Miles swings in New York city to see if there is any crime going on. Most of it just pity crime and robbery. It has been six months since the Spot incident. They were able to stop his universe from collapsing. Stop Spot. Save his dad. There are still anomalies still popping up in other earth they don't belong. The only problem he had to deal with was.

Miguel.

Ever since the incident they never saw eye to eye. Hell, Miles hasn't spoken to him. Part of the reason is that he is still traumatized from the whole chase and being called a mistake. He heard from Peter that a lot of Spider-people started to not trust Miguel. Only staying in the Spider-Socity because of personal reasons. Miles also heard that thing was also being chaotic over there too. Miles was still secretly hoping to join but that might only be a dream now.

Mile's Spidey-sense went off as he pass one of the warehouses. He can see a flashing light coming from it. He swings to one of the warehouse's windows. He saw the two people fighting. One looks like a robot with a Rino design, the other was a fellow Spider-man blue and red.

"What no quickie joke. You're not my Spider-man." the mech Rino mocked. But only got a glare from Spider-man. Miles can tell who it was.

"Miguel?"

Miguel rushes toward the mech Rino with talon ready to slash the metal. Miguel pounces on the metal Rino so fast that Miles swears he saw an afterimage. Miguel uses a talon to cut off one Metal- Rino's arm. Metal Rino roars in anger and launches himself toward Miguel. Miguel moved out of the way so fast that Miles was surprised that he saw an afterimage. Miguel uses his red webs to pull the Metal- Rino and manages to grab one of his arms. he pulls it as hard as he can to detach it from Metal-Rino. Miguel jump away with the detached arm and dropped it on the floor, knowing that his basically a robot so it wouldn't feel anything so he can go a little rougher on it. unknown to Miguel that detached arm was glowing and beeping. It didn't take a genius what beeping mean.

"Miguel, look out!" Miles rush towards Miguel who was surprised to see Mile. he did notice a familiar smell but he was so focused on the Rino that he couldn't tell who it was, Miles push out Miguel before the explosion. Miguel hit the wall with a force that the wall creaked behind from force. He quickly got up and hissed from the pain in his back. He heard Rino laugh and mock him.

"That's what gets you flesh spider haha!."

But Mech Rino's word fell on deaf ear from Miguel as saw Miles on the other side of the room. He wasn't moving and saw a pool of red under him. He can tell from the smell it was blood.

"Haha! At least I got rid of a spider now for-" Before the Mech Rino can process, he saw Miguel charge at him on all fours with impressive speed. The next thing he know Miguel was slashing at him like there was no tomorrow. The Mech Rino tries to knock him off of him with his remaining arm, but Miguel slashes to pieces. Miguel was about to finish him off till he heard a voice.

"Miguel!"

Miguel stops and turns around to see Miles who unmask himself. Miles gain consciousness a few second ago. He realizes he has a nasty gash from the explosion. He manages to get himself up to see Miguel slash at Mech like some kind of rabid animal. The scene made him remember the chase, how Miguel chase him with claws and fangs. How he almost managed to break through the Go-Home-Machine. This causes Miles to shake with fear.

Miguel was breathing hard and shaking violently, as try to not move. Before Mile can say anything. Miguel quickly made a portal and hop into it. Leave Miles wondering what just happen.

"So he just left?" Gwen asked while helping Miles mend his wound as best she could. The last thing he needs is for his parents to find out. There were also Hobie and Pravitr who was there in his room.

"Yea. he went berserk on the robot Rino dude. Then left."

"At least, he didn't go after you mate." Hobie joked but Miles and Gwen didn't appreciate the joke. "Too soon?"

Pavitr changes the subject "Well maybe he got hurt himself. He doesn't usually leave an anomaly behind." Pavitr has only been on a couple of missions with Miguel and one thing he knows is the man for being thorough and making sure mission finish.

"Maybe he also gotten hurt too?"

"Yea, that's why I'm going to Spider- society to check," Miles said making Gwen's eyes go wide

"What why?! Miguel should be fine." Gwen said still not trusting Miguel. Hobie also nodded to agree. Even though Miguel did apologize for the chase and let his dad die for cannon. To them, it felt half-ass.

"Well yea, but Miguel promise he'll let me know if an anomaly was in my world. The fact he didn't say anything made me think something is up."

Gwen sigh "Fine, but we're coming too. And maybe the medics can check the wound. I did the best I can." Gwen noted one of the few reasons she decide to stay in spider society.

"She right, can't have the ex-boss biting you, mate. Otherwise, I'll knock the cunt out of him." Hobie said pumping fist. Knowing one messing with his buddy. Pavitr nodded too. Miles got up and made a portal to Spider-society.

Once enter the Spider-society and quickly stop at the medic room. They head to Miguel's office the hallway was always dark it doesn't help that it was night time makes it much creeper. They made it to Miguel's door, and try to open it and it was locked.

"Hey, Lyla," Miles calls out. In a moment Lyla appears with her glitching self. She usually smiles but it feels off.

"Hey, kid. Wass up?"

"Can you open the door?"

"No can do. Miguel is not in the mood right now."

"When he ever it is?" Hobie stoff. Miles was going to ask why till the heard a crash on the other side of the door.

"Is Miguel alright? Is he Hurt?"

Lyla glitches out again no longer smiling and having a worried look.

"Yes and no. look, Miles, this really not the best time. I'll tell him that you came and he'll brief you about that anomaly ok?" before Miles can say anything Lyla disappears. Leaving the four.

"Look like he busy," Pavitr said as he, Hobie, and Gwen were going to turn around. But Mile didn't something tell him something was not right. And Miles was going to find out. Miles put both palms on the door and use his electric venom on it before Gwen could stop him. Disable the lock.

"What the fuck are you doing?!" Gwen said grabbing her hair in a panic. Pavitr stares with surprise while Hobie smirk loving Miles's rule-breaking.

"Look something is wrong. And Miguel is the type of guy who with take his problem to the grave. I rather him yell at me break the door then him on the floor dead. Besides kind of Spider-man if I am if I let that happen?" Gwen sighs one reason why she likes Miles. He never backed down.

Miles and the group made their way in. They were not it was much darker than the last time they were there. As they were walking they note claw marks were everywhere on the wall, ceiling, and equipment. Also red webbing in some places. Even Hobie is a little shocked by this. He knew Miguel longer than three and even on his worse day Miguel don't do that. The last time he saw this kind of destruction from Miguel was when the World was in collapse.

"Uh, Miguel?" Miles called out even though it came out very shaky. Part of the creepy atmosphere he was getting the longer he was there. They soon enter the room where the platform is. It was still up high. Miles swing up to see if Miguel was up there, hoping he was just slightly brooding. When he landed on the platform there was no one hear. Both Gwen and Pavitr also swing up while Hobie stays at the bottom, not like this citation. Miles surveyed Miguel's workstation noting there were also claw marks. There was also what looked like a syringe on the floor and two empty vials both have a little bit of green liquid in them. Gwen was also looking at the screens to see anything. One of the screens has a file on it which read: 30% human, 70% spider.

'What does that mean?' Gwen thought as the three were still looking, Hobie still can't shake the feeling that they shouldn't be here and they were not alone. His spider senses weren't going off but his normal 'get the fuck out of there' were. Before he could say anything to the other three he heard a growled from above. He wasn't the only one, Miles, Gwen, and Pavitr also look up to see a hulking creature looking down at them with glowing red eyes. It let out a deep growl, eyes narrowing at them. Miles recognizes those eyes anywhere, how can he forget

"Miguel?"

"Leave." Miguel hissed from the ceiling in the shadows. How he crawled around it with all the red glowing webbing made him ten times more creepy even for spider-people standards. What really unnerving is how his eye was so focused on them, not losing sight. Miles step back realizing he was touching something, he look down to see a watch that look like it was Miguel's. Before he can process, Hobie uses his webs to pull three from the platform, and not a second too soon as Miguel pounces down on the platform there were on. Miguel growled

"We got to leave! he twigging again!" Hobie said as open a portal back to Miles's world. Miles looks back see Miguel crawling fast toward them on all fours. Breath hard in panic barely could move. If it wasn't for Hobie who pull him in, Miles would of know what happen. They all made it back to Miles's room all four them were out of breath from the panic they had. Seeing their boss going rabid at them.

"What the hell was that?"
