Despite being a bunny hyrbid, Techno's warren never made him feel at home. So he runs away. It's hard taking care of himself, but he's stubborn enough to get by. Maybe a little too stubborn. Also, somebody should have told Phil you don't feed stray animals or they might follow you home.
