After the war and learning about Mulan's identity, Shang comes to propose. Mulan expected him to do the honorable proposal and it should warm her heart, because she's been more than a little in love with him. However, Mulan does not know who she really is, Mulan or Ping and cannot in good conscience accept Shang's proposal. Good thing he's patient enough to try to understand.

This Disney one-shot combines the full-length Disney Twisted Tale of Mulan with the short story one. I hope you all love it as much as I loved writing it!

here's a retelling of the Disney classic of Mulan, as it's told my way, in which feminism existed as early as the war of China vs. the Huns.

Desperate for a bath, Mulan tries to sneak in for some late night bathing only to have her feminine secret uncovered. Fortunately for her, she was reported to a general who likes his women unwashed and unattended; basically he has a thing for the unsavory, and Mulan has something to offer him that might make him think twice about banishing her from the army.

Slowly the sharp tip of his blade traveled down her throat and collarbone before slowly making its way to rest between her bound breasts.  Mulan opened her eyes and looked up at his hesitation. His sharp, yellow eyes were narrowed in confusion or disbelief. Mulans face burned as she realized he had noticed her chest..

Shang needed a little help with his messy hair. Mulan is here for him.

What if Shang had previously accidentally found out that Ping was actually Mulan?

It may be a lack of humility, but Shang always considered himself a good son, a good soldier and a good subject of the Emperor. His future seems all mapped out, between his military career and the marriage imposed on him by filial duty. What he didn't envisage was that this young and frail Ping would make his heart beat so much.

Mulan has a twin brother who is too scared to go to war and gay so he doesn't want to stay to get matched either. So Mulan takes his place in the war and he has to pretend to be her so that nobody knows that the twins did a role swap.

Told from the perspective of Mulan's sister, Daiyu, this is the story of a girl whose sister has run away, leaving Daiyu to deal with the war and growing up all by herself.

Set in an Alternate Universe, what if Shang had an adopted African American brother who so happens to be married to Mulan?. Will John be able to survive the war along with aiding his brother to train the new troops, and keeping his promise to come home safe to his wife. And will Mulan be able to save her husband by any means?.

Mulan has just returned back to her family only for Shang to surprise her when he comes there. How will China react to what Mulan did and how will she respond to that reaction? How about Shang and his family? Will any of this change when ideas of marriage and children are balanced with honor and tactical future planning?

Mulan has returned home after saving China and became a national treasure. But Fate seems to have a much more ferocious destiny for her.
