Chapter One: Bongo and Bobo's Dad

In the Lion Guard lair, a playful atmosphere filled the air as Bongo, the mischievous baby baboon, enjoyed his time with the Lion Guard, especially his best friend, Fuli. Bongo was accompanied by his older twin brother, Bobo. Despite being a baby, Bobo spoke in full sentences, whereas Bongo still struggled with his speech, stuttering occasionally but managing to express himself.

Bongo playfully tugged on Fuli's tail while Bobo fiddled with her ears. Both baboons giggled, their laughter echoing in the lair.

Bongo and Bobo: "Hehehehehehe." They laughed together.

Fuli smiled warmly at the antics of the two baboons. Just then, their mom arrived to pick them up.

Bobo: "Hi, Mom." He greeted.

Bongo: *stutters* "H-H-Hi, Mom." He echoed, his stutter evident but his happiness shining through.

Bongo's Mom: "Thank you for babysitting them both, Fuli," She said gratefully.

Fuli: "You're welcome." Fuli replied with a smile.

Mysterious Voice: "Amara, what's taking so long?!" A mysterious voice suddenly called out.

Amara: "Just a moment, Bakari. I'm so sorry, that's just Bobo and Bongo's Dad." She responded before turning to the Lion Guard.

Bakari: "You know I don't like waiting!" He then approached his wife, impatience clear on his face.

Amara: "Lion Guard, I'd like for you all to meet Bongo and Bobo's dad; Bakari." She introduced him to the Lion Guard.

Bakari's expression was stern. Although he knew the Lion Guard protected The Pride Lands and upheld The Circle of Life, he harbored a strong dislike for them.

Kion: "Hi there, Bakari, we're the—" He began.

Bakari: "I know who you are, you're the Lion Guard. Or should I say, 'The Dumb Guard'." He interrupted sharply.

Kion: "Excuse me?" He asked, taken aback.

Bakari: "Yeah, I know you think you keep us safe in the Pride Lands, but you're nothing but a bunch of troublemakers!" He declared. "Especially you!" He pointed an accusatory finger at Fuli.

Fuli: "Me?" Fuli asked, bewildered.

Bakari: "Yes, you! I want you to stay away from Bongo! You understand me?!" He demanded.

Fuli: "Yes sir," She replied, her ears flattening in distress.

Amara: "Why don't we all just go home." She suggested, trying to defuse the tension.

Bongo gave Fuli one last hug, but his father's harsh voice cut through the moment.

Bakari: "BONGO, don't touch the cheetah!" He commanded as he picked up his son and walked away.

The Lion Guard stood in stunned silence, particularly Fuli, confused and hurt by the unexpected confrontation.

To be continued… End of Chapter One

I bet you didn't expect that. I know in the show, there's never been a single animal who hates The Lion Guard. Other than the hyenas, jackals, vultures, and crocs. But I want to try something different for Part 5. Don't worry, you'll find out towards the end why Bakari hates The Lion Guard. Until then… leave your reviews/comments.
