Chapter 18 A Hand

A day after recruiting the Lilliputtians, the gang decided they needed the help from the Merpeople and the Manatees to attack Kulan's castle from the sea. They thought about just throwing messages in bottles into the local rivers or flushing them down a toilet to reach the undersea kingdom and reach Mermando and his people, but that way might take too long, so they decided they needed to go to the kingdom themselves. Mabel was both reluctant and excited by this. She wanted to see Mermando again, but she feared her heart couldn't take the sight of one of her past crushes being married to someone else. In the end she decided she wanted to go.
The next order of business was figuring out the best way to get to the undersea kingdom. The group thought about seeing McGucket and seeing about borrowing his Gobblewonker sub or getting him to build them another kind of sub to get where they needed to go. Ford then stepped forward and said he had a formula that would allow the team to transform into beings that could breath underwater, so they went with that plan.
Unbeknownst to anyone a eye-bat that was being controlled by Kulan was spying on Wendy and the others. Kulan saw what the group was planning though a crystal ball and decided he needed to recruit a special kind of minion to go after his enemies. Kulan used his magic to search all of Gravity Falls, until he found just the right man for the job. That man was Mr. Poolcheck.
Mr. Poolcheck was currently at the Gravity Falls Pool screaming at both the staff and the pool goers for numerous reasons. After several minutes of yelling he headed into the bathroom unaware that a eye-bat followed him in. Mr. Poolcheck was checking the safety of the bathroom, when the eye-bat fired a blast of red energy that struck Mr. Poolcheck's right arm. Mr. Poolcheck shouted in surprise as his prosthetic hand popped off and a large tentacle creature with a light magenta underside and light pink suction cups grew out of his stump. The tentacle was purple with a mouth full of dull yellow and sharp teeth and was covered in pink slime.
Mr. Poolcheck also became purple and scaly with gills on his neck and fins on his head.
"What's happening to me?!" Yelled Mr. Poolcheck.
"Relax man, I'm your new best friend." Said the tentacle with a grin.
"Poolcheck, I'm a Kulan and I have granted you a new hand and incredible power. I wish to create a new world of order that people like you would love, but a group of trouble making rebels are attempting to stop me. You must them before they cause me anymore trouble." Said Kulan in Poolcheck's mind as he used his magic to take him over.
"Troublemakers! I hate troublemakers!" I will destroy them!" Declared Poolcheck as he smashed the sink with his tentacle arm.
"Excellent." Said Kulan.
Poolcheck smashed through a wall and ran off heading to the lake to stop Wendy and her friends.
