Donna sat on Valerie's lap playing on Valerie's phone to distracted her as they waited for Sonny to come and pick her up when Jason came in. "Where's Carly, what's going on the guards called me" he asked with Valerie shaking her head. "Speak to Detective Chase Jason" Valerie says, "I'll take Donna " Jason says. "No I have her Jason Sonny is on his way to come and get her now" she replies.

As he looked around when he spotted Detective Chase who was talking to Mac and Jordan and other Detectives. Meanwhile "we found two different shell casings so it looks like the victim and her friends returned fire" Detective Chase says. "Well the witnesses never said they returned fire" Dante said, "What did they say" Jordan asked.

She says they were leaving the house when the victim Scout Cain was talking about seeing the sights. Then they heard a car screeching like it was going really fast is what threw them off. Because their friends had already left the house before they did. Before the barrage gunshots before the car sped off" Dante replies.

"There is proof that the car was going really fast," Detective Chase replies. Just then Detective West came in "We just found the car, the driver is dead and the shooter is in the wind. It looked like the car crashed but we did find this" Nathan says pulling out the gun. "Is that the weapon"Mac questioned, "Yes it is either he left in a hurry or he was snatched. Becasue the door to the car was wide open so we don't know we are waiting to hear back from the DOT '' Detective Padilla said.

"Then Dante I need you to head back to the hospital and have another conversation with the witnesses. And see why they neglected to tell us that they returned fire at the assailants. Now if this guy was snatched we need to find out by who. Mr. Morgan, how can we help you?"Jordan says, "Why is Carly being arrested?" Jason asked.

"I would like to know the same thing, '' Diane said, standing next to him. "She was arrested for orchestrating the attempted kidnapping. Of Lila Rae Alcazar-Quartermaine" Mac said. With Diane chuckling "Well that is absurd Ms Alcazar and Ms. Spencer's daughter Josslyn are really good friends" the lawyer replies.

"Yeah well we have proof saying otherwise" he replies making Jason look at him in disbelief. " I would like to see this supposed proof because Ms. Spencer would never do that" she says. "You can hear it at her arraignment" Mac responds just as Sonny rushes in with Nina besides him. "Jason, what's going where's Carly hi sweetheart" Sonny says picking up Donna off of Valerie's lap.

Hugging and kissing her "Daddy Valerie says the police man wanted to talk to Mommy" Donna said innocently. "Yeah I heard but I want you to go with Angelina and she's gonna take you to my house. And I'll be there soon once I get mommy out okay" he says as he passes her to the Nanny. Waving as she left "What's going, why is Carly being arrested" Sonny demanded. Taking Nina by surprise "Just like we told Jason and Diane she's being arrested for conspiracy, assault and attempted kidnapping of Lila Rae Alcazar.

We will see you in court tomorrow morning"Jordan replies, shaking his head. "That's obviously a lie so what do we have to do to get the charges dropped. This girl is lying on Carly'' he says, "Lila Rae didn't say anything we have the proof. Of Carly implicated in it and the victim doesn't even know yet. So to say that she is the guilty party is absurd" Jordan replies as Sonny looks at her in disbelief.

"This is a joke Diane, you can get her off of this right" he says, "I fully intend to Mr. Corinthos. But I have yet to hear the evidence for myself and where would this so-called evidence come from. And how it pertains to my client in anyway it could be fabricated" Diane says. "That's isn't important Ms. Miller, the point is that we have the evidence that. Implicates Ms. Spencer to this crime right and you hear it in court with your client present" Jordan says.

"Oh I beg to differ, this is very important when someone is trying to frame my client" Diane replies. "The evidence was given to us Ms. Miller today and like I said I've already spoken to A.D.A. We will see you in court unless one of you wants to take her place we have nothing else to discuss.Now if you don't excuse me we have work to do" Jordan says walking away. When Sonny looked at Jason who nodded to him "Umm Nina why don't you go home and stay with Donna until I get back.

I won't be long I have to take care of this and I'll be home soon" he says just when Jason got a message from Spinelli about Scout's shooting. "Yeah okay be with her I'll see you soon" Nina said as he walked away in a hurry with Jason by his side. As Nina watched him as they left comtemplating then going to follow him and Jason out of the precinct when one of the guards stopped her. "Ms. Reeves are you coming Donna and Angelina are waiting in the limo for you" Arlo said as Sonny and Jason drove off in Jason's truck. Making her smile watching as the truck drove away before she got into the car she had to find out what was going on it would be perfect for them if Carly stayed there.

Sonny and Jason's office

As they walked into the office shutting the door behind them "Okay here it is you remember I was meeting the guys at the warehouse well Carly hired them to scare Lila Rae. Because she thought that Lila Rae walked Josslyn into an ambush" Jason says. "What are you talking about Jason? What happened to Josslyn" Sonny questions. "Well Josslyn and her friends went down to Florida for Cameron's 21st birthday.

And she got into a fight with his girlfriend really bad she had a black eye swollen busted lip. When Carly found out she was upset but Joss didn't want to talk about it and no matter how much she pushed. So Carly assumed Lila Rae set her up for going on the trip with them instead of sitting it out like they told her. So she got some of the guys to scare but she confronted the girls. They told her what really happened but it was already too late to call it off.

So when she confronted Lila Rae who was mad about being accused of setting Joss up. Then she finds out that they were all dragged and got stitches trying to break the fight up. Lila Rae,Skylar and Spencer were all hurt then Lila Rae stormed out that's when she was grabbed. She fought the guys off then her boyfriend came. That's when Joss gave Carly the whole story. How she started the fight and how Cameron's girlfriend was antagonizing her about the sex tape.

I mean Sonny it was bad okay but by the time Carly told me anything everything was already done. And I was trying to clean things up so I set up a meeting with the guys. That's when the explosion happened and me and Spinelli have been working nonstop on. Who's behind this Carly says that Lila Rae's boyfriend was suspicious of who tried to snatch her up.

So whoever killed the men in the warehouse that day probably did this'' Jason explains. "Why didn't she tell me this or you Jason I would have done something now we're playing catch up. Because we don't know who did this and there is no way to protect her or from who Jason. And what about the boyfriend? What do we know about him" Sonny says. "Nothing Sonny, that's the problem Sonny ,someone is protecting his identity, him and Cameron's girlfriend.

Who I saw myself hug Ava so it's connected somehow I press Ava about it she played innocent" he replies. "So what are you thinking" his friend asked, "I'm not sure but I think Ava sent that girl Cameron's way. For Carly's part in her not being able to get full custody of Avery" Jason says.

"Cameron's girlfriend, where did he meet her at" Sonny ask, "I don't know that but I looked into her school records. They go to the same school but she was suspended last semester. I don't know what. But every time we try to look deeper into who this girl is and how she's connected to Ava. We got blocked and Ava denied any involvement and while we were at the precinct.

Spinelli texted me telling me there was a shooting and Cameron's girlfriend was shot. So he's gonna go to the hospital and see if Ava show's up and see who this girl is. And how she connects to Ava and her family should show up but right now.

We need to focus on what this evidence is and how it implicates Carly" he says. As Sonny shook his head "you should have told me this Jason when it comes to my kid. Now I know Josslyn isn't mine biologically but I love her just like I do, Avery and Donna. And If someone hurts her I wanna know" Sonny says, "Sonny you should really answer my calls. I've been trying to call you to give you a heads up they have a warrant for Carly's arrest.

I heard that the recording is very convincing, Jason" Ric says stopping. When he saw him "What recording and why am I just hearing about this Ric" Sonny replies. "I was stuck in the elevator and I wasn't available so Mac and Jordan went to the ADA. But the ADA told me that one of the guys said the former Mrs. Corinthos told them.

To attack Lila Rae Alcazar" he replies. With both Sonny and Jason tossing their heads back " Call Diane and see what her bails gonna be. We need to get a hold of this evidence before tomorrow , now where is it, Ric"Sonny says. Shaking his head "I don't know but I'll ask around" Ric says leaving, " I'll call Spinelli" Jason says stepping aside.

As Mimi rushed to her father's arms as he hugged her with Sam and Drew embracing her as well. Shaking her head "We were leaving and talking shit when we heard tires screech and then gunfire. We shot back, taking out the back window. It sounded like a rifle" Mimi says. "Who was with you and does the house you guys were staying at have surveillance?" Drew says. "It was me Nuelo, Scout, Jasiel drone Lockit" she answers, "Did lockit get anything" Orlando asked.

"Si was all she got out when Dante came over "Ms. Cordero we have further questions" he says. "About what my daughter is a little distraught her best friend was shot right in front of her," her father says. "Just why you didn't tell us that you returned fire at this car and I don't lie" Dante says. "Lie about what yes she returned fire the fuck was she supposed to stand there" Mimi replies. "You didn't say that in your statement Ms Cordero and why does Ms. Cain carry a firearm" he says.

First off you didn't ask and second were Florida we always carry a firearm. And before you ask we have a license to carry" Mimi replies, "What does this have to do with who shot my daughter.Do you have any leads, is there anything you can tell us" Drew says. "Yeah what can you tell us" Julian asked, "It's very important becasue It leads us to believed that there is more to the story. Then what you say now why does a 21 year olds carry firearm" Dante says. "Because they are jr agents for ComCat Global they have license to carry. Here and all over the world" Drew replies.

And if you must know my daughter was attacked by her ex last semester with a baseball bat. So she feels carrying a weapon would make her feel safer now what can you tell us. About the investigation because I make one call to the Attorney General. And we will take over the case if you're more concerned about a person who opened fire on our kids" Sam says.

"Look we are investigating okay we just need all the facts was someone after your friend" Dante says. Shaking her head "No we don't know anybody here like we told you earlier only people who don't like Scout here. Is that Josslyn chick and isn't her stepdad like some big Mobster guy right" Miranda says.

"Wait what are you talking about Mimi" Sam says, "Yeah Scout said she saw her and she was talking shit to Scout. Saying she had some nerve being here and she was mad about the fight" Mimi says playing it off. "So wait this girls stepdad is some Mobster guy did he send someone to shoot my daughter.

Over some girls who had a fight a month ago" Drew says, "No but if you let me speak we found the car that you describe but the shooter was gone. So we are looking for him okay like I said we are still investigating but at this don't think her ex-stepdad shot your daughter" Dante says, "do you know for sure or are you guessing" Sam replies. "No I'm not but the relationship between her and him is strained and she does not speak to him.

But you are correct we don't know" he answers, "So what do you know and what can you tell us" Lucas says. "I've told you everything I can at this time. Is there anything else you remember you have my card?" Dante said. As Cameron got up "Mr and Mrs. Cain I'm sorry for everything" he said. When Lucky and Elizabeth come over, "We got food for everyone Sam" Lucky says as she turns and looks at him. Taking him and Elizabeth by surprise"Do I know you?" Sam replies looking at him "Titi, I can explain," Loly said, raising her hand. "Of course you know me Sam, it's Lucky" he says in shock, with Sam making a face.

"Mom, Dad, these are Scout's parents, her Uncle Lucas, her grandfather and her siblings," Cameron said, looking between them. Making Lucky's mouth drop as he looked, then his eyes landed on Julian "Son of a bitch" Lucky said. Going after him when Drew and Orlando pushed him back "Cam's daddy back up dude Uncle Bobby is gonna explain everything Titi.

This is major for all of you and Them" Elody said, "Loly just tell me what's going on who the hell are they" Sam says. "What's going on is everything you know is lie Sammy, Luke, Uncle Jay hey darling. Can you come over here for a second you can explain it on your end" Bobby said calling Molly over.

With Julian looking at her "We saw you before" Lucas says, "Yes at my wedding. She's my cousin TJ's fiance and your daughter and you guys sister" Loly says. "Tell me you guys are joking my mother and sisters are dead" Sam said as Molly showed them the pictures. "This here is not a joke. I took the liberty of looking into it.

Your mother had a memorial service for you here. And Barbara Jean Spencer- Jones and Tony Jones had one for you Lucas. They were your adopted parents and those people over there. Are your mother's family your family? " Bobby says, "But I'm not adopted Bobby.

This is crazy, I have a mother and father" Lucas says adamantly. This crazy where did you get this" Julian said in disbelief, "From my mother her name is Alexis Davis. She has a whole box of pictures of you guys they told her you guys were dead" Molly replies. "It's true your birth mother's name is Cherly Stansbury she died my aunt Bobbie and her then husband Tony adopted you.

Julian didn't know about you until you were about 3 years old. He was going to take you. But Alexis thought it was best that they share custody of you so they did. You guys lived in Manhattan at the time you guys moved here after Nikolas did. He's your cousin Sam. You guys lived here and you went to New York for some party. And you never came back" Lucky says, as Julian shook his head in disbelief "I was married to Alexis I loved her more than life itself I would never cheat on her.

And If that were true how come we don't remember any of this" Julian says. "We believe that whoever told you that Alexis and the girls were dead. Played with your mind somehow" Stefan says, "No, No, that can't be they told Sam. That her mother was dead they showed my little girl the charred remains of her pregnant mother and her little sister. Who would do that to a teenage girl that's just sick" he says with his head swirling.

"I'm not dead dad" Kristina says, making him turn around in shock " … Kristina" Julian stammered out tears streaming down his face. As both Sam and Lucas stood in shock "So that makes you the baby mom was carrying" Sam says as Molly shook her head yes. With Kristina looking at him before rushing into his arms hugging him as Julian looked up at Molly. Then putting his hand out that she took as he pulled both of them into his arms. As Sam and Lucas both hugged them as well "I can't believe this you two are gorgeous my gosh" Julian says.

Taking a setback looking at Molly and Kristina shaking his head "I have to go and look for my aunt" Lucky says not buying Julian's act. But what threw him that Lucas and Sam were both generally confused about everything. "Lucky, Lucky Alexis went to go look for them to let them know what was going on" Nikolas called after his brother.

Making Lucky scoff "What is going on Nikolas Julian stole my aunt's son and Sam and faked their deaths" he said coldly. "That's not what happened from the way it seems is Sam, Lucas or Julian have no recollection of being here. It's a lot that none of us know so let's get the story" he says, "I have to go find my aunt and Tony" Lucky says walking away.

As Emily came up behind "He's not taking it so well is he" she says shaking his head "No he isn't" Nikolas replies. "Let's go get Julian's side of things is the only way to know who was told what" Emily says before they walk away. While they were gone Stefan called his sisters to come back that Sam and Julian were there.

Just as Alexis, Tina and Ava were walking back and talking Josslyn looked on as she left. All she heard was Alexis saying how she couldn't believe it before she looked at Cameron. "Hey Josslyn, can I speak to you for a second" Dante asked, coming over "Hey Dante what's up" she says. "I wanted to know if by any chance that you know why this is happening Cameron says that you are the only person. Here in Port Charles with a problem with Ms. Cain" he questions, "Dante that girl is nothing but trouble.

And I'm not surprised this happened to her but no I don't know why this is happening" Josslyn responds lying to him because she didn't want any parts of this. Mess she wanted Scout gone but not like this she wanted her embarrassed "Do you know if my father or Jason had Ms. Cain shot in retaliation for the fight you guys had" he says. "Jason didn't shoot anybody Dante and as far as Sonny I don't know if he did it wasn't for me. And trust me Dante they know alot more than they are saying" she says walking away. As Dante looked back he was going to get to the bottom of what really happened. Or if it was more too it like Josslyn says but right now he knew that it was a lot. Of hurt between Joss and Cameron so he had to really look into things.
