I was in the midst of a peculiar dream, running through the fields of Hyrule, trying to escape... something. I couldn't quite make out what it was, but it was fast, and it was gaining on me. I ran into a dead end it started laughing and closed in link cowered I'm not strong enough! I'm scared! I don't have enough courage! He thought frantically. Suddenly, in the dream, I heard a loud "RING RING RING," and I jumped in shock. But then, reality hit me – it was just my alarm clock.

The sound of the alarm was a brutal wake-up call, and I realized with a jolt that it was my third snooze alarm. Panic set in, and I sprang out of bed, nearly tripping over my own feet. I couldn't afford to be late again.

I rushed to get dressed, grabbing my school uniform, a white undershirt, a blue hoodie, and black pants. As I pulled on my clothes, I couldn't help but feel the urgency of the situation. I needed to make it to school on time.

However, when I slung my backpack over my shoulder, something felt off. It wasn't as heavy as it should be. A sense of dread crept over me. I sprinted to my little sister Aryll's room, desperation in my voice. "Aryll, give me my homework right now! This is the third time!"

Aryll, who always had a mischievous grin, seemed unfazed. "You sleep forever, Big Brother!" she teased.

I couldn't waste a moment arguing. "Now!" I urged. She crawled under her bed, her giggles trailing behind her. "You're always so grumpy, Link," she quipped, but handed over my homework.

With my homework in hand, I raced downstairs. I didn't have parents, but my uncle was sitting by the fireplace, and he looked up as I hurried past him. He gave me a stern look. "Don't yell at your little sister, Link."

I muttered a quick apology, "She deserves a spanking - that's what Mom would've said." And then I was out the door, yelling a hasty "Bye, uncle!" before slamming the door behind me.

I had no time to waste. I sprinted to the garage to grab my bike. This was a day when every second counted. To be continued...
