked.

"I am not." Damnatio corrected. "But Freyja-sama had reminded me that there is an order to things and priorities."

"Then, that's all the more reason to execute the devil first." Kabwe argued. "The chaos in our Kingdom caused by the Eye of the Midnight Sun was the work of the devil, was it not? My nephew among the victims..."

"Enough." Damnatio glared. "I have confirmation from Freyja-sama that the Black Bull boy's devil wasn't the instigator; that that one devil is of too low a hierarchy within the devils' ranks to cause that much destruction."

"But to ensure the safety and peace of our citizens, we should execute them immediately." Kabwe insisted. That's why the Magic Parliament..."

"Are you disregarding Freyja-sama's orders?" Damnatio hissed. "Take your leave."

"Please excuse me." Kabwe took his leave.

While Yami and the others were confronting Damnatio...

"Julius-sama." Marx answered the communication device. "What's the matter?"

"Sorry to butt in when things are so crazy, but there's something I'd like Yami and the others to see." Julius voiced from the other end. He should be there at any moment."

"Begging your pardon." Nozel entered.

"That signal is from the bracelet-type communication device magic item that we used to track Asta's whereabouts at all times." Julius reminded, Nozel activating a magic item to manifest a 3D map. "There currently seems to be a signal from the town of Tiulyu in the Common Realm."

"Someone took it off of him?" Finral guessed.

"The only ones who know about the bracelet are the few who were present back then." Yami recalled. "And the only one I can think off who could get it off is Nero."

"She's probably trying to use the bracelet to let us know where she is." Nozel reasoned.

"Yami." Rhiannon's voice chirped in from Marx's communicator. "I ordered the Black Bulls to keep an eye on Secre, did I not? The Devil Banishers, huh? I'll need you to get her back from that group and continue watching over her. So, I'll like you to postpone your judgment until then. What say you, Damnatio?"

"If that's the Lady's order, I understand." Damnatio relented.

"I'm counting on you, Yami." Rhiannon voiced. "One more thing; remember this is different from the trial. Depending on your actions, you may be putting your team members in even more danger."

"I know that." Yami grinned. "Let's go, dumbasses." he told his Squad.

"I'll go too." Nozel offered.
