Hello again everyone I'm back once again to bring you another chapter of my story; apparently a lot of people have been asking me why I change the name of the story. Apparently, another story had the same name and I kept procrastinating changing it; the site told me to change it so I did. Also, apparently, I'm an idiot because my brother who writes the story told me that I misspelled 'Kitsune' in the title. Apparently, he told some guy he worked with about me and my stories pointed it out; just goes to show you that the Army isn't exactly the brightest. Now then with nothing else to say lets begin.
Stitched Kitsune: Chapter 16
Konoha, Hokage's office: 3 days after the Wave mission
Kurenai and Guy along with the remainder of their teams were standing in front of the Hokage as they returned from their failed mission; Kurenai finished her report while trying to keep her composure. Over the past 3 days it has been hard on her, Kiba and Shino. After the ambush and Tazuna being taken they have not found a single trace of Hinata anywhere.
Akamaru couldn't get a scent, Neji couldn't see her with his Byakugan and Shino could not find her using his bugs; and to make matters worse the partially constructed bridge was blown up. Tenten analyzed the rubble and found several high explosive tags with seals that were unknown to her.
Hiruzen was trying to keep his composure as he looked at the teams "Tenten" he said making the bandaged weapons user flinch "you said a green haired girl with wings attacked you and Hinata; and during the fight you were knocked out" he said and Tenten nodded.
"Yes sir" Tenten said and Hiruzen nodded.
"Guy; you said that Tazuna's daughter was being held by a strange glowing chain" Hiruzen said and Guy nodded.
"Yes, lord Hokage" Guy said "I have never seen anything like it" he said and Hiruzen nodded.
"And Kurenai; you fought a kunoichi in snow country armor" Hiruzen said and Kurenai nodded.
"Yes my Lord" Kurenai said "she did not have a headband; so she might be a rogue ninja" she said and Hiruzen sighed.
"I see" Hiruzen said folding his hands in front of him "Kurenai, Guy; you both are dismissed" he said cooly. "Neji; please inform Lord Hiashi of Hinata" he said and Neji nodded.
"Yes, lord Hokage" Neji said with a bow.
"Kurenai" Hiruzen said looking at the red eyed jonin "I will do everything in my power to find and recover Hinata; you have my word" he said with a smile and Kurenai nodded.
"Yes sir" Kurenai said with a sad nod "I will go and inform her friend Sakura; this will not be pleasant" she said and Hiruzen nodded.
"Very well; dismissed" Hiruzen said; Kurenai, Guys and the others left out the door and closed the door. Hiruzen made a hand sign and 3 anbu who were on the ceiling came down. Hiruzen pointed to the first anbu "find Jiraya and bring him hear; we found the 7 tails and will need him for sealing her" he said as the anbu nodded and vanished; he looked at the second and spoke "we seen to have found a Uzumaki survivor as well; get a team and head to wave look for both the jinchuriki and the Uzumaki" he said and the anbu nodded.
"Rules of engagement" the anbu asked and Hiruzen spoke.
"Capture the jinchuruki, any Uzumaki and recover the Hyuga; kill the rest" Hiruzen said "the Uzumaki are identifiable by red hair; look for that" he said and the anbu nodded and vanished. Hiruzen looked towards the last anbu and spoke "I need you to go and find any and all snow ninja who matches Kurenai's description" he said and the anbu nodded and vanished.
Hiruzen smirked as he sat behind his desk 'seems like fate has smiled down upon us' he thought.
Hyuga compound training room; hours later: With Hiashi
"YOU DAMN FOOL" Hiashi shouted as he whipped Neji across the back with a wooden rod creating another gash "Hinata is missing; a main branch member missing" he shouted as he hit him again. Neji recoiled from the pain as the rod struck his back as he laid curled on the floor.
"L-lord Hiashi" Neji panted "I wasn't there when it happened; I was guarding the clients and- AHHHH" Neji began until Hiashi made a hand sign activating the curse mark on his forehead.
"Silence boy" Hiashi snarled as he let up and let Neji fall to the ground "I have no love for Hinata, she's a failure who cannot hold up to her sister 5 years her junior" Hiashi said. "But the fact she was unbranded and is now missing is a slight I cannot ignore" Hiashi said "the Hyuga clan is prized for our ocular jutsu; so with her gone she could've been harvested for her eyes" he said. "Or worse, she could be part of another countries breeding program; creating halflings with the Byakugan, putting the village at risk" Hiashi shouted. Hiashi was about to wake the hand sign again making but stopped "guards" he shouted.
2 branch member guards came in and bowed "yes Lord Hiashi" one said.
"Take him away; get his wounds treated" Hiashi said as he looked down at Neji "if you were not my nephew, I would have your head for your failure" he said and Neji nodded.
"Thank you, Lord Hiashi," Neji said as blood poured from his bleeding back; his back looked more like a slab of raw meat.
"Out of my sight" Hiashi snarled; both guards picked up Neji and took him to the Hyuga doctor; Hiashi walked out of the room "Hinata; you prove to be a burden to this clan even in your absence" he said.
With Sakura
Sakura was in a training ground crying; she just got told that her friend Hinata was missing by Hinata's sensei 'Hinata; I hope you are ok' Sakura thought. Sakura was so distracted that she did not hear foot steps behind her.
"You feeling a little down" came a voice that made her freeze; Sakura turned around and saw Kakashi standing there "need an ear" he said with an eye smile. Sakura shook her head and began to walk backwards.
"N-no I-I'm- "Sakura began but Kakashi appeared behind her; Sakura then felt one hand on her shoulder and one on her butt.
"Now, now, no need to be shy" Kakashi said as he began to squeeze her but making Sakura hyperventilate in terror "it's a sensei's duty to- "he began.
"Hey cyclops" came a voice; Kakashi stopped and turned and saw Anko standing in a tree with a scowl on her face. Sakura hearing Anko ran over to where she was at and Anko jumped down and put Sakura behind her shielding her from Kakashi.
"Hey Anko; how goes it" Kakashi said with an eye smile; Anko seeing this scowled even harder.
"What were you just doing" Anko said and Kakashi shrugged.
"Nothing; just being there for my student" Kakashi said as he turned his gaze toward Sakura who flinched "right Sakura" he said. Sakura couldn't answer so Anko did for her.
"Piss off" Anko said dangerously and Kakashi groaned.
"Fine" Kakashi said as he turned around "we have team practice at 6am tomorrow, Sakura; don't be late" he said as he paused and turned. "Especially after all your hard work" Kakashi said with a chuckle as he vanished in a swirl of leaves.
"Asshole" Anko said "are you ok Sakura" Anko said as she turned to her ward who was crying in sadness, fear and shame.
"No" Sakura said while sniffing "I hate him; but I can't give up, or he wins" she said and Anko smiled.
"C'mon kid" Anko said putting her arm around her "let's get some dango" she said as both walked back to the village.
With Kurenai
Kurenai entered her apartment taking off her head band 'home sweet home' she thought; suddenly she caught a whiff of cigarettes and looked over and saw Asuma on her couch. Kurenai and Asuma have been seeing each other in secret; no one even her friends Anko and Yugao knew about it since they want their privacy
"Hey babe; your back" Asuma said as he got up "I heard your mission went south; you ok" he asked and Kurenai shook her head.
"No I'm not" Kurenai said as she began to tear up "Hinata's gone, the bridge was destroyed; my first C-rank mission as a jonin sensei and I lost one of my students" she said as she began to cry. "I-I'm a failure" Kurenai said as she began to cry; Asuma went up and pulled her into a hug.
"It's ok honey" Asuma said as he stroked her back and kissed her cheek "I'm here for you" he said soothingly as Kurenai hugged him back.
"Thanks, Asuma" Kurenai said "I'm so luck to have you" she said and Asuma chuckled.
"And I'm lucky to have you" Asuma said as he comforted his girlfriend 'how can I pass up a piece of ass like you' he thought. 'Although that Sakura girl from Kakashi's team did scratch that itch when she was busy getting her team organized' he thought as he looked down at Kurenai's smiling face.
Kurenai hugged Asuma oblivious to his look of desire pointing towards her.
Meanwhile with Hinata: Snow country
Hinata woke up in a daze as she was looking at a wooden ceiling above her 'where am I' Hinata thought as she sat up and looked around; Hinata felt a throb on her neck and felt a ice pack on her neck. Suddenly everything came back in a rush of memories 'Naruto' she thought.
The door to the room opened up and Hinata say a red-haired woman walk in "oh my goodness your awake" she said as she ran over "how are you honey; are you ok" she said and Hinata looked at her confused.
"Where am I; who are you" Hinata asked.
"Oh; I'm Mie, this is my house" Mie said as she checked Hinata "you've been out for 3 days" she said making Hinata go wide eyed.
"3 days" Hinata said as she looked at herself; she was wearing pajama's that were a little big on her. Hinata felt something strange and opened her pajama pants and looked in; she was wearing an adult diaper and began to grow red.
"I had to change you twice" Mie said making Hinata even more embarrassed.
"Where is my team and my sensei" Hinata asked and Mie smiled.
"They're in the living room" Mie said as she helped Hinata up "they've been waiting for you" she said; Hinata began to walk slowly with Mie as they exited the room and walked down the hall way. Hinata's legs felt numb as they traversed the hall way.
Hinata and Mie entered the living room and Hinata saw Naruto sitting in a chair at a dining table "hey Hinata" Naruto said quietly making Hinata go wide eyed. Naruto got up and walked over to Mie and Hinata "I got it from here Mie" Naruto said as he took Hinata's hand. "Can we please have a minute" Naruto said and Mie nodded.
"Of course," Mie said as she began to walk to the kitchen "Naruto told me your favorite food is cinnamon rolls; I made some 2 days ago for when you wake up, I'll go get them" she said as she walked to the kitchen making Hinata even more confused.
'Is this a dream' Hinata thought as she was led to a chair at the dining table; Naruto sat Hinata down and went over to the other side to sit down and face her. Hinata looked at Naruto's face; despite the stitches on his whisker marks and his mouth he looked like exactly how Hinata imagined how he'd look if he was older.
"You probably don't even believe it's me" Naruto said with a smile "don't let all this fool you Hinata" Naruto said pointing to his stitches. "It's really me…here" Naruto said.
Hinata began to ball up her fists and tear up making Naruto flinch "where were you" Hinata whimpered out "I waited for you every day for months, I prayed for it to not be true" Hinata said tears falling down her cheeks. "Why didn't you come back" Hinata asked.
"I-I'm sorry" Naruto said "I'm sorry, I'm sorry Hinata, I'm so damn sorry" Naruto said as he couldn't find the words as his face changed to that of regret. "I-I couldn't go back; you have to understand" Naruto said "after I was rescued and healed, I had a debt to pay; besides if I went back to Konoha after those guys were killed it would've happened again" he said. "Believe me I wish I could've gone back; but it was impossible Hinata" Naruto said and Hinata nodded as she wiped her tears.
Mie came back in and placed the plate of cinnamon rolls and 2 cups of coffee down for Naruto and Hinata before leaving the room without a sound. Hinata took a roll and smelled it; she bit down and tasted her favorite treat. After swallowing her bite, she looked at Naruto and spoke.
"So, what have you been doing since you left" Hinata asked and Naruto picked up his coffee.
"I…I'm a mercenary" Naruto said making Hinata pause "after I was saved me and Kakuzu…" Naruto said as he began his tale; for over an hour Naruto explained everything he's done over the past 7 years. How he and Kakuzu rescued Fu, rescued Karin and Mei, met Sasori, helped Doto take control of Snow country and how he helped Gato take over wave. "… And right now, Zabuza and Haku are getting the payment for the job" Naruto said finishing his story "enough about me; what about…" Naruto began until he says the look of horror on Hinata's face.
Hinata began to tremble and Naruto got up and walked over "Hinata are you ok; is it you're- "he began until Hinata slapped his hand away.
"Don't touch me" Hinata said fearfully "you are not Naruto" Hinata said making Naruto freeze.
"What are you saying Hinata; it is me" Naruto said thinking Hinata was talking crazy.
"No, you're not" Hinata said softly "the Naruto I know will never do those things; he's not a monster, you are" Hinata said making Naruto take a step back. "Killing innocent people, working with criminals and dictators; it's- it's, not right" she said "What you are doing is evil and wrong; and the Naruto I know would never do those things" Hinata said.
Naruto was about to retort but paused; Naruto let the words sink in. Hinata was right.
"Holy shit" Naruto said as he pulled out a chair and sat down; Naruto began to go through his mind and think really hard about all he's done. Naruto killed to save Fu, Karin and Mie; but all the others are what got to him. Koyuki Kazehana, the snow country rebels, the people of wave and the dozens, possibly hundreds of others he's killed, hurt and extorted over the years.
It hit him like a ton of bricks "I-I- "Naruto began until the door opened up making both Hinata and Naruto look over and saw Zabuza, Haku, Fu and Fubuki walk in.
"Hey brat; we got paid" Zabuza said "and we got a fat bonus from Gato for blowing up that bridge" he said; Zabuza paused and saw that Hinata was awake and trembling in fear of him. "Oh, sleeping beauty is up; about damn time" he said as he plopped down on the couch. The girls however all had different looks on their faces.
Fubuki was curious while Haku was smiling and inviting; Karin adjusted her glasses in skepticism while Fu looked at her with an annoyed look since she was still upset about losing her fight to her.
"Hello; Hinata is it" Haku said walking up and bowing "I'm Haku, nice to meet you" she said and Hinata went wide eyed.
"Oh- um hello" Hinata said nodding.
"Sup I'm Fubuki" Fubuki said as she went up and wrapped her arm around Hinata "pleasure is mine" she said squeezing Hinata.
"I'm Karin; this is my house" Karin said adjusting her glasses analyzing Hinata; Karin looked at Fu and slapped her on the back "don't be a child; it was just a fight" she said and Fu pouted.
"Fu" Fu said before getting a smirk "I'm Naruto's first and favorite girlfriend" she said making Hinata go wide eyed.
"Wait what" Hinata said.
"Hey we are all even Fu" Karin said annoyed "Naruto loves us all evenly; don't pull that favorites crap" she said and Fu stuck her tongue out.
"You 2 are like cats and dogs" Haku said making both Fu and Karin look at her "such immaturity; which is why I'm naturally Naruto's favorite" Haku said. Haku didn't mean that but she wanted to get under their skin and so far, it was working.
"What" both Fu and Karin shouted.
"Wait" Hinata said stopping them "you're all Naruto's girlfriends" Hinata asked.
"Yep" Fu, Karin, Haku and Fubuki said in unison; Fu, Karin and Haku all looked at Fubuki who was smirking.
"Well, I will be one day" Fubuki said "just gotta get Naruto off the whole 'you're like a big sister to me' thing" she said. "Ain't that right Naruto" Fubuki said as she turned to Naruto.
Naruto however wasn't even paying attention "hey guys" Naruto said speaking up gaining everyone's attentions "am-am I evil" Naruto asked shocking Fu, Haku, Karin and Fubuki.
"Are you kidding; your one of the evilest people I know" Zabuza said everyone snapping their heads towards him "I mean you ripped out a guy's heart in front of his family and village; you stopped a rebellion from freeing a county" he said with a laugh. "If that's not evil; I don't know what is" Zabuza said; Zabuza was then slapped on the back of the head by Fubuki "ow what the hell" Zabuza whined before he saw the look on Naruto's face.
"Naruto are you ok" Karin asked concerned as she felt Naruto's chakra and felt his inner turmoil; Naruto got up and ran to a trash can and threw up. Karin and Fu rushed over and began to pat him on the back as he spit "Naruto, what's wrong" Karin said as Naruto turned over and looked at them wide eyed.
"What have I done" Naruto said.
Haku looked to Hinata and spoke "what's going on here" Haku said and Hinata spoke.
"Naruto told me everything" Hinata said gaining all their attentions.
Otogakure: With Kakuzu, Sasori and Roga
Kakuzu, Sasori and Roga were standing in front of Orochimaru, the rogue sanin and snake summoner as they finished their talks.
"So, it's settled then" Orochimaru said as he threw a scroll towards Kakuzu who caught it "if you accept the job come back in 4 months; I'd like to have you're whole group but if it's just you 2 then it would still be great for my plan" he said.
"I will do this job no matter what" Kakuzu said "just don't try and cross me snake" he said.
"Same here" Sasori said.
"I'll bring the offer to lord Doto; but no promises" Roga said and Orochimaru chuckled.
"Of course, of course" Orochimaru said as he snapped his fingers "Kabuto; can you show them out" he said as Kabuto came out of the darkness with a smile.
"But of course," Kabuto said "follow me please" Kabuto said as he began to lead the 3 men out; Orochimaru smiled as he saw the 3 men leave.
'With this everything will be perfect' Orochimaru thought 'Oto, Suna, Yuki and 2 rogue jinchuriki; who could ask for a better invasion force' Orochimaru thought as he began to walk to his lab. 'Sarutobi sensei; I can't wait to see the look on your face" Orchimaru thought with a dark chuckle.
Ok another chapter done; if any of you thought Hinata would accept Naruto right away after finding out everything he's done then you were mistaken. Let's be honest some of the things Naruto has done could be justified but some are certainly morally in the wrong; oh man my brother is ramping things up.
