Inside Raven's Tent
Ichigo was sitting around Ravens table with Cinder, Mercury, Emerald, and Raven, Watts had left.
On the table was rice, fish, and some hot tea.
We were eating quietly until Ichigo decides to break the silence by asking, "So what are your semblances?"
This of course made everyone at the table look at him and made Emerald ask, "Why do you want to know?"
Ichigo rolled his eyes and said, "I want to know so we can be more coordinated in battle rather than get in each others way."
This got Cinder to think for a second before saying, "I don't mind as long as you tell us yours first."
Ichigo shrugged before saying, "I don't have a semblance since I come from a different world."
This got Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury to look at Ichigo like he was stupid, Cinder spoke up saying, "Do you expect us to really believe that?" in an annoyed tone.
"It's true, ask Raven she'll tell you." Ichigo said as Conder, Emerald, and Mercury looked at Raven causing her to sigh.
"I believe he comes from another world simply because the sky looked like it ripped open and spat him out." Raven stated.
"The sky ripped open?" Mercury asked not really believing what he was hearing.
"Yeah, where I'm from that rip in the sky is known as a garganta, it's technically a rip through space and time." Ichigo said nonchalantly as the three guests raised an eyebrow.
"Tell me Ichigo does your world have things like semblances?" Cinder asked only for Ichigo to nod.
"Yep, for instance my powers are derived from a creature known as hollows, and before you ask they look like the grimm." Ichigo said as he finished off his rice.
"Really?" Emerald asked as she looked at Ichigo noticing the obvious, that he doesn't look like Salem in the slightest.
"You want me to show you?" Ichigo asked as he looked at the three guests who took a minute before nodding.
Ichigo than put has hand infront of his face before swiping down and a mask formed on his face with his eyes turned yellow and sclera turned black.
This of course surprised the other four people at the table even if Raven didn't show it.
After a bit Cinder smirked and said, "How interesting." Ichigo decided to deactivate his mask than go back to eating his fish.
"So what are your semblances?" Ichigo asked again getting the three other guests to look at each other.
"My semblance was stolen, Cinder has a semblance that is like the maiden powers, and Emerald can make illusions." Mercury said.
Ichigo's eyes widen when he heard that Emerald can make illusions remembering Aizen.
"What a coincidence." Ichigo thought as he got done eating and stood up.
"I'm going to see what I can do around here, see ya around." Ichigo said as he left the tent.
Nighttime at the Campsite
After lunch Ichigo had helped pack up the campsite it took all day just getting the valuables packed up and ready to be moved whenever needed.
All afternoon Ichigo had been asking about why they couldn't just fight Salem only to be told that beating Salem is impossible, so Ichigo decide to ask Raven.
Arriving at her tent Ichigo shouted, "Raven you in there!?"
He received no answer so he walked into her tent deciding that she is most likely gone and if he wanted to see her best wait inside the tent.
As Ichigo entered he looked around, seeing the map on the wall he approached it examining it only to realize something.
"Is there something behind the map?" Ichigo thought to himself as he narrowed his eyes at something he could hardly make out.
He moved the map only to see some pictures, one of Raven holding onto a yellow haired baby next to a blonde guy, the next was of team STRQ.
Ichigo than felt something sharp on the back of his neck and heard Raven say, "It's not polite to snoop around a womans belongs."
"Sorry, I was waiting for you and saw these pictures behind the map." Raven lowered her sword but still glared at Ichigo.
"What do you want?" Raven hissed.
"I want to know why Salem is impossible to beat?" Ichigo asked as he turned, moved the map back to the way it was, and looked Raven in the eyes.
"I figured you would ask sooner or later." Raven paused thinking on whether to tell Ichigo or not but decided to in the end.
"Salem is immortal." She said plainly as she walked to a cabinet and pulled a wine glass from it.
"Immortal huh, no wander she gave up on trying to stop Salem." Ichigo thought and said, "I see."
Raven had just opened the wine bottle and was about to take a swig out of it but Ichigo grabbed the bottle before it touched her lips.
Raven glared at Ichigo and was about to say something only for Ichigo to ask, "Why have you given up?"
This made Ravens eyes widen only for them to narrow again as she harshly whispered, "I just told you, she is Immortal, there is no killing her!"
This made Ichigo ask, "Who said anything about killing her?"
This surprised Raven and she bagan to say, "What do you mea..." only for Ichigo to put his finger up to her mouth to silence her.
"Let's speak somewhere more private." Ichigo said as he put his hand on Ravens shoulder and used bringers light to move towards the air and to land right outside the camp.
Raven fell to the ground almost loosing her lunch not being prepared for the sudden movement.
She looked up and glared at Ichigo and shouted, "A little warning next time!" this made Ichigo scratch the back of his head before giving a small apology.
As Raven stood up she asked, "What's so important that you had to drag me here?"
"Simple, it's how to defeat Salem." Ichigo said as he crossed his arms.
"Does this have anything to do with what you said about not killing her." Raven asks as she narrows her eyes at him causing Ichigo to nod
"You said there is no way to kill her but what if instead of trying to kill her we try to seal her away like those relics?" Ichigo asked making Raven eyes widen.
"She has magic beyond your imagination, she would just break the seal!" Raven shouted.
"But she can be weakened, I should know there is a guy in my world who is immortal too and I weakened him enough for him to be sealed." Ichigo said surprising Raven.
Raven would of protested if it wasn't for the look of determination in Ichigo's eyes telling her to trust him.
"Fine, what do you suggest we do?" Raven asked reluctantly.
"First we need the relic." Ichigo said as he gave a small smiled at the fact Raven was listening to him.
"What for?" Raven asked not understanding, if Ichigo had a plan why get the relic.
"I want to get back to my world and this relic of knowledge may hold the answers I'm looking for." Ichigo stated in an matter a fact way.
"Then let's keep going with the current plan until we get the relic." Raven said.
"And what is the plan?" Ichigo asked rubbing the back of his head not being told the plan.
Raven sighed and told him, "Pretend to be on Salems side until we get the relic."
Ichigo nodded in understanding before the two headed back to the campsite, Raven as a bird and Ichigo using bringers light.
Two Days Later, Night
Today was the day of the attack on Haven, Ichigo was waiting with Cinder, Emerald, Mercury, and Vernal for Raven to open a portal from Haven to them.
"Remember Ichigo just play along until Raven gets the relic." Ichigo thought to himself as the portal opened and Cinder launched a fireball into the porral before stepping through shortly followed vy everyone else.
Haven, Night
As soon as Ichigo stepped through the portal he saw a group of people, two of them he recognized, Weiss and Yang, then there was six more, there was a girl in a red hood, I orange haired girl with a hammer, a blonde knight, a guy dressed in green, a kid, and one looked like a male version of Raven, if Ichigo had to guess that was Qrow.
"Ichigo?" Weiss asked as Ichigo scratched the back of his head.
"Sup Weiss, Yang." Ichigo said as he sighed knowing he will have to fight a friend of theirs.
Yang glared at Ichigo and shouted "Why are you helping them, I thought you were a decent guy but I guess not!"
"I owe your mom for saving my life and I make sure to pay back my debts." Ichigo said.
Yang was getting reasy to fight when Qrow said, "Everybody stay calm." that was when the door leading outside of where they were opened and revealed a hulking man with brown hair.
The hulking man closed the door and said, "The White Fang are prepping demolition and securing around school grounds, no one is getting in and no one is getting out."
Ichigo sensed around the school and sensed a bunch of people around the building they where in causing Ichigo to sigh.
"Um, who are you?" Ichigo asked the hulking man ignoring the future threat for now and the hulking man looked at Ichigo trying to remember who he was.
"Are you Kurosaki Ichigo?" The hulking man asked.
This caused Ichigo to raise an eyebrow before saying, "Again, who are you, and how do you know me?"
"Excuse my manners I'm Hazel and I know you because Salem has taken an interest in you." the now identified Hazel said.
Ichigo oooked annoyed before looking at Cinder and asking, "I'm guessing it was you who told Salem about me?"
"My, you catch on quick." Cinder said as she gave an evil smirk.
"I'm not joining you guys, I'm only here to repay my debt to Raven." Ichigo stated with narrowed eyes.
"Do you think these guys will just let you go on your marry way after this?" asked Mercury while smirking.
Ichigo sighed before looking at the other group of people and saying, "Let's just get this over with." before activating his fullbring that cladded him in a bone like armor surprising the people who didn't know about his fullbring.
"H-he looks like a grimm." said a shocked orange haired girl with a hammer.
That was when Qrow shouted, "Raven, how long have you been with them?!"
Cinder laughed and stated how Raven was a new addition but the guy named Leonardo had been with the group for years.
Apparently Leo was responsible for selling out huntsman and huntresses which led to said huntsman and huntresses to be killed by Salem.
"At least Leo looks guilty." Ichigo thought as Cinder laughed about how Hazel and someone named Tyrian would if found them eventually.
This pissed off a blond knight looking kid who asked "What is wrong with you, how can you be so broken inside to take so many lives and rub it in are faces like it was something to be proud of, all with that damn smile on your face!?"
Ichigo heard the girl with the hammer call the blonde Jaune, Jaune attacked Cinder with a great sword after she asked him who he was.
Cinder made a sword with her maiden powers and blocked Juane's attack which had enough force to cause a chain behind Cinder to rattle.
The girl with the red hood called out to Juane while running towards him launching herself in the air with a gun only for the gun to transform into a scythe.
Chains wrapped around the girl with the red hood, the chains came from Emeralds weapons and she pulled the girl with the red hood out of the air slamming her onto the ground.
"You aren't going anywhere near her." Emerald said with a smirk as the chains to her weapons retracted.
Yang ran towards the girl with the red hood calling her name, "Ruby!" only for Mercury to block her way and say something about an apology.
Raven ordered Vernal ro take care of the Heiress and to jot use her power since she wasn't worth it.
Raven immediately blocked an attack from her brother Qrow and Vernal went after Weiss.
The girl with the hammer and the guy in green approached Hazel to take him on and the kid startwd to sneak up stairs making his way to Leo.
Ichigo was left standing around doing nothing as everyone else fought making him sigh but something caught his attention and that was Leo calling the kid Ozpin.
Ichigo after hearing this jumped up the stairs to where Leo was getting in-between Leo and Ozpin.
Ichigo sensed the multiple souls in Ozpin and asked, "Are you Ozpin or someone else?"
Ichigo's appearance and question suprised both Leo and Ozpin then the once named Ozpin said, "I'm Oscar." as he prepared himself to be attacked.
"I can sense multiple souls in you is Ozpin one of them if so I want to ask a question?" Ichigo asked nonchalantly.
"And what would that be?" Oscar asked heatedly.
"If I helped you out would you allow me to use the relic?" Ichigo asked his question as Leo's qnd Oscar's eye widen.
"What?!" Leo and Oscar shouted at the same time.
Oscar seemed to think this over before saying, "No, I refuse to allow someone who works for Salem to use the relic" as he attacked with a cane like weapon.
Ichigo sighed and drew his sword from his back and blocked the incoming attack, this lasted for a little before a bright light blunded the both of them.
Ichigo covered his eyes with his left arm but he soon fellt his left arm start to burn and his fullbring deactivating.
When the light died down Ichigo felt incredibly weak and his left arm had third degree burns but he had no time to think about this as Oscar attacked Ichigo making Ichigo roll out the way.
Ichigo tried to bring forth his fullbring but could only activate his sword, "What the hell was that!?" Ichigo thought as he grit his teeth and slowly stood up.
Ichigo looked over the railing to where the light came from and saw Ruby lying on the ground.
Then Ichigo saw Cinder throw a spear of fire at Weiss piercing her on the right side of her back and traveled all the way through.
Ichigo again grit his teeth as he jumped from the second floor onto the first and walked towards Ruby who was geeting up.
His instincts were kicking into overtime as aproached Ruby, they were telling him to kill the girl.
When Ichigo was infrint if Ruby he grabbed her by the color of her clothes lifting her up and glaring at her.
Ichigo could feel his eyes change color as Ruby looked on in fear.
"Get off her!" the orange haired girl yelled as she charged Ichigo who tossed Ruby atthe girl.
Ichigo heared the guy in green call out to her, "Nora!" as he ran to the orange haired girl now known as Nora.
Nora and Ruby got up and took up defensive stances as they narrowed their eyes at Ichigo.
Ichigo scoffed and prepared himself for a fight as Raven, Cinder, and Vernal went down a secret elevator located at the statue with gold chains.
Ichigo also noticed Leo on the first floor but paid no mind as the guy clad in green shot at him only for Ichigo to deflect the bullets with his sword.
Ichigo couldn't stay still for long as Nora ran towards him and swung her hammer at him which he jumped out of the way but got shot in the leg by the green haired guy.
"Damn it, if it wasn't for that light weakening me I could have taken that!" Ichigo thought as Nora said, "Good job Ren!" as she charged at Ichigo for another attack.
Ichigo blocked the hammer with his sword but the force sent him flying to a wall, luckily Hazel jumped in and blocked the girl.
Ichigo used the time that was given to him and dug out the bullet lodged in his leg then wrapped it up after he tore a sleeve off his shirt.
Ichigo had trouble standing up but did so none the less and as soon as he stood he saw Yang go towards the elevator and took it down and a quick look around saw Hazel had been launched outside.
Ichigo felt for the the energy in the badge his energy and was able to make his armor again.
As Ichigo did this he sensed Raven and Cinder fighting down below but he could not sense Vernal.
"Shit! Did I black out." Ichigo thought as he approached the battle field ready to take on Cinder's group.
Under Haven Academy
Raven had just fought Cinder and hopefully killed her, she made her way to the vault and opened it with the powers of the spring maiden.
After the vault opened Yang made her appearance which had Raven saying her name, "Yang."
"You opened the vault." there was a short pause before Yang continued "The previous maiden must have trusted you a lot if you were the last person she thought about before passing or did you..."
Yangs eyes widen as she looked at her mom's face that was contorted in shame, "You don't need to say anything, the answer is written all over your face."
Raven sighed and calmed herself down and said, "I didn't kill her if that's what you are thinking." Raven paused for a second and stated, "She killed herself."
This shocked Yang even more as she asked, "Wha- what did you say?"
Raven looked down as her hair covered her eyes and told her daughter the truth, "I pushed her to hard and she killed herself do to the stress, she hated me with a passion and that is why I'm a maiden."
"Mom." Yang said before pausing for a second and continued, "Is the maiden powers the reason why you never came home in your human form.
Raven sighed and said, "No but I'll explain that after everything has settled down, for now we should get the relic and head upstairs, okay?"
Yang nodded suprised that her mom wasn't leaving again and went with her to get the relic.
Once the relic was retrieved the mother and daughter went to the elevator and headed up.
Above the Vault
When Raven and Yang arrived on the main floor, Hazel, Mercury, and Emerald were backed into a corner by everyone else who was upstairs, when Emerald noticed the elevator didn't have Cinder Emerald activated her semblance.
This made Oscar, Qrow, Ruby, Weiss, Ichigo, Yang, Raven, Ren, Nora, and someone Yang knew (Blake) to see a big version of Salem distracting the group enough to let Emerald, Mercury, and Hazel to escape.
Ichigo sighed before walked over to the set of stairs before sitting on them as Yang approached Ruby, Weiss, and Blake and the four of them shared a group hug.
Raven approached Ichigo and said, "You look like shit." as Ichigo glared at her and deactivated his fullbring.
This was when Oscar and Qrow approached the two, Qrow glaring at them and said, You guys got a lot of explaining to do."
Raven and Ichigo looked at Qrow before looking at each other and sighing at the same time.
