"Almost there Alexis. Just through this door." Red says as she and Alexis arrive at Principal Merlin's door before seeing Chloe come running.
"Chloe? What are you doing here?" Alexis asks.
"Getting my hands dirty." Chloe says as Red scoffs.
"You're gonna break into the Principal's office?" Red asks in surprise.
"It's for a good cause." Chloe says.
"Oh. And you're already justifying your crimes? Love it." Red says as she smiles at Chloe before she gets the door open using a hair pin.
"Now where to look for that book." Alexis says as the group looks around.
"I'll check up there." Red says as she climbs a ladder next to a book shelf.
"Wait. I think I see it. The big one with the claws." Chloe says as Red sees the book and begins straining trying to reach it.
"Red be careful." Alexis says worriedly.
"Almost got it." Red says.
"Red look out!" Alexis shouts as she sees swords heading towards Red before Red she turns and sees the swords flying towards her and barely dodges one by sliding down the ladder.
"Run!" Red says as the group begins trying to avoid the swords before a stone owl comes to life and flies out the chimney.
"Oh no. The owl, he's gonna tell Merlin." Chloe says worriedly as Alexis pulls her out of the way of one of the swords.
"We better worry about these swords first!" Alexis says as she grabs a candle pole and begins helping Chloe fight off the swords.
"Red we can hold them. Grab the book!" Chloe shouts as Red does as Chloe tells her only to knock the book to the ground as another owl comes to life and begins throwing swords at Red.
"Red!" Alexis shouts as she tosses are a shield as Red uses it to deflect the swords and send the owl to the ground by the book as the group hides under a table.
"That was close." Alexis says as she gives a look of relief.
"They're disappearing." Chloe says as the group sees the swords are disappearing.
"I think I can make it." Red says as she begins going for the book before the table where the swords came from begins glowing.
"Oh no! Red watch out!" Chloe shouts as Red sees as knight beginning to attack her before Alexis shifts to wolf form and gets between them as the owl gets the book and begins flying off.
"Chloe go for the book. I'll deal with the knight." Alexis says as she grabs the sword in her teeth and begins trying to pull it away before Chloe manages to get the owl to drop the book and trap the owl making the knight disappear.
"We got 'em." Chloe says as the group pants.
"Thank goodness." Alexis says as she shifts to human from panting.
"Are you two okay?" Chloe asks as Red nods.
"Those were from your mom." Red says in surprise.
"It was time to lose the glass shoes." Chloe says before the group hears footsteps and sees Uliana and her group coming over.
"Wow. What a performance. Well... I'll be taking that." Uliana says as she takes the book.
"Hey get your slimy suckers off that!" Red says angrily.
"Aw!" Uliana says mockingly.
"I don't think so." Red says as she goes to step forward only for Alexis to grab her.
"Red don't." Alexis says as Red looks at her.
"It's over. There's too many of them." Chloe says as she nods at Red.
"Mmm-mmm-mmm. Hmm. Finally. Let's see what kind of mischief you've got for me." Uliana says as she opens the book before it engulfs her group in a light and freezes them in place causing Alexis, Red and Chloe to laugh.
"Hex yeah! New shoes? My treat." Red says as she knocks Hook over and takes his shoes and hands them to Chloe before Alexis takes the book and hands it to Red.
"Thanks." Chloe says as she puts the shoes on.
"How did you know that was gonna happen?" Red asks curiously.
"Bridget said that Merlin enchanted the cookbook so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands." Chloe says.
"Oh. Right. You should probably open this then. These are definitely the wrong hands." Red says nervously as she gestures for Chloe or Alexis to take the book.
"What? No Red. You open the book." Alexis says.
"Yeah. You do it." Chloe says.
"Um... I'm evil like my mom remember?" Red asks.
"You're nothing like your mom Red. You're your own person." Chloe says.
"You're a good person." Alexis says as she smiles at Red causing her to smile briefly before sighing.
"No. Chloe, Alexis I lie. Cheat. I steal. I'm a lost cause." Red says.
"Red no one is a lost cause. Sometimes it just takes being given a chance for that to be shown." Alexis says.
"She's right. You just stood up to a bully. And you risked your own life to save mine and Alexis's. And right now you're saving Auradon. I thought that being good was about following the rules. But turns out it's a lot more complicated. You do so much . I'm sorry it took me so long to see it." Chloe says.
"And I saw it from the beginning. You just needed a chance to see it too. Everyone deserves a chance Red. This is your chance. You got this." Alexis says as Red nods and sighs.
"Okay." Red says as she opens the book with no issues.
"Told you." Chloe says.
"Wait how did you know?" Red ask curiously.
"Yeah I was like 80 percent max." Red says.
"I could've been perma-frozen and you were only 80 percent?" Red asks before the group hears Merlin approaching and quickly gets out of the room without being spotted through the window.

"Did you see Uliana's face when she opened up the book? She was like..." Chloe says as she makes fun of Uliana as the group gets back into their room.
"I wish I could see her while she's stuck at home on the night of Castlecoming." Red says.
"Me too." Alexis says as she laughs.
"Wait are we sure that she won't be there?" Chloe asks worriedly.
"Uh yeah. The VKs are gonna be in detention forever. And even if they could go to no cookbook there's no way they can do the prank. We did it." Red says as Chloe squeals in excitement.
"Yeah we did." Alexis says happily.
"We can go back." Chloe says.
"Which means we can go home." Alexis says.
"Yeah. But what if we go back and my mom is still... My mom?" Red asks worriedly.
"Even if she is you're not gonna end up like her." Alexis says.
"And this? This is proof. You saved my mom's life." Chloe says happily.

"Here. This belongs to you." Chloe says as she gives Red back her watch as the group arrives in the courtyard.
"Ready?" Red asks as Alexis and Chloe look at each other.
"Ready." Alexis says as she nods before Red clicks the watch sending the group through time.
