The Three year experiment failed, but the use of Genjutsu was perfect. So I am sticking with that...
I want him to feel like he is a real person, less op... I want him to feel seamless. He was too choppy before, less a person and more my own insert. I am trying to avoid that. You deserve a better story.
I hate deleting my stories, I know it's annoying but I hate seeing them fail.
One Year Before Naruto graduated
Mika's hands shook as he walked into the library, his graduation behind him. His heart soaring at the sight of the endless sight of books and such. He could not believe it, he finally had access to knowledge and power, things so hidden away for years to him. "Finally, finally I can do it."
Without hesitation he flew to four sections and selected several books and scrolls. He had goals in mind, so many it hurt, but he had them. Settling on a table, he organized them into their selected piles. There were six piles, with each having their own books and scrolls to created a perfect balance.
1- Leaf Style Kenjutsu and How to care for a blade
2. Advanced Leaf Taijutsu Style, and Conditioning and Maximizing your Body's Potential, and Focusing Your Speed, Circuit training
3. Chakra control
4. The Body Flicker and
5. Genjutusu Basics
Mika had no faith in the Village to help him, for the Jonin mentors to be great. The Academy was pathetic, he had to do this himself. He had no course to do better before, but now... now he could be great. He had to, he had things to prove and only so much time to do it...
The hospital had been an idea he had, but that would take too much time. No, he needed to train and only could rely on himself...
Now and Forever... all he had was himself.
He wanted to experiment, see where his skills lay. He was no powerhouse, he had lower chakra levels and was tiny by nature. He needed to find ways to be powerful and skilled, greater than his peers. He had so many plans, but it would take time to develop. He would start with tai and kenjutsu, manifest what already was there into greatness and then focus on other things.
Genjutsu, by it's nature, was a perfect fit for him. It would give him cover and put him at a stealth advantage. Regular jutsu, especially elemental was out of the question. He needed to be able to move, react, attack and do real damage without such things. Though medical training was his first idea, Mika knew that nepotism and favoritism hit there too. He had tried to get in, but without any one to back him up he was all without a way in.
This was all he had...
Himself and his books and scrolls...
It would take time, but he had time...
Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.
This was a joy to write.
Love, your Ninja Overlord,
Mika.
