At The Station

"Line up, people." Stella told all the members of Fifty-Five. They were all single file near Truck 55.

"Alright so, two major announcements here. Number one is regarding the truck you're all standing in front of. The Department has taken notice of the issue and is leaning toward having sent off to a team of specialists to get that thing back into shape."

"Chief, this truck is barely two years old, right?" Pat asked.

"You're definitely right, Dixon. Unfortunately, this truck has plenty of life ahead of it and it's currently dealing with a mechanical or electrical issue, so hopefully, it'll get fixed soon. Now, the Department has been leaning toward having a Tiller Truck be in its place while it's away."

"A Tiller? This station hasn't had one of those since my rookie year!" Arnold told his mother.

"You're right on that, but that all depends on what the Department ultimately decides on. Either the same Aerial Ladder unit or having a Tiller in its place for the meanwhile. Secondly, this truck behind me? Its services will no longer be required." Stella showed the replacement Engine unit behind her.

"I honestly forgot it was a backup Engine." Several of them chattered.

"Well, the Department will soon have the new Engine arriving within a few days. And it's a major improvement from the last truck. New deluge gun, new and improved sirens, a better-designed cab, and much more! Including the memorial patch to Malcolm McShay."

"Sweet!"

"Awesome!"

"You're all dismissed." Stella soon walked off.

"Boy, I'll tell ya, Vic, I feel like my pocket has been vibrating for the past minute." Arnold soon said. "Maybe 'cause it has? Or maybe one or the other." Vic smirked and walked away. Arnold soon checked his pocket.

It was his phone with three missed calls from Phoebe. He soon called her back.

"Phoebe, I got three missed calls from you, is something wrong?" He asked. "Arnold, please tell me you clock out now! I'm with Spinelli, and she's not feeling too good!"

Arnold only went wide-eyed for a moment.

"Phoebe, sh- she doesn't need the Aid Car, right?"

"Thankfully, no. But she's rather distressed and won't tell me what's going on."

"I'm heading over now!" Arnold hung up and soon ran out to the back of the station.

At Home

The Ford truck screeched to a halt in his driveway. He soon got out and shut the truck door and locked it, and ran inside.

He soon ran toward the indoor gym he had.

"Where is she?" Arnold asked, frantically. "Arnold!" Spinelli ran toward his arms. Arnold had his arms open to give her a big hug.

"Spinelli!" He wrapped her in his arms. "Oh, thank God you're alright!" Arnold hugged his beloved tightly.

"Just take it easy for me, just take deep breaths. Deep breaths for me, sweetie. I'm here now, just calm down now." Arnold slowly rubbed her back and kissed her cheek several times. He felt her trembling, but she stopped trembling once she felt him in her arms.

"Just sit down here, and get yourself hydrated." Arnold sat her down at one of the benches and handed her the water bottle. "I- is there something I'm not aware of?" Phoebe asked.

"I'm afraid there is. Phoebe… Helga's back in town, and worse than ever. She's cold-blooded and will kill anyone who stands in her way."

"I always knew she was a cold-hearted person, but never to that extent!" Phoebe had a hand over her mouth. "I'm afraid she's the arsonist as well. It hasn't become public yet, we're waiting for the right moment."

"So THAT explains why she secretly went to L.A.… She went to Los Angeles to seek some 'guidance' from a famously imprisoned arsonist!"

"And I'm afraid that's not all. She's coming after Spinelli… And our child…" The water bottle dropped onto the floor.

"I'LL KILL HER IF I HAVE TO! NOBODY TOUCHES US OR OUR CHILD!" Spinelli stood up, infuriated with her fists clenched. Arnold immediately hugged her. "Easy! Easy, easy, easy, easy, easy!" She was breathing heavily, but Arnold soon calmed her down again. She soon hugged him back and had her head on his shoulder.

"I can't believe Helga is even back…" Phoebe shook her head. "I just hope she'll be arrested soon."

"For all I care she can BURN to her demise!" Arnold gave an angry look as he hugged Spinelli. Arnold then gasped. "Phoebe, remember the day when my Dad was brought into the emergency room years ago?"

"Uh, more or less. I remember where some of the bullets were lodged. Ugh, I even remember the number of surgeries he had before passing away… Why, though?" Phoebe replied. "I vaguely remember seeing the news that day, I remember seeing something off… I can't remember exactly, but I think officer Tanner might have the answer to it! He was one of the officers who got my Dad out and into one of the Aid Car's that day!"

"You're not saying…" Phoebe raised an eyebrow, giving a suspicious look. "I don't know, Pheebs, but I got a hunch… And I'm not gonna rest until I get that answer!" He gave a determined look after he let go of Spinelli.

Phoebe nodded. "I gotta get going, you guys. I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Of course." Arnold gave a small smile.

Arnold gave a friendly kiss to Phoebe's cheek before she left.

"You feeling any better, honey?" Arnold looked at his girlfriend. "I'm alright now." Spinelli shrugged. "Oh, I'm sorry for ever even leaving you alone!" Arnold kissed Spinelli's forehead. "Don't worry about it, no one could've predicted this."

"Hey, Arnold, come look at the news!" Phoebe shouted from the living room.

"I thought she was on her way out…" The two walked out toward the living room.

"So there were news vans near! Huh, I guess that explains why the crowds were bigger this time around." Arnold soon saw the news report on the tv.

"Many fire trucks and ambulances were on the scene but failed to save the strip mall. But ironically, it may have been a bit of a favor as that mall was scheduled for closure at the end of the month." The news anchor said as it displayed footage of the mall fire.

Crews from multiple stations were seen rushing around along with paramedics with stretchers. Including the daring rescues of Tanner and Arnold.

"Many suspect arson, others say a minor accident. We won't know until fire investigators figure out the true cause of the fire."

Hose lines lying around on the ground, and several ladders spraying at the fire.

"Hey, look! There's Vic and Donovan!" Arnold pointed. Vic was monitoring the pump gauges and Donovan ran over carrying hose lines.

"Arnold, is that you?" Spinelli noticed the next clip was Arnold saving Allison from the balcony. "Uh… yeah?" Arnold replied, unsure what she would say.

The next clip showed Tanner catching the baby.

"You're a natural-born leader." She smiled as she looked at the tv. Arnold gave a confused look at first.

"Well, I'll leave you guys to it. See you tomorrow." Phoebe soon started heading to the front door.

Spinelli turned around and immediately hugged her boyfriend.

"I love you, and words will never express how deep my love goes for you." She hugged him tightly. Arnold hugged her back and rubbed her back. "I'll always be there for you like how you've been here for me and Andy. I love you deeply." Arnold kissed her forehead.

"C'mon. Let's go get cleaned up, check on Andy, and get some sleep." Arnold kissed her forehead again and smiled. "You need to clean up more than I do." She smirked.

"I don't smell like sweat and anger." Arnold chuckled. "And I don't smell like a bunch of smoke."

"Well, since we both need to clean up, and have something to cheer us up, how about…" Arnold had a hand on her chin. "Drop your fucking pants right now and get to the shower now." She silenced him with a reckless kiss.

The two kissed for a minute before heading toward the bathroom to shower together.

Soon, the two had stripped each other's clothes off and were being sprayed with the water from the shower head.

The two were kissing intensely as their tongues explored each other's mouths. Arnold had one of Spinelli's legs raised as his cock was harder than a rock.

"I've been wanting this for the past hour!" Spinelli gasped for air once they separated. Arnold started kissing around her neck as his penis barely rubbed around her wet vagina.

Later

Arnold and Spinelli came out from the bathroom, his arm over her shoulder while he kept kissing her cheek.

"I love you." Arnold smiled as he kept kissing her cheek. "Aw, I love you more." She giggled.

They had their towels on since they forgot to bring their clothes.

"You okay, Travis?" Michelle noticed a saddened look on his face. "Yeah, it's just uh… My Dad died and… Unfortunately, he passed away from heart complications earlier this week. I didn't say anything mainly 'cause I didn't want anyone to know." He sniffled.

"Oh, Trav…" Michelle rubbed his shoulder. "We're all family for a reason, you don't have to keep this cooped up!"

"I know but… I just didn't know what to do. I'll be visiting his old chemical factory he used to work at tomorrow."

"A chemical factory? Interesting…" Michelle replied.

"What? You want to return to your shift tomorrow?" Arnold asked as he put on his pants. "I know it sounds like a gamble on our daughter's protection, besides, we'll start our shift later at night! We'll have time to finally visit my parents too!" Spinelli replied as she put on her crop top.

"Alright well, if you want it that way." Arnold shrugged. She then kissed him on the cheek. "Sounds like a great plan." She smiled.

"But that'll be before I find out about what happened to my Dad. I never found out the truth, and I'm seeking the truth now."

The two soon went to check on Andy.

A Few Minutes Later

"Mommy and Daddy love you, sweetheart." Spinelli gave a goodnight kiss to Andy and tucked her in, and set her favorite plush dog near her, the one Arnold passed down to her.

Arnold and Spinelli soon walked toward their bedroom as they were ready to get some sleep.

"Quite a long day for us, huh?" Arnold chuckled as he got in bed. "Longer than usual." She jokes while climbing into bed.

"Thanks for always being here for me… I really appreciate everything you always do for me." Spinelli told her beloved while blushing. Arnold smiled and kissed her cheek, causing her blush to grow red hot.

"C'mon, hun. Let's get some sleep." Arnold kissed her cheek again. "Sounds like a great idea right now." She smiled.

"Goodnight, sweetheart."

"Goodnight, my adorable football head." Spinelli didn't hesitate to giggle and kissed his cheek.
