Angie took Jadelynn out to explore San Francisco and see what Eddie has been up to since their talk three weeks ago. She tried calling him but only gotten voicemail and didnt hear anything from Anne. Reaching the elevator a couple went in with her and Jadelynn then started flirting like no one else was around. Jadelynn looked at her colorful butterfly before throwing at the door making squealed. Angie went over to pick it up as a pair of eyes her on her after she bent down to pick up the toy. She looked at the man with long hair checking her out while his girlfriend was texting on her phone. She glared at him and moved the stroller away from the two before handing Jadelynn her toy. Jadelynn then threw toy again at the doors as it opened to the floor Eddie was in. Angie picked up the toy feeling the eyes where on her again while the couple passed her. She wanted to tell the guy off but felt the stinging pain again on her pinky. Even if it was barely a pinch. 'Eddie didnt happen to take it with him. Would he? Or did it escape?' She thought and went to the last door where surprisingly the couple were across the hall making out. Angie knocked on the door then heard a loud noise coming from inside the apartment before the door opened. "Eddie? What is going on with you?" Said Angie looking at him. Eddie had looked like he barely gotten any sleep for days, sweating like crazy, and saw how the way he was looking at her and Jadelynn. Like he didnt want them here. "Come in. I'll tell you everything. Want anything? What?" Said Eddie going to the living room then looked at Angie. "I didnt say anything. What is going on?" Said Angie closing the door. "Im sorry it that. Your gonna get pissed when i tell you." Said Eddie sitting on the couch.
Angie folded the stroller into a car seat and placed Jadelynn by her legs. "You went in didnt you?" Said Angie having the pain in her pinky pulsing. "Yeah and that woman attacked me. Since then i have been eating anything that is getting me aick and this voice in my head. Im going nuts. I left messages to Anne to help me out and i know you dont nothing to do with the foundation because of Carlton and Jadelynn." Said Eddie pressing his hands over his ears. Angie instinctively grabbed his hands makinf him look at her then jumped seeing his eyes turn white and his mouth shifted into razor sharp teeth for a second. "You brought it. The symbiote that i witnessed at the lab." Said Angie as Eddie pressed his forehead against her knuckles. "You cant talk to her. I dont care. Im not letting you hurt her." Said Eddie looking at the floor. "Eddie. If it wants to talk. And i know this gonna sound fucking stupid but let it talk. It spoke to me and now that its attached to you." Said Angie until a loud banging was at the door. "Hide Mate. They're here for us." said a voice in her head before Eddie to answer the door. "Eddie dont." Said Angie. The door was opened as Angie quickly hid in the bedroom after seeing Carlton's bodyguards walking in. "You stole something very valuable to Carlton and he wants them back. Search the apartment. She's in here somewhere." Said the leader. Two men went into the small hallway with three doors. One checked the bathroom and behind the curtain to the bath tub finding nothing. The other looked under the bed and heard a noise in the closet then opened the door roughly. He saw racks of clothes and saw the clothes moving. He reached in grabbing Angie by the hair dragging her out as Jadelynn started crying getting scared of whats happening. "Seth take the kid. We got you now." Said The guy holding Angie in a choke hold taking her to the living room.
"Let go." Said Angie trying get out of his grip. "No. You were on camera and Carlton would like to talk to you." Said the guy until he suddenly got thrown into the brick wall. Angie landed on the couch roughly then saw Seth walking away with Jadelynn. "Jadelynn!" Said Angie going after them. She grabbed the baby bag taking out her stun gun aiming it at Seth making him slam his face into the elevator button. Angie ran over picking up the car seat before going into the elevator shutting the doors as the men went after her. "Its okay Jadelynn. Im gonna take you somewhere safe. Im not gonna let you get hurt." Said Angie as the doors opened to the lobby. She looked around before running out and waved to a taxi who pulled over. "Take us to the closest park. Ive have an emergency." Said Angie. "No problem." Said a woman driving away. Angie sighed in relief then gave Jadelynn a bottle to calm her down while gently rocking the car seat. "Daddy issues." Said the woman seeing. Angie looling back tot he apartment. "You have no idea. His friends were there to pick a fight." Said Angie. "Wanna call the cops?" Sais the woman. "No my friends got it." Said Angie. After paying for the ride Angie checked for any more guards coming and rushed inside the building. She hit one floor above her then checked on Jadelynn who looked around while drinking her bottle. Angie looked at the doors then knocked on Dans door who answered quickly. "Angie? Whats going on?" Said Dan seeing her looking scared. "We are in deep shit. Listen i need you to keep Jadelynn safe." Said Angie handing the car seat to him. "Whats going on? What happened?" Sais Dan. "Carltons friends stopped by and are after me and Eddie. I gotta go. I know they will be coming here." Said Angie trying to calm down before pecking Jadelynn and left.
She went back to the elevator but it suddenly stopped midway at her floor making her fall. Angie froze feeling something was seriously wrong about this as the sound of creaking outside the elevator shaft making her breathe slowly. She looked around carefully until a grey like matter leaked through the crack of the doors forming claw like hands splitting it open making Angie screamed. There holding the doors open was a grey humanoid with white eyes and sharp teeth as it turned to something else. "Carlton? What the fuck?" Said Angie shaking a little. "You are coming with me. Willingly or Have Riot go after Jadelynn." Said Carlton walking over with his hand out. Angie grabbed his hand as Riot spreads himself through the elevator cables making it move down to the lobby. She walked close to Carlton who held his hand firmly by her waist leading her to his car. He opened the door letting her in first then himself and drove to the Life Foundation. Carlton glanced at her making sure she didnt try anything and reached his hand to touch her leg but crossed her leg away. "Im sorry to do this to you but you are involved in this and i want to know everything. Once thats done we can go back as it should be with us." Said Carlton. "I dont date killers. So you're both wasting time to get anything outta me." Said Angie feeling something wrap tightly around her neck with Riot in her face. "We'll see once your Mates come for you." Said Riot growling with a bit drool dripping onto her shirt. "Both of you go to hell." Said Angie before blacking out.
