Summary: People could go through periods of pain, people endured times of suffering, but after all of that came the healing. Uzumaki Naruto has suffered though pain his entire 17 years of life. Now three beauties will do their best to heal his soul, mind, and heart.
Hey everyone. Hope you guys enjoy this chapter. Now last chapter IloveM.A.D.B made a long post and I'm going to explain a few things to help clarify their review. Also, MADB I'm a big fan of telling it straight up. So if you're reading this brace yourself.
Something else that shouldn't constantly be harped upon is the looks. No real woman is like, "I'm glad my boobs filled out better than this girl." Well, I mean, some women are like that, but like seriously, unoriginal, uncreative dialogue. You can do so much better than that. Have real motivations. Literally sit down with yourself and, chapter by chapter, for the characters that you're going to have in it, write their motivation. If it's, "I want this character to understand" or "the hatred of losing a loved one is driving this character," what is driving this character? Things don't always have to be that complicated.
As I said in my response Women and to some extent men do this type of shit all the time and it's even stated in the Series proper as Sakura got PISSED when Sai said Ino looked better than Sakura, Shizune is self concuss when compared to Tsunade and even family's IRL compare themselves to others. I don't 'harp' on appearances. If I did I would constantly 'bash' a character looks or personality which you yourself said I did. Check your facts
It's just a suggestion, but truly great stories that are remembered are ones that don't rehash but don't jump in and expect the audience to bond with these characters that already have chemistry. We do not see the chemistry. Yes, time skips work, flashbacks work, but if your story's grammar, whole storyline, and overall feel are from the Stone Ages of fanfiction, why would I stick around? Why would a majority of your readers stick around to continue reading it? You really have to make your first few chapters your best chapters because it's understandable for quality to slip and for you to go back, but you have to put your best leg forward. If you liked some key details from the original story that you found, by golly, take it!
Yes, they wrote By Golly. You don't know the original story, you call my writing from the Stone Ages, just because I chose to do things different from what your use to reading. You say there's no chemistry there? Chemistry is built upon and I'm using the preexisting story from Before the Time Skip as my base. I'm doing what is called 'World Building'. I'm doing character development. I'm building it up as I go. I think the term is Slow burn. Or would you rather Naruto jumps right into screwing all the girls her wants to have a real relationship with?
Don't get it twisted my writing has evolved, but the state of the way fictions is today having them wrapped up in Crossovers or Overpowered to the point where one-shotting is the norm. I didn't expect the audience to bond with everyone. Hell,, I went into the story thinking that people would hate it. Call me out for 'stealing' this story, or the like. Instead it's been nothing but love. Does my grammar suck? Hell yeah. I have dyslexia; English is the only language I know and sometimes when I go and edit before I post I miss things and fuck things up. Just the nature of the beast and even when I try and catch, I still miss it.
weather you stick around or not isn't my business and your first few chapters should always be your WORST chapters, because that's the test and blueprint for if you think it will work or not or if people like it or not.
Personally, MADB I'm a firm believer of If you don't like what is written you can take those two things attached to the bottom of your legs and get on. I know people hate when writers say don't like don't read, but hey it's the truth. This isn't me being an Asshole or arrogant. This is me being blunt and how I would say it IRL. I'm not bending over backward because you didn't like something after only reading two chapters or you thought you knew better. I encourage you to take a shot at this story if you think you can do better.

Krieger Techpreist: Yes He is. I thought that Neji as a Jonin-sensei would be hilarous and his Genin team needs to match his personality. As in they need to be entirely different and crazy. Yes. Takato is a political storm waiting to happen. Hinata is a big fat yep. That wasn't just a throwaway line a few chapters ago with Ino either. As for Kyuubi16. In another time. Another Very old account that I no longer have the passwords or email accounts to we got into it. We basically had a war that lasted several weeks if not months and i'll admit that I had an Ego back then. To this day I still have a... dislike of their writing style, but I'm like a vegetarian. I don't want no beef. I stay in my lane and I stay FAR Kyuubi16's profile and stories.
Yami Luna Kitsune: I'm not really a fan either, but aside from... 3 people in Naruto, No one smoked, and I always felt that it was a lie. I look at everyone in Naruto and can think of at least 20 charterers who would smoke, but I rarely use it as is. The barracks always made sense in that way to me. What will Naruto do I wonder? FEED THE KITSUNE!
Majestic Yo-kai Fauntleroy: I can agree to most of that. Also I'm wondering why wasn't Naruto a father figure to Sarada since Sasuke was out of the village for almost 12 years? Did the writer of Boruto just forget that Naruto and Sakura were friends? Did Sarada not know that Naruto and Sakura were once on the same team? Sorry, but a lot of it Didn't make sense especially considering the fact that Naruto was Sakura's best male friend and Sasuke's 'brother'

The reason I didn't add Yandare Hinata is because to me Naruto is NOT the type of guy to be into Yandare's. Tsundare's Absolutely, Dandere-shy girl- 100 percent. Yandare? Hell no. The closet thing we have to a Yandere in Naruto proper is Karin.

Interlude end of pt 3
Location: Bear Country, Small City
Place: Fighting Pit
Time: 2000
The large town in Bear Country was as basic as towns could get. It had bars, a thriving forestry industry, A hunting industry, a mining industry and Fighting arena. a corrupt local government and was run by a Missing ninja from the Iwa playing as a Yakuza boss. Hosenki the Head Taker. A chunin at that. He was surrounded by wannabe Samurai, bandits, whores and the like. Two of which were his right hand man and a woman who never left his side. Most likely a bodyguard. The only reason Missing Ninja and Bounty hunters didn't bother with this particular Chunin was because he had several friends in the Bear Country Nobility, Samurai caste, and justice system. At least that was the case until he dove into the Slave trade black market. Now he was a key figure that had contract and influence as far as the Land of Vegetables.
The only Reason the Shinobi and Kunoichi of Iwa didn't go after him and instead monitored his activities was because he had a lot of state secrets that he used to keep Iwa off his back. So an uneasy deal was formed. So long as he restricted his activities to everything West of the Land of Earth they would overlook anything he did. Even if it cause trouble for The Land Of Winds. This left a large net open for other countries and not many wanted to ignite the ire of the Great Fence Sitter.
Today just so happened to be Hosenki's birthday and he was celebrating at one of the larger clubs under his influence. The Pit, A large dance floor, bar combination was on the first floor, the special entertainments rooms and offices were in Instead of the normal nightlife it was decorated in Neon colors and several people were in attendance for this man's birthday. On his lap was a young girl. To young to be sitting in the lap of a 40 something year old man with bruising around her thighs and neck. There was even a little makeup around her eyes. Obviously a trafficked slave. Technically illegal, but nobles enjoyed a few loopholes in laws such as indentured servants, and generational retainers.
Shinobi and Kunoichi were the exception. Across the Elemental nation the universal rule was Old enough to kill old enough to drink, gamble, and fuck. Within the Elemental Nation the age of marriage was 15, but most people used that as a courtship age and the true age was mostly considered 18. That honestly didn't matter to Naruto. He never thought much of marriage since he figured that he would never get married as it was.
In the basement was a Fighting pit where people used only Taijustu to fight. It was a place of skills. Millions were made in that pit as it was a prime gambling spot. They were actually quite well organized with weight classes, Sealing arries to detect if any Jutsu or chakra was used.
For the past 4 months. Naruto had been working undercover with Jiraiya acting as Naruto's bookie and Naruto as the fighter. Ever since they arrived in town they had been known as Hanzo and Menma. Three times a week Naruto would go to the pits and earn his strips there. Eventually working his way into the gate keeper position of the top 10 fighters. It was a good thing that Jiraiya had began to refine Naruto's brawling style and got him to learn The Toad Fist, and basics of the Hummingbird style that Namikaze Minato was known for.
Apparently Naruto and Jiraiya had made an impression on the Boss and his subordinates. At least enough so as to get invited to his birthday party. However that was what they wanted. This was going to be the last mission before Naruto and Jiraiya returned home. Five long years away from his beloved home. He was ready to return.
Naruto sat at the bar sipping on his sake as he watched his target, while pretending to watch the various strippers, women on the dance floor, and hookers. Naruto wore a black suit jacket, red button up shirt, black slacks, and a cowboy hat. His left hand was tapped up as was signature to his cover as a Southpaw style fighter. His hair was died brown and slicked in such a way that his hair that his bangs covered his right eye, he wore black contacts and make up covered his whiskers. It was something Jiraiya had taught Naruto. transformation was good for a quick in the moment use, but for long cover missions and meeting/ creating contacts, Aliases were a must. So Menma was born out of need. Such a stupid name. He was glad that his mom or whoever never named him that.
Anyway back to the topic at hand. The mission was simple. Kill The Yakuza boss and dismantle the entire organization. While this would leave a power vacuum across the various Yakura and political organizations, but that was not Naruto's problem.
The bodyguard reached over and whispered something to the boss, making him smile, before he nodded. The bodyguard rose and began to walk away only to be smacked on the ass. She walked away with a small smile one her face, before making her way over to the bar. No. To Naruto. Naruto watched her and took great notice of her. She was quite beautiful, even though she was in her early to mid 30s, She stood at around 5'6" with C-cup breasts and long legs. white hair tied back by a red and white rope with bells attached to it. When seen up close her eyes are revealed to be an ice blue color. She had multiple tattoos that resemble flower petals on the left side of her face and midriff as well as her left leg. She wore a red party dress that was backless, sleeveless, and somehow revealed the left side of her abdomen and tattoos and a slit high up her left thigh and red high heels. On either wrist was a golden bangle.
She took a seat right next to Naruto. "This seat taken handsome?" asked the woman.
"It is now m'lady," said Naruto with a smile.
"Ha, now that is smooth Menma. I bet all the girls fall for that one," said the woman
"Contrary to popular belief I've only ever slept with three women in my life. An old friend, a former contact of mine and my bookies, and a one night stand. Other than that I tend to shy away from the fairer sex," said Naruto.
"Ha if you told that to anyone else they'd think you were into men or something,"
"Nah. Just focused on being the best and strongest version of myself. No time for romance," said the silver haired woman
"Shit kid you sound boring. You could have at least ordered a hooker or something,"
"Their not to my taste. I like to get to know a woman before I sleep with her," said the disguised blonde.
"Good thing your a killer in the ring otherwise I'd have to cut you to pieces for talking like a pussy. Bar tenders get me some white wine," said the woman.
"Call me a romantic at heart ma'am," said Naruto.
"Like I said smooth Menma," said the woman crossing her legs.
Naruto was mentally running down the check list of seduction 101. He would admit that depite the fact that the woman was older than him he was quite tempted to give it a try. The bartender walked away to get her order.
"Is it okay to leave Hosenki-sama alone like that?" asked Naruto looking to the man who was now making out with the young girl.
Naruto had to force himself not to break his glass in rage at the disgusting sight. Such pigs like him deserved to be slaughtered and turned into feed.
"It's fine. That bastard is so well protected here, it would take a Platoon of ANBU to get at him. Besides. This is a party and we're expected to have fun," said the woman waving off his concern.
"Fun huh? I've been in the Pit so much lately I haven't had a chance to have fun," said Naruto.
The wine was put in front of the woman, and she picked it up and sipped on it.
"I know the feeling. So much stuff is going on I haven't even gotten laid in weeks," said the woman.
"Is that so?" asked Naruto.
"Yep. My normal fuck body got a little to interested in the dealings of our boss and has been sampling the goods. The others are out taking care of business on behalf of the boss. Only the Lts, and made men are in attendance tonight. Most of them just bore me and can't get it up around a strong woman such as myself.. To bad for them they'll never get a chance to see whats under this dress,"
"I never got your name miss," said Naruto.
The woman chuckled. "Sorry. My name is Kagura. No last name as I was banished from my family when I chose the path of a Kunoichi,"
"You're a Kunoichi?" asked Naruto.
"Something like that. I'm a Rouge... no I was a rouge. My status was only updated a few years ago. Now I have no desire to see the end of Konoha, even if they hurt me and my charge. Honestly, I think he would have me if he saw how low I've fallen," said the woman.
"Your charge?" asked Naruto.
The woman shuck her head. "Some brats that I use to watch when I was a chunin. I'm rambling. Let's go somewhere else," said Kagura rising with Naruto following after her.
Not far away Jiraiya was smirking as he watched his apprentice walk out with a smoking hot babe.
"Sir Hanzo it seems that your protege has taken an interest in Kagura-chan," said the Yakuza boss.
"The kid is just that kind of guy. Hard to believe he's turned down hookers that offered it up for free," said Jiraiya.
"All to the truth. Even I haven't sampled Kagura before, but I do know that those who have sampled her say that she is quite the hell cat," said Hosenki.
Jiraiya raised a glass. "Here's to a long and prosperous life

Place: outside in an ally by the Fighting Pit
Time: 2000
Kagura pushed Naruto against the wall of the ally that she had dragged him into. She crashed her lips into Naruto's in a bruising kiss, which Naruto returned. Naruto gripped her left thigh and lifted it high. Before long Naruto disengaged from her lips and attacked her neck. Naruto was already hard and was thinking with the wrong head. He had made a fatal mistake.
"Fuck Naruto-kun! That's amazing! I wish I could take you inside of me," said Kagura.
Naruto froze hearing his real name used. And decided in only a nanosecond to draw a kunai and aim for her neck, but it seemed that Kagura had the same idea and aimed at Naruto's kidney. Both stopped just centimeters from each other. Naruto narrowed his eyes and quickly used a replacement to chance spots with a log. Getting space from this lady was a must.
"How did you know my name?" asked Naruto.
Kagura looked at Naruto with a smile as she raised her left hand and a katana appeared in it. An ANBU issued one.
"If you beat me I'll tell you," said Kagura.
Kaguara charged at Naruto and slashed at him. Naruto blocked the attack with his kunai. Naruto flipped behind her and slashed at her neck, only for Naruto's hand to stay inches away from her neck. Naruto's eyes widened in shock. Naruto released the kunai and ran though a few hand signs.
"Wind Released: Slash!" yelled Naruto as the edge of his left hand gained a sharp edge before Naruto slashed outwards with it.
Kagura jumped backward as the slash hit the ground and gave a nice deep gash. Naruto pressed the advantage and charged forward. In a flurry of slashes and kicks Naruto and Kagura pushed each other backwards. Kagura managed to slash Naruto across the chest. Forcing Naruto to jump into the air.
Naruto pushed Chakra into his feet. "Toad Style: Frog stomp!" yelled Naruto.
Kagura rasied her blade in a thrusting motion as the blade glowed white. "Dancing Moon style: Fury Attack!" yelled Kagura
Naruto stomped as Kagura thrust. The attacks collided and canceled each other out, but Kagura wasn't going to allowed this. Holding out her right hand.
"Earth Release: Raving Chakra Knives!"
A Golden glow appeared at the edge of her hand as orbs appeared and turned into small throwing knives. The blades launched at Naruto at an incedable speed. Naruto disengaged and got hit in the chest. Nartuto held in a wince. This type of fight wasn't his specialty. Enclosed spaces like allies were not ideal. Especially against an Earth Release user. Kagura rose her blade and charged at Naruto she slashed at Naruto. This was the opening he needed. Naruto slipped behind Kagura and put his hands on her stomach.
"Wind release: Sonic slash," said Naruto as he ripped his hands apart and jumped backward.
Kagura turned to Naruto but fell to the ground as her stomach was ripped wide open. She coughed up blood. Naruto Sat on the ground next to her as she gripped her stomach. She looked at him with a smile.
"You threw that fight," said Naruto.
"Something like that. I couldn't bring myself to kill you. The one person who acknowledged me," said the white-haired woman laughing.
"Kagu-nee... Why did you leave the village?" asked Naruto his eyes lowered in pain.
Kagura gave a small hacking laugh. "You remember me after all?" asked Kagura.
"How could I forget the woman who was the only person I knew for the first five years of my life," said Naruto.
Kagura chuckled but coughed up blood. "So you figured it out huh? In truth, I was in ANBU and part of ROOT, or the Foundation's black op breach. However, unlike other operatives, I was able to operate with impunity. Since my first loyalty was to be to the Hokage. I can't spill their secrets because of a seal on my tonuge. However I will tell you that I was supposed to groom you to be a weapon for the village, while they picked your future brides or breeding stock for the next host of Kyubi," said Kagura.
"Is that why you started teaching me how to throw Kunai? Mold chakra, and even fight with a blade?" asked Naruto.
"Something like that. Eventually, I got word of who you were going to be paired with. A Kurama Yakumo. I was ordered to kidnap you to get you prepared for loyalty conditioning. However... I couldn't do it. You had become my son. And I would be damned if I put you through that hell. I killed my handler and did a runner. But that's not what got me labeled as a rouge. If it was something so simple they would have mobilized a hunter-killer squad," said Kagura pain clear in her voice.
"What did it?" asked Naruto.
"I started to care about you. All that time we spent together. Your first steps, your first words. The first time you wrote your name. Shinobi Rule number 10. Never become personally attached to your target. I took you. Sarutobi was pissed and sent my own ANBU team after me. I had to leave you near a lake at the boarder between the border of Fire and Rivers. Up until then I never regretted anything. I regretted leaving you there. It's the biggest regret of my life," said Kagura as she began to fade in and out.
Naruto looked at her and took her hand. "Its fine Kagu-nee. I forgive you,"
Kagura began to cry. "Naru-chan... I don't want to die. I'm scared," whimpered Kagura.
Naruto placed his forehead against Kagura's. "I know... I'm here Kagu-nee,"
"In... the tattoo above my eye... a scroll with... my jutsu in it... I lo-," said Kagura before her head fell to the side.
Naruto reached for her neck and felt for a pulse. There was none. she fully passed on.
Naruto held her hand for a second and prayed that she had passed to the Pure Lands. He reached up and closed her eyes. He allowed her hand to fall to the ground. He looked at the seal and quickly undid it and took her scroll and pocketed as well as taking her ANBU issue Katana. It would serve as proof that he had killed a missing Ninja and allow him to cash in on her bounty Naruto rose to his feet and did three quick hand signs.
"Fire release: Fireball!" said Naruto as he unleashed a fireball that hit Kagura and began to burn her body.
An ANBU member appeared behind him. It was a rabbit masked woman. Unlike normal ANBU masks, hers had a flowing black mane attached to it.
"Uzumaki-taicho. All squads are in position We're ready to move on the Organization at your word," said Rabbit.
"Begin the operation Rabbit. All teams primary objective is to capture or kill the target Hosinki. Saving prisoners is secondary... And how many times do I have to tell I'm not a member of ANBU," said Naruto.
"To many sir, but I must also ask how many times I told you not to wear your heart on your sleeve. Shinobi Rule 1. Love will get you killed?"
The blonde narrowed his eyes. "Is that what you tell yourself to sleep better at night? Neji or Lee don't know that you joined ANBU or have been working as a prostitute on this mission Tenten?"
Naruto felt a spike of killing intent but was unaffected by it. Rabbit or Tenten had been one of the 12 operatives sent to Bear country six months ago, Before Jiraiya and Naruto's arrival to lay the groundwork for them. They acted the part of a small-time gang looking to break into the business. They were allowed to operate on the west side of town with two other smaller gangs that all paid tribute to the big gang in the sum of 60 percent of their earnings. Naruto and Jiraiya took up residence with them. During their time there Naruto saw that Tenten would have one, two, or even five men at a time. He never asked and once almost bought her services out of sheer curiosity. He decided against it as Tenten was a teammate and comrade not an object for his sexual release.
"Keep my boys out of this Uzumaki!" growled rabbit.
"I'll keep them out of it when you stop trying to analyze me. We're not kids in the orphanage anymore Tenten," said Naruto.
"You got that right. The kid I knew wasn't such an asshole," said Rabbit before she vanished in a swirl of smoke.
"We all grow up sometimes," said Naruto as he looked at Kaguya.
Naruto began to walk out of the ally and found Jiraiya standing there a frown on his face. "Still a bleeding heart after all this time," said Jiraiya.
"What are you talking about Ero-sennin? I've killed many people over the last five years of training and missions
"That's not what I'm talking about. Connections are our greatest strength and our greatest weaknesses. That's how Orochimaru got away from me and how I allowed Tsunade to drown herself in gambling and booze for over a decade. I loved my teammates to much to try and correct their bad behavior. In Tsunade's case, I loved her a little too much. My point Naruto... don't let those connections become the rope you hang yourself with. ," said Jiraiya.
Naruto didn't say a word as he turned and looked at Kagura's burning body.
