In the ethereal realm of the gods and goddesses, where time weaved in and out of existence like threads on the loom, there existed an entity known only to the cosmos. A powerful warrior whose name was spoken only by the stars, and whose deeds were recorded not in myth or lore or the annals of history, but in the silent gratitude of the universe.
This being was neither benevolent nor malevolent, but a force of balance, holding upon it's dominion the scales upon which all of creation teetered. Matter and antimatter, time and space, each existing in complete balance, matter and antimatter, love and hate, courage and fear, light and darkness – all woven into the veils of reality in perfect accord. The entity's vigil spanned all of existence, ensuring that no power overpowered its counterpart. By it's presence, flames could consume but not destroy, for hope would arise from the ashes, kindness was matched by cruelty, for one could not exist without the other, and darkness was always met with an equal gleam of light. The Fierce Deity existed beyond the petty dichotomies between good and evil, and instead understood that both were essential to the continuum of existence.
For eons, the Deity observed Hyrule from within and afar, unbounded by the confines of time and space. The pulsing of the land, woven with magic and ancient lore, resonated with it's heartbeat, unchanging and true as it watched the battles between good and evil play out through eternal cycle of prosperity and destruction.
As heroes and villains etched stories of legend into the tablets of time, The Deity was not unfeeling to the suffering of war, nor the joys and sorrows that painted the canvas of mortal lives. Though strife of innocents caused it great pain, it understood the necessity of both triumph and tragedy in the balance of all things.
Then, one fateful day, there came a moment unlike any that has happened before—a rupture in the fabric of reality, causing a seismic shift in the equilibrium. The Deity's watch also shifted, its eternal vigilance now fixated on a singular point in time and space, as the unthinkable played out in front of its ever watchful eye.
