Chapter One: Shinobi vs Yokai

The end of Tsukune's first year at Yokai Academy was approaching smoothly, until the Security Enforcement Committee somehow discovered his human identity. Kuyō , the Leader of the Security Committee, had just beaten Tsukune and all of his friends nearly unconscious with him and Moka being the only ones left standing. Throughout the fight, Tsukune used a mysterious energy to amplify his physical capabilities in order to last in the fight, but he used a minimal amount in an attempt to not reveal his prowess. This allowed him to outlast all his friends excluding Moka, but this was mostly due to him protecting her. Kuyō who was currently in his Yōko Battle Form uses his Kitsunebi to ignite his hand on fire before pointing it in Moka direction. 'Fuck!! They're going to kill me when they find out what I'm about to do. Naruto-aniki is the most reasonable. Maybe he'll understand the situation. I'll contact him first, there is no way that I'll be able to handle Kuyō by myself.'

Tsukune places his pointer and index finger on his neck before channeling an unknown energy into his neck which causes kanji to appear on his neck which disappears almost immediately afterwards. This didn't go unnoticed by Kuyō whose attention became slightly pulled from Moka, however not enough for him to stop his attack. As his release the flames, Tsukune channeled this same mysterious energy throughout his body allowing him to travel the distance to intercept the attack, all while weaving a series of peculiar set of hand signs.

Tsukune lands directly in front of Moka, then he places his hand towards the ground before his attention is drawn by a voice he recognizes, "What fuck are you doing?! Didn't we tell you not to use chakra without our permission? You know what, I'll deal with you later, but first let's deal with this bastard."

Tsukune sees that just before he could intercept the attack, a blonde haired man with blue eyes with distinctive whisker-like birthmarks on his cheeks appears in front with his right hand extended towards the stream of fire that was heading directly towards him. This man goes through a set one-handed hand signs faster than the eye could perceive and then faces his palm towards the stream of fire, "Wind Release: Almighty Gale"

A continuous stream of high speed and high pressure air is released from the man's right hand, almost instantly overpowering and extinguishing Kuyō's flames, but Kuyō manages to move out of the way before the attack lands. Kuyō quickly analyzed the situation, but he couldn't figure out the identity of this man even though something told him that he should know. He looked at the man's clothing, which consisted of all black clothing, a haori with flames designs on the bottom, metal arm guards and gloves, and ninja sandals.

Kuyō smirked "As expected of a pathetic human, of course you would need to call for help, but who are you? You're clearly not a student or staff member. You're obviously incredibly strong if you could get past the Headmaster."

"I'm pretty sure, You have an idea who I am already. I have one question for you, before I decide your fate. Are you associated with Fairy Tale?" The man asked in tone to sound more like a demand.

"How do you know about Fairy Tale?!" Kuyō was startled by this mysterious man's knowledge of Fairy Tale, and he is slowly starting to remember who this man is. Fear began to sink into his heart as if this man was who he thought he was then Kuyō most likely won't leave this situation alive, let alone with his body intact.

"You're terrible at hiding your emotions boy, but it seems like you're starting to figure things out." The man said as in a flash of yellow a porcelain toad mask appeared in the man's hand, before he placed it on his face. Kuyō's heart sank even further, to the point he was now in downright despair. He was no longer even in Yokai form anymore, and had unconsciously reverted to his human form.

"T-T-Toad?!" Kuyō asked quietly, almost as if he was questioning himself, as he fell to his knees.

"Dang Dang Dang, don't worry I'm not going to hurt you, I got an important task for you." The man said

"WHATEVER IT IS, PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!??" Kuyō was practically licking the man's feet begging for his life, causing the man to scoff.

"Tell your higher ups at Fairy Tale, that the Shinobi Alliance declares war and we will be hunting you all down from now on, now GO!!" The man said that same mysterious energy radiated from his body causing cracks to appear in the room. Kuyō wisely follows his instructions and runs off as fast as he can.

"That man is extremely dangerous. I don't know what Tsukune's relationship with Toad is, but he is known as a notorious Yokai hunter with otherworldly abilities and these abilities or some of them have obviously been taught to Tsukune. They were using the same energy and did similar hand signs. He is known to have defeated and killed numerous Yokai with both race class and individual class exceeding SS. Even my own individual class is only S-. Toad is known to be merciful though, and only hunts Yokai have bad intentions towards humanity, but one wrong move and we're all dead" Inner Moka spoke to Outer Moka who got a shiver down her spine, as she feel his gaze penetrating her soul as she tried to reaffirm herself as she was standing directly next to Tsukune.

Tsukune wasn't doing any better than Moka and was practically shitting himself in fear, for different reasons of course, but Moka didn't know so she just thought of the worst case scenario and she tried to whisper to Tsukune, "We need to run!"

"Step away from my brother, Vampire!!" The man said in a dreadful tone, before Tsukune snaps to reality and jumps in front of Moka.

"BROTHER!?" Inner Moka practically screamed

"This is a big misunderstanding, Naruto-aniki. This is Moka. She is my friend and tried to save my life." Tsukune said desperately in an attempt to avoid Moka incurring his brother's wrath.

"I tolerate them for now, but you have 30 minutes to explain before I bring the rest of our brothers here." Naruto told Tsukune.

"Can you just contact Neji-aniki, he is a lot more patient and tempered than Sasuke-aniki." Tsukune asked is desperate tone.

"You don't understand the situation, Tsukune. We have gone through a great amount of effort to ensure that the Yokai race believes Me, Neji, and Sasuke are the only individuals in the world capable of using chakra, and you just completely ruined it. We're going to have to fast forward our plans. We thought you wanted to live a normal life, why the fuck are you attending a school of monster?!"

"I did and I was going to leave when I realized this was a school of actual monsters, but by then I had made many friends who made me want stay" Tsukune explained as Moka slumped her head down in guilty as she remembered it was her who convinced him to stay although he was quite adamant on leaving.

30 Minutes Later

"Basically in the two years we weren't around you became a slacker who couldn't get a single scholarship even though we have more than enough money for you to any upper secondary school you decided to go to the only school to give you a full ride, but why?" Naruto questioned the boy who looks down at ground

"Cause I'm always relying on you guys, I just wanted to do something myself for once." Tsukune said, which caused Naruto's eyes to visibly soften even if he wore a mask to hide his identity and emotions.

"We're family idiots, you're supposed to rely on us. Anyways, You and your friends can't stay here anymore, Fairy Tale will hunt you down now and more than likely your friends as well. Don't You're big brothers have created a school specifically for training shinobi, Konoha Academy."

"Konoha Academy? Nevermind that, Who is a fairy tale? I heard you declaring war against them earlier, seems like some really big things are happening." Tsukune asked extremely anxious about the events that just took place that he unknowingly caused.

"No time, A super strong yoki signature is heading this way fast. I won't be able to protect you, while fighting someone so strong, gather all your friends around me and I'll create a Teleportation Seal that will take us to Shinobi Academy." Naruto explained as Tsukune nervously nodded and went to grab all of the members of the Newspaper Club.

Naruto went through a set of hand-sign, which transforms his chakra to sealing formula. Naruto then places his palm on the ground which causes the sealing formula to spread across the ground forming a circular array of seals. Naruto does one more hand sign, "Teleportation Seal: Activate"

In a flash of yellow light, they all disappear from the room. In the empty room certain kanji on the Teleportation Seal become ablaze with flame, before igniting a huge explosion that destroys a portion of the cellar and the entirety of the seal alongside it.

Author Note: I want to address some things about the story that may annoy readers. Firstly, Naruto, Sasuke, and Neji will seem extremely overpowered towards the beginning of the story, but there are several individuals with power that equal or outright exceeds theirs and you will learn this not too long into the story. Secondly, I know I skipped childhood arcs, but this will be experienced through flashbacks and some past arcs.

Thirdly, There will be a lot of characters from other anime inserted in this story as well as my own original characters. They all will have their history and abilities reworked to fit the rules of chakra or yoki. I have also massively expanded on the Rosario Vampire power system, because it was extremely limited in the original story. As you can see, I already introduced a new concept with Individual Classes, which will be explained in the next chapter.

The Shinobi Academy will be the main focus of the next few chapters and will be mostly explained on its purpose, functions and foundation. I will also bec introducing most of the major characters of the shinobi side.
