Season 3 Bonus Episode

The next day...

At 9am, Ayanokouji woke up. "The day has arrived." First, he prepared himself breakfast as he fried 2 eggs on a frying pan followed by 2 pieces of bacon and 2 sausages.

During the preparation, he opened a can of cat food and gave his kitten breakfast. It mewed as it ate. "Good boy Felix." Ayanokouji pet him a bit and went back to the kitchen to check his breakfast.

A few minutes later, he's seen eating it while working on a list. "These ingredients should be sufficient for tonight's dinner. I'll go and buy them at noon and before that, I need to text a few people over it." He thought as he ate a sausage while looking through the school social media.

Noon...

At Keyaki Mall, Ayanokouji went to the grocery store to buy the stuff. Along the way, he chat with Chihiro and Yume as the girls got the chance to thank him for what he did for Honami. And then during the shopping, he met up with Machida and it's been a while since they last talked during the Cruise Ship exam so they chat a bit and he went his way as he resumed his grocery shopping.

In the middle of it, "Fancy seeing you here Ayanokouji-dono!"

"Sotomura. I didn't expect you here as well."

The 2 boys then talked with each other. "You know, I finally got the chance to thank you."

"Thank me?"

"For giving me the chance to prove my usefulness, my worth and my abilities in the event exam." Sotomura replied as he took out something. "A gift of gratitude for you."

"Um...thanks..." Ayanokouji accepted it and it turns out to be a video game console. "You ever played video games before?" Sotomura asked.

"A little. I played a bit with my laptop in the dorm." He replied.

"Perfect! I was able to get the latest games in this one! It costs nearly 200,000 points in total." He explained as he fixed his glasses. "Well that is all and see you again! I just need to buy myself some soda." Ayanokouji said nothing as he watched Sotomura take his leave. "I rarely see him spend a lot of his points. Oh well, best to accept it. Maybe if I have the time, I'll give it a shot." He kept the gift and resumed his grocery shopping.

At the same time...

"Ryuuen-san...are you alright?"

"What's wrong with me treating you lot for lunch Ishizaki?"

The scene shows Ryuuen, Ibuki, Ishizaki, Albert, Kaneda, Hiyori, Komiya and Reo all seated together in a pizza restaurant and on the table are 3 large pizzas with 3 sides of breadsticks, waffle fries and chicken tenders. Each of them also have a glass of coke and there are 2 more bottles with more coke measuring up to 1.5 litres.

"It's just...it's rare from you...to do something nice...to us." said Ibuki as she scratched her hair a bit from behind.

Ryuuen chuckled a bit and spoke to his peers. "I was told that you and Ishizaki wanted to save me from expulsion. You both even sought Ayanokouji for his aid."

They cringed a bit but Ryuuen chuckled some more. "Oh well. It's natural for one to repay the other when a good deed is done. So this is what I'm doing now."

"We really appreciate it." Hiyori replied with a smile. "And we will continue to follow you and support you all the way. We will all aim for Class A together!"

"You're the man." said Albert.

"We'll help you crush all who stand in your way!" said Reo with Komiya giving Ryuuen the thumbs up.

"Heh. Well what are you idiots waiting for? Eat up before it gets cold!" Ryuuen replied as Ishizaki grabbed a slice of pizza and started eating it. The rest helped themselves to the lunch as Ryuuen ate a waffle fry and smirked to himself as he watched his peers enjoy themselves.

It's true that I see my classmates as pawns. However and as of now, it's not all the time that this has to happen like this. Yeah I can rest easy once in a while with my pawns doing things together such as this. Heh, maybe this could be an Achille's Heel for Sakayanagi now that she'll be the only class leader who only sees her classmates as expendable pawns

Smirking to himself, Ryuuen filled his glass with coke and he and his peers all had a toast. Once the second year begins, Class C will be doing a lot of crushing.

Later in the evening...

In the kitchen, the smell of meat and vegetables being cooked is enticing. In a way that the food smells good and it can make anyone's mouth water over it. "Okay...a little seasoning..." Ayanokouji is hard at working perfecting this skill while Felix sat on his bed and rested.

Outside, 3 girls unexpectedly met up outside his dorm. "What a coincidence." Sakayanagi spoke first.

"So I'm not the only one invited over." said Horikita.

"I wonder how Kiyotaka is doing..." Honami thought to herself as she pressed the doorbell. Soon enough, he answered it as, "You better have a good reason for inviting me-I mean, us." Horikita asked while correcting herself.

"Come inside." He replied as the 3 girls went in. "Hmmm...I smell something succulent and I know what he's doing." Sakayanagi described as the girls went to sit down around a table already set up and, "Mew."

"What is a kitten doing here?" Horikita asked as it came out from under the bed, walked to her and rubbed itself on her legs.

"My, my. What an adorable little feline." Sakayanagi described as Felix walked to her and rubbed itself on her legs and walking cane.

"Kiyotaka found Felix last year all alone." Honami told the girls.

"Isn't against the school rules to keep a pet?" Horikita asked.

"If the pet is from your own household, it is." Sakayanagi answered her. "I believe Ayanokouji-kun adopted this stray kitten last year and has been raising it ever since."

"Felix is really nice. It enjoys meeting new people and being affectionate." said Honami as she went to the kitchen to check on Ayanokouji. Peeking a bit, "Wow...I guess the lessons we had together is paying off." She thought with a smile.

The scene shows Ayanokouji frying some slices of beef on a frying pan as he added broccoli in it as he continued his cooking. At the same time, "Let me help you Sakayanagi-san."

"Thank you for the assistance Horikita-san." She helped her carefully as Sakayanagi sat down on the floor mat with her walking cane placed aside. Honami then joined the girls and she has a tray with 4 cups and a pitcher of water.

"Good. I could use a drink." said Horikita as the 3 girls chat with one another while waiting for Ayanokouji who's still at work in the kitchen.

Minutes later...

At last, dinner is ready. On the table, there 4 bowls of white rice with a plate of sweet n sour chicken which has sliced onions, red and green peppers and pineapples, a plate of stir-fried vegetables with oyster sauce, a plate of beef and broccoli and a bowl of vegetable soup. Oh yes, chopsticks and spoons are laid out as well.

"Sugoi...it's even better than what I cooked before for him...and now I fully understand the message he sent to us." Horikita thought in amazement as all 4 are now seated together.

"Enjoy. Ittadakimasu." Ayanokouji told the girls as they began sampling the food. Felix on the other hand has his cat food as he started eating his dinner.

"Mmmm...sweet n sour chicken. Cooked perfectly with the right ingredients." Sakayanagi commented.

"The soup is tasty and is lightly salted. The carrots and potatoes in it is easy to chew also." Horikita commented.

"The beef is tender and chewable and with a bit of pepper, it's got kick in it! And the broccoli has a bit of crunch at least." Honami commented. "I really must say, you really took the lessons to heart!"

It was at this moment that Sakayanagi and Horikita blinked once and stared at her. She was stunned by this as they had mischievous smiles.

"Souka...you taught him how to cook?" Sakayanagi asked as she sipped some of her water.

"Yes she did." Ayanokouji spoke up as he ate some of the vegetables.

"How long have you taught him?" Horikita asked Honami but she was unable to come up with a response as she shyly looked left and right until, "She taught me for some time. I did approach her for this." Ayanokouji told her as he ate some of the sweet n sour chicken.

"Inviting the 3 of us to have dinner is not only for us to bond together but to test yourself in your culinary skills." Horikita deduced. "It's like we're the judges for your cooking."

"And we all agree that he did a fantastic job." said Sakayanagi as the other girls agreed with her. Even Felix meowed also.

"Glad they shared their feedbacks to me. And I'll continue to improve on this skill and learn more from Honami." Ayanokouji thought as the 4 students continued to mingle while enjoying the dinner.

After that...

"Dinner was very good Ayanokouji-kun." Sakayanagi thanked him.

"You taught him well Ichinose-san." Horikita told her.

"I never expected him to be a fast learner and go the extra mile." She replied and it cuts to the kitchen as Ayanokouji washed the dishes.

"By the way Horikita-san. I never got the chance to say this. But I saw how you fared against Hashimoto-kun. Consider it impressive that you were able to at least make the right moves on the chessboard." Sakayanagi spoke to her.

"Thank you. Although later on, you and Ayanokouji-kun began giving us the instructions that left both of us almost out of breath." Horikita replied as she chuckled from it. "Let's just say this last event was a thrill between us."

"Whoa...so chess is one of the 7 events hosted on your side." Honami exclaimed. "What other events you guys had?"

"Basketball, Typing test, Math test, English test, Archery and that Flash Mental test." Ayanokouji explained and he was right on time to join the girls.

"On your side, most of them are physical contact events planned by Class C." Sakayanagi stated.

"And in the end, you and Ayanokouji-kun both lost the protection point." said Horikita.

"Nothing to worry about. I believe there'll be some more to be earned in future special exams." said Ayanokouji.

"Hmmm...you might be right on this one." Sakayanagi replied as she checked the time. "Now if you excuse me, I must head back now."

"Same for me. I'll accompany you along the way." Horikita told her as she and Honami carefully helped her up with her walking cane now in her right hand.

"Thank you for the dinner and goodnight." Sakayanagi told him with Felix rubbing himself on her legs.

"It was fun bonding with all of you. Goodnight also." Horikita told everyone.

"Indeed. I like that you're out of your shell now." Sakayanagi told her as they chat with each other and left his dorm. "Things have changed. And I'll grow stronger and do my very best when the new school year begins." Horikita thought positively as she and Sakayanagi walked back to their respective dorms.

As for Honami, "Well Kiyotaka. I give you an A for your cooking!"

"Thanks Honami. Do I get a reward for this?" He asked with a smile.

Since they're still the dorm and it's just the 2 of them, Honami got close to him and pecked him on the cheek. He was startled by this as she smiled. "There's your answer."

"The first step in understanding love and treasuring it." Ayanokouji thought with a smile as, "Alright. Time for me to rest up in my dorm. See you again Kiyotaka."

"Yeah. Goodnight Honami." He greeted back as she picked Felix up and kissed him on the head as he mewed in elation. And with that, all turned in for the night.

A good and simple way to end Season 3 in my story.

And all we have left is to wait for Season 4. I know for sure, new freshmen are coming in including the 'one' sent by the White Room, the partner exam, the uninhabited island exam and the cruise ship moments would be applied for this upcoming season. I hope I'm right on this one but if not, oh well it's a good guess.
