Guests in the Village
At the Heights Camp; Lincoln, Luna, and Lisa have just arrived and met up with Lynn, Lucy, and Lana.
"Morning, everyone." said Lincoln.
"Morning, Lincoln." Lynn, Lucy, and Lana replied.
"How did it go here last night?" asked Luna.
"I caught myself that Chimchar I was hoping for." said Lana.
"That's good to hear." said Lisa. "Did you get any data on it?"
"I feed it some berries." said Lana.
"Well, giving a Chimchar food is one of the research tasks." said Lisa.
"I caught a Zubat." said Lucy from behind Lincoln, Luan, and Lisa; startling them.
"How do you keep sneaking up on us like that?" asked Luna.
"I wish I knew." said Lucy.
"So, what are you guys up to?" asked Lynn.
"Maybe I'll train up my Pokemon for a while." said Lincoln.
"I'm gonna train my new Chimchar also." said Lana.
"Yeah, I want to train my Pokemon also." said Lucy.
"We should also gather data on them as well." said Lisa.
"Okay." said Lincoln.
"That's a fine idea." said a voice from nearby. They look to see Professor Laventon running up the hill to the Heights Camp.
"What are you doing here, Professor?" asked Lisa.
"I'm simply here to help answer any questions you all may have concerning Pokemon." said Professor Laventon.
"Hey, Professor; can you tell me what attacks my Chimchar would know?" asked Lana.
"And my Zubat?" Lucy asked.
"Very well." said Professor Laventon as he looks through his notes. "According to my studies; Lana's Chimchar should know Tackle, Ember, and Swift; while Lucy's Zubat should know Gust, Hypnosis, and Bite."
"Thank you, sir." said Lana.
"Let's get to work, everyone." said Lincoln. Everyone else cheers in response.
While Luan, Lynn, Lincoln, Lucy, Lana, and Lisa got to work on the pokedex; back in Jubilife Village, Lori was wandering around with Lily and Luan.
"It's so quiet here." said Lori.
"Yeah." said Luan.
"Qwiet." said Lily.
"Yes, and for some reason, it feels kind of weird to me." said Lori. Lily does a head tilt out of confusion.
"Hi, everyone!" Leni's voice calls out, making Lori and Luan look to see their sister, Leni, running over to them.
"Hey, Leni." said Lori. "Did you and Anthe come up with any more clothes designs?"
"We sure did." said Leni.
"Your designs are very popular around the village." said Luan.
"I know." said Leni. "I wish I knew why I'm so good with fashion."
"Hopefully we'll get our memories back someday." said Lori.
"I hope we do." said Leni.
"So, what else is new with you?" asked Lori.
"I saw a cute guy today." said Leni with a dreamy look on her face, making Lori squeal with delight.
"What's he like?" asked Lori with excitement. As Leni looks around, she sees the guy he was talking about in front of Galaxy Hall, talking to the girl that Lincoln, Luan, and Lisa passed by.
"That's him over there." said Leni, making Lori look over to where Leni was looking.
"What's he talking to that girl for?" asked Lori.
"I don't know." said Leni. "Let's go see."
"Sure." said Lori as she picks up Lily and walks over to the front of Galaxy Hall with Leni following after; when they were close enough, they could hear what the two were talking about.
"There you go again, insisting on your false image of almighty Sinnoh as a ruler of time!" said the girl. "My people follow the true almighty Sinnoh; the font of all creation and ruler of space!"
"Hah! You could have all the space there is and still not know what to do with it." said the male.
"Excuse me?" the girl replied. "Are you really suggesting that you make better use of your time than we make of vast Hisui's space?"
"Better than some!" the male replied. "It's a miracle you showed up on time, oh mighty leader of the Pearl Clan. I worried you'd get lost in the pointlessly vast space you're so fond of and never show up."
"Me, get lost?" the girl replied. "In almighty Sinnoh's great gift to the Pearl Clan; in our world's very basis? You wish!"
"I wish that I hadn't let myself get dragged into arguing with you." said the male. "Almighty Sinnoh, forgive me; what a waste of time! I'm off to Commander Kamado's office!"
"I believe it was you who started this!" said the girl. As the two turn towards Galaxy Hall, the male notices Leni and starts to blush.
"Hello." said the male.
"Hello." said Leni as she starts to blush. "My name is Leni."
"Where are my manners?" asked the male. "I forgot to introduce myself; my name is Adaman."
"It's nice to meet you." said Leni.
"I think we heard about you from Mai yesterday after dealing with that Alpha Kricketune on Deertrack Heights." said Lori.
"Oh, I've heard about you from Mai last time I saw her." said the male now known as Adaman.
"Excuse me." said the girl. "What happened to not wasting time?" The male, now known as Adaman, shakes his head to bring himself back to his senses.
"Forgive me, Leni; but I have a meeting to attend to." said Adaman. "Perhaps we can meet again in the future."
"I would like that." said Leni. Adaman and the girl then walk towards Galaxy Hall.
"That Adaman guy likes you." said Lori with excitement. Leni looks away with a blush and smile.
"What do you think Adaman and that girl are up to with Commander Kamado?" asked Luan.
"It probably doesn't concern us." said Lori. "If it did, we'd be told about it."
"True." said Luan.
Meanwhile in Deertrack Heights; Luna, Lynn, Lincoln, Lucy, Lana, and Lisa were focusing on the pokedex as well as training up their Pokemon.
Lincoln's Quilava learned Flame Wheel, his Shinx learned Thunder Fang, and his Buizel simply got stronger. Also during Shinx's training, he started to glow.
"Hey, Shinx is evolving!" said Lincoln. Everyone watched as Shinx started to change before their eyes; when he was done, he was bigger, and he had black fur around his face.
"What is he now?" asked Lana. Lisa looked through the notes that Professor Laventon provided them with.
"This says that he's a Luxio now." said Lisa.
"Awesome!" said Lincoln.
Luna's Starly got stronger, as well as evolving into Staravia, then learned Air Slash after that; her Dustox learned Poison Powder, and her Kricketune learned Slash.
Lynn's Dartrix learned Aerial Ace.
Lucy's Drifloon learned Calm Mind, her Zubat simply grew stronger, and while her Abra didn't learn anything, she started to evolve; everyone watches as she starts to change, and when she was done, she was bigger, had longer ears, whiskers, and she had a spoon in her hand.
"What is she now?" asked Lynn.
"She's a Kadabra now." said Lisa after looking through her notes. "And according to these notes, once evolved, a Kadara should know Confusion, Hypnosis, and Calm Mind."
"Wicked." said Lucy.
Lana's Burmy got stronger, and even though her Chimchar didn't learn any new moves right away, she did start to glow.
"Hey, Chimchar's evolving!" said Lana. Everyone watches as Chimchar starts to change; when he finished, he was taller, a lighter shade of orange, he had a blue brow around his eyes, a white collar of fur around his neck, and he had a tail.
"I believe that Chimchar is a Monferno now." said Lisa. "And he's now a combination of fire and fighting types."
"Yeah!" cheered Lana as she hugs her newly evolved Pokemon.
Lisa's Pichu, which already knew Thunder Shock and Quick Attack; learned Thunder Wave. Also during Pichu's training, she also started to evolve.
"Wow! Another evolution!" said Lincoln as he and the others watched Pichu change; when she finished, she was bigger, she was a slightly darker shade of yellow, the black pattern around her neck was gone, her ears were longer, and she her tail was longer, yellow, and shaped like a lightning bolt.
"I believe my Pichu is a Pikachu now." said Lisa.
They also collected on Pokemon they battled against as well, adding more data to the pokedex. Soon, they all decided they did enough for now and all head back to Jubilife Village.
Ten minutes later, they arrived at their destination where they were greeted by their other sisters, along with Akari and Rei.
"Hi, everyone!" said Akari.
"Hi, Akari!" said Lana.
"How was your excursion?" asked Rei. The Loud siblings who went out told them about the Pokemon they had that evolved.
"I do believe you are all ready to increase in rank." said Professor Laventon.
"Really?" asked Lynn.
"Before you do that; Commander Kamado wants to see you all in his office." said Akari.
"How come?" asked Luna.
"I don't know." said Rei. "But he told us to have you report to him once you returned." said Rei.
"Sure thing." said Lincoln.
"What do you think the commander wants?" asked Lola.
"We'll find out once we see him." said Lori.
"Let's not keep him waiting." said Lynn.
