The excitement and celebration took over Sutirushiti from very early on.
It's finally Independence Day!
The stores were already open with products and merchants who wanted to take advantage of the most important day of the year. It was around 8 am, 4 hours before the main event and almost before the annual Independence parade began. There was a platform in the center of the city where the winner of the Patent Contest would be awarded, that was also zero hour.
There was already a large tide of people for all the activities scheduled for the day, Suneo was even there with his parents in an exclusive place to watch the parade and the awards, and although he was still frustrated by feeling that he lost one (superiority) among his classmates (because of the slow boy) wouldn't miss the events. Gian was also there walking with his sister and parents, since they had done everything so early that they took a break to watch the events, since the day of the warehouse incident he had calmed down a little although he kept feeling a similar frustration to that of the dwarf.
Shizuka was with her piano group on the sidewalks of the city while they were walking towards the stage where they were going to perform before the award ceremony, she managed to see someone "Dekisugi!" The girl with the pigtails runs to her friend while he was reviewing some notes. "Good morning, I see you're ready."
"Good morning Shizuka. Yes, I'm prepared for the noon event, the invention is now being evaluated by the members of the mayor's office and the real Professor Yamada, according to the radio, that day of the warehouse incident they found him tied up in the closet in his room by Professor Matsuyama, thank goodness nothing happened to him to regret" Dekisugi says with a sigh of relief.
"I know, and I also find it incredible that you prepared your spaceship model for this moment, when I first saw it two years ago, I had a feeling that you were preparing it for Independence Day, after all it has to see with your dream of going to Mars, you are the youngest contestant in the Patent Competition this year. Shizuka shakes her head "No, but I know they are going to return, I trust them, especially Nobita." At that moment, the Nobis walk towards the pair of guys who greet them smiling to cover what was happening in the subway.
"Good morning children" Nobisuke says "Have a good Independence Day, we are looking forward to the parade, the award ceremony and the surprise invention they announced on the radio. Nobita and Doraemon have not gone home yet, we were hoping to see them here directly to see the parade that is about to start but I don't see them anywhere."
"Oh..." Shizuka thinks of something to avoid worrying the Nobis "Nobita told me that he would come with Seiya and Melia right at the time of the award ceremony since he felt motivated to improve as a mechanic and wanted to practice, I think it's "You better take advantage of the fact that you are improving more in your routine."
"Oh, I see, but you have a point. Since the incident, Nobita has been trying hard, his grades have improved and his teacher hasn't called me to complain, except for the problem he had with you and I'm glad you guys resolved it." Tamako says relieved.

Mr. Nobi jokes a little but smiles at the performance his son was showing "It's a shame, but if he's so inspired he should take advantage, we'll have to wait for him and Doraemon."
The couple says goodbye and walks to find a good place to watch the parade. Shizuka and Dekisugi look at each other worried because they still didn't know what was going to happen. On the other hand, in a structure similar to the Tokyo Tower but rust-colored, at the top was Hanz who looked carefully at the place where everything was going to happen with a big smile of satisfaction and nostalgia "Well, we're here." finally close to finishing (the play). Apparently what was in the calculations will happen when moving certain pieces. Although, it's a pity that I have to return to the future after this, but my services will stop to be required after this day. But if everything ends as stipulated, there will be a much better final than expected."

If I said I wasn't nervous because we're close to finishing this, I'd be a BIG LIAR. I really have a mix between fear and nerves. I don't know what's going to happen, I don't know how this will end, but I'm going to try hard to make this end well.
Even though Doraemon and the others told me that I shouldn't feel guilty about the extra airship, I can't help but think that I could have placed that saboteur there, I let fear take over me again, I have to make up for it somehow, and it's this. We are about to go through the strongest part that was going to define the future of Sutirushiti.
OUR FUTURE
We have rested a little, I was able to take my medicine, so I'll be able to handle the chest attacks better today, I also have Doraemon on my side, that motivates me a lot, being doing this with my best friend makes me feel safe and saved, for he has been with me since all this has happened. But not only him, I know that Shizuka must now be with her piano group as well as Dekisugi with his project that the teacher encouraged him to present. I'm not surprised because I know he will be able to make a good impression, he always does, I just hope he is careful because things will get complicated when we do this.
Phase 2 is going to start, and I hope she's safe, because I have to get to the theater day, we have to get to that day, because that's where I'll be TOTALLY frank with my feelings, I'll finally tell her "I like you."
As soon as Hikaru joined us, the entire team took a path to avoid the traps on the main routes: The path that Seiya and I went to, since everyone had gathered there, including the modified robots, that's where Baron Kurai was going to give his speech to set off towards the city. We hid behind some boxes while a large army of dark soldiers and robots were lined up and in position.
I can notice how the Baron is at the lectern looking everywhere. What will he be waiting for? "What's wrong with him that he looks everywhere?" I ask to which Hikaru smiles.
"Easy, it's just that in the plan we should have already entered and activated the traps, but since we did everything differently, it's a little annoying"
I'm surprised by what he says as we watch the Baron take off his helmet for a moment revealing his face, just seeing him makes me tremble, he was the one who tried to make me do something terrible, I just shake my head to be alert to what happen. A large screen is revealed behind him showing the image where the parade and recital were taking place, apparently they managed to install cameras to transmit black and white images. I was surprised to see how they focused on everything, they had even focused on Shizuka who was playing the piano before the important event.
Seeing her smiling while playing the piano always made me feel good, she plays excellent, although she loved the violin more, she was terrible at it but I would never tell her that. Despite that, now more than feeling good about hearing her play, I feel deep sadness and anger because the villains were going to harm her along with the people I love. Doraemon sees how I fist my hands in anger because of that and pats me to calm me down. The images kept changing and the monster began to speak.
"Soldiers, the time has come for Sutirushiti to enter a new phase of development, the phase where we the strong and powerful will control the lives of the weak, today is a day of conquest! THE CITY WILL BE OURS!" The shouts of the soldiers praising him make me feel even worse "But don't think that this is the end of an objective. IT'S THE BEGINNING, first it will be Sutirushiti, after that we will invade other cities, so that the region and finally the world will prostrate before our power THE POWER OF THE STRONG WILL BE LAW NOW!" He just puts his helmet back on in a very normal way. What's on his head? If I keep hearing him, I don't know what I'm going to do to avoid increasing the anger I feel.
"The time has come, half of the army must board the airships and wait for the signal, as soon as it passes, the hatch will open for you, the other half come with us! Catch the civilians, if some resist too much, beat them or finish them off, it doesn't matter who they are!"
Ok, the feeling of annoyance was starting to devour me, I'm just letting my hands take out the guns by themselves, I wanted to get out at once while the soldiers began to move, but Seiya prevents me by grabbing my arm "Nobita, wait, not yet, we have to wait for the signal."
"B-but they're going to hurt our friends! We can't..." I'm just letting despair take over me, although Seiya, Melia and Hikaru look at me like (Trust us), so I just resign myself to continue listening to those horrible things.
"Scums who resist must be sacrificed, that's how progress works! What's wrong with leaving some aside? Submit them all...!"
Without us realizing it, a ray destroys the large screen, attracting the attention of the enemies. It was Mia who had come out of hiding and had fired a bolt of lightning with her gun. We all just look at her surprised by that reaction "AREN'T WE SUPPOSED TO WAIT FOR THE SIGNAL?!" Hikaru shouts, really shocked by what she did.
"THIS is the signal" Mia looks at me directly, I think we both had the same frustration, but unlike me, she couldn't contain herself and I understand her, she lost her parents in one of the attacks and maybe the just hearing that they were going to hurt the people who were gathered at the event made her remember the past, she uses the communicator immediately "Permission to act! Guys, it's time for phase 2!"
We all leave the hiding place while the rest take out the ray weapons to get into action, it's time to end this forever. We started shooting at the soldiers that were left on the scene, they also shoot but since we have the suits, we protected ourselves, I only shoot at the soldiers with both guns in my hands, paralyzing them so that they fall to the ground
"Unbelievable, that kid took down 10 of our people in seconds!" She says to the right hand, impressed with what I did, while the baron just looks at me, how unpleasant he is.
"It's impressive Nobita, I knew in the test that you were good, but even with moving people you do it flawlessly!" Melia says, to which I just scratch the back of my neck smiling, but we return to our work.
"Whoa, whoa. So that's the sabotage team? It's just a trio of kids, a couple of youngsters, and a second-hand mechanical raccoon." The Baron mentions as he jumps with Katami towards us while the soldiers run away to commit the hit "It seems you were able to evade our traps"
Big mistake, Doraemon was very upset by that comment because he always shouts angrily because he is mistaken for a raccoon "A SECOND-HAND MECHANICAL RACCOON?! I'M A MECHANICAL CAT, AND I'M NOT SECOND-HAND!"
"Step aside, we're going to dismantle everything you're doing! We have equipment to sabotage and your hideous figure and that old woman's wrinkles annoy me." Mia's words make the Baron's right-hand woman jump. "We must do it before let them escape" of course we had to pretend that we were just going to sabotage them when we already did it hours ago.
"Old woman?! Wrinkles?! Stupid girl! You and those brats aren't going to stop us!" Even with everything, that strange lady smiles evilly, I was still a little afraid of her so she almost caught me "You know that it won't do any good to try to sabotage us anyway, right? We were already waiting for you!" A large group of soldiers appear out of nowhere surrounding us and pointing their weapons at us "You were able to avoid our traps but now you are our prisoners, you won't be able to stop us!"
The baron only looks at me, it makes me sick that he looks at me after what he tried to do to me, he tried to corrupt me to harm others "I'm so glad to see you again Heartbreaker, on the one hand, I should have assumed that they would be using you for this after seeing that potential, you knocked down your opponents without blinking, congratulations. I knew you would return with your creator and with a great performance."
That's despicable! What is his insistence on saying that he created me? He's not my dad or anything like that! "They aren't using me, you are the one who wanted to mess with my head to use me and make me do bad things for you, I decided to help them stop you, we will not let you hurt Sutirushiti!"
They all started to walk away from us, which was strange. Do they want to run away? "As always, children are naive, but if I were you, I would look at what's in my head." We all immediately looked up... A lot of bombs had been dropped above us, it's another trap!
"THERE ARE A LOT OF BOMBS, QUICK, THE SHIELDS!"
We all pressed the gear of our vests, a golden light immediately covered us just as the bombs exploded, thank goodness, it only gave us a few small bruises, but now we only had 2 shields left for the entire group. The smoke covered us, we couldn't see anything. "GUYS!" I shout at the top of my lungs as I put the guns back in their holsters.
"Nobita!" Doraemon manages to find me and approach me "These shields are impressive, thank goodness we are..."
Doraemon couldn't finish his sentence because he receives a shock of electricity, the Baron's right-hand woman wearing glowing goggles entered the smoke and used a strange electric wand to touch Doraemon in an area outside the vest and electrocute him to the point that she turned him off and made it fall to the ground. "This is for calling me an old woman" she says while smiling maliciously. I only felt cold when I saw how she turned off Doraemon.
"DORAEMON!" I only take a couple of steps to help my buddy when something hits me in the back of the head, I think it was the butt of a gun, I just fall to the ground as my vision begins to blur, the baron was the one who did that to me, they were prepared, more prepared than we thought.
"Take the robot, I'll take the child, they're going to accompany us on our flight." My vision due to the blow was almost turned off, I can feel how the baron carries me with his arm, I think they are going to take us on one of their airships, I try to move but I can't. I can be able to see Seiya through the smoke and see how the baron and his right hand take Doraemon and me, I can't hear what he shouts or what the villain says, I can't hear anything anymore because I'm falling into the unconsciousness until I finally close my eyes, letting myself pass out.
