Song: Bo-Battle

In an alternate reality, a unique and bizarre tournament was underway. Instead of mortal Kombatants from Earthrealm, the competition now raged in South Town, Florida, with fighters from Outworld facing off against the formidable warriors renowned for their Fatal Fury prowess. Shang Tsung, the revered Grandmaster of the tournament, stood before the crowd, his commanding voice echoing through the arena.

"Our third match of this tournament will feature Billy Kane, wielding his formidable staff, against Jade, our princesses' trusty bodyguard."

He announced, setting the stage for the upcoming battle.

Billy Kane, the well-dressed Englishman, confidently strutted onto the stage, his signature Union Jack headband in place. His eyes widened appreciatively as he laid eyes on the striking Jade, her dark skin contrasting elegantly with her green attire and her own staff in hand. As Billy Kane let out a whistle, his eyes drank in the sight of Jade's beauty, and he couldn't help but remark.

"Well, darlin', have you ever been told that you're much too pretty just to be a bodyguard?"

Jade raised an eyebrow at Billy's comment, a slight frown on her lips. She carried an air of no nonsense.

"Beauty doesn't hinder my abilities to protect my princess. You best not underestimate me if you value your life."

She replied, twirling her staff with grace. Billy chuckled at Jade's response, his amusement evident.

"Oh, I have no doubts about your capabilities. Just admiring the scenery before we begin."

He spun his staff, getting into fighting position. With Shang Tsung's command of "begin," the match commenced. Billy made the first move, launching himself high with a swift staff-aided leap, aiming for a flying kick. However, Jade showed no regard for fair play, her staff darting out before he could strike. With a precise jab, she targeted Billy's nether regions, eliciting a high-pitched yelp from the Englishman. He stumbled backwards, clutching his sensitive area, and was further immobilized by a forceful smack from Jade's staff, sending him crashing to the stage floor.

Billy grunted in pain as he clutched his staff to regain his bearings. He then turned to Shang Tsung, pointing accusingly at Jade.

"Oi, that's literally below the belt! Can't you give her a penalty for that?!"

He protested. Shang Tsung raised an eyebrow, his expression neutral.

"This tournament has no rules against such tactics. If you can't handle it, then you're not worthy of being here."

He replied calmly. He gestured to the two opponents.

"Continue the fight."

"Bloody hell."

Billy huffed as he rose to his feet, using his staff for support. He pointed his staff at Jade, a slightly frustrated expression on his face.

"If you're gonna be a trollup, then I ain't gonna be the nice bloke anymore."

He declared, determination in his eyes. Jade smirked at Billy's words, her expression a mixture of confidence and mockery.

"About time you got serious. I was worried this would be too easy."

She taunted, spinning her staff in her hand.

Billy grumbled as he braced himself as Jade attacked, her kicks coming fast and varied. He skillfully deflected each one with his staff, anticipating her moves and countering her attempts to confuse him. Billy grunted in pain as the blunt end of Jade's staff struck his foot, causing him to yelp. Before he could react, she spun around, swiftly delivering a kick to the side of his head. The unexpected attack disoriented him further, and he stumbled backwards.

Jade's momentum was abruptly halted as Billy's staff jabbed into her gut, catching her off guard. She let out a surprised grunt as the Englishman chuckled. In a swift maneuver, Billy spun his staff, swinging it overhead and around to hoist Jade around in the air, ending with her landing hard on her back on the stage floor. Billy couldn't help but let out a smug chuckle as he looked down at Jade, who was laying on her back on the stage floor.

"Looks like you ain't so tough now, are you?"

He taunted, a cocky smile on his face.

Just as Billy was about to deliver another blow with his staff, Jade surprised him by jabbing the end of her own staff into his crotch once more. Billy let out a pained sound, doubling over from the impact. Taking advantage of his momentary disadvantage, Jade followed up with a powerful kick to his head, sending him stumbling backwards, so that she could flip onto her feet. Billy clutched his head, his expression a mix of pain and frustration.

"Stop bloody aiming down there! How'd you like it if I kept punching you in the tits!?"

He exclaimed, anger and frustration evident in his voice. Jade smirked, showing no remorse for her underhanded tactics.

"If you keep letting your guard down, then I'm going to keep exploiting your weaknesses. Besides, in a real fight, there are no rules. You should have expected such moves."

She replied coolly.

"In that case, take this!"

Billy telegraphed a downward strike with his staff, and Jade readied herself to block it. However, just as she raised her staff to defend, Billy surprised her by gripping his own staff tighter, causing it to split into three segments, connected by chains. Before she could react, the farthest end of the weapon swung around her staff and connected with the back of her head, delivering a powerful blow.

Billy continued his assault, spinning his segmented staff and bringing down one of the ends to hit Jade's head, causing her to double over in pain. Taking advantage of her momentary immobility, he quickly reversed his grip on his staff and swung the other end into her face, delivering a solid blow. Then, he returned his staff to its former state and jabbed the end into her back, causing a small explosion that propelled her forward.

Jade, regaining her bearings, quickly threw out her karambit, a deadly and sharp bladed boomerang that almost hit Billy, but the Englishman managed to dodge just in time, albeit not completely unscathed. One of the blades glanced across his cheek, leaving a shallow yet bleeding cut. Billy couldn't help but express his surprise and outrage as he touched his newly acquired cut on his cheek, wincing in pain.

"Oi, that could've killed me!"

He exclaimed, a mix of disbelief and anger in his voice. Jade shrugged nonchalantly, showing little remorse for her potentially deadly attack.

"In a real fight, I wouldn't hesitate to use such weapons. You should have dodged better."

Billy Kane's frustration reached a boiling point as he watched Jade dismissively shrug off his injury. Infuriated by her nonchalant attitude towards the seriousness of the match, he channeled all his anger into his next attack. He ignited his staff with crackling flames, intending to overwhelm her with his relentless offense. In response, Jade quickly imbued her own staff with green glowing shadows, creating a protective barrier to counteract his fiery assault and prevent herself from getting burned.

Jade moved with elegance and grace, her staff dancing through the air as she swiftly slapped away Billy's attacks with powerful yet precise movements. Forcing him back with her whirlwind-like strikes, she landed a firm kick that sent him stumbling backwards. Realizing the danger posed by her magic, Billy attempted to throw the fire from his staff at her, but Jade quickly intercepted with a powerful spin of her own staff, extinguishing the flames before they could reach her.

Billy suddenly heard the unmistakable sound of something whirling through the air and instinctively knew that it was Jade's karambit boomerang coming back for another attack. Thinking quickly, he spun around and inserted the end of his staff into the ring center, redirecting the flying weapon back towards her. However, Jade effortlessly caught the boomerang, despite the sudden shift in direction, showcasing her impressive reflexes and skills. Jade smirked at Billy, a hint of mockery in her expression as she folded and put her bladed weapon back onto her hip.

"Cute. You actually thought using my own weapon against me was a good idea."

She commented, her tone dripping with condescension. Anticipating Billy's charge, Jade attempted to jab at his groin once more, leveraging her reach to her advantage, but this time he was ready. He jumped onto her staff, performing a front flip to secure a firm position. Before she could react, Billy had landed behind her and caught her in a chokehold with his own staff around her throat, trapping her in a vulnerable position. Grinning smugly, Billy chuckled as he tightened his chokehold around Jade's throat, enjoying having her at his mercy.

"You thought you could keep getting away with taking cheap shots, eh? Well, I'm no pushover."

He boasted. With a swift move, he bent over, effortlessly sending her flying over himself, but to his annoyance, she managed to regain her footing before landing, having stabbed her staff into the stage to halt her momentum. Despite his unexpected move, Jade regained her balance and stepped back, her expression still calm and composed.

"Not bad. But I'm not done yet."

She admitted begrudgingly.

"Don't think that I'm done yet either."

Billy sneered as he revealed a flint on one end of his staff, scraping it against the ground to send a fiery arc towards Jade. However, instead of dodging or retreating, Jade confidently slammed her own staff into the ground, imbuing it once again with green shadow magic. The move successfully dispersed the flames, leaving her unharmed.

Billy's diversion worked perfectly, allowing him to whack Jade with his staff and land a solid feet-first strike against her. Spinning across the ground, he created a ring of flames, trapping her within a circle of fire. To cap off his attack, he jumped and spun around, amplifying the flames and causing them to erupt around the Edenian warrior. Jade cried out in pain as the flames engulfed her, the unexpected move catching her off guard. Just when Billy thought he had her beaten, he looked up in surprise as Jade surged with green shadow magic, her eyes glowing with intensity.

"Enough!"

She declared, exerting her authority and signaling the end of the fight. Taking advantage of her teleportation ability, Jade rematerialized behind Billy and delivered a well-aimed blow to his groin once more, causing him to double over in pain. Before he could recover, she quickly followed up by jabbing her staff into his lower spinal column with precision, aiming for a debilitating injury.

Billy struggled to get back up, still reeling from the previous blows, but before he could regain his footing, Jade teleported in front of him in a flash. She delivered a powerful punch to his face, followed by a precise stab of one of her karambits into his shoulder. Without missing a beat, she teleported again, reappearing behind him to deliver a powerful kick to his back, sending him crashing back down to the ground. With Billy laid out on the ground, clutching his injured shoulder, Jade looked up towards Shang Tsung. Her expression was steely, awaiting his command on the Englishman's fate. Shang Tsung sat watching from his throne, a small smile on his lips as he observed Jade waiting for instructions. He praised the Edenian.

"Well done. Finish him."

With a nod, Jade picked Billy up by his shirt, her staff retracting to a compact size before quickly extending again. The extended staff now skewered all the way through until it popped his right eye out its socket. Kane could only gasp in barely conceivable pain as he spasmed, dropping his staff as a result.

With a quick teleport, Jade appeared in front of Billy, her blades gleaming in the light. In a swift movement, she sliced through his waist, severing his legs so they'd drop down to the floor as his inner organs started to fall out.

To add a final insult to Billy's grievous injury, Jade had a little fun with his limp body, it dangling from her staff and spun it around. She unceremoniously dropped him and removed her blood-soaked staff from his head, thrusting her staff up in victory.

Strength: Now, it's debatable if the scaling of Billy Kane compared to the main characters and antagonists of SNK is accurate. He doesn't have any special blood, and it's questionable if he's using ki to use fire, or just the staff. But assuming he's simply above superhuman average instead of Megaton powerful like King of Fighters is known for, Billy could scale to Mai Shiranui, which we've established being around attack strength of 32 tons. Jade, meanwhile, can scale to characters who can chop through titanium, requiring 56 tons of force. That's 1.75X stronger than Kane.

Speed: Both should be equal speed. Jade is likely to scale to characters who can block against machine gun fire, which is Mach 3, but Billy can move his staff to block a sniper round. Whoever is faster is only so fractionally.

Skill: Jade should be better. Not only is she skilled in just as much unarmed combat along with bojutsu, while Billy isn't, but she's been training for 10,000 years.

Experience: Living in Outworld is all Jade needs to have experienced things that Kane never has and thus would have nothing that could surprise her.

Powers: Aside from the occasional fire, Billy Kane is just a stronger than average human. Jade has superior weapons, energy manipulation and teleportation. So yeah.

The winner is Jade.
