Hey, what do you think of the new cover image? I think it turned out ok, I had a little problem with the colors after I tried something new. But I think it turned out well.

I sat on the beach with a blanket under me. Izuku had taken away almost all the good places to sit so I had brought something of my own. Well, there's an old couch, but I don't want to bite marks like Izuku from a raccoon who live there. Oh, and then the sofa doesn't look so nice to sit in.

I brought my laptop and watched videos of Gunhead. I remember that he trained Uraraka and some others in the anime, but he also makes tutorial video for self-defense on HeroTube. I need more experience with fighting. I've been using Bloodlust so that I don't need to fight, but it looks like it's have bitten me now. I really don't know when to use Bloodlust.

I took my hand to my side, the pain is constant. But it is decreasing every day.

And then there was my fight with Bakugo. In the beginning, he had totally overwhelmed me before I snap back. When I think about it, why did it turn around so quickly? I was thrown into a wall, and then I started beating the shit out of him while I was singing. It's weird.

"Oh, you're looking at Gunhead," said Izuku who had come up from behind me. I had felt his Aura and naturally come up with a lie.

"Yes, I thought it might be good that you know a little martial art, but then I realized that I don't know anything either and look online. And I chose a Hero that I'm sure you'll appreciate"

"Ah, Thank Tomoe-chan."

"Ah yes. It's something that might be good to check out." Said Small Might while he went up to us." The basics of it will be taught in the U.A., but it will only start in the second year. But there is an opportunity to learn it earlier. Like during the internship."

"Shouldn't they start it earlier?" I asked, trying to remember if in the anime U.A had a martial art class.

"You see, they are aiming for Quirk in the first semester. Most Pro Hero makes his unique fighting style to suit his Quirk. I know that the Ingenium uses a fighting style that has been passed down in the family. But I don't know anything about it."

Izuku has already started writing it down in his notebook that appears out of nowhere. And I have to say, it's interesting. Tenya Ida and his big brother have similar Quirk, but for Tenya Ida, kicks would be much more useful thanks to his exhaust pipes on the legs. So, same style, but a focus on kicks.

"But unfortunately, that's all I know. That and I need to go soon. But I can recommend looking it up . If you don't choose to take One For All, it can be something that is extremely useful." Small Might become All Might and jumped away. Sand blew over us.

"Damn, if I get sand in my laptop, I will make him buy a new one." My voice had an uncaring tone, but I was serious about it. With how much money I spent yesterday, I can't afford a new laptop. And I don't want to waste money from dad and onii-chan. Onii-chan earn a good amount of yen, but a lot of it goes to Dad's treatment.

"Hey Tomoe-chan. I have a Nen question".

"Shoot".

"Can you run out of Aura? Because I've been practicing on Ren and even when I can't do any more, there's some Aura left. Not much, less than a tenth. But it is still there. But I can't use it."

"Oh, yes. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what it is. But I have a couple of ideas. It is related to how Ten can reduce one's aging."

"Eh, really. How?"

"The first is that cells or something in the body is what produces Aura. Nen is the technique to control Life Energy. If you use Ten, you hold it in and don't let it go away from you. So, an Aura has something to do with body function. Science doesn't know much about how aging works, which may be depending on how they don't know about Aura, but there are a couple of things that it has found. The build-up of Senescent Cells, the loss of NAI+, to the decline of Stem Calls as we age. One or all of them may be responsible for production of Aura."

Izuku's eyes widened. "Wow, that was mor of a scientific explanation then I expected from you."

"Hey, my Hatsu can rebuild my DNA in a second, don't you think I've looked up how the body works! I didn't spend that much time mastering the Four Major Principles and Advanced Techniques. Creating Quirk Hunter took me years." Which makes me wonder how long it took for Chrollo Lucilfer to make his Skill Hunter.

"Wait! Doesn't your explanation mean that Nen can have the key for eternal youth. That the answer to stop aging is in our hands!?"

"Yeep" I replied deadpan.

"Oh my god. We need to tell this to everyone. To the world's foremost scientist, to U.N.. Principal Nezu—"I took out my slipper and hit him with it." Haah! It hurt!" Izuku held the bump that popped up where I hit him. Smoke or Aura is coming off from it.

" Nen is a secret. And when people have tried this before, it has been call a fake and no one believes it."

"Eh, what? What do you mean?"

"The idea behind Nen has been in the public mind for hundreds of years, usually in the form of qi, ki or chakra. Remember our conversation about Cursed Energy. So many similarities, but also so many differences. But it's generally seen as fantasy, a scam. Science has researched it before, but instead they have lost all faith in them. Damn, I think there is some DNA thing that gets effected by the environment that no one explores because of a fake Russian science that explored it. Even if you tried to show it, they will think you have a Quirk that they missed, and your diminished aging only applies to you and those who inherit your Quirk."

"But it might, but if I...". Izuku sat on the sand next to me, his eyes emptier than before. T-they, they won't believe me, huh?"

"Unfortunately, it's natural for humans not to believe in something they don't already believe in. And right now you're a Quirkless kid, not the most credible person to find the answer to stop aging."

"Why is life so hard?" Izuku slumped and fell towards me and leaned on my shoulder, after a few seconds he stiffened and stood up again. "You know, I should go back to my training, bye," but before he left, I asked him something important.

"Don't you want to know my other theory? But I warn you, it's a bit more... Ominous."

Izuku stopped and looked back at me. "Heh?"

I started to explain. "The second idea is there is a storage of Aura in our body, our lifetime. Aura constantly fills the body and then tries to float away. But with the help of Ten and Zetsu, they don't lose our lifetime so quickly because we keep it from disappearing. Like using your hand to stop a hole in a bucket. If you don't do something, it comes on you and runs off you, but if you stop it, it only covers you or not at all, with all that lifetime left in the bucket. I have to say that my metaphor is not the best, but I think I make my point clearly."

"That we have a lifetime, and if you use Nen, you use your lifetime. But doesn't that mean..."

"That techniques like Ren and other shortens are time in the world, yes. It can also explain the Post-Mortem Nen with all the lifetime leaving faster when you die or are dead. After all, the effects of Hatsu can last long after the Nen user is dead. But even the Post-Mortem Nen can be explained in my first theory by what the body goes through when you die."

Izuku just stares blankly at me. "Why is Nen so complicated. I feel like it complicates my Life as well."

" Yea, Aura is life. Life is complicated, so is Nen." Izuku looked tired, more than he was when he came to me. "Go and train, give it time so you can think about it later." Izuku silently nodded and went back to cleaned the beach. And I went back to my video and realized that I had forgotten to stop it and needed to go back.

U.A. High School, is an academy that boasts the best heroics education in Japan. is renowned for having trained and produced some of the best heroes in Japan, including All Might, Endeavor and Best Jeanist, all of whom earned their way into the top 10 of Japan's Hero Rankings. Even the teachers of General Education are a Hero. But the man behind its success is actually not a man. No one knows what he is, if you were to ask him he would say "I am the Principal". With the only ones that knew what the chimera is made from, has leaved this world years ago. Nezu the Principal has a lot of mystery, but anyone who has spent time with him can tell you one thing.

Ah, he's so scary. How can someone so fluffy make me nervous?

Toshinori Yagi AkA All Might walked down the halls of U.A. to Nezu's office. With how much power he has as The Number One Hero, it was too easy to apply to U.A., he had got a learning license without going through all the steps, but he still needs to do an interview. It wasn't that he doesn't believe in Nezu, but that he seen how he can be when he helped defeat All For One. But the fact that the Hero Public Safety Commission had applied for him to be a teacher in U.A. before he could do it, and they almost forced it, something his friend probably doesn't appreciate.

All Might walked through the door of the Principal's office, the white chimera sitting behind his desk that was far too big for him. "Ah Toshinori my friend, how have you been? Please sit down. I've already prepared a coffee for us." The chimera jumped off his chair and went to the couch and sat opposite where All Might was expected to sit.

He sat down and tried to relax. Nezu was his friend, a creepy friend but still a friend. So all their problems should be fixed with words. "Ah, I have to apologize for all the problems I created for you. I was going to talk to you, but before I could the HPSC heard about my intention and they had already started to process."

"Yes, I thought it was something like that. You have a lot of power in the Hero Public Safety Commission, more than you realize. But likewise, they think they have more control here than they do." Said the Principal while taking a sip of his coffee. "But I have to ask the reason to become a teacher here. Sure, I have an idea, but it would be good if we work in the same mind set."

"Yes, it's my successor. I'm hoping to find someone willing to take my Quirk. I'm sure someone worthy should pass through the gates of the U.A. in their quest to become a Hero."

"As I thought. The user of One For All cannot always expect to find their successor on the street."

At those words, All Might coughed. He had been drinking his coffee at the time, but Toshinori Yagi has never been a good liar. There's a reason why he avoids the question of his Quirk instead of lying straight about it. " Toshinori? Have you already found someone you think is worthy of All For One?"

At that he stiffened for a moment, but it was too late. He knew that he had misstep, and that he knows something, and that it would be useless to try to hide it now.

"Yes, I met a young man a few weeks ago. I saw how he moved without thinking, out of reflex. All to save someone and therefore put their life in danger. He has the heart of a hero."

"Ah, I see. What is his name, don't worry. If he want to go to the U.A., I'll give him an honest test. If he can't pass the Entrance Exam with his own Qurik, he doesn't deserve the most powerful Quirk in the world."

"yes, about that," he said nervously. "The boy is Quirkless."

The chimera raised an eyebrow. "I hope your former status doesn't affect your decision on the next user of One For All."

"Oh no! I would never. When he asked me if he could become a Hero, I said no. However, that was before I saw the steel in his eyes."

"Ah, so it has nothing to do with it. With the likeness that he doesn't pass the Entrance Exam, I proposal that we make a test of his character before you tell him about One For All."

"Yeah, about that". The Number One Hero of Japan started to sweat, because there was something he didn't want to tell." You see, I may have been thinking of already giving him One For All, and may have told him about it... And he said no."

The silence was deafening. But it didn't last long. "Toshinori, what you're saying is that you were going to give the strongest Quirk in the world to someone who wasn't even going to be a Hero?"

"Oh no! He wants to, he just didn't want to do it with my help."

That confused Nezu. What he has heard contradicts itself. A Quirkless boy who wants to be a Hero said no to One For All. There's something he doesn't know, and hopefully his friend can tell him. "Explain".

"Um... Ok," Toshinori said carefully." The boy is training with a friend. Well, I wouldn't say training because it's not physically, that's why I have giving him some training, as a apology."

" Apology? Training?"

"Yes... I said no to his dream, and as I stood by and watched while someone was in danger in front of me. whileI was time out, he was the one who moved in to save him. I failed as a Hero."

"I see. Do you know what this training is that you mentioned?"

"Um, no. Both of them have refused to talk about it."

"I see. anyway, I'd like to have the boy's name, it might be good if I have some information about one who knows about One For All in case something happens to him."

"Of course. It's Midoriya Izuku, but there was something I have to say." The Number One Hero looked down in shame, because he knows he's going to be in trouble for this. "You see, when I told about One For All to young Midoriya, we were on an empty street, or I thought it was empty. Apparently young Fukumoto, who has been following young Midoriya all this time, was nearby and listened in."

Nezu blinked twice. Not only had he intended to give One For All to someone who said no. Thereby putting a young man in danger. But also not done it in a safe place and have put another civilian in the same danger." Toshinori".

"...Yes?"

"You have lost your right to choose your successor."

"WHAT! But you can't-"

"Oh, that reminds me. What is this Fukumoto's full name. In the case that she will also be in danger."

Toshinori, when he heard someone was in danger. Had forgotten where he was screaming about. Just as Nezu planned. "Yes, her name is Fukumoto Tomoe."

"Achoo!"

"Tomoe-chan. Are you ok?"

"Yes. I just sneezed. Heh, someone have talk about me." Yes, I always wanted to use that line.

"Ok".

Me and Izuku was at his house and played video games. It was a game that I wasn't interested in, or more annoyed by. It was Hero Kombat 6. Why? Because it's Mortal Kombat 20 or something. As heros became popular, they started to appear everywhere, even as Mortal Kombat dlc characters. But as you might imagine, having real live people in a game where they can die in horrible ways was problematic. So what did they do? They removed fatality from online and tournament. Hero's become more popular and fatality was removed completely and it become Hero Kombat. A game that I have refused to play. Until now.

The game is new and something is wrong with online fights and I am one of the few friends he has. I couldn't say no. Not with his puppy eyes.

"I thought you hadn't played Hero Kombat before, why are you so good?" asked Izuku.

"I've never played this before." But I've played Mortal Kombat.

Izuku charged for a powerful Texas Smash. All Might was a powerful character with the fastest and highest damage in the game. But all of his strongest attacks take 0.5 seconds to charge, if not a full second. There are only a handful of attacks in the game that can interrupt him then, so the best thing to do is dodge or defend. Unless you play Best Jeanist who has a counter.

I have enough time to put in the counter command and block the attack before I make a combo on him. Which is just press the buttons and hope it works.

"Best Jeanist win!"

"Ahh, how do you do this. Do you use Gyo?"

We started the next game with the same characters and I started explaining. Then he might take a different character than All Might. "You don't set up your attacks correctly. Sure, All Might attacks did the most damage, but it exists ways around it. It takes time for him to charge up, if you haven't already done a combo it's easy to block or counter. And when he starts it, it doesn't look like he can stop it. You lock yourself in the move, that way you know what will happen. A lot of power, but it's to obvious. So you need to be less obvious and combo in the Smash attack."

I noticed that All Might on the screen had stopped moving. I turned to Izuku and saw that his eyes were wide.

"Um, hello. The world to Izuku"

"I think I know at my Hatsu will be," he said softly.

"Heh?...Heh!"

Have you seen that if they have learned martial art in U.A.? I can't remember it. All I can remember is Uraraka internship.

Then we have All Might and Nezu. That shows all the errors that I saw. Sure, in the cannon it was be fine and Izuku said yes. But here it is not so. All Might is a good guy, but not the smartest. Oh, and then we can't forget about Izuku's Hatsu. Can you guess what it will be? I'm interested if you can guess that.

Ok, I've done mate. The Japanese svhool year start in April, All Might's training is ten months. The Ep 1 is in June. So I have an idea of the timeline now, if I remember it. And then I don't know what the seasons are like there. But I can say one thing, Izuku's birthday day is July 15.

And because I had extra time, an Omake.

Omake: Ahoge (Not cannom)

It was an ordinary morning. I got up, showered, and brushed my hair. But when I was brushing, I saw something strange.

"Is-is that a Ahoge ?"

A group of hairs stood up and reminded me of an Ahoge. "Eh, that's funny." I started brushing my hair while I went through the plan for the day. But when I was done, I noticed that the Ahoge was still there. "Uh? Must have missed it". I took my Nen infuse hairbrush and brushed over it. Normally, all the hair it touches is smooth and tangled free, but not it. The Ahoge is till there.

"Ah?!" I brushed my hair and over and over again. But it doesn't want to go away.

"Tomoe-chan! Your breakfast is ready. Come eat it before you're late for school."

"I'm coming soon". Well, time to take drastic action. I took some scissors and brought it up to the top of my head. But just as I was about to cut it off, it moved by itself and avoided the scissors. "What the!"

Ok, now I know something is going on here. This must be the work of a enemy Quirk user. I grabbed the Ahoge and held it still while I cut it off. I looked at the now cut off Ahoge in my hand, it looks like normal hair. "Eh?" I felt it itch on the top of my head and when I looked at the mirror again, I just saw when another Ahoge grew back.

"Ok, now I know something is not right here. Well, if you can't do it yourself, get help." I walked out of my room and into the kitchen. Two fingers on the Ahoge in case it disappears. "Dad, Onii-chan, I have a problem."

Dad was sitting at the table and Onii-chan was about to sit down with a cup of coffee when I entered the room. "What is it?" asked Dad.

"Ahoge," I replied and let it go from my fingers, a sound of a metal spring came from it. Which is strange because my hair is not made of metal. But this is an anime world, so-

"What, how?", said Dad surprised.

"How fitting." I heard Onii-chan mumble to himself, but I heard it.

"Onii-chan! What do you mean by that?" I said irritated. My patience is running out after everything this morning.

"Umm, you have better hearing than I thought. Noted."

"What, why should you... I don't have time for this. Someone's Quirk has given me an Ahoge, what should I do?"

"Good question, we probably have to go to the police. Someone has used their Quirk on you against your will. If we're lucky, they can find who they are so they can fix this," Onii-chan said, giving a quick solution to the problem.

"Yes, but it will have to be after school. It's exams today."

"Dad, I'm not going to go to school with an Ahoge." I said deadpan.

"But it's a math test. You can't afford to miss it!" said Dad dramatically.

"I don't care. I'm not going to go there with this." I pointed to the Ahoge, which pointed straight up thanks to my annoyance.

"Tomoe, I am your father. And I decide that you will take your test." said Dad. Onii-chan just watched and drank his coffee. Lightning flew between me and my dad.

20 minutes later.

The three of us sat and waited at the police station. Dad was mumbling on one side of me and on the other, Onii-chan was poking at my Ahoge with a pen in an attempt to understand how it worked.

I hate this day.

This Omake is inspired by EricFreak's Review who called Tomoe "a bit of an airhead when it comes to reading people". I agree . Then this idea came to me. I don't know if I'll make an Omake again, but it was fun.
