"Eddie? I brought over my left over food for you and Vincent." Said Angie holding the large cooler in her hands. "My hands hurt." Said Jadelynn holding two bags of fruit. One was apples and grapes. The other was bananas and pomegranate seeds. "Put them on the floor. Eddie." Said Angie. The door open showing Eddie looking a bit tired and let them in. "Sorry. I just woke up from cleaning up the place." Said Eddie. "You sure did. Jadelynn give the fruit to daddy while i put the cooler down in the kitchen." Said Angie looking around noticed a lot of change from the last time she and Jadelynn were here. She looked at Eddie putting the fruit away on the dining table while Jadelynn looked around too. "Wheres the tire swing?" Said Jadelynn looking at Eddie. "Dont worry about it. Now what did you bring me?" Said Eddie walking to Angie. He opened the cooler seeing some package meat, vegetables, and a few containers. Angie looked at him for a bit once he notice her staring. "What?" Said Eddie putting the food in the fridge. "What is going on?" Said Angie. "What do you mean?" Said Eddie. "I know something is up. I can feel it." Said Angie. "Can we talk in my room?" Said Eddie. "Fine." Said Angie follwoing him to his room. Eddie closed the door taking a deep breath in and out before looking at Angie. "When me amd V went to the interview. Cletus was talking and getting into my head until . . . Venom attacked him and i got bit by Cletus as a result." Said Eddie. "And? What else?" Said Angie. "I broke it off with Venom last night after we kissed until you fell asleep." Said Eddie. "Hes gone. Loose in San Francisco." Said Angie trying to understand what he told her. "Yeah. Come on. My life was way better without him nagging me and getting into serious trouble." Said Eddie.
"Was? If it wasnt for him then we wouldn't have been together and ended up in completely different lives." Said Angie. "Exactly. I had a job, not feeling stressed or tired all the time, and i wouldve been married to Anne." Said Eddie then realized what he said out loud. "I knew it. You still love her." Said Angie. "No. Well i . . ." Eddie ran his hand through his hair while having a seat on his bed. "I know the shit Venom put you through since you both bonded but separation isnt going to solve it in a snap." Said Angie. "You dont get it. Sure he has used you in short amount time but he doesnt care about the consequences of what he's doing." Said Eddie. "As much i want to help. I wont because you are going through something big and it would have to result for us to take a temporary break." Said him stand up. "Youre breaking up with me?" Said Eddie. "I said temporary break. Like Rachel and Ross from Friends. Only until you and Venom solve your relationship because it will put way to much weight on the three of us if this mess continues. We should get going. Steve is waiting for us at the airport." Said Angie opening the door but Eddie closed it shut. She turned her head feeling Eddie pressing his lips passionately against hers feeling their marks warm up. Eddie placed his hands on her hips while Angie wrapped hers behind his neck. "Mommy. The bad man is on tv." Said Jadelynn making them pull apart. They went out of the room seeing the news of a man hunt for Cletus who broke out. "Hes supposed to be dead." Said Angie feeling her heart racing. "Thats it im taking you and Jade to the airport now. I dont want anything happening to you two." Said Eddie grabbi g his jacket. Angie held Jadelynn her arms heading to the car parked outside. She buckled Jadelynn in the carseat and got int passenger side. She bounced her right leg nervously while looking around until Eddie grabbed her hand to calm her down. Her phone went off seeing Mulligan's number and answered it. "Where are you?" Said Patrick. "On our way to the airport. Eddie and Jadelynn are here with me." Said Angie. "Hand me to Brock." Said Patrick. Angie placed the phone against Eddie's ear while keeping their eyes on the road. "She's leaving to New York and im taking her after the news of Cletus. Im going soon after." Said Eddie the hanged up. "He wants me for a interrogation since i was person he talked to." Eddie explained. Angie leaned her head back in the seat feeling a headache coming in while they headed to the airport.
After two hours of driving through the traffic they walked through the airport looking around. "How do you know where this Steve Rogers guy is?" Said Eddie looking at Angie. Angie adjusted her bag and suitcase while Jadelynn felt a little scared about seeing so many people. "Excuse me?" Sad a man wearing a bomber jacket and black cap covering his eyes approach them from thw waiting room. "Is this the guy?" Said Eddie. "Steve?" Said Angie. "Rogers. Please to meet you and Jadelynn. Is he your boyfriend?" Sais Steve shaking their hands. "Yes. Listen i better go. Mulligan is calling again." Said Eddie feeling his phone vibrate for the fifth time. "Fine. Jadelynn give daddy a hug." Said Angie. Jadelynn was picked by Eddie pecking his cheek then gave him a hug making her cry. "Hey. Im going to see you and your mom soon okay." Sais Eddie kissong her cheek before handing her Angie. Angie pecked Eddie on the lips before he left to answer his phone. "The pilot aaid everything is set for us. Let carry those bags." Said Steve grabbing the two heavy bags while Angie placed Jadelynn onto her suitcase for her to ride on in one hand the other was her own suitcase following Steve to the private plane far from the other planes. Angie felt her pinky going cold for moment then searched around for any sign from Venom or Cletus. "Whats wrong?" Said Steve stepping onto the plane. "Im just going through something. I'll be fine. Go follow Steve to your seat." Said Angie as Jadelynn held his hand while going inside. Angie smiled at the attendant and went to her seat near the window. "You might want to get some rest. Its going to be a long flight." Said Steve sitting across from her. "Its gonna be tough. So tell me about yourself since we will being each other a lot." Said Angie. "Not until you tell me whats wrong. I know something is eating you." Said Steve once he took his cap off. Angie looked at Jadelynn who was watching blues clues then faced Steve. "A serial killer by the name of Cletus Cassidy may be after me." Said Angie. "Explain." Said Steve leaning forward to listen better. "It started out four years ago when Jadelynn was a few months old." Angie began.
