ATTENTION! IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you started reading Harry Potter: SHIELD and Sorcery before July 27th, 2024 then I would highly suggest you start over.
I have gone through and edited my previous chapters, and added new ones to expand on Harry's time in the Marvel Universe.
Some things will be very similar and others were deleted and rewritten from the ground up. I'm not saying there won't still be problems with grammar or misspellings, it is very hard to see your own mistakes when writing.
Also Sorry I've been MIA for a few days I was just finishing this up and will now be reposting and adding new and old chapters.
Thanks for reading

It had been a few weeks after the HYDRA uncovering when Harry was sitting in his apartment with Clint. Harry sighed as he looked at the boring apartment. "Hey Clint."
"Yeah?" he replied as he looked away from the TV and the movie they were watching.
"Do you have a house or an apartment?"
"Why do you ask?" Clint replied as he gave Harry a look and narrowed his eyes slightly.
Harry didn't notice as he kept looking all over his apartment seeing the bare walls and boring colors, "Well, it's just that I've been living here a few months now but it just kind of feels like a place to sleep you know. Maybe I'm just getting homesick or something."
Clint cooled off and smiled, "Yeah I know what you mean. Most of the time I just bunk at Headquarters, but I do have an old family home that I stay at when I can."
Harry just nodded and leaned back, "I think I'm going to build myself a home." And with that statement Harry wasted no time. He quickly went to Fury and told him he needed some time off but to call in an emergency. He then went off to find the perfect spot to build. He knew where he wanted to build; he just had to check local maps.
With a quick trip out to the West Country in England Harry found that Godric's Hollow doesn't even exist. It's all undeveloped land and farms, Harry expected something like this considering Godric Gryffindor founded the town himself. Making a trip over to Switzerland Harry approached a bank that backs gold deposits for credit on accounts. Using his new documents Harry deposited a metric ton of gold bars he had in his inventory, confounding anyone trying to make a fuss. With that he had a new account worth 26 million pounds and went back to England. Checking around he found the owner of the land he wanted and made a bid for the entire area. A total of 120 acres for a million pounds cash and he was signed off as the new owner in three days.
First he surveyed the land and marked off the boundaries with stone walls. Next he went into his workshop and pulled out a heavy duty and enchanted ward stone. It was actually the Hogwarts ward stone that he had worked on over the years to break down the legendary wards that had lasted over a millennia. He had perfected the runes he wanted years ago when he had nothing better to do then think or wander around a dead planet. He lifted the earth in the center of his property and started shifting and transmuting the bedrock into the foundation of his new home. He used temporary walls to map out the house he had created with his loved ones back when they had free time. A large British manor was outlined and the bedrock shaped around it setting the basement and it's walls. Here Harry placed the ward stone in a small off shoot that would be blocked off and warded to keep safe.
Next he set the earth he pulled up off to the side and concentrated. Slowly his magic soaked into the surrounding lands and from his hand he tossed out seeds, those seeds immediately germinated and started growing horizontally across the open basement making an uneven but completely wooden floor. When the trees hit the opposite side he had them go upwards and twisted them together at the top leaving a massive beech tree growing up into the sky. The massive trunk of multiple trees spread out into spindly branches draping where the house would be in layers of leaves. Slowly the magic changed making the tree more robust and healthy, enchanting the leaves to stay year round.
With that done Harry looked at his work. The trunks had merged into a giant tree that looked as if it had floating roots holding it up only to merge again and create the wooden flooring sprawling across the area his house would be. Taking a quick breather after channeling his magic for hours on end he sat there and just looked at the foundation of what would soon be his home. First he needed to hide his new house from prying eyes, so he popped down into the ward room and activated the runes that soon attached to the leylines of the world, powering the wards. From outside the property it looked like the land shimmered and then became completely uninteresting to anyone who drove by.
Nodding to himself he moved off to the side and opened a portal to the area Hogwarts would have sat in his old world. Looking at the dilapidated mess he moved in and start lifting huge chunks of stone and piling off to the side. Occasionally he would come across old swords and armor that would be put in a separate pile. When he reached the foundation he actually found a passageway. His mind immediately hitting on the old Chamber he got slightly excited and jumped down creating multiple balls of light that hung in the air round him. When he floated the last few feet he stopped and saw a very familiar set of pipes. Cautious, he moved forward ready for anything. Coming across a stone door he put his hand on it and felt a faintly familiar feeling of magic.
Harry stood there for a moment just staring at it as he hissed §open§. The stone door rolled to the side with a grinding noise but instead of the large chamber he remembered there was a simple sitting room with two doors. In the middle of the room was a skeleton resting in a meditative pose. Stepping forward cautiously, Harry felt out with his magic but felt nothing else. Sitting in front of the long dead magic user was a scroll that felt like preserving magic. Gently lifting it he unrolled it while reinforcing the fading magic.
§To the one who would find my grave I hope you can read this.
I am Salazar Slytherin, One of four Founders of Haugh's Wards, a school for the aspiring magic user.
During a ritual meant to give me more time amongst my students, I was transposed through time and space. I was in a Scottish lord's castle. Using magics and potions I built a life for myself amongst the lord's men. I spent years searching for my friends or even other magic users. I did find one man in the lands to the east who called himself a sorcerer but was not a true practitioner of magic.
It brings me great sadness that I might never see my precious apprentice or my lovely wife again, but alas my time is running out and there is no hope of me returning home. The ritual I devised may be used once again and I can only hope that whoever finds this place may possess the gifts of my family.
The rooms adjacent to here are filled with the items I have crafted and the knowledge I have written. I was able to create a hatchling like my once familiar, Shuna. It is in a state of waiting, it should survive in it's egg until given blood to bond and hatch. If you are reading this I can only hope my legacy can live on in both worlds I have lived.
To a swift and ambitious life, Salazar.§
Harry just stood there stunned. This was Salazar Slytherin. The founder of Hogwarts or Haugh's Wards as he called it. Did the name really change? No wonder Hogwarts sounded so odd the name was probably shortened as time wore on. Shaking himself free of his distracting thought he looked back at the founder in from of him. No wonder no one knows what happened to him hi made a jump in time, but ended up here. It seems as if he wanted to remove the years from himself and not remove himself from the years.
He felt conflicted for only a moment but realized that if time could change the name of the first magic school it could probably change the houses inside it. Pocketing the scroll he moved on to the door on the right. Behind it he found a small writing room, scrolled and bonded parchment were stacked carefully on shelves. Deteriorating wards and charms were quickly refreshed by him, dust and dirt vanished and everything was shrunk and put into his expanded bag.
Moving across to the other room Harry opened the door only to find a small workshop much like his own. Moving through it he found metal ingots and woods preserved in boxes that were stored once again in his bag. Next was a trunk filled with an assortment of weapons and artifacts, dead center of the trunk was a jade egg pulsating with life sitting on silk.
Cautiously Harry picked it up and found a single note underneath the egg. §Add you blood to hatch your new familiar§ Debating on whether or not he wanted to do this he put the egg back for now and packed up the trunk and shelves before closing the door to that room as well. Looking around the sitting room he found the furniture to be nice and packed everything away. Careful not to break the now dead founder, Harry transmuted a coffin out of nearby stone and added several snake motifs to the box containing Salazar. Deciding to take it with him he shrunk it down and bagged it as well. Seeing no reason to stay he left and searched for anything else with a pull of magic but came up empty handed.
Deciding he was done here he gathered the rest of the stone he wanted and covered the hole with earth leaving the majority of the now dead castle in peace. He made a portal back home and set out to make the walls and floors of his second floor with the stone of what could have been his school. First he injected his magic through the stone and shaped it like clay into uneven but large brick like protrusions and filled in the gaps between the floating roots. Leaving spaces for windows and doors he moved on to the inside. He set the stone down and shaped the inner the first floor. A grand foyer took up the front of the house. To the right he crafted the room that would be his kitchen, a large space for a bay window made of wood and a cold storage along an inner wall with a few pantries. He then left a space on the side of the building for a small garage. Next he moved to the left of the ground floor and crafted a large game room that he would later fill with pool tables and a bar. He planned on installing electricity when he figured out how to protect them in such a magical household.
Moving to the back of the house he molded his dining room and sitting room. Both large and lined with windows to the back garden that would soon be filled with flowers and plants. Finishing that up he moved back to the Foyer and placed large pieces of wall on both sides that he then shaped into winder stairs on both sides that ended on a balcony looking over the entire foyer. With the stairs finished he moved up and made the stone floor for the rest of the house portioning off 4 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms and the left and right side of the house. Over the dining room on the back side he made his master bedroom with attached bathroom. Nodding at the wide open room and huge window he went back outside and just sat looking at his half completed home. Sighing he turned in for the day and made a portal back to his apartment.
The next day Harry made a quick stop over at the desert where he created his glass dune and lifted the glass and broke it down taking the chunks home with him. Seeing the weather cooperating with him he got back to work. First he decided to use more of the stone and made a circular turret next to his bedroom that was filled with a spiral staircase leading from the kitchen to his room and up into a third floor attic space. Next he walked over to where the garage would sit and added a small patio area with stone. With that done he took a nearly complete tower and levitated it right over a conner of the patio and gently dropped it down melding the stone with the ground he shaped a door and walked in. The insides where dusty but empty, the stairs having been left at the old castle he vanished the mess and gently widened the archer slits into real windows. He nodded when he was done expecting this to be expanded and turned into a mini library where he could place semipermanent copies of his books.
With the weather on his side he finished up the walkways he planned to use and the driveway that led all the way out to the road. Wit that done half the day was gone and he was getting tired. Popping out to a pub he grabbed a beer and fish and chips and relaxed watching the other patrons chit chat and live their lives. As he sat there he realized how much of his life passed by him when he was younger. Brooding and moping about his life. He knows he didn't have the best life, being a slave and target for stress relief at the Dursley's and fighting off psychotic dark wizards is definitely not on, but it was still better than some. Downing the last of his beer he decided he wanted to sleep in his new house tonight. If that were to happen though he need to finish at least his room and the windows. Waving thanks at the barkeep he walked around the corner and disappeared.
Moving back to his property he grabbed some local white oaks and went back to work crafting his home. Shaping windows went quickly with the giant shards of his anger management solution. Transmuting the wood and glass made for much easier work then shifting tons of stone throughout the entire house. It barely took two hours to shape each window and the large bay window in the kitchen. He ended up using the white oak to make the cabinets and kitchen counters. Not caring for wood countertops he used a portal to grab some granite from a quarry halfway around the world and made his counters and island. Leaving the rest to make his bath implements later he moved around smoothing out floors where he missed earlier and just shaping up the small details he overlooked while doing the major work. He then made a few crude doors to put on the block off the patio, foyer, and garage to the outside elements. Grabbing his small single bed from his trunk workshop, he put it dead center of his new room and passed out in mere moments knowing that he finally had a home.

He went into the office the next day and was approached by Natasha and Clint. "So how's the house hunting going?"
Harry laughed, "I'm building it actually and it's going well. Just furnishing and polishing the edges and it'll be ready for guests, mostly." He shrugged at the end. Natasha just raised an eyebrow while Clint was staring at him. "What?"
"Dude! You said you were going to get a house almost a week ago and you've almost finished building it?" Clint asked incredulously.
"Oh, well yeah. Magic," he said as tiny sparks of multicolor sparks shot out of his fingers, "can cut down time on almost everything." He finished with a laugh while Clint just huffed mumbling about repairs taking forever and renovations taking him months. Harry just smirked, "Don't worry I'll be ready to show off soon enough."
