ATTENTION! IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you started reading Harry Potter: SHIELD and Sorcery before July 27th, 2024 then I would highly suggest you start over.

I have gone through and edited my previous chapters, and added new ones to expand on Harry's time in the Marvel Universe.

Some things will be very similar and others were deleted and rewritten from the ground up. I'm not saying there won't still be problems with grammar or misspellings, it is very hard to see your own mistakes when writing.

Also Sorry I've been MIA for a few days I was just finishing this up and will now be reposting and adding new and old chapters.

Thanks for reading

It was a few months later when Harry was sitting at his workbench trying to make a magic bolt thrower when Tony walked over carrying a book on Egyptian runes. "So Harry, what are you doing for Christmas?"

Harry looked up from his new Magic bolt thrower and stretched, "Well I got some company coming over for Christmas but I was thinking of throwing a party here."

Tony looked mock offended, "Were you planning on inviting me?" Harry grimaced and ran his hand through his messy hair, "You weren't. Well that's fine I have a Christmas party at SI anyway." Tony looked slightly hurt before he put on a nonchalant expression.

Harry huffed at Tony's inability to confront an uncomfortable situation, "Tony it isn't about you. There are these twins who I've been looking after since their family was killed in Sokovia." Harry walked over and put a hand on his shoulder, "Don't take this personally but they might not react well to you."

"Oh well sure I mean I am pretty awesome." Tony said as he slightly preened.

Harry wanted to slam his head onto his desk, "No I don't mean in a positive way." Here he paused, unsure if he should tell him, "They were both there when the building they were in was bombed and their parents died in the collapse but the bomb didn't blow up. They were stranded for 2 days before they were found by a counter terrorist cell in SHIELD. The important bit is that for two days, unknowingly to them, the girl was using her mutant ability to stall the bomb's detonation. That bomb was a Stark missile, and they connected you to the death of their parents."

Tony now looked devastated, "Oh that…yeah that makes sense." He ran his hands down his face roughly, "Do they have everything they need? Can I he-"

"Tony, it's fine. I explained to them the concept of blaming the maker of a weapon and the person who used it. Also, I'm taking care of them with a lot of help from Xavier's School. Turns out both twins have an activated X-gene but are too young for the powers to manifest." Harry explained as he led them up to his kitchen. "So before you start spiraling how would you like to meet them?"

Tony buried the images of the villages he removed his weapons from, "Yeah uh, yeah that would be great."

Harry just slapped his back and gave him a drink, "Chin up, it'll be great. Also invite Pepper, she would love visiting the X-Mansion."

Harry spent the last week before Christmas decorating his house and charming fairy lights throughout the halls. When Christmas Eve rolled around Harry just opened up a portal to Tony's house so he could pick him up for their trip to Xavier's mansion. He found them both in the living room getting bundled up. When Tony saw him he looked at Harry's sweater, "Where did you get that sweater?"

Harry looked down at his sweater. It was red with green wreaths, wands, brooms, and lightning bolts moving around it. "What's wrong with my sweater? It's awesome."

Tony shared a look with Pepper who rolled her eyes and smiled at Harry, "That is a a very nice sweater Harry."

He smiled widely at her and gave Tony a slightly smug look before he "You guys ready?" When they nodded Harry opened a portal to the driveway at the X-mansion. Pepper and Tony were both fairly impressed as they made their way through a portal to the X-Mansion. Snow was still lightly falling in the early morning, covering the grounds in a decent layer bringing forth a crunch with each step. All around were trees decorated and lights sparkling off the giant mansion. Some early risers were sitting around the grounds. Suddenly there was a shout "Harry!"

Harry knowing what was coming let loose a big smile and spun to pickup the little girl that was running full tilt at his legs, "Why hello little sun. Happy early Christmas!" He said as he spun her around in the air causing her to laugh.

Tony and Pepper watched as their easy going wizard turned into a totally new person as he started conversing in Russian with a little girl who was maybe 11 or 12. The conversation was accompanied by wild gesticulating movements from her hands as she pointed over at a snowman they could assume she was building. That's when they noticed the little boy walking up. They watched as Harry swept him up into his free arm and laughed at the boy's petulant display of not wanting to be embarrassed.

"I thought I saw someone coming up the driveway. Hello Harry, and you must be friends of Harry's, I'm Ororo it's a pleasure to meet you." Storm said as she stepped up to the group her eyes not leaving Harry until she greeted the others. That's when the boy and girl both noticed that Harry had brought company.

Pietro now feeling more embarrassed fought to be let down. Harry laughed, "Alright I will put you down." and dropped Pietro into a nearby snow drift. Pietro came up sputtering and gave Harry a glare before his mouth formed into a grin and lobbed a fresh snowball at his head but hit Wanda instead.

Wanda huffed and jumped from Harry to chase her brother across the lawn "Pietro you get back here!" Harry just stood there chuckling at the twins antics.

Pepper, Tony, and Ororo just observed as the twins ran around and Harry chased after them helping Wanda to make snowballs for them to toss at each other. "Harry is so good with them. He tries to come out as much as possible, but his work keeps him away most weekdays." Ororo commented.

Pepper was the one to reply, because Tony was having a hard time matching the dad energy to the guy who could stare down the number one super spy and slice apart a giant metal suit, "Yes he seems to get along well with them. Oh right," she held out her hand, "I'm Virginia Potts, but I go by Pepper. This is Tony Stark."

Ororo shook both of their hands, "It's lovely to meet some of Harry's friends." She turned her attention back to the snowball fight, "Truth be told he's quite good with all the kids really. He tends to come by and put on big displays of magic for the enjoyment of everyone here."

Tony burst out laughing at that, when he got strange looks from the women he straightened up, "When we first met and I learned about his abilities, I had asked him to preform some feats of magic for me and he just scoffed and told me 'I'm not a show pony Stark'." Ororo and Pepper both chuckled.

Harry eventually came back covered in snow with Pietro on his back and Wanda hanging off his side. "Well that was fun. You three make introductions?"

Tony at this point was feeling a little apprehensive. He knew the twins would soon find out who he was. "Yes we did." He looked to the two kids who were now starting at him and Pepper and cleared his throat, "Hello Wanda and Pietro. Harry has told me quite a bit about you. I'm Tony." Nobody missed the tensing of the twins while Harry acted like it wasn't a big deal.

When they hadn't said anything Harry prompted them, "Why don't you greet him? He came all this way to meet you."

Pietro was the first to recover and dropped to the ground and walked up to shake his hand, "I am Pietro Maximoff." He then turned to his sister who had more trouble letting go of her rage.

Wanda didn't move but she did look towards Tony, "Wanda."

Pepper stepped in, "My name is Pepper Potts, it's so good to meet you." She finished with a big smile at both twins. Pietro gave he a small smile while Wanda clung further to Harry. "Why don't you two go let the rest know Harry is here and we can do presents." As soon as the word present was said both kids were off like a shot racing back into the mansion.

"Well that honestly went better than either of us hoped." Ororo said. Tony looked a little lost and Pepper was just rubbing his arm.

They walked inside and were greeted by teens and a few kids running around passing out presents. Harry was quick to be the center of attention when he changed his cloths into a santa suit and pulled a big bag out of nowhere handing out gifts to everyone. The twins ended up getting a couple of extra presents from Harry. Once he was done everyone started tearing at their gifts leaving paper and tinsel scattered across the floor.

Wanda got a new bracelet that hand 'little sun' engraved in Russian. Pietro immediately ran off with his new bike that unshrunk when he took it out of the wrapping paper. There were some small trinkets and candy as well.

Once the kids were running off dragging Harry to play, Tony and Pepper were approached by the rest of the X-Men with Hank 'Beast' McCoy being dragged off by Tony to talk science while Pepper stayed with Ororo and Jean. The adults moved off as a group to watch the kids play. Eventually Harry was ganged up on until he performed a special Christmas show. Harry looked back at the adults and gave a long suffering sigh and eye roll before he started waving his hands about.

Tony and Pepper just stayed close to each other as Harry's magic went about making large sculptures and forts filled with snowballs. All the young students went about splitting into teams and using the new forts for a big snowball fight. Seeing his work done he patted his hands on his pants and walked back to the porch and sat next to Ororo and invited Tony and Pepper to join them. "So what do you think? Pretty great place right?"

Pepper nodded, "It's nice to see that they can feel so comfortable here." She looked towards the X-Men who also taught at the school, "Do they all adapt so well?"

Professor Xavier decided to field this question with a slight frown, "It really depends. Some of the more obvious mutations or some of the more powerful mutants don't always adapt as quickly. Their lives before they come here is a large factor as well. A few of the younger children were abandoned by their parents before we could get to them, and that isn't something they tend to handle well."

They spent the rest of the day mingling and watching Harry play with the kids before departing back to the West Coast. Standing in Tony's kitchen Harry spoke up first, "I talked to the twins and I think they'll be alright with you coming to Christmas. The Party is Christmas Eve at my house."

Tony nodded as he started pulling out something out to drink, "Sounds good." He paused his movements for a moment, "Do you know if Xavier does Christmas presents for all the kids without family at the mansion?"

Harry and Pepper both gave him a knowing smirk, "He does what he can but Xavier is only one person. The X-Men try and help out but normal 9 to 5 jobs aren't really apart of that life."

"Well it seems I have a lot more shopping to do than I originally thought." They spent a few more hours hanging out until Harry said he needed to get the house ready for guests. They said some quick goodbyes to the X-men and a long goodbye to the twins.

—-

After setting up his dining room as a makeshift ballroom Harry opened a portal for the X-Men; Xavier, Scott, Jean, Ororo, Hank, and Logan. He directed them into the ballroom where tables with food and alcohol lined the walls and a charmed set of instruments played orchestral instruments. Next he picked up Tony, Pepper, Rhodey, and Happy and before he could direct them through as well.

Next he created another portal and peeked his head through into the Kamar-Taj library, "Hey Wong, still don't want to come to my Christmas Party?"

Wong looked up from his books and gave him a deadpan look "No." Then he looked back down at his books. Harry shrugged his shoulders and opened a new portal.

"Fury! Want to party Christmas style at my place?" Fury didn't even look up before giving him the finger and going back to his work. Harry got the message and decided to find Coulson instead. When he found him going over paperwork in his office as well he called out to him. "Yo Phil, got a bunch of mutants hanging at my house. Want to come fan-boy?"

Coulson looked at Harry confused before seeing the tacky sweater. "Ah, well," he looked at the paperwork on his desk and decided he would rather do anything else, "Yes that would be quite nice. Do you mind if I invite my girlfriend?"

"Of course, just come on through and I can make you a portal to wherever she is. Just let me know." After Coulson parted on his phone Harry returned to being a host introducing the people who hadn't met yet. He invited Clint and Natasha but both were busy. It took an hour for Coulson's girlfriend to be ready. That when the conversations started picking up with everyone mingling and chatting, talking about previous missions, weird things they have run into, and their plans for tomorrow. Harry got to meet Audrey, "You know Coulson told me about you. I'm glad you could make it."

She smiled while holding Coulson's arm, "It's a pleasure to meet you too. I didn't think I would be taking a portal to a Christmas party, but I'm handling it well."

Coulson gave a nod of appreciation, "Yes and thank you for that. I didn't have the ability to fly out there tonight and would have missed Christmas together." Coulson gave the widest smile Harry had ever seen on his face, it was still only the size of a normal grin, but it was something special.

Harry just waved him off, "You can ask me anytime Phil, you know that." Harry patted his should and nudged him towards the center of the room where Pepper was dancing with Tony, "Now go show some moves." Harry watched him get pulled away by Audrey who was sporting a impish grin. "She's really going to lighten him up I hope."

"Yes well that's something that happens to someone who spends that much time with spies." Harry turned and found Ororo standing there in a white shin length heavy skirt and sky blue sweater with the Grinch looping around it. Her hair was pulled up into a bun held together with candy canes and her ears had tiny tree ornaments handing down.

Harry smiled at her and held out a hand, "A dance milady?" When she smiled and took his hand he spun them out onto the floor dancing to lyric less Christmas tunes. As the moved around Ororo asked about his sweater, and he told her of the multitude of sweaters he had made in his down time over the years. He explained how he had always loved Christmas at the castle in his youth and that's why it ended up being his most celebrated holiday. Ororo mentioned that she didn't really celebrate Christmas throughout her childhood but admitted she loved the wonder of children during this time of year. Stories flowed freely between them until they danced with their friends or broke for food or drinks. It didn't matter what they went off to do, they would find themselves once more on the dance floor with each other.

It was during a relatively slow song after they had took a break earlier that they were slow dancing close to one another, "I have had a lot of fun tonight Ororo."

Ororo laid her head on his shoulder as they stopped moving and just swayed around in a small circle, "This has been quite the night indeed Harry." As she looked up jade green eyes met her cerulean blue, they leaned a little closer.

Harry could feel the heat from her face getting closer and closer before a blaring alarm sounded from all the X-Men pulling everyone's attention. Xavier was the first to speak in a grave yet hurried tone, "The mansion is under attack!"

It took only a moment for everyone to move into action. Harry was instantly covered in his hero outfit while trying to open a portal to the X-Mansion, when it didn't work he almost panicked before taking a breath and making a portal closer to the edge of the property. Tony was already stepping into his portable suit while Phil was calling in backup. Stabilizing the portal Harry shot forward already pumping his body full of magic. He sprinted onto the grounds of the mansion and heard battles everywhere. Fires and cracked earth littered his viewing area and the front door and surrounding wall were destroyed showing several of the trainee X-Men laying on the ground, unconscious or dead he didn't know.

Harry saw something that made his blood boil. A man in his 40's wearing priest robes was holding Wanda by her arms and dragging her to another group dressed similarly to him. Harry could recognize a ritual when he saw one. Unfortunately these magic users weren't the only attackers between him ant them were dozens of 7ish foot tall creatures, with gray chitinous skin and sharp claws and teeth.

Harry didn't waste a moment more when he could feel Logan sprinting up behind him jumping at one of the creatures nearby. Harry raised his hands as his feet pounded into the ground chasing after Wanda and her captors. He sent off waves of constructs and golems to help protect the children and distract the creatures attacking them. He spun to apparate close to Wanda when he was slammed back into the ground. He just rolled back up to his feet and morphed into his Dire Wolf form, he pumped his legs picking up speed quickly. When he was blocked by one of those creatures he jumped over him his front paws landed on a couple of the priests that tried to stop him and their bodies crumpled under the pressure of his weight. The other priests barely paused when they started summoning red tinted magic to start attacking him.

Harry jumped back and forth swiping at enemies as he closed the distance between him and the priest holding Wanda. The priests fell in surprise while the large creatures were only knocked back. When he got close enough he morphed back and began batting away spell after spell, "They are Chaos users. Don't get hit by their hex magic." He shouted as he launched stone spikes through the ground removing or disabling each magic-user as he went. When that wasn't enough he summoned waves of air blades that romped limbs and body parts. He kept up the pace when he realized that the chaos sorcerers were blocking his spells with shields while others launched attacks. He frowned for a moment as the man holding Wanda dropped her in the ritual circle before he started chanting.

Fire seemed to burn green behind his eyes, he donned his earthen greaves before he dashed after the attackers. When they raised their shields, Harry's fist covered in earth and empowered by his Blessings of Cyttorak shattered it like panes of glass. He then sprinted through his enemies, the power of his body plowing through them like snowmen, barely stopping to wipe the blood from his face as he finally reached the ritual circle. The priest looked up at him, "It won't stop what is inevitable. This girl was born for the express purpose of being the avatar of our god, Chthnon."

At first Harry wasn't listening and instead he was breaking down the ritual array he was looking at in his mind looking for weaknesses and purpose. He stopped when he realized it was a summoning circle. He heard the final part and looked at Wanda who was just unconscious on the ground surrounded by red lines of pulsing magic. Harry could feel the power pounding on the dimensional wall. With each hit cracks started appearing in the air. Large enough for more of those creatures to slip through. Behind him he could hear the battles between the X-Men and the forces of Chaos. He could see Tony out of the corner of his eye, blasting creatures too and fro. Harry was blasting magic and force into the shields surrounding the ritual circle. Each hit creating massive booms that displaced the air around him. As he attacked he could tell that the ritual was powering itself from an outside source. Just when Harry was thinking of using hellfire a familiar power of airy stagnation came flying out of the nearby woods. She was accompanied by several Monks all of whom were concentrated solely on the breach in dimensions, leaving waves of chaos energy and dozens of those chitinous creatures. When Yao got to his side she wasted no words and started linking strings of energy together, pulling the cracks together like she was sewing a hole. "Keep the N'Garai off of me." Harry, realizing what she needed, started blasting the invading creatures backwards leaving the cracks in the sky empty and ready for repair.

When a group of 5 N'Garai rushed Yao, Harry jumped between them sending magic bolts and elemental attacks smashing into the chests of the creatures. When the magic was having little to no effect Harry his sword and went on the offensive. He ducked the first swipe sending a sharp swing upwards that sliced the creature's head in two, the second was hit with a short side kick knocking it into the one behind it. Moving to the next that got past him he jumped on its back with his feet and sent it crashing into the floor with his word impaled through it's skull. While the body touched the ground, dissipating, Harry swept the legs from another before summoning Earthen spikes and nearly bisecting the grounded creature. He then used air magic to sharpen his kick and increase his speed launching into a flying roundhouse that decapitated two more leaving only one N'Garai, that took one slash to completely cut in half, each creature drift away as ash with their death.

Unfortunately when he turned back to Yao he saw that it wouldn't be that easy. The forgotten priest started calling on his patron hoping to bring him closer to the holes in reality that his ritual created. Harry noticed pushing his hands onto the shield protecting the ritual site and flooded the area with his magic. Energy sparks and lightning started jumping from his frame as his power invaded the shield. From his hands green cracks erupted, slowly spreading around until finally the shield couldn't take it and shattered with a crisp noise. Harry fell to his knee in exhaustion panting he looked at Yao, "How fucked are we?"

Yao, still binding dimensional cracks, let out a small smile, "That's no way to talk Master Potter. You must have faith."

Harry rolled his eyes at her but let some of the building tension dissipate. If she was smiling it couldn't be that bad. Pushing himself up he rushed towards the priest who was still standing over Wanda. His flying knee drilled straight into his back launching him forward with such force that when he hit the ground head first he flipped end over end for half a football field. Disregarding the priest he bent down and looked Wanda over, making sure she wasn't hurt. He studied the energies swirling around her. Energy was swaddled around her like chains locking the ritual in place. He used his strength to try and break them, but faltered when they barely moved. Gathering his strength and magic he called out, "By the Omnipotent Oshtur!" the white energies of the Vishanti enveloped him "Bhangah!" He channeled the Sanskrit chant towards the chains that held for a moment more before they cracked. Everything stopped leaving a sense of discombobulation until the area around him exploded in a delayed response. As soon as he felt them break he grabbed Wanda and threw himself over her, letting the chaotic energies fighting and lashing around wash over them both.

Yao, still closing the cracks, saw what was happening and tossed the largest shield she could around the area, trapping the energies with the leaks from the realm of Chthnon. Each enemy that tried to leave during the ritual collapse was torn to shreds. It only took a few seconds for the energies to settle and Yao could see the bloodied back of her student. Walking over she was able to see Wanda underneath Harry covered in his blood. Harry seemingly realizing it was all over sat up with a hiss of pain, "That fu-" Yao popped him on the back of the head and gave a small nod towards the listening child. Ignoring his own pain he checked over Wanda, sending diagnostic charms all over. "Thank Merlin she's alright." He said as he finished and pulled her into his arms.

The quiet moment was ruined by an arrogant voice from a few yards away, "You think this is over?! She was chosen! No matter where she goes, what you do, or how you interfere, she will become the Avatar of Chaos! I am Vittorio, chosen bearer of Chthnon's will. You may have stopped this ritual bu-"

His voice was cut off when Harry's body flashed over to him in the blink of an eye. He grabbed him by his neck and brought his face right up to his. He let loose on his magic, letting the emerald sparks of energy roll off of him. His eyes burning with a jade light so reminiscent of the curse that killed his parents and himself, shadows extended off his body as his cowl turned silvery black and translucent covering him with it's hood. "You think you are going anywhere?" Harry asked his voice low and hiss like, "Next time, remember that to touch my people means to court death. She is waiting because," Harry's face below the hood flashed into a skull for only a moment, "I called." His hand pulsed with a dark emerald color and closed. Instead of him turning into a bloodstain on the ground he scattered into ashes. As soon as he was done Harry fell to the ground, his arm falling limp, looking decayed and rotted.

Yao walked over carrying Wanda in her arms, she gave him a look over and clicked her tongue, "You know how dangerous it is to channel those powers."

Harry was catching his breath and looked up at her, "You know why I did it. People like that would be granted boons after death from entities they worked for. This way I know where he went, and he won't like it."

Yao nodded her head and looked to the girl in her arms, "You changed so much of her future by doing what you did. She will no longer be the same person she was meant to be."

Harry snorted as floated himself up, "Yeah like I was going to let that happen."

Yao hummed noncommittally as she surveyed the groups still fighting and the area where the cracks had repaired themselves. "Are you going to go help your friends?"

Harry watched as the X-Men and Iron Man battled the few remaining creatures. "I don't think they need it." He said. Most of the priests were killed by him while a few escaped. The creatures didn't try to leave and only fought. He watched as they finished up and the only sounds were groaning from the injured and the quiet cackling of burning wood. Sighing he trudged over to the others "Do we have any injured people?"

The X-Men looked at Xavier who nodded and closed his eyes sending out a wave of telekinetic power. It only took a few seconds before the tenseness of Xavier's shoulders gave way and he relaxed as he smiled, "There seem to be a few injuries but no one is missing or dead."

At that announcement everyone relaxed some and Tony quipped, "You guys really know how to throw a party."

Harry finally relaxed as he saw Pietro peeking out of the gaping hole in the front of the mansion. When he saw Harry, he vanished. Harry barely had a moment to register anything when he was suddenly on the ground with a small speedster holding onto him. Tony nearly laughed when he saw the look of resignation on his friend's face. Harry could see that most of the mutant team were surprised at the shown ability, "Well little bunny, looks like you got a bit quicker huh?" At that the group cracked up before they dispersed to heal others and clean up. Harry laid there for only a moment before he stood up with Pietro hanging from his neck.

Yao walked over with the asleep Wanda, "When you get a chance come see me. I need to tell you some things," she paused and gave him a mischievous look, "I also have a feeling your tea skills are getting rusty."

Harry nodded to her as she set Wanda in his now free arm when Pietro got down. Deciding that sitting is better than standing he conjured a plush couch and sat with Wanda under his good arm and Pietro leaning on his side with the bad arm. "I can come by in a day or two. There are some protections I'm going to put up here before leaving."

Yao nodded and gathered her Monks and ported away. Harry let his head hit the back of the couch, "Wanda is going to be good, yes?" Pietro asked in a small voice. Harry leaned over him and kissed the crown of his head.

"Everything will be just fine, Pietro. You now have powers, you can train and become strong like me. Strong enough to protect your sister." At Harry's words Pietro nodded before leaning back against him. It only took a few seconds before the lawn was filled with kids and teens and the reserve X-Men who had held down the interior so the creatures couldn't harm any more students.

Harry's relaxation didn't last long, "Hey Gandalf, can't you just wave your hand and fix all this." Sighing, Harry got up and laid the twins down and got to work repairing as much as he could.
