The next chapter is posted! Enjoy :)

The group had left the stream behind hours ago.

They continued chatting about various things. Seems like even after all these months, they still never seemed to run out of things to talk about. Whether it be something in their lives or things that have gone on in previous history.

Galen had become quite the pro these last few months when it came to utilizing Kylie's iPhone.

Probably because once you get the hang of it, it was very simple to use. When they stop at night to rest, there were many times he would go on various search engines to look up human history for the last several centuries.

A lot of it was a very fascinating read.

He would also continue asking questions about history. Alan, Pete, and Kylie had no problems at all in answering the curious chimp's questions.

Probably again because it had a lot to do with how he was brought up and led to believe that apes have always been the dominant species here on earth since the beginning.

It was pretty difficult at first to accept such a notion that humans were once the dominant species here long ago for many centuries since the start of their evolution.

But eventually, Galen just came to terms with it. In the end, he wasn't angry and was still more fascinated by it all.

While this journey has always been very dangerous from the start, he cannot deny all the extensive knowledge he has learned and is still learning to this day from both his friends and what he has seen and experienced so far in many of the villages they have been to in the past.

Not all of the things he learned were good either. For he has seen his fair share of apes that were bad, and some were surprisingly corrupt and devious. Something that was very shocking to him because as part of his teachings from his youth, they had him and other apes believe that all apes were good, decent, and honorable.

It was a pretty rude awakening when he saw otherwise.

But if anything, it also made him more determined to strive for a better world where one day apes and humans can be seen as equals. Something that can prove to be the most challenging task to date.

Both Galen and his friends like to believe though that with each village they went to and made a huge impact at is part of the process of making this world a bit better than it was yesterday.

At this time, it was starting to get dark. Which meant that soon, they will all be looking for a good spot in the woods to spend the night at.

It shouldn't be too difficult. The foliage has thinned out quite a bit, leaving more bare spots among the woods they were currently traveling through.

"Hey guys, try to keep a lookout for somewhere we could set up camp." Alan informed everyone.

"No problem. Shouldn't be too hard with all the somewhat bare spots we've been seeing lately for the last hour or so as we've been walking through here." Kylie says.

"Yeah, you're not wrong there. Though, we got to be sure they will be big enough for all four of us. Those other bare spots weren't too big, and we probably would've been a little cramped and practically laying down on top of each other." Pete stated.

"Though in a way, I wouldn't mind staying in a tight spot with you laying by my side, Kylie." Pete added with a small flirtatious smirk.

"Yeah, think we're all not surprised you wouldn't mind that, Pete. Doesn't mean it's going to happen though. I'd say when pigs fly maybe, but everyone here knows you can't fly." She says, with a smirk.

Alan and Galen couldn't help but chuckle at her smart retort. While Pete grumbled something under his breath about her being a hard chick to crack and rolled his eyes.

Galen's unsure why, but when Pete mentioned such a notion of being close to Kylie in such a way, for some reason, it made him bristle a little and glare at the back of his friend's head.

Then the sour feeling left as soon as it occurred and was replaced with laughter at Kylie's clear message of shooting Pete down.

Still, the fact that he suddenly felt like that as brief as it was, baffled him quite a bit. Not to mention, this isn't the first time it did happen. It happened at least a couple times before within the last month or so.

Perhaps, the more he spoke with Kylie and interacted with her, the more he started to grow a soft spot for the headstrong young woman. Plus, he can't get it out of his mind that he couldn't help but find her attractive. Just as his friend Pete does.

He thought maybe being on the run for so long with hardly any interaction with female chimps was starting to get to him. But he felt that still wasn't a valid reason on why he would start gradually finding attraction towards a human woman.

Galen just tried to put it out of his mind for now. Instead, he just found something to tease Kylie about. It involved her finding what she thought was a good camping spot a couple weeks back.

"Not to mention the last time you spotted what we thought at the time was a good spot, it ended up being lined with various poison ivy bushes." Galen teased.

Kylie rolled her eyes, "Hey, we were careful though. No one ended up getting poison ivy on them."

"I don't know about that. My left arm wouldn't stop itching there for a while." He replied with a small smirk.

"I fail to see how you could've gotten poison ivy. Least of all on your arm. Seeing as you're wearing long sleeves. The only part of your body that isn't covered is your head, face, and hands." She pointed out.

"And what makes you think I never roll my sleeves up at any point?" Galen inquired.

"Incoming, Al. Galen and Kylie are about to start their daily bout of old married couple bickering again." Pete joked.

The pair walking behind the two men just leveled him with a look.

"Haha, very funny. Though even you will admit, you enjoy it." Galen stated.

"Yeah, pretty certain you said one time that you found it all to be very entertaining, Pete." Kylie added.

"Really? And when exactly did I say that?" Pete inquired.

"I'm pretty certain you mentioned it at least twice within the last couple months." Alan said, with an amused smirk.

The dark-haired man shifted his gaze to his friend walking next to him and gave him a critical look.

There were a few moments of silence before anyone spoke again.

"Looks like Alan called you out on it, Pete." Kylie teased.

"Yes, and I'm pretty certain I do recall those times you have said it as well." Galen also said in a teasing manner.

Pete huffed, "Well, when you think of it, it's the truth."

"Well, you won't find anyone here denying that it is very amusing and entertaining to watch and listen to." Alan joked.

"You're welcome, guys. We tour daily and perform at least one show a day. With the exception of two shows on Saturday. That way if you miss the first showing the first time around, you can always catch the second showing later that day." Kylie joked.

Galen snorted, "Really like how you turn our little conversations into side show attractions like that."

Though in truth, he found her joke about it to be just as humorous as their two friends, who did get a good chuckle out of it.

"Thank you for the info. We'll make sure to pencil the showings in or little organizers." Pete replied, with some laughter still in his voice.

"Be sure to squeeze it in between evading Urko and his men and washing clothes in the river." Galen teased.

Kylie couldn't help but laugh a little at that one.

Which in turn made Galen shift his gaze to her and his own smile widened. Seeing as he really does like saying and doing things to make her laugh. Hell, he had her in stitches the other day when Alan and Pete informed her of the time, he disguised himself as a female ape, donning a dress and everything.

This event happened when they were ambushed by some gorillas and they captured Pete, taking him back to Central City to be interrogated.

They had to find a way to sneak back into the city undetected. So, they hijacked a horse and carriage from a gorilla farmer and Galen got ahold of a female's dress and wore it to pass himself off as a female while Alan hid underneath the carriage full of hay.

While Galen was very embarrassed that his friends brought that story up with Kylie and she found it hilarious, he still found it in him to imitate the high pitch female voice he used at the time when the gorilla guards stopped him at a check point going into Central City.

It was his funny voice that had her laughing like crazy.

Afterwards, the embarrassment he felt about the whole thing gradually dissipate and, in the end, he laughed with her.

"Speaking of cleaning clothes in the river, we probably should've taken the time to do that back at the stream. Seeing as our clothes were starting to smell a little funky." Kylie said.

"Well, why did you take them off then instead of leaving them on when you went into the water? Could've gotten them nice and clean then." Galen replied.

A smirk slowly appeared on her face.

"I don't know, with all the times I caught you staring at me in my bikini, I can't help but feel you would've been disappointed if I were to put them back on before returning to the water." She teased.

Kylie watched in amusement as Galen's face turned a lovely shade of red.

"I did not stare!" He blurted out loud and clear for all to hear.

This got the two men walking in front of them laughing a little at his reaction.

"I don't know, Galen. I'm pretty sure I saw you stare her up and down a few times while in the water." Pete added with some laughter still present in his voice.

"I did not! Stop making things up!" Galen said, becoming a little more flustered.

"Ok, guys. Think we embarrassed him enough for today." Alan said, with an amused grin.

"Yes, thank you!" The chimp replied.

"Though we don't blame you for staring." Pete muttered under his breath.

This made Alan lightly jab his elbow into Pete's side.

Galen let out a huff, his cheeks were still a little warm from the words exchanged. Then he gave Kylie a sideways glance and saw her still looking his way and she gave him another big smile.

"You really are a little demon. Aren't you?" He implied.

"A little demon you like to stare at when she hardly has anything on." Kylie teased.

"Kylie!" He whined.

The young woman started laughing again.

He really was very animated and had the funniest expressions when he was flustered. It was pretty hard not to laugh at him afterwards. Alan and Pete thought it was funny when he got all worked up too.

Galen flashed her a slight dirty look. Then a few minutes later, a small smirk appeared on his face.

"Like you weren't staring at me that one time when I had to take my shirt off and wash it off in a nearby lake when I got some rotten fruit on it that splattered all over my front on my shirt when it fell out of a tree as we were walking beneath it?" He pointed out.

Her smile gradually disappeared, "I didn't stare at that. Though I did get a kick out of watching the fruit fall out of the tree and splatter on you like some nasty juice bomb. Smelt just as unpleasant too."

"Really? Then how come I saw you giving me sideways glances as you 'conveniently' went to fill your water canteen not five feet away from where I was sitting on a rock by the water's edge trying to scrub the smelly rotten fruit juice out of my shirt in the water?" He inquired with a wide grin.

She cannot deny that. He clear as day saw her giving him sideways glances at his upper half as she saw him with his shirt off. These glances at times weren't fleeting ones either.

Kylie would never admit out loud to him that she was curious and that is why she stared.

Though the more she did stare, she realized she was starting to like what she did see. He had a nice lean build to him beneath that fur and the fur was thinner around the chest and stomach area, so she could see some more skin there.

She snorted, "More like was wondering why you were wearing another shirt beneath that one. Until I realized it was actually fur."

He arched an eye ridge, "Does it always take you that long and that many stares to figure things like that out?"

"No, just the more I did stare, the more I saw you really do look like sasquatch's little cousin." Kylie joked, trying to defend herself.

"Oh, so we're back to that lovely little nickname again. Huh...pygmy?" He said with a smirk.

"Oh boy, do I have to step in between you two again, before she jumps you again, Galen?" Alan implies.

"No, you're good, Alan. We should wait until we find camp first. Then I'll most likely jump him." She replied.

Galen's grin just widened, "Really, you're going to 'jump' me? Shouldn't I break out the blankets first?"

It took a moment to click. When it did, the young woman leveled him with a look.

Didn't help either when she heard Pete trying to cover up a snicker.

"So, I can smother you with them for being a perv? Novel idea." Kylie quipped.

"You wouldn't do that. You would miss me too much." Galen teased.

"Ok Ralph and Alice Kramden, I think we see a spot up ahead on the left that's suitable for all of us." Alan joked, as he pointed ahead.

Pete chuckled a little at what Alan referred Galen and Kylie as. With the way they act with one another, they may as well be the honeymooners.

"More like Lucy and Ricky Ricardo from 'I Love Lucy'." Kylie joked back.

This only made the two men laugh a little more. While Galen just have them all a puzzled look.

"Who?" He asks.

"They're old TV Shows from our time Galen. Funny shows that usually involved a wayward couple or family unit as they navigate through their daily lives." Pete informed him.

"Oh, yes. I remember you telling me about television and all the things that appear on them. Including shows and movies." Galen replied.

"Though with Galen liking to cross dress in women's clothing, he actually could be more akin to some of the characters in Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kylie teased.

That did it, and the two men really started laughing.

While Galen didn't know what this Rocky Horror thing was, he can't say he was all that amused.

"Very funny...shorty." He said to her.

Kylie just shrugged her shoulders with a wide grin.

They didn't continue chatting for long when they came to a stop in the clearing Alan and Pete pointed out a few minutes' prior. By then, it was pretty dark by now. The sun was completely down, and the sky was turning a deeper shade of navy.

"Alright, we'll put our things down here. Then Pete and I will start looking for sticks and old broken branches for firewood." Alan instructed.

The group would often alternate each night on who would get the firewood. Normally one pair would go out while the other pair stayed put at the campsite. The pair would usually be either Alan and Pete or Galen and Kylie.

Seeing as the latter collected the wood last night, it was Alan and Pete's turn tonight.

"Ok, here." Kylie said as she took out her iPhone and put on the flashlight setting for them, then she handed it to Alan.

"Thanks, we'll be back shortly." Alan told them.

"Yeah, in the meantime, try not to make good on your word and jump Galen in the blankets." Pete said, unable to resist teasing them.

Good thing it was dark, otherwise he would've seen the pink tinge on their cheeks.

"Pete, go. Before I take your pack and scatter all your shit around the surrounding area. Then you can have a lovely little scavenger hunt in the dark, trying to find everything." Kylie retorted.

"Yes, and without the aid of the flashlight setting on her phone." Galen added.

He was silent for a moment, before answering.

"Thanks for the warning. Think I might just take my pack with me, if that's the case." Pete replied.

"Ok, if you're ready, Pete, let's go." Alan said, with a small smirk.

The men then started to look around the small surrounding area for sticks and other materials to use to make a fire.

There was some more silence before one of them began to speak again.

"I swear, sometimes I don't know who is more embarrassing, you or Pete." Galen says, with a sigh.

"Hey now, I thought I'd be the one in the lead in that competition. Not neck and neck with him." Kylie said, in mock offense.

Galen just smiled and let out a small chuckle.

"Oh, don't worry. You're gradually pulling ahead." He replied.

"Good. Now, I just need to think up something very good to blow past him." She pretended to contemplate it.

He just shook his head and continued chuckling.

Then Galen slowly reached out and started putting his arm around her shoulders.

"Whatever am I going to do with you?" He inquires.

"I would think keep me, since out of everyone here, I most likely amuse you the most." Kylie lightly teased, as she unconsciously leaned into him.

"I don't know, that maybe up for debate. Seeing as Alan and Pete definitely have their moments too." Galen teased back as he unknowingly started to softly run his fingers over her bicep.

"Thanks a lot." She huffs.

"You're welcome." He says.

In the end, Kylie couldn't stop the small chuckle that left her, and one of her arms lightly wrapped around his waist.

The closeness was starting to do something to them. Though no one said anything about it. Even as Galen felt warmth suddenly spread throughout his body and Kylie felt her heartrate start to elevate a little.

Unfortunately, they didn't stay together like that for long, when they heard the footsteps of their friends getting closer to their position, as they returned to the camp with armfuls of sticks and dead leaves.

It also looked like Pete had a large chunk of rotted wood beneath one arm. Like it came off of some old tree trunk.

Alan still had the flashlight setting on, as they placed a decent size pile of sticks down on the ground in a bare spot in the grass. Pete placed his large pile aside and went to work helping Alan get a fire going.

After a few minutes, they were successful.

The campfire lit up the small area they were currently occupying. Now, they can see their surroundings much better. It was a small, circular clearing. Probably no more than twelve feet around. The sparse trees lined the tiny area.

"Well, now that that's settled, let's eat. I'm starving." Pete says.

The rest of the group felt the same and they wasted no time getting out some food to eat for dinner.

They still chatted a little on and off as they ate their small assortment of fruits, vegetables, and dried meats. Then not a half hour later, the clouds shifted and a beautiful full moon lit up the sky and the woods below.

It was a lovely scene with tons of stars also littering the sky and surrounding moon. A view Kylie really enjoyed, as she leaned back against a tree trunk with her head tilted up as she gazed into the sky.

While they did have sights similar to this back home, she can't recall a time the moon was this big or seeing so many stars before.

It's a sight she has come to appreciate seeing each night since coming here. Even if it still eats at her not knowing how she got here or the fact she won't ever see home or her friends and work colleagues again.

At this point, Alan and Pete had turned in for the night, seeing as it started getting late. Like some nights, she didn't always go down to sleep when everyone else did. She sometimes just like to stay up a little longer just relaxing.

Galen would stay up most of these times with her. They would continue conversing long after Alan and Pete have fallen asleep. This is how they got to know each other more for the last few months since she got here.

Because of this, it also made them gradually become closer as friends. To the point, Kylie surprisingly felt closer to Galen then Alan and Pete. They just seem to be on the same wavelength and despite being of different backgrounds and time periods, they do seem to have quite a bit in common.

With the exception that she loves the water, but he doesn't. But that seems to be where their differences end.

Galen at the moment was taking out his blanket. He wasn't going to go to sleep just yet. He just likes to always have it out ahead of time for when he's ready. He noted Kylie already had hers out as usual.

He placed his not all that far from hers. Then his gaze went to Kylie, where she was still leaning against a tree trunk about seven to eight feet away from his current position.

His ears could faintly pick up music playing on her phone at low volume where she was at.

While Kylie continued sitting there relaxing, she saw Galen moving closer to her from the corner of her eye. A small smile slowly appeared on her face as he came to sit with her.

The tree trunk was wide enough for the two of them to sit back against right next to one another.

"Enjoying the view again I see." He says.

Her smile grew a little bigger at his words.

"Always." She replied.

Then her gaze shifted from the view above to Galen.

"So, what part of history are you going to be looking up and researching on my phone tonight?" She asks, in a slight teasing tone.

He sends a smirk her way.

"Was actually thinking of just sitting here with you and relaxing. Maybe bug you more before we go to sleep." He teased back.

A quiet chuckle leaves her.

"Oh great, a headache before bed. Just what I always wanted." Kylie teased.

"Well, perhaps I could show you a little mercy. Even if you did thoroughly embarrass me a few times today." Galen continued teasing her back.

"And who says you're not sweet?" She joked.

The chimp rubs his chin in thought.

"I'm sure if we were to ask Alan and Pete, they would just say I'm quite the pain at times and certainly not sweet." He deduced.

"Yeah, I can kind of see where they would say that." She added, with a thoughtful expression.

"Hey, you're not supposed to agree with that." He playfully whined.

Kylie tried her best to stifle her laughter at that.

While Alan and Pete slept across the campsite many feet away, she was still trying to keep it down.

"Oh, and why not?" She inquires.

"Because...I like to think we have become very good friends these last four months. Hence, you should be a little more supportive." He teased.

"Forgive me, I'm sorry. I guess you can be quite sweet." Kylie says.

"Thank you." Galen replied with a smile.

"Depending on the day." She added.

Kylie almost let out a surprised yelp when Galen poked his finger into her side. The chimp having found out some time ago that her sides can be quite ticklish on her.

"As always. A little sassy demon you are." He told her.

"Well, I guess you're not wrong. Hell, mom used to call me little miss sassy pants all the time when I was growing up. And dad always felt incline to agree." She stated.

This has to be one of the very few times Kylie has ever really talked about her parents.

Even when she talked of silly childhood stories from her youth, most of them involved her and her friends and not so much her parents. She maybe only told a small handful of funny stories at most that involved them.

"I can see why. And with all the stories you told us about your childhood, I can only imagine you were quite the handful for your parents." He replied.

"Somewhat. But then my childhood was more carefree." Kylie said.

Galen was silent for a moment. He wondered what she meant by that.

"More carefree than what?" He asked.

The chimp waited, but the young woman went silent for several moments. He was about to open his mouth to say something, she finally spoke.

"I...didn't have just my parents. I have other family too. Unfortunately." Kylie admits.

Galen furrowed his eye ridges.

'Unfortunately? What does that mean?' He thought.

"What do you mean?" He asks.

Kylie lets out a small sigh.

"While it's true, my dad was an orphan and grew up in the system. My mom was not much better off than him. She...came from a broken family. With an alcoholic mother, abusive father, and drug addict older brother. The home environment was always combative and volatile for her.

It was so bad, that she started waiting tables at a restaurant by the time she was fourteen. She worked every day after school and on Saturdays. Just so by the time she was eighteen she would have enough to move out of that home and away from those people and have her own place and be safe.

Her and my dad were high school sweethearts. They both worked very hard saving up every dollar. Come graduation, mom left home and never looked back. She and my father bought their first apartment together. They married the following year.

Throughout the years they continued working hard, building up their savings. Eventually, they both saved up enough for college. Mom ended up getting an associated degree in psychology and became a psychologist. While dad earned a master's in engineering.

After being established for a good few years with their jobs, they had me. Both my parents did their best to give me a better childhood than they had, and they did. They were the best parents anyone could ever ask for." She explained.

Kylie paused for a moment and took a deep breath.

"Then while I was in class one day at college, I get a call on my phone. The caller I.D. stated it was one of my neighbors. They don't usually call often, unless something was up or there was an emergency.

I excused myself from class to take the call. Once I got into the hall, I answered the phone and spoke with my neighbor, Caroline. And that's when...she told me about the fire and that...my parents didn't make it." She ended, swallowing down the lump in her throat.

Kylie felt an arm go around her shoulders while another arm crossed around her front as Galen held her.

He pressed his cheek to her temples as he continued holding her. He could easily tell by the tone of her voice that she had become upset and sad as she revealed to him more about herself.

He also could understand why she wouldn't want to talk about her extended family that was her grandparents and uncle. It was quite clear they were horrible people, and he doesn't blame her for wanting to associate herself with the likes of them.

Galen himself had a few relatives he couldn't stand and didn't like to associate with either for one valid reason or another. Mainly for the fact they were all narrow-minded fools.

"I'm sorry, Kylie. And I can completely understand why you wouldn't want to talk about this or your mother's family for that matter. It's quite clear they were horrible." He says.

"Yeah, I think too, I was worried I'd be judged for being in relation to people like that. Hence why whenever people ask about my family, I always say it was just my parents and no one else." She confessed.

What scared her, was she feared if Galen would judge her and for some reason, he's the last person who she ever wanted judging her, even more so than if Pete or Alan were to judge her for her family background.

Despite the fact she never had contact with these people because obviously her parents, her mother especially, would never want her daughter to be around such awful and dangerous people.

Galen pulled back a little then he placed a couple bent fingers beneath her chin and gently tilted her head up to look at him.

When he did this, he could see she was trying hard to fight back tears. It was something that sent a pang through his heart.

"I would never judge you, Kylie. I know you're not them nor will you ever be like them. That you obviously had amazing parents that did an excellent job at raising you and taught you morals and to make the right choices in life. You're amazing, bright, funny, and... very beautiful." He softly said.

A small smile slowly appeared on her face, as one lone tear escaped from her right eye and rolled down her cheek.

Galen gently wiped it away. But didn't pull his hand back. He kept it there and caressed her cheek, getting lost in her eyes. Eyes that reminded him of this world's oceans. Deep, blue and full of wonder and beauty.

Kylie herself became transfixed in his warm brown eyes. Those same eyes that held so much emotion and intelligence, despite the fact he was not human but an ape.

A fact about him that seemed to bother her less and less during the course of the last few months they have gotten to know each other.

Neither of them realized that their faces were inching closer to one another. Until it happened. The gap between them had closed and his lips brushed against hers.

Her heart felt like it was racing as she felt his smooth lips touch hers. While Galen felt like his body was being set aflame as her full, soft pouty lips caressed his.

Their eyes drifted shut as they shared what could only be described as an amazing kiss that made them feel so alive.

Kylie reached up and cupped Galen's cheek as she pressed her lips more firmly to his. While Galen pulled her into his side even more until she was flush against him as the kiss gradually heated up.

She then parted her lips and her tongue started prodding his.

He quickly took the hint and parted his own lips, allowing her access. A silent moan left them as their tongues gently caressed one another and the kiss steadily intensified.

While Kylie had only a couple serious boyfriends in the past, she can't say she ever had such a strong reaction or feeling when she kissed them. Not like this. It was almost like; they were made for each other.

Even Galen can agree, while he only had that one serious relationship with Kira, the kisses he shared with her greatly paled in comparison to what he was feeling now, with this human woman.

Human.

She was human. But he no longer cared. Kylie was special. She was his and he was hers. This kiss signified that. It was different and unique and definitely taboo among ape society, but in the end, none of that mattered.

They continued their kiss, until they became winded and had to pull back for air.

Even then, Galen pressed his forehead lightly against hers, as they both caught their breath. They kept their gazes locked together, ocean blue meeting warm, earthy brown.

The only sounds that could be heard through the silence was the chirping of crickets and the soft melody of music coming from her iPhone, that was laying on the grass between them.

Then one of them finally spoke.

"You say I'm amazing. But in truth, I think you're the one who's amazing...and special." Kylie says.

A soft smile appeared on his face as he continued caressing her cheek.

"Perhaps, but it takes two to make magic like this happen. And for that to happen, we must both be special." He says.

Galen watched, as a smile appeared and brightened her face. Between that smile and the way, the full moon was shining down on her, it made her look like the most beautiful female in the world to him.

It drew him back in for another kiss.

One she gladly returned and just like the first kiss, it was nothing short of magical. What they felt for one another, never felt more right. It was like the whole world slowly melted away, until they were the only ones left.

All that can still be heard; is the lyrics to the current song as they continued their kiss.

Take my hand, hold me close

Every breath's a gift, we don't know what tomorrow holds

But I know I need you, you show me the truth

And I will reach you somehow

I'll find a way

Build another world beyond the pain

I'll find a way to keep you safe

Until the end of time

La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la

I can't hide, the tears I've cried

Nothing in this world can move me, I'm never gonna leave your side

I want to see your face, and hide in your wake

As long as you are with me

I'll find a way

Build another world beyond the pain

I'll find a way to keep you safe

Until the end, oh

Break the chains within your mind

Fighting blindly through the dark

I know you hear me, I would give my life

If it would save you from this

I'll find a way

Build another world beyond the pain

I'll find a way to keep you safe

Until the end of time

La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la

I don't own the lyrics to the song in this chapter. They exclusively belong to the beautiful vocalist and musician Amy Lee from the band Evanescence. The song is called, 'Find A Way' by Amy Lee.

Until Next Time ;)
