Angie got herself ready for work looking at the time seeing she has an hour until her shift started then heard a groan from her bed. "What time is it?" Said Eddie turning his body to face her. "6:30." Said Angie putting on her smartwatch. She walked to the bedroom to grab her small backpack and saw Jadelynn asleep in her bed with the Christmas lights still on. Eddie walked over wrapping his arms lazily around her waist pecking her neck and placed his chin on her shoulder to see Jadelynn. "She's so big. From a baby to four years old." Said Eddie. "Almost four years remember. Her birthday is next month." Said Angie pushing Eddie back to close the door. "Still i miss the times where she squeals with joy when i come to see you." Said Eddie then his head slammed hard against the door to the hallway closet. Angie quickly opened the door quietly seeing Jadelynn turn from the door mumbling something. She breathed in relief and closed the door seeing Eddie walking to the bed rubbing his head. "You two act like kids." Said Angie walking to the fridge to grab her lunch. Venom emerged from Eddie's back glaring at him while Eddie was grabbing his shoes. "Maybe if he included me around our Jade then this wouldnt have happen. I am her father as well." Said Venom. "You two need to straighten this shit out while i drive myself to work." Said Angie getting her phone from the night stand. "No. Im going to drive you to work and come back to watch Jade." Said Eddie as Angie sat on his lap. He kissed her sweetly while Venom nuzzles his head in the crook of her neck playfully nipping her.
"No hickies. Last time you and Eddie marked me the cops showed up for questioning." Said Angie looking at him. "Only because you got nosey neighbors across the street and you forgetting to close the curtains." Said Eddie. "Jadelynn likes looking out the window and you know it." Said Angie feeling Eddie kiss her again. Angie got up with Eddie while Venom crawled out heading to Jadelynn's room before they left. She handed Eddie the keys as they got into the elevators and looked at Eddie rubbing his eyes still feeling tired. "You really want to drive me to work. You look more exhausted than me." Said Angie. "Yes i want to drive you to work. I'll be fine." Said Eddie. "Why dont we get some coffee to help you stay up?" Said Angie. "Sounds good." Said Eddie as they reached the main floor. "Hey maybe tonight i can make dinner for us." Said Angie. "No. I'll be making dinner for us." Said Eddie. "Okay at your place than mine." Said Angie getting in the car parked in the front of the apartments. "Not mine. Its been a disaster since Venom made get live chickens." Said Eddie starting the car. "When was that?" Said Angie buckling herself in. "Maybe two months ago." Said Eddie driving into the street stopping at a red light. "Im not gonna ask where the hell did you find them." Said Angie. "I told him no chickens after eating four muggers." Said Eddie. "You know he gives zero fucks on what you tell him." Said Angie seeing that they pulled up to Starbucks. "Welcome to Starbucks. What can i get you?" Said a girls voice. "Blaire it's me and Eddie. Can you get our usual?" Said the intercom. "Got it." Said Blaire. Eddie moved the car to the window to pay for their order while Angie was strolling through something on her phone. "Abby?" He asked. "Yeah. She sent some stuff for Jadelynn and pick one of them up." Said Angie seeing a girl with turquoise hair bringing their drinks and paper bag. "Have a nice day." Said Blaire. "You too." Said Eddie placing the drinks on the cup holders and the bags on Angies lap. He got to the restaurant pulling over to the side as Angie got out with her things and watched her go inside.
Once he got back to the apartment and unlocking the door with his spare keys. Eddie went to Jadelynn's room seeing her still asleep with her long hairs covering her face. He gently pushed her hair back feeling Venom crawl back to him and saw Jadelynn slowly opening her light eyes seeing him. "Daddy?" Said Jadelynn as Eddie shushed her. "Im just checking on you. Go back to sleep." Said Eddie seeing her smile before closing her eyes. He then grabbed the dirty hamper on his way out of the room to put in the dining room. Taking out the washer and dryer Eddie began doing some loads for an hour and began making breakfast for Jade. She walked out seeing Eddie taking out the second load of laundry into the dryer while Venom dumped the other load on the bed. "Morning Daddys." Said Jadelynn. "Morning Jade." Said Eddie. "Morning Tiny Nibble." Said Venom. "Mom went to work." Said Jadelynn going to the table. "Yeah shes at woke but you got me and Venom. Go eat your eggs." Said Eddie ruffling her hair. Jadelynn sat down and started eating while Eddie was folding the pile of clothes on the bed. She watched him putting her and Angies clothes in separated piles. After she was done Jadelynn grabbed her clean clothes and went to her room putting them away. Eddie later came in seeing her close the bottom drawer where her pants were kept noticing some envelopes piled in one corner before she closed it. 'What is that doing in Jades clothes?' Said Venom. 'Its probably nothing.' Said Eddie in his head opening the closet. 'What if its important?' Said Venom. "We are not going through Angies stuff. You know how she gets when shes mad." Said Eddie as Jadelynn got dressed. "Yeah she will." Said Jadelynn. Eddie turned around seeing her having trouble with her braids and sat her down on the bench. He untied the ends slowly undoing her hair not seeing Venom peek into the bottom drawer. "Daddy." Said Jadelynn in warning tone. Venom got out looking at her upset face before licking her cheek with a long stroke. "Ew. Daddy i dont like that." Said Jadelynn wiping her. "Ignore him. He wants to know about the papers in your drawer. Do you know whats it about?" Said Eddie. "Yes but i cant tell you. Or mommy will be mad at you and daddy Venom." Said Jadelynn before Eddie grabbed her brush. "We wont tell. Let us see it." Said Venom. "No." Said Jadelynn as Venom growled in frustration.
