finally, here we go sorry but I needed to do that one backstory chapter and they'll be multiple chapters like that where the chapters will vera from the main story for a while, especially telling back stories on Violet one more after this one that'll be like that, but I'll tell you about that chapter later that will be chapter 3, but I mean 43 but I'll get to that soon right now we're gonna have at least a store that goes a chapter that goes back to our main story this is where I come in finally and my friends I'll tell you about that in a minute, but I hope you enjoy this one too cause this is a big one.

on Memorial Day weekend
it was Friday the beginning of Memorial Day weekend I was ready. I was as ready as I ever could be. I wasn't prepared for anything about who I was or what I was, but I was playing the game like always. Everything was normal. That's what I thought reminiscing of days in my school years popped into my head, I went to the school ever since I was young now I was returning for my alumni. I've been going for a long time too ever since I graduated. I wanted to take a year or two but then what is there taking a break off my friends from camp attended and all that so it was good to see them. Teachers also came teachers who were students like Miss Denning also showed up, but I could tell something was off about this year more than any other. I don't know why I got everything packed and ready to go. I made sure I had my umbrella. They said it was gonna rain. I had my cane ready to go. My Apple Watch clicked onto my wrist, my dad already left to go on this golf trip. Mom was taking me.
I mean, I'm happy that I was going and seeing my friends, not all my friends. Some of them had become my enemies over the years like Laura and Stephanie some lived in other places of the country and other states like Jennifer I'll never see her again. Sarah never came and there were a few others, but a lot of them did come like Becky, Ronnie, and Chris who I like to hang out with the most I had a friend who almost became friends with him, but he was too much for my taste too much all the time he was too much of a sad, but he didn't wanna be my friend well I told him Devin why don't you become normal? Why can't you just be honest can't you understand that there are sad things and happy things in the world and we have to embrace them both? You're not gonna gain anything if you just party all the time.
he looked at me funny what do you mean by that? He said to me in his senior year? He was still dating Maleeka who is my other best friend but more of a part or two but more adorable. My ex left me a few years before back in 2010 I had gotten over him, but he didn't know that I did cry but only a little when he left I dated other people like JoJo and John, but they didn't work out either but John and I are friends and so is JoJo too, but he doesn't come to alumni be friends this is gonna be the best year at alumni ever more than it has in the past. I haven't missed a year so that was good. The only year we missed was 2016 and the other year I missed was my sister's wedding which was in 2019 we all missed 2020 and 2021 because of Covid but now everything is back to normal and we were able to go and do things again I've been going since 2022 when it returned is now in 2024 I'm older. I'm 34 years old now and I am wiser than I have ever been in my life.
I heard my mother say concentrate on getting everything packed dear. I have everything Mother I said good now we just need to get you to get your things into the car. Don't forget your pillow nodded pillows are already packed McCain is already packed. Everything I need is packed already I said.
we were on the road now. Everything was packed. I stopped and ate lunch and then we were on the road again we finally arrived at TSB. I was already pre-registered and I stood behind Gracie Manning. We were the first two in line for anyone else that was good at least, I did look at my watch because it pinged and told me I had a notification. My mother told me to pay attention. Oh, come on Mom. I said it's just us in the line besides Gracie in front of me and people are starting the lineup behind me, you pre-registered, one of the people we had came in got my papers, and my little one and I had to sign a new waiver I guess because I don't want people to be responsible for what we do or the school or whatever OK then that's fine with me I was assigned room five cottage four OK that's good.

I'll listen to music. I'll go to dinner and all my meals and I'll wait for you to pick me up or at the lobby whatever we choose not good girl have a good time. OK OK, Mom.
but I could feel this was not gonna be an ordinary year no ordinary year this year for me I could feel the magic and say something because I played Timecrest so much. Maybe I said I was on chapter 13. I wanted to play a little and I did listen to music, and talk to my roommate, but not my roommate, Gracie, Manning, Becky Ronnie, and Chris joined them when they were working on his digital player thing with Ronnie then Becky left me. She was supposed to be my roommate but she left. I guess I won't have one this year.
She went to cottage six like I said that was OK. I was fine with it.
I was OK without having a roommate this year. I knew something off was about the school year or not the school year but this alumni year it was not the same.
I felt magic. Something was not right. Everyone else seems fine. Everyone never noticed except me. I'm the only one who noticed. I'm the only one who noticed the change I noticed, especially when I went to supper that night. After I hung out with people I went to supper, but I never made it to dinner. Hung out in the auditorium lobby like always then it was time to go to dinner. I was headed to the line, but something happened.

I tried to walk towards the lunchroom, but a purple box appeared in front of me. It wasn't violet like the beautiful eyes that I wanted to see now it was a deep reddish, purple, red light blood purple and color entrapped me. The school was now cursed evil laughter filled my head. He will not escape, and he will not go to your dinner yet little girl I know who you are even if you don't know who you are know who I am. I'm like Householder. I said you may know your name. The voice said again, but you know who I am and I know who you are, you play the game you've met me And I have something you fear. The most a man appeared in front of me. Two men appeared in front of me.

He never came to alumni I've come to alumni because I knew you were gonna be here, but I don't care for you. remembering how my lips used to taste when he kissed me I shivered. He walked closer, putting his hands on me. No one will save you. What do you think? Well, no one will ever be saved. Child, he said as he wrapped a block of hair around his finger, you are grown now I can tell that, but you're still a little girl, even though you're a grown woman now I guess I can't wait to have that woman body of that then I make one of these places in this room a place for us for a bit then you can meet the other person standing here she waved at them to tell them to leave the other man that was standing there I could tell I knew what he looked like had brown hair and gray eyes he disappeared. Normally I would say I wouldn't do more than one chapter on the story, but I want to try and get as many done for this one as I can update this one to have as many chapters even though I normally would do them and around Until I get to a spot where I could say is a good spot to stop then I'll continue the other stories that I'm writing have other stories to work on and on as well as this, but I think you want to know what will happen next and I also want to do a chapter on that I skipped on an affair that's another flashback From the main for a little bit and go back to the past again, but that's OK then I'll see you in that next chapter which will be chapter 3.
