Season 3: Episode 1
There was a buzz around the school, the chatter of students, some moaning about being back at school, it was indeed the end of summer vacation, the start of Junior year for a group, a group who had been involved in some serious and terrifying issues the year before, with one of their number disappearing and, for her own safety due to a crazed pervert being after her, had to fake her own death. Now seventeen and with the threat over due to him being taken out by some mysterious friends the girl had, said girl entered school with the four other girls she was friends with. The five most popular girls at school, who were in fact well-liked due to their much kinder natures than the typical popular crowd. Said girl, returning to normalcy after the previous drama, was Clementine Hutchison, clad in her usual, slightly eccentric, style of a schoolgirl type outfit, she looked good. Clem was short, only five foot one but had an athletic build with still some slight curves and smooth caramel skin with medium length curly dark brown hair tied back in two small twin tails, golden brown eyes framed with long dark lashes. Her outfit consisted of a blue and white plaid pleated mid-thigh skirt; a white tab collared blouse; blue below knee socks and black Mary-Jane shoes.
'Finally, Chapman is a thing of the past now, I can look forward now, here's to a good Junior year.' She thought to herself.
As she walked she smiled and returned greetings from others as she walked with her friends, knowing that three of them were seeking their boyfriends.
What Clem didn't realize, at that moment, was that she was being observed by one of her friends. Namely Violet Adlon, star of the school swimming team, like Clem being star of the baseball team. She was slightly taller than Clementine, being five foot two with pale skin, short blonde hair with heavy bangs, tinged slightly green from the chlorine, green eyes and a skinny build with strong facial features. She had long legs and was the least curvy of her friends and the one dressed in a way that covered the most skin. Namely a pair of black jeans, a White T-shirt, white socks and blue sneakers. The incident with Chapman had ended in dramatic fashion where Violet and Clem's other three friends had been kidnapped by him to lure her into a trap, a trap which Clem turned on him by allowing her mysterious friends to take him out. But before that had happened, Chapman had revealed a truth that Violet had tried desperately to hide out of fear. Namely he had outed her to Clem and all of the other girls. She had a crush on Clem and was now trying to handle her being back and how to handle her crush and namely her fear. Her fear of what Clem's reaction would be. Unbeknownst to Violet, Clem was biting her lip, glancing at Violet out the corner of her eye.
'Vi, what...what is going on with us lately, why do I feel so...strange around you.' She wondered sadly.
What she didn't know, Violet was thinking along somewhat different lines. 'God, what if Clem, what if Clem is disgusted with me about this, about how I feel about her?'
Both girls outwardly however managed to compose themselves and enjoy the day ahead as they headed to their lockers, their other three friends going to meet their boyfriends at this time.
Walking with the others, chatting happily with them, Brody Burress grinned, looking forward to Junior year. Brody was taller than Clem and quite beautiful with long tied back auburn hair and light blue eyes, fair skin and rather generous curves, as well as long slender legs which she emphasized by wearing a denim mini skirt and black above knee socks, along with a blue tank-top and black flats. She was the star of the school tennis team while the girl she currently was listening to was, as of last year, the cheer captain, Becca Jones. She was of medium height with a petite figure and shoulder length brown hair, brown eyes and thick eyebrows, lightly tanned skin and was wearing denim mini shorts, a red tank-top and red flats, also showing off her legs. The final of the trio was Sarah Chaikin, she was the same height as Becca, with shoulder length thick black hair, brown eyes behind red framed glasses and olive skin, she had a skinny build and was dressed rather casually in a pink pleated above knee skirt, white tank-top, white socks and pink flats.
"So, you girls ready for Junior year?" Sarah asked. "I know your teams have some big stuff this year?"
Brody nodded. "True, this is really make or break year for us all, Clem and Violet too."
Becca agreed. "Yeah, things are gonna be intense this year, but hopefully we can avoid the drama we dealt with last year, that was crazy stuff."
She bit her lip, thoughts starting to fill her mind, but she quickly focused as Brody got her and Sarah's attention with a smirk and commented.
"Well, there's something else we have to look forward, check it out you two."
They looked and instantly their eyes lit up.
Approaching were two boys, namely, Sarah and Becca's boyfriends. First was Sarah's, John Blossom, a tall boy, six foot two who was slightly pudgy with short bright red hair, green eyes and fair skin, clad in jeans, as well as a black T-shirt, socks and sneakers, he gave Sarah a wink. Meanwhile Becca's boyfriend David Sanders grinned at her. David was also tall with medium length sandy blonde hair, grey eyes and fair skin with a lanky build and clad in cargo shorts, blue T-shirt and white socks and sneakers.
"Well hello beautiful." John said with a mock drawl.
Sarah giggled and playfully hit his arm before linking their arms.
"Hey, ready?" She asked.
He nodded and they headed to their lockers while David did the same with Becca.
"Oh, such a gentleman." Becca said teasingly.
David grinned and, in a mock upper class accent, replied. "Anything for my lady."
They laughed as Brody watched them go before opening her locker and said, again in a teasing voice.
"Ah, young love."
"Tell me about it." Came the familiar and welcome voice of her boyfriend.
She turned happily to the tall tanned skinned, Cuban-American boy, Gabriel 'Gabe' Garcia. He also had short, messy brown hair, brown eyes and a lanky build, clad in knee length jean shorts, a grey T-shirt, white socks and red sneakers.
"Do you think, do you think anyone else has…?" He asked.
Brody shook her head. "I don't think so, nobody's said or asked us anything."
They both blushed but still smiled and shared a kiss before heading to class.
Things were finally looking up for the group, meanwhile there was a new addition to the staff. Since the old School Resource Officer had retired, the new one was now squaring up his office. A tall well-built broad-shouldered man in his forties with fair skin, dark brown greying hair as well as a goatee and moustache, brown eyes and dressed smartly. He nodded to himself as he settled into his office and, the final touch, set his nameplate on the desk that read William Carver.
