Analyzing the situation
The footsteps cause both Asta and Mereoleone to become on guard.
"Get over here." Mereoleone said as she created a fire-made paw and used it to grab the ash-white hair teen.
"What is she going to do?" Asta thought, becoming slightly concerned before Mereoleone fling him into a small hole in the cave's wall that is hidden behind a stone stalagmite, that are scattered across the cave.
"Ofh!" Asta grunted as he roughly got dropped into the hole and he could sense the soul of Primitive Dragon stirring slightly.
With Mereoleone, the Vermillion hair woman prepared herself.
"Who is it though? Could it be a Magic Knight? No, it would be too soon, they would still be travelling or at the very least examining the area where Primitive Dragon got released." Mereoleone thought, frowning slightly.
After a few seconds Sayo appeared from around the corner.
"Ack!" Sayo exclaimed in fright at the sight of Mereoleone.
"Who are you and why are you disturbing me?" Mereoleone asked, becoming on guard as she examine Sayo.
"I'm Sayo Ill Rubah, Who are you?" Sayo introduce herself before asking who Mereoleone is, becoming on guard as well as becoming confused as to why someone is….camping(?) within a deep part of a cave.
"This is Asta's Aunt." Mereoleone thought, her eyes perking up slightly.
"I'm Mereoleone Vermillion, a Mage who prefers living within the wild." Mereoleone introduce herself.
Sayo blinked her eyes.
"Really? A member of the Clover Kingdom's royal family living in the wild?" Sayo questioned before blinking her eyes again.
"Mereoleone…...Vermillion…...Oh! You're the little lion cub." Sayo said, causing Mereoleone's eyes to widened.
"Huh? Little lion c-cub?" Asta thought, cracking up slightly.
"H-how do you know that n-name?!" Mereoleone asked, spluttering slightly.
"My friend, Richita, mentioned it a while back." Sayo responded with a smirk on her face.
"Figures." Mereoleone thought before snickering can be heard.
"Hm?" Sayo said, becoming surprise that there's someone else with them.
"Astaaaaa!" Mereoleone growled in anger before dragging the ash-white teen out of his hiding place.
"OwOwOwOwOw! I'm sorry!" Asta exclaimed in a pain tone of voice as the fire-made paw began to crush his skull.
"Asta!" Sayo exclaimed whilst lunging forwards.
Mereoleone became surprised as her fire-made paw was easily cut by Shinkiro that Sayo draw from her Grimoire.
"Are you okay?! What happened?!" Sayo asked in a relieved tone of voice as she grip Asta's shoulders…..a little bit too tightly.
"Ow…." Asta said in a low tone of voice whilst his body stiffened.
Sayo then turned her head over her shoulder and growled at Mereoleone.
"What did I do?" The Vermillion woman thought, becoming confused.
"Hmm. This is indeed troublesome." Olivia said in with a deep frown on her face.
Currently, the cave is filled with Asta, Mereoleone, Sayo, Bahadur, who was searching the surrounding area with the wielder of Shinkiro, Yuri, Ekrixi, Shan and Olivia.
For some reason, Asta is unable to enter the "Gate book", a possibility is because the chaotic Mana residing within the ash-white hair teen is preventing from entering the portal.
"Can you just extract the soul of Primitive Dragon out of Asta?" Mereoleone asked, raising an eye-brow as she sat of the stone floor whilst the others sat on chairs created by Olivia's origami magic.
"There isn't very much we know about Primitive Dragon, but due to the nature of it's Mana, I would say that its has a strong grip on Asta's body." Olivia responded in a grim tone of voice, causing Mereoleone to make a "Hmph" sound.
"How are you feeling, Asta?" Shan asked in a worried tone of voice.
"I'm….feeling fine, but it feels like Primitive Dragon could lash out at any moment." Asta responded, making the previous wielder of Endless Dash gain a frown on her face.
"So we basically need to keep Asta in the positive emotions area until we manage to remove Primitive Dragon." Bahadur commented, making Olivia nod her head in response.
"For that to be successful, we need to keep Asta's presence within the Clover Kingdom a secret." Ekrixi said, making everyone nod their heads…...before turning their heads towards Mereoleone.
"What?" Mereoleone asked, becoming confused at the stares that she's getting.
It took the Vermillion hair woman a few seconds to realize what is going through everyone's heads.
"Hey! Don't compare me to the Magic Parliament and their way of thinking!" Mereoleone said in an angry tone of voice.
"And anyway, I have good knowledge about the Holy Swords and such." Mereoleone added, the anger retreating slightly.
"Hmm. We can't overlook the possibility that the Magic Parliament decides to look through your memories in order to find Asta's location." Ekrixi pointed out, making Mereoleone scoff slightly.
"I would like to see them try." The Vermillion hair woman responded in a confident tone of voice.
"If they actually used Sir Julius's assistant's memory magic during the trail then this scenario wouldn't be playing out." Asta thought and shuddered as the soul of Primitive Dragon reacted to the thought of of the Magic Parliament.
It was at that moment that Asta remembered something.
"before I got consumed by Primitive Dragon, I saw a vision of a boy with a look of sadness on his face." Asta explained, making everyone confuse.
"So...Primitive Dragon is somewhat connected to a human?" Mereoleone asked whilst glancing towards the two witches.
"We don't have any background information on Primitive Dragon. The only information that we are aware of is the battle that resulted in the sealing of Primitive Dragon." Olivia explained, making Sayo nod her head in agreement.
"So we are pretty much at a dead-end then." Mereoleone muttered, gaining a slight frustrated expression on her face.
"...If we're able to analyze "Primitive Dragon", then we may able to find some answers." Yuri with a thoughtful expression on his face.
"Yeah! Mr Daishinji would be able to examine "Primitive Dragon"." Asta added, remembering how the wielder of Suzume has the technology to examine Magic Items.
"You are certainly not going back to the Clover branch, not like what happened." Sayo said in a firm tone of voice.
"But how are can we deliver "Primitive Dragon" to Mr Daishinji?" Asta argued, causing a thinking expression to appear on Sayo's face.
"I think I can deliver the book to the Clover branch through my magic." Olivia commented, causing Asta's eyes to widen.
"Thank you, Chief Olivia." The ash-white teem said in happy tone of voice.
"Your welcome, and please, just call me "Olivia"." The chief witch said with a small smile on her face.
"Olivia. What are you planning?" Ekrixi asked whilst giving the chief witch a suspicious look.
"Nothing." Olivia responded, yet the previous wielder of Rekka still has a look of suspicion on his face.
"Does she have a thing for Asta?" Mereoleone thought, becoming slightly amused.
"Huh. I think this is the quickest gathering of the captains I've ever seen." Yami commented as he glance at the other Magic Knight captains.
"But I'm not a captain." Ryo pointed out, raising an arm slightly.
"Fair point." Yami said whilst shrugging his shoulders slightly.
Currently, the Magic Knights have received reports of detecting the appearance of unknown Mana, with the same could be said about the sensors that the Sword of Logos possess.
In response, Julius have called an emergency captain's meeting.
"Please concentrate, foreigner. The Wizard King wouldn't have requested that we arrive here quickly if it isn't of concern." Nozel pointed out, causing the captain of the Black Bulls to shrug his shoulders once again, making the captain of the Silver Eagles sigh in annoyance.
"Did you sent out some of your Magic Knights to investigate?" William asked, looking over to Ryo.
Nozel also turned his attention towards the wielder of Gekido.
"I was about to when Tetsuo informed me, but then I received a call from Sir Julius about the meeting." Ryo explained, causing William to nod his head, along with making Nozel relieved.
It was then that a knock from the door can be heard, making the captains/vice-captain to become confused.
"Come in." Fuegoleon responded, causing the door to open.
"Miss Shindai? What are you doing here." Ryo asked, becoming confused as he stare at the messenger of the Sword of Logos whilst Rill perk up slightly, he recognizing the woman.
"I was about to deliver a message to you and the rest of the Sword of Logos Magic Knights of the Clover branch, but I was informed that you already left for an emergency captain's meeting. So I decided to head here instead." Reika explained, causing Ryo to become slightly confuse.
"Who are you, Ma'am?" Kaiser asked, becoming confuse.
"I am Reika Shindai, the messenger of the Sword of Logos. My duty is to pass messages between branches by the behest of Master Logos." Reika introduced herself, making Kaiser nod his head slightly.
"Does it has any relevance to the meeting?" Nozel asked, him and the other captains becoming curious.
"Yes, very much." Reika responded, making Nozel raise an eye-brow.
It was at that moment that another door opened.
"Thank you all for coming at sh-." Julius began to say as he entered the room, with Marx behind him but abruptly stop when he saw Reika.
"…..I'm sorry for walking in front of you." Julius said whilst looking over his shoulder at Marx, quickly coming up with an excuse.
"I'm fully aware who you are, Wizard King." Reika said, a small smirk appearing on her face.
This cause everyone to become surprise, although Ryo quickly figure out she, along with Master Logos probably, will be aware of the condition of Julius.
"Ah….okay." Julius said in an awkward ton of voice before clearing his throat.
"So what beings you here?" Julius asked, becoming curious.
"I have been giving a message to relay to the Clover branch, but it is something that you all should know, it is connected with the appearance of the Mana you all should be aware of." Reika explain, making Julius perk up.
"Any piece of news concerning the appearance of the unknown Mana is helpful, right, Marx." Julius said as he glance to his assistant.
"Yes, sir." Marx responded, yet gaining a bad feeling from the messenger of the Sword Of Logos which was also noted by Yami.
"I should start with how the main branch got attacked." Reika said, causing everyone to widen their eyes.
"How!? The main branch has a barrier which prevents anyone from entering by spatial magic." Ryo asked in a shock tone of voice.
"It would seem that the Megid have a "Gate Book" in their possession, most likely got the "book" from Mr Kamijo. However, the attack on the main branch was more of a distraction with Zoous being the head of the distraction whilst Storious sized their real aim, the key to the Sealed Shrine." Reika began to explain, causing Ryo to perk up slightly whilst everyone else become confuse.
"Sealed Shrine?" Kaiser asked, raising an eye brow.
"Do you remember how the Shinkiro is in the possession of a clan of Mages?" The wielder of Gekido asked, causing the captain of the Purple Orcas to nod his head.
"Within the location that the clan are residing, there is a shrine that holds a forbidden power, an extremely destructive power from what I know." Ryo explained, causing everyone to become tense.
"I suppose that the Megid are successful in stealing this key?" Nozel asked, knowing where the conversation is heading.
"Yes, the Megid were successful in claiming the key to the Sealed Shrine. When we sent a Magic Knight to warn the witches about what has happened at the main branch, it was revealed that a secondary attack have started, this time being led by Liegel whilst being joined by Desast. Unfortunately, Storious was successful in stealing the forbidden power." Reika furthered explained, making a tense atmosphere to appear in the room.
"So that Mana we'd picked up was the release of the forbidden power?" Marx asked, making Reika nod her head.
"That is correct. From the reports, someone followed Storious through a spatial portal and in the most likely battle that occurred, the forbidding power was released, either by Storious himself or the forbidding power woke itself up." Reika finished explaining before William raised an arm.
"May I ask in what form the forbidden power took?" The captain of the Golden Dawn asked, becoming curious.
"Apart from the shrine, the forbidden power resides within a pitch-black Grimoire whilst the forbidding power itself takes the form of an existence known as Primitive Dragon." Reika replied, causing everyone to become curious.
"A pitch-black Grimoire and a dragon?" Yami asked, making Reika nod her head.
"Yes. The original owner of the Grimoire belonged to a previous wielder of Kurayami before succumbing to despair during the battle against Primitive Dragon which leads to the other Magic Knights using the pitch-black Grimoire to seal the beast away. Yet despite the sealing, the Mana of Primitive Dragon still yearns of breaking free." The messenger of the Sword of Logos explained, making the captain of the Black Bulls to nod his head.
"Sir Julius, please be serious." Marx whispered in an urgent tone of voice, seeing the Wizard King having an excited expression on his face.
Luckily, Julius quickly calm himself down before coughing into a fist.
"Thank you for informing us the situation, Miss Shindai." Julius said, making the messenger of the Sword of Logos to nod her head in response, before turning his attention towards the captains/vice-captain.
"Now that we have a better understanding of the picture, we must tread with caution. We need to reorganize the usual formation of Magic Knight teams in order to have a better chance of fighting against the Megid in case they decided to use the power of Primitive Dragon." Julius explained, causing everyone to nod their heads in response.
"So, what do you want from me?" Yami asked, staring at William with a slight suspicious expression on his face.
Right now its the end of the captains meeting and when Yami was about to enter the spatial portal, made by Finral, the captain of the Black Bulls was stopped by William
"I suppose that he hasn't forgiven me about the entire ordeal involving the Eye Of The Midnight." The captain of the Golden Dawn thought, knowing that there are a few Magic Knights who knows how he's been helping the Eye Of The Midnight Sun still resent him, that even include some Magic Knights of his own squad.
"During my battle against Calibur, something strange happened. His magic started to get absorbed into my world tree magic." William said, causing Yami to raise an eye-bow.
"Isn't one of your spells capable of absorbing the Mana of Mages?" Yami pointed out, having heard that the captain of the Golden Dawn created a giant tree during the battle at Kiten.
"This is different, Calibur even commented that his darkness magic itself is getting absorbed into my magic, turning the bark black." William explained, causing Yami to become curious.
"I've been trying to find any connection between dark magic and world tree magic, but can't find anything. I thought that you may know something." William said, causing a thinking expression to appear on Yami's face.
"Nope. Don't think I know anything." Yami responded, making William gain a slight disappointed expression on his face before a thought entered his head.
"Didn't any family members of yours have mentioned anything?" William asked, causing Yami to become tense.
"...My mother died when I was young whilst my father….he was geared for fighting rather than being a history teacher." Yami responded and William could have sworn he saw a hint of anger within Yami's eyes at the part of his father.
"I see…." William said in a disappointed tone of voice.
"Well, if that's everything, then I'm making my leave." Yami said before turning around and walked away.
"….." William wanted to mention about how the Demonic Mana that Calibur possessed bonded to his magic quicker than the dark magic, but decided not to.
"So that's the origin of the chaotic Mana." Tetsuo thought as he sat in his workshop.
As of right, Ryo have returned from the captain's meeting and informed them about what Reika had told him, the captains, Julius and Marx, concerning with the theft of the pitch-black Grimoire and the releasing of Primitive Dragon.
"Hmmm. Should I start creating one of my ideas?" The wielder of Sezume thought, glancing towards a folder which contain ideas that came into his head and written down.
It was at that moment that Tetsuo spotted movement from the corner of his eyes and when he turned his head, his eyes widened from what he saw.
Walking across the table is an origami-made figurine, possessing a yellow "dress" and a yellow crown. In it's tiny, pointy arms is a rectangle object wrapped in paper.
"…" Tetsuo just stared in silence as he watch the origami-made figuring continuing to walk across the table until it stop walking placed the wrapped object in front of him.
The wielder of Sezume stared at the wrapped object before turning his attention onto the origami-made figurine.
"You….want me to open it?" Tetsuo asked, making the origami-made figurine to nod it's head in response.
Gingerly, Tetsuo picked up the wrapped object and began to remove the paper. After a few seconds, the wielder of Sezume is staring at the "Primitive Dragon" Wonder-Ride book.
"…?!" It took Tetsuo a few seconds to register what he's holding, causing him to immediately let go off the Wonder-Ride book. "Wher-" Tetsuo began to say, but was interrupted as the origami-made figurine started to unfold itself. "A….letter?" Tetsuo thought, becoming curious before picking up the letter.
"Dear Mr Daishinji (hopefully)" Tetsuo began to read the letter, sweat-dropping at the last part before continuing to read.
"I am writing on the behalf of Asta, but we require your aid. At this point, the Magic Knights would have picked the reading of a large volume of chaotic Mana and you may have got a report from the Sword Of Logos's main branch concerning the theft of the pitch-black Clover Grimoire at the Penyihir Mountains. As to the reason why we have the now transformed Wonder-Ride book is because whilst Asta did managed to regain the Grimoire, the powers of Primitive Dragon awakened and consume him. Me and the others aren't sure about the true nature of Primitive Dragon, so Asta recommended that we seek your aid and run an analysis on the Wonder-Ride book and tell us the results.

Tetsuo finished reading the letter and blinked his eyes a few times.
"So Asta was the Mage that chased after Storious." The wielder of Sezume muttered before snorting slightly, thinking how that is something that Asta would do.
Tetsuo glanced over to "Primitive Dragon" and picked it up gingerly.
"The Mana feels chaotic, but it feels less intense that I thought it would be…." Tetsuo thought before glancing back at the letter.
"Did the Wonder-Ride book….bonded to Asta?" Tetsuo thought, rereading the part when Olivia said that the powers of Primitive Dragon consumed Asta.
"I should run an analysis on "Primitive Dragon". If the powers of Primitive Dragon is consider a threat to the Clover Kingdom, then understanding the nature of the power is the first step. Plus Asta recommended me in the first place." Tetsuo muttered before beginning the analysis.
And there we go, Asta regrouping with the others before discussing the newly awakened Primitive Dragon, with Mereoleone, whilst something similar is happening with the Magic Knight captains. William discussed his battle against Calibur with Sukehiro whilst Tetsuo received a letter from Oilvia about asking him to analyze "Primitive Dragon".
In Gotchard:
1) Using his new Cross X-Rex form, Gotchard manages to gain the upper-hand in his battle against Dread whilst Atropos and Lachesis focused on the others, yet were stopped by Mr Minato, but Lachesis used a triple transmutation with (8)Bugesia and managed to poison Mr Mintato. Rin attempted to protect Sawa and her father, but was stopped by Atropos. As Sawa and her father got chased by Lachesis, Gotchard attempted to aid them, but was prevented by Dread.
2) Atropos told Rin that Fuga's stole the 101 Chemy Cards and Gotchard-Driver to claim the powers of the door of darkness, yet Rin denied this claim, but Atropos commented about the lives that were lost due to Fuga's actions. Atropos then went on and make Rin strangle herself, but Rin managed to break free from Atropos's control before helping Gotchard, Sawa and her father.
3) Lachesis attempted to attack, but was prevented by Valvarad who managed to survive their previous encounter, yet in a weakened state. Taking the opportunity, Lachesis planned o fully killing Spanner, but was prevented by Gotchard who managed to finish her off in a single attack, along with sealing the three Chemies that were used in the triple transmutation. Facing Dread one more time, Gotchard somehow managed to gain more power, much to Dread's shock before using multiple Repli-Cards all at once, something that would cause a great strain on her body.
4) However, before she could make full use of the gathered power, Gotchard extracted Clotho from Dread's body before finishing it off. Whilst the Dark Sisters retreated and the others regrouped, Litch is seen observing them, joined by (1)X-Wizard who possess the five level 10 Chemy Cards that would grant Houtarou his Star Gotchard form. Later, Houtarou asked (1)Hopper-1 about their supposed encounter when he was younger, but the Chemy seemed to be confused by this.
Something that I'm curious about is Houtarou's father who I believe may have an important part within the story. The reason for this is because we never get to see his face every time the family photo is shown, so the producers are hiding Houtarou's father's identity right from the very start of the series. I think that the most surprising part of this episode is the apperance of (10)X-Wizard, a major player within the Gotchard X Geats crossover movie and is somewhat connected to Litch. Speaking of the movie, one of the villains is called Geats Killer which is basically a monstrous version of Geats-IX which ironically had the placeholder name of "Another Geats". Also, the (5)Geats-Chemy will be appearing in the movie as well.
