Well, um, I know I've taken quite a while to post but I can't help it if I'm pretty busy and caught up with other things. I know I used to post constantly before but I guess some things changed. Anyway, one thing that won't change is me posting regardless. Either way, while I was away, I managed to get some chapters written, and hope you'll enjoy them.

With the ED a mess due to the skyscraper fire, Teddy walked over toward Squad.

"How you guys holdin' up?" She asked.

Arnold shrugged. "Shepherd just kicked us out." He said with a nonchalant tone, obviously frustrated.

In the treatment room, Spinelli's uniform shirt had to be taken off. She was left with her sports bra along with her uniform pants and black Nike socks.

"They need room to work, try and be patient." Teddy tried to calm him and soon walked away to other doctors.

"Get her on the vent and make sure she's a hundred percent oxygenated." Catherine said as she stabilized Ashley's IV.

Shortly after, the monitor beeped as Spinelli coughed and gagged from the airway tube in her throat.

"Four milligrams of midazolam! Now!" Catherine put her stethoscope over her neck.

She held down Spinelli's arms while she tried reaching for the ET tube. Catherine tried to comfort Spinelli as she kept coughing and gagging. "Easy, girl! Easy!" Spinelli slowly calmed down, seeing no other option. "That's it, Tiger…"

"She's settling down. Draw blood gas and carboxyhemoglobin." Catherine let go of Spinelli's arms and walked out.

Arnold approached her. "Hey. What's happening?" He asked. "Vitals are holding but she's in bad shape. We're running tests, we should know more soon." Catherine answered.

Suddenly, an alarm beeped behind her.

Catherine immediately went back in and found blood in the ET tube. Arnold and Cruz overlooked the sudden situation.

"Stats and blood pressure are dropping!" A nurse exclaimed.

"She's bleeding in her airway! Hang a unit on the rapid transfuser, suction her ET tube, and get a chest x-ray!" Catherine shouted as she held Spinelli by her neck to examine her.

Over in a different treatment area, Phoebe was currently checking Greg's lungs. Tanner was in the same room.

"Stick me in that firetrap!…" Greg said. "You said you liked the place!" Tanner answered.

"What's the point of this!?" Greg questioned. "Hey! Paramedics said you were complaining of chest pain!" Phoebe mentioned.

Soon, Teddy walked in. "If it isn't my favorite patient? How are you, Mr. Tanner?"

"Fine…"

"So you said you have some tightness in your chest, huh?" Teddy asked. "It's nothin'…" Greg answered.

Teddy shrugged as she looked at the EKG. "You could be right, I don't see anything major… No ST elevation… A strong and healthy heart so far." She mentioned.

"Good. Are we done?" Greg asked. "Nope. You still have a nasty inhalation injury." Teddy answered.

"Get a CBC, CMP, and a carboxyhemoglobin," Phoebe mentioned. "And a full cardiac workup." Teddy added as she handed the iPad to the nurse.

Right as the nurse walked out, another one peeked in. "Dr. Deegan? Dr. Shepherd needs a consult."

"Got it." Teddy soon walked out. "Pleasure as always, Mr. Tanner."

"You shouldn't have sold my house!…" Greg started. "You wanna talk about this again?" Tanner started. "You couldn't take care of it! It was a wreck!"

"You wanted my money!" Greg said.

"You don't have shit, you thankless old prick!" Tanner answered back.

Tanner soon walked out of the room.

Over in the treatment room where Spinelli was held, her condition was worsening…

Despite continuous efforts to suction the airway tube, it kept filling back up with blood.

"Blood's coming up too fast, every time I suction, blood keeps filling it back up." The nurse said. "Hang another unit and just do your best to keep up." Catherine told her.

Standing near Arnold, Cruz, and Pep, Teddy asked, "Where's the x-ray?"

"Right here."A nurse displayed the x-ray results.

Teddy looked at the results and saw the results were pretty bad... The others also looked over. "She's got a massive hemorrhage in her right lung… It's impossible to figure out where the bleeding is coming from. Call the blood bank, trigger the MTP." Teddy soon said.

"Can you stop the bleed?" Arnold asked. "I've gotta find it first." Teddy answered. "Setup for a bronchoscopy." Teddy said as she walked to her bedside.

Arnold looked at Spinelli. A look that spoke a million words, his worry beyond words. So many things racing through his mind, like his daughter losing another mother… Pep briefly put a hand on Arnold's shoulder before holding his hand gently, sharing an equal amount of concern considering Spinelli was like the sister she never had.

Meanwhile, in the waiting room, Dr. Johnson was comforting a patient as Gibson walked by them and to a vending machine for a soda can.

He dropped his quarters. "Dammit…" He bent over to pick them up.

Dr. Johnson looked over and saw Gibson nearly stumble over but he leaned against the vending machine for support. Once Scott picked up his quarters, Gibson readjusted his radio which shook around.

"You alright, Scott?" Dr. Johnson asked. "Hm? Oh, uh, yeah. Yeah, I'm alright…" Scott answered as he inserted the quarters into the vending machine.

Afterward, his hands were extremely shaky. Scott noticed Dr. Johnson see his hands shaking. "Happens when I don't eat or drink…" He nervously chuckled.

Dr. Johnson nodded understandingly, but still not buying it.

Phoebe walked out of Greg's room and walked up to Tanner. "Your Dad's stable. Why, uh, don't you go talk with him?" She suggested. "He started it!-" Phoebe cut off his sentence. "I know he's 60, but he's getting old. Elders tend to be like that. He's getting old, he's sick, let it go." She said.

"Fine for you to say, you're not the bad guy here." Tanner answered. "Once he gets out of here, he can find his next apartment on his own." Tanner walked away. Phoebe merely sighed.

Later…

Walking to where most of the nurses were, Scott came up to Kylie, head of the Emergency Department. "Hey, Ky? I- I'm gonna go outside, get some air. You, uh, page me if…" Gibson slowly walked away. "If anything's happening with Spinelli… Okay?…"

"Mm-hm…" Kylie answered before she looked at Scott. "Gibson, you okay?"

Scott had his hand on the desk, not answering. "Scott?"

Suddenly, Scott dropped to his knees, gasping for air.

"GET ME A GURNEY!" Kylie immediately went over to Scott. "Let's take you down! Easy! Easy…" Scott gasped for air as he tried to reach for his collar. "Don't worry! I got it! I got it…" Kylie unclipped the radio from his shoulder. "Stay with me… Just breathe…"

Scott was looking pale along with some redness as he kept gasping.

Minutes Later…

Just a few minutes after Scott's sudden panic attack, Dr. Johnson came up to Catherine. "I understand Gibson had some kind of episode?"

Catherine nodded. "Yeah, looks like an inhalation injury. I'm giving him a neb treatment. Took blood to run an ABG, doing better but he needs an extensive physical exam." She mentioned.

"Dr. Shepherd? With me." Kylie motioned for her.

"You go ahead. I'll take a look at him. Like to keep my chops up." Dr. Johnson suggested. "Thanks!" Catherine soon walked off.

"Desmond! Talk to me!" Kylie mentioned as the paramedics came in.

"Early 20s, female, found unconscious on the scene. Severe smoke asphyxiation. Intubated en route." Desmond told them as he pumped the Ambu bag.

"Where do we take her?" Catherine asked Kylie. "Doctors lounge, I'm afraid."

"Doctors lounge?" Desmond asked. "Or do you want the cafeteria?" Kylie asked with a slight attitude. "Doctor's lounge." Catherine answered.

Wheeling the patient to the doctor's lounge, "We were taking her to Mercy Hospital but they went bypass. No ID or identifying marks, she's a Jane Doe."

"Right here, right here."

"Yup."

"Alright, transfer on my count. Everyone ready? One! Two! Three!" Catherine, the paramedics, and other nurses lifted the Jane Doe onto the gurney.

"Start a second IV and get her on the monitors!" Catherine told the nurses. "No gross deformities but nasty burns… A full-thickness burn on the left arm… The first 24 hours are critical, come on!" She exclaimed.

Over with Scott, Dr. Johnson put his stethoscope over his neck as he finished listening to his lungs. "You're a little tachycardic. Can you feel your heart racing?" Dr. Johnson asked.

"Every time at a doctor's appointment. You know? Doctors, needles…" Scott answered. "I hear you… Probably why your blood pressure is a little high too." Dr. Johnson mentioned. "You ever experienced this before?" He asked.

Scott shook his head. "No, never."

"And when off-duty?" Dr. Johnson asked. "No. Why would it?" Scott also asked.

Dr. Johnson lightly nodded. "Ok… Just let me check if you don't have a retinal burn. All right?"

"Oh, you don't have to go through all that trouble." Scott mentioned. "Just checking all the boxes, bud." Dr. Johnson answered.

Looking into Scott's eyes with the microscope tool, he then asked, "Can you close your eyes for me?"

"Doc, my eyes are fine." Scott answered. "Just humor me." Dr. Johnson answered.

Scott sighed and soon closed his eyes.

After a moment, Dr. Johnson then asked, "Do you see anything? You know, color? Patterns?"

Scott immediately opened his eyes, hiding the trauma from earlier. "Nope. Not at all."

Dr. Johnson nodded understandingly. "Sorry you had a tough day at the office…"

Over with Kylie…

"We got 16 critical patients, 24 stable, and a dozen more treated and released. Two DOAs and one we couldn't resuscitate." She informed Teddy. Teddy nodded understandingly. "Anything else, inform me, I gotta get back." Teddy immediately walked away.

Soon, Catherine came over. "Ky? The burn patient we just brought in?"

"Mm hm?"

"Early 20s, Latina, no ID, and no family. Can we make some calls about our Jane Doe?" Catherine asked. "Yeah, I'll see what I can find out." Kylie answered as an alarm beeped in the background.

Phoebe looked where it came from. It was coming from Greg's room. She immediately ran over.

Dropping the gurney flat, the cardiac monitor flatlined as the nurse told Phoebe, "He was talking just a minute ago!"

Phoebe put two fingers on his neck for a pulse as she looked at the monitor. "No pulse! Bag him!" Phoebe started chest compressions as Tanner walked in.

"What's going on?" He asked.

Checking the monitor again, "He's in V-Fib! Charge to 200 and give me the paddles!" Phoebe told the nurse.

Electricity surged from the paddles as Phoebe took over. "Clear!"

Shocking Greg, checking his neck for a pulse, no change. "No pulse! Another milligram of EPI!" Phoebe exclaimed as she continued chest compressions.

"Charge to 200!" Phoebe told the nurse.

"Charging."

Electricity surging through the paddles again, the nurse handed over the paddles again to Phoebe. "Clear!"

She shocked Greg again, but still no change… "Nothing…! Another milligram of EPI!" Phoebe continued chest compressions as the nurse pumped the Ambu bag on Greg's face.

Tanner watched helplessly, his father now dead in front of him…

Minutes Later…

With a neurosurgeon checking Greg for any brain activity, he asked Phoebe, "How long until you restored sinus rhythm?"

"He was down around five minutes." She answered. "Could explain why I don't see any EEG waveforms…"

"What does that mean?" Tanner asked. "No, um… No brain activity." Phoebe answered.

Tanner gave a confused look. "What? I'm barely following at a distance."

"Your father's braindead…" The neurosurgeon answered. "So… He's not coming back? No chance at all?" Tanner asked.

"… If I had to say, a thousand to one against." He answered. "This vent could be put to better use…"

"WHAT?!" Phoebe held Tanner back as the neurosurgeon walked out. "ARE YOU KIDDING?! THE HELLS WRONG WITH YOU!?"

Tanner shrugged Phoebe off as he walked out himself.

Meanwhile, with Arnold still outside the treatment room, Catherine and Teddy came out as Spinelli laid unconscious and hooked on the ventilator.

"So, uhm… she's lost a significant amount of blood." Catherine started. "Unfortunately, the only to make sure to completely stop the bleeding… is to remove her lung completely…" Teddy answered.

Arnold raised an eyebrow in disgust. "What?…"

"Arnold, it's our only chance of saving Ashley's life…" Catherine mentioned. "She can't be a firefighter without an entire lung! There has to be something else you can do! Anything!" Arnold answered.

Arnold then saw Phoebe approach them. "Pheebs?"

"Huh?" She looked over, confused for a moment before remembering what they discussed. "Uh… What about ECMO?"

"No." Teddy firmly answered. "We'd have to give her anticoagulants to keep her lines open, she's too unstable." Teddy explained. "It'll only worsen the bleed." Catherine added.

"Arnold, believe me, it's the best course of action." Teddy told Arnold, but he wasn't having it. "Sounds like to me you've thrown in the towel before you tried anything!" He exclaimed. "Being a firefighter is all Spinelli cares about!" Arnold added. "I'm not letting you do this!"

Teddy sighed. "Arnold… Unless we have confirmation from her parents… you don't have a say whether you're her husband or not." Catherine told him with regret.

"Get her upstairs." Teddy nodded up. Arnold got in her way. "No! I'm not letting you do this!"

"Arnold, please-"

"NO! ASK HER PARENTS AND THEY'LL TELL YOU THE SAME THING!"

"ARNOLD, IF YOU DON'T-"

"NO!"

"IF YOU DON'T LET ME-"

"I'M NOT!"

"GET OFF!" Teddy lightly shoved him away. Catherine stepped between the two. "Hey! HEY!"

"Cathy!" Phoebe lightly reached out.

A security guard walked up behind Arnold. "C'mon!" Arnold pleaded.

"Catherine… " Phoebe quietly pleaded. "Escort this man out." The Italian woman firmly ordered, her Italian accent showing.

"Sir, come with me-" The guard was about to grab his arm, but Arnold put his hand up, saying no. "No! Don't! Don't think about touching me!" Arnold told the guard.

"I'm her husband! You can't do this!" Arnold stared at the two. "Since when do I not have a say!?"

Teddy and Catherine stood in silence. "We're sorry, but we need her parents to confirm her wishes…" Catherine said quietly.

Arnold glared at Teddy. "Don't you dare remove her lung… Her parents will be here and they'll tell you the same… Don't do this…"

"Sir, we need you to come with us. Please." Another guard came over. Arnold finally complied and walked away with the guards.

After a moment of silence, Teddy walked away as Catherine looked back at the unconscious Spinelli, unsure whether Arnold was right or not. All they knew was to follow the law and await the Spinellis.

Later, outside, Pep came out for fresh air and found her roommate and best friend, sitting on a bench, looking off into the city.

"Hey." Pep softly said and sat beside him. "They shouldn't have done that to you…"

Arnold shrugged lightly. "All I care about is Spinelli… Since the moment we met…". He sighed. "I know she loves what she does… Spinelli needs her lung, it's her life." He reached over to hold Pep's hand.

"And she's lucky to have you." Pep nodded slowly and understandingly. "They probably don't know her… Despite everything you two have been through together, they don't know her…"

"I tried calling her parents but they're not responding right now… Not sure what could be happening…" Arnold rested against Pep's head.

"Hey…" Pep turned his head to face her.

She leaned in for a quick soft and tender kiss on his lips. She caressed his right cheek with her thumb. "She'll be alright… She's been through worse. I know she'll pull through this…"

"Thanks, Pep…" Arnold leaned against her head once more.

Back inside the ED, Kylie handed Dr. Johnson an iPad with Gibson's ABG results.

"Here are the ABG results for Scott Gibson." Kylie said. "Thanks." Dr. Johnson answered and looked at the results. "No problem." Kylie walked away.

Walking into Scott's room, Dr. Johnson closed the curtain behind and greeted Gibson. "Scott."

"Doc." Scott answered back. "So when can I get out of here?" He asked.

Dr. Johnson sat down. "Well, here's the thing. Your blood gas shows low CO2 levels, low carboxyhemoglobin, and normal oxygen." He pointed out.

"Is that good?" Scott asked. "Well, what it means is that you didn't suffer an inhalation injury. All signs point to that you passed out because you were hyperventilating." Dr. Johnson answered.

"All the same, I'm not sick." Scott summarized. "Ok. But why were you hyperventilating?" Dr. Johnson asked. "When we can't find a physical reason, it's due to an emotional reaction."

"Wait, wait, wait… Where are you going with this?" Scott raised an eyebrow. "What? PTSD?"

"I didn't use that label." Johnson answered. "I'm just saying, your tachycardia, the elevated blood pressure, your hand tremor earlier…"

"I told you it was my blood sugar!" Gibson replied.

"Scott." Dr. Johnson started. "You suffered major head trauma earlier this year. You almost died from it. That alone can precipitate a bit of post-traumatic stress. After what you went through earlier today, let me take you upstairs for a quick evaluation." He suggested.

"No." Scott firmly answered. "I know you're a shrink, and you think everyone you see has a mental problem, right? But not me! I may have suffered head trauma, but that's not affecting me mentally. I feel great!" Scott explained.

Dr. Johnson only looked at him and exhaled. Scott scoffed.

Upstairs…

Upstairs, Teddy was in her scrubs, just minutes away from commencing surgery to remove Spinelli's lung…

Ahead, many members of House 55 were talking with two hidden people. "This is outrageous, I-" A familiar female voice spoke, but a shorter male tapped her shoulder and pointed toward Teddy's direction.

"Dr. Deegan!" Flo stepped forward. Her husband and several others were behind her. "I'm sorry but I gotta get scrubbed-"

"NO!" Flo stopped her. "We are going to talk about my daughter's lung and her future, and you better listen." She let Bob take over.

With Michelle standing behind him, he spoke. "We are not letting you remove Ashley's lung. We do not consent to this! Our daughter needs her lung!" He firmly told her. "There has to be something you can do!" Vanessa added.

Teddy stood there for a moment. Flo spoke again. "It's not just me or my husband. We're all her family!"

"She'd tell you the same thing…" Michelle added with Vanessa slowly nodding.

"Mr. and Mrs. Spinelli… I… I'll do everything I can to save your daughter…" Teddy simply walked away after answering.

"Of course walk away…" Donovan quietly mumbled. "Tell me about it…" Flo scoffed.

In the halls, nurses were currently wheeling Spinelli to OR 1. Teddy saw them wheeling her away, and knew she had to do everything in her power to save Spinelli and her lung…

Later, in OR1…

While washing their hands thoroughly, Spinelli, obviously still intubated, currently being sedated and lying on her left side on the operating table, Teddy broke her silence to Catherine and Phoebe.

"There's another way…" Teddy spoke. Catherine and Phoebe looked at her in confusion. "What?" Catherine asked.

"The majority of lung bleeds originate in the lower lobes, right?" Teddy started. "What if I clamp the base of the pulmonary artery?"

Catherine shrugged, keeping her silence, but knowing in her heart what she wanted, and that was saving Spinelli's lung. She looked at Phoebe. "It's a huge risk…"

"Resecting the lower lobe, if the bleeding stops, we don't have to remove her lung!" Teddy added. "But… what if it doesn't work?" Catherine asked.

"We can still remove it." Teddy answered. "But we can still save her AND give her the life she wants! I owe it to her… I know firefighting is all she wants… and her daughter awaiting her… I owe them this."

"Chief, none of that will mean anything if Spinelli dies on the table!" Phoebe warned.

Teddy looked at the sedated Ashley. "I have to try… I can do it…" She walked into the operating room.

Catherine and Phoebe looked at each other in concern, but still wanted to go through with it.

Later…

With the ventilator helping Spinelli breathe, Catherine asked, "Time, Dr. Deegan? Where are we?"

"I'm almost there but every time the lung inflates, it obstructs my view." Teddy answered as she looked at the screen. "Marty, can you deflate the lung any further?"

"I'm sorry, I'm barely keeping her oxygenated as it is." Marty answered. "Take it down another 20 percent. All I need is to reach the lower lobe! I'll find the bleed and make my resection!"

Marty shook his head. "Make it quick…" He proceeded to deflate Spinelli's lung further.

Suddenly, an alarm started beeping rapidly.

"Marty? Talk to me!" Teddy asked as she kept her eyes locked on the screen.

"BPs down to 88 systolic!" Marty answered. "I'm close!" Teddy exclaimed.

"BPs at 82!" Marty kept her informed. "Up her pressers!" Teddy told him.

"Can't, I'm maxed out!" Marty told her. Teddy kept focused despite the alarming situation. "One more second!" Teddy insisted.

"Her stats are at 78! She can't tolerate any more! I'm reinflating the lung!" Marty exclaimed.

"NO! WAIT!" Teddy shouted. "I found it! The bleeder! THERE!" She finally found where the bleeding was coming from.

"Do you have enough time to fix it?" Catherine asked. Teddy didn't answer as she let her surgical skill do the talking.

Back downstairs in the ED, Scott was getting back in his uniform, pulling up the straps on his bunker pants as Dr. Johnson came in and closed the curtains.

"Got my discharge?" Scott asked. "Gotta be honest, I'm not comfortable signing off on letting you go back to work yet." Dr Johnson explained.

"Keeping me from working… Beautiful…" Scott mumbled.

"I'll make you a deal. Commit to some therapy. Twice a week, or even once." Dr. Johnson offered.

"You don't get it…" Scott started. "I can't be a firefighter if I have PTSD…"

"What? You can't be a firefighter and have feelings?" Dr. Johnson added. "Look, I can keep it out of your chart, if that'll make you feel better."

"If I see a shrink, people are gonna find out!…" Scott started. "I can't have that!"

Dr. Johnson then had a question. "Tell me. When I told you to close your eyes earlier, what did you see? What'd you really see?"

Scott put his hands on his hips as he sighed. "Ok…" He started. "I had to get a mom and a baby out of the building. I lost contact. I told her to not get in the elevator, she GOT in the elevator. The elevator had gotten stuck. And when we finally got the doors opened… There they were… Burned alive… Their faces were gone, everything was gone but I knew it was them…" Scott explained as he held back tears. "… I can't get it out my head…" His voice started to sound shaky.

"… It's called an intrusive memory. I can help you with that." Dr. Johnson mentioned.

Scott sighed. "… Doc Johnson… Something Dean told me… 'Lifes not a stroll across the meadow… These things we see are part of the job.'… Every firefighter sees them… We cope…" Scott finished and sighed after. "I'm out of here… Destroy my life, write whatever you want in your chart…" Gibson soon clipped his radio on his shoulder strap.

Dr. Johnson only sat there, taking in what Scott had just said.

Later…

Back upstairs, everyone awaited news on Spinelli's condition, praying for the best.

Teddy finally came out, clearing her throat as everyone gathered around her. Flo had her granddaughter Andy in her arms at the moment since the Lloyds were with her previously.

"You guys put me in a terrible position, I won't lie. But, we isolated the bleed and we took out only a tiny portion of her lung. It was a thoracoscopic procedure, minimally invasive… She'll be back to work in no time." Teddy finished with a small smile.

Everyone sighed in relief. Donovan patted Vanessa's back, Michelle patted Nessa's shoulder as Bob shook hands with Teddy. "Dr. Deegan… You're a lifesaver. Thanks."

Everyone shook hands with Teddy as they walked away. "Why don't you bring her husband back in?" She told a nurse.

"Thanks." Michelle shook hands with her and walked off.

"Thanks, Doc." Donovan patted her shoulder as he walked away. "Mm hm. You got it."

Teddy walked over to Catherine, who was currently signing off a paper. "You're extremely lucky, you know that?"

Teddy shrugged. "That, along with some skill." She patted her back. "But yes… Quite lucky… Great work in there…" Teddy walked away.

"Lieutenant? Your wife's awake. She wants to see you." The nurse called for him.

Arnold looked up and let go of Pep's hand. He looked at Pep, wanting her to come along.

The two got up and walked into the room Ashley was in.

With a small yet weak smile, Spinelli saw the two people she loved the most.

Arnold and Pep stood at her bedside with warm smiles. Arnold playfully toyed with her hand.

"Quit it already…" Spinelli smiled. Arnold warmly smiled and leaned forward to kiss her forehead, and held the kiss for a few seconds.

After kissing Spinelli on her forehead, Arnold held her hand and smiled warmly. "Ashley Spinelli, I love you with my entire heart, and I'm so happy you're okay…"

"Of course…" She smiled warmly.

Pep gently stroked her messy hair, gently kissing her forehead and smiling warmly after. "You're the sister I never had, and I love you as my best friend and my sister… We love you…" Pep held her other hand.

"I love you both too…" Spinelli softly smiled. "I love you both… with my whole heart…"

Spinelli made Arnold lean forward. She wrapped an arm around his back to hug him and closed her eyes to kiss his head. She made Pep lean forward, wrapping her hand around the back of her head. Spinelli held both of them as close and tight as she could, expressing her love for both of them.

Meanwhile in the ED, Scott was with the members of Squad and Truck, conversing and joking around with them.

As Cruz was currently explaining something to Donovan and everyone else, Dr. Johnson looked over, he saw Scott smiling and laughing among them, and knew he was in good hands.

Soon after, they finally left the room as Dean was conversing with Gibson.

"Shepherd discharged him?" Kylie asked. "No, I did." Dr. Johnson replied. "He's in pretty good hands. For now." He shrugged.

"Ky! Where's our Jane Doe?!" Dr. Shepherd asked as she entered the Doctor's lounge, finding the bed empty, wires hanging, and the monitors off.

Kylie rushed in and looked everywhere, but no sign of their Jane Doe.

"We need to find her fast, she has serious internal injuries, she's an abuse victim, if we don't find her soon, she's gonna die." Catherine pointed out.

Kylie shook her head as she had no idea how their Jane Doe escaped.

So that'll wrap up this chapter. Now, one thing I want to mention is thank you for always sticking around and reading this story, I always try and make it as entertaining as possible along with leaving some cliffhangers on certain chapters. And speaking of cliffhangers, I have a certain event in mind that I think should be very entertaining... Stay tuned!
