That night, Atticus was kicked around, battered and bruised. Normally, he was able to defend himself, but for some reason, his powers weren't working.
They leave as Atticus lays there. Patch finds Atticus laying there.
"Buddy, get up, come on." Patch says. Atticus groaned as Patch carried Atticus to a hospital nearby.
Meanwhile, Angry Luigi was eating muffins and Skara was trying to give Emma a bath.
"Stay still!" Skara says trying to get Emma out of her clothes as Emma was giggling and hyperactive as she had eaten too much sugar.
Skylia sees the news of Atticus in the hospital and gasps. Angry Luigi sees this on the news as his heart is shattered.
He gears up as Joe Parker, just in case.
"Joe Parker believes he's alive because that's not how indestructible powers work." Joe Parker says and arrives to see Atticus. Some fingers were cut open and you can see the insides.
"Fuck, this world is fu-" Joe Parker says as Patch covered his mouth.
Meanwhile, Skara finally got Emma into the bath and gave her a bath and tried to get her into bed, but Emma ran out with bubbles on her.
"Emma!" Skara says and tries chasing her, but Emma was too hyperactive. Skylia grabbed Emma and used a spell to put her to sleep.
Meanwhile, at the hospital…
"Well, Atticus is near death." A doctor says.
"I should tell the others…" Patch thought.
"You mean Cherry and Lionel?" Angry Luigi asked.
"No I me- oh how will I explain this!" Patch sobbed as the doctor fainted, hearing a talking dog.
"Oh, come on…" Angry Luigi says, at least wanting to see Cherry as he walks out and goes home.
Meanwhile, Zee put cake on Oliver Queen and licked it off of him. He moaned, enjoying every second. She licked his neck as he moaned again. She put cake on her body as Oliver Queen licked it off of her.
"Oh…" she moaned. She soon rode him.
The next day, Hal and the others were worried, not knowing what happened to Atticus. But they couldn't just sit around and worry, because that wasn't going to help.
"HAL JORDAN! PATROL DUTY! LET'S GO!" Jessica Cruz shouted. Hal sighed, suited up, and left with her. This was going to be part of the routine for him for a lot of the pre-college summer. He wouldn't have time to do much besides train, work at Sub Solutions, rehearse for the show, and go on patrol with Jessica Cruz. And perform hero stuff from time to time.
"Garth, sweetheart, you have a royal meeting to attend in 15 minutes." Aerwyna says over the phone to her son. Garth left as he knew royal meetings in Atlantis were mandatory. He couldn't exactly skip them.
That was Barry's cue to head to work. He hadn't stopped working at SugarBuzz Studios since he got the job months ago. He laced up his sneakers and dashed off to work.
That just left Luke and Shane by themselves.
"So what now?" Shane asked. Luke shrugged.
Meanwhile, Angry Luigi didn't get up as he was depressed. He was worried about Atticus. Alem tuber scowled at his brother.
"Good riddance." Alem tuber says. "Maybe the real heroes will finally get some action."
Skara sighed.
Later, the cosmic buddies head out to go on patrol. Some weird robots arrived.
"What are those?" Savannah asked.
"They look like robots…from Transformers. Awesome!" Bill says as one of them shoots acid at them.
"Not awesome!" He says as they scatter and run different ways.
Soundwave shoots soundwaves as Alem tuber barely dodged and tried punching him, but Thundercracker shot lightning, blasting him back.
"Okay, I'm very bad when it comes to technology, but I know this is bad." Emila says and creates a portal, sending the robots to a different dimension.
"Phew…" Jason says.
"We gotta save Atticus." Angry Luigi says.
"What happened to him?" Savannah asked.
"He got attacked during that party." Angry Luigi sniffed.
"Oh, no, that's not good. There has to be a way to help him." Savannah says.
"I think I can ask Drell." Emila says and leads the way.
Meanwhile, Luna was at a gig, performing. Clover was there with Sam's parents. Clover clapped for Luna and Sam. Luna smiled.
Meanwhile, the Cosmic Buddies arrive at Drell's place as he scans Atticus.
"Seems he was cursed." Drell says.
"Well, nothing we can do, wanna go get pizza?" Alem tuber asked.
"Cursed?!" Angry Luigi says.
"Yeah." Drell says.
"But who or what would do such a thing?" Savannah asked.
"One of his old enemies, maybe?" Bill guessed.
Angry Luigi thinks "But which one? He and Cherry made a lot of enemies." he says.
"We just gotta beat the crap out of all of them." Melony smirked.
"Count me out. I couldn't care less." Alem tuber says. "I'm not saving someone my brother idolizes and considers a friend now."
"Have a heart…" Savannah says, but Alem tuber flew off before she could finish her sentence.
"You don't have much time." Drell says.
"Okay, let's go." Angry Luigi says. The group then leaves, determined to save Atticus.
Hal sighed while he was on patrol and decided to watch videos of his victories.
"Hal, are you all right?" Jessica Cruz asked him. "I swear, if you spend all of your time worrying, then you can't live the rest of your life."
"No, I'm just bored. No evil villains to fight." he says.
"That's why we're on patrol, Hal." Jessica Cruz says. "Trust me, we'll get action. Just not when you expect it."
Lucy went to visit Luke. He and Shane were taking advantage of the Queen mansion being quiet as they checked out Oliver Queen's home theater. The two of them were watching the Cats movie as they were relaxing after their training.
Luke noticed Lucy out of the corner of his eye. "Luce? Why are you here?" He asked.
"I…just wanted to check on you." Lucy says.
"I'm doing okay, Luce. Why are you so worried about me?" Luke asked. She shrugged.
Meanwhile the cosmic buddies look for any villain who could have done this.
"As a cat shape-shifter I hate the Cats movie." Delta says.
"Same, never liked it." Angry Luigi says.
"If you hate it so much, why don't I send you all there?" Drella says and teleports them into that universe.
(A/N- Crumbelina's Sweet Admirer: Luke and Shane may like that show and movie, yes, but I know people who don't like it and just prefer the 1998 version of said show.)
The cosmic buddies look around, seeing a bunch of anthropomorphic cat characters.
"Okay, listen, freaks, get out of our way or die." Delta says.
"Delta, if this universe is tampered with, then nobody will be able to enjoy the show." Bill warned.
"Rules are meant to be broken!" Delta shouts. But Bill stood his ground. He knows Delta can be rebellious, but when they're in a universe like this particular one, if things change here, this movie's plot could be altered in a matter of seconds.
Delta sighed and backed off. The group then focused on trying to get out of this place so they could save Atticus.
They walk to Emila. "So, portal?" Emila asked.
They nod as she teleports them out.
"I got an idea, maybe Cherry knows." Savannah says.
"There's no time to find her." Chrissy says.
They arrive at Smash Manor.
"Okay, if anyone knows, it's gotta be Sora." Bill says. Angry Luigi shivered.
"What if Sephiroth is here?" Angry Luigi asked.
"Who?" Alex asked.
"Some weird guy who is crazy strong." Delta says as they see Isabelle walking by.
"Nope, we are not taking her. She's weak." Emila says.
"So you need help for a mission?" a voice says as Meta Knight landed.
"Whoa! That's Meta Knight! He's coming with us." Bill says.
"I guess I have time for that." he says.
"What mission?" Sora asked, walking in.
"Someone who hates Atticus planted a curse on him." Emila says.
"It's gotta be Jafar. I mean, Atticus has a lot of villains, but most don't have magic powers." Sora says.
"That's true. Let this man cook." Angry Luigi says.
"Okay, who is going to join the cameo list?" Delta asked.
"I'll help." Mega Man says.
"Pika!" Pikachu says.
"Mewtwo, you in?" Delta asked as he left.
"Well, I guess you can count us in." Daisy says.
Soon, the team was driving to Jafar's place.
"Remember, guys, don't kill him. We make him destroy the curse, then kill him." Delta says
"I call dibs on the big tough one." Melony says as Mega Man loaded up his cannon and shot a blast, destroying the doors.
The group came in and saw some robots, Captain Hook, and some other Disney villains.
"Anyone get the feeling that more than one villain wanted Atticus dead?" Peach asked.
"Yep!" Isabelle says. Delta kicked Isabelle to the skies.
"Sorry, kid, not your fight." She says.
The heroes look at the villains.
"Oh, boy, let's go!" Sora says. They charge as a huge battle ensues.
Meta Knight blocked a couple of pirates and leaped and slashed his sword at them, breaking their swords in the process. Mega Man was shooting cannons as Pikachu unleashed lightning.
Angry Luigi leaped over a few attacks and hammered one robot. Mario bounced on a few robots as Sora knocked Captain Hook down and ran inside to confront Jafar.
"Sora…of course it's you." Jafar says.
"End the curse now." Sora says.
"Why? I gave Atticus a chance to join me and he said no. Now he's paying the price." Jafar says.
There were explosions in the background.
"Well, I guess we gotta fight now." Sora says as they clash.
Outside, Angry Luigi and Delta used their weapons to defeat some robots as the others cleared a path for Angry Luigi and Savannah to get inside to help Sora.
"Jafar, you end the curse right now!" Angry Luigi says as Jafar tossed a fireball at Angry Luigi, who dodged and took out a Toxic Flower and became Toxic Angry Luigi.
"You think I'm afraid of acid?" he asked.
"No, but you are afraid of death." Angry Luigi says.
"I mean, we can easily call Luke or Cherry." Savannah says.
Jafar glared as Toxic Angry Luigi walked closer.
"End the curse or you die." Toxic Angry Luigi says.
"Fine." Jafar says and ends the curse. "There, now leave!" he says, but Melony kicked him out the window.
"Rude." Savannah says.
"Come on, let's head back and get pizza or something." Melony says.
Later, they were relaxing with Atticus.
"Well, I do owe you guys for saving my life." Atticus says as Angry Luigi was too busy worshiping him.
"It was nothing. I know you'd do the same for us." Savannah says.
"So what's up for you?" Jason asked Atticus.
"Not sure. I guess I got some stuff." he says.
"See you soon." Angry Luigi says.
"Probably not." Atticus said and walked off.
Meanwhile…
"Okay, let's call it a night." Jessica Cruz says to Hal.
"But nothing happened." Hal says
"Hal, I said we're calling it a night." Jessica Cruz says.
They come back to Queen Manor. Oliver Queen was at the kitchen table with Luke, Barry was gorging himself as he had just come back from work, Shane was texting Diana, and Garth was asleep in the Queens' giant aquarium, exhausted from his meeting.
