At the Rogers' house. Lisa and Jake are the first to arrive.
Jake: - Looks around Ok, it's safe.
Jake while carrying Ace; Lisa, Ben, and Nick all run inside the house.
Jake: - Shuts curtains Phew, no one saw us
Lisa: - Good. Take Ace to his room
Jake: - Will do. Goes to Ace's room, and puts Ace in his bed. Then goes back to the living room. Let's talk in the gaming room, downstairs.
Ben: - Sure, but we should wait for everyone else to get here
Jake: - Ok
Gordon and Leslie arrive next.
Jake: - Your parents are here, Lisa
Lisa: - You guide them in.
Jake: - Right. Runs outside
Splat: - To Gordon So this is where you live. Looks nice, dad.
Gordon: - Not my house, it's your brother-in-law and sister's house.
Jake: - Hurry, get in before someone sees you.
Splat: - Right. Come on, kids
Kai: - Right behind you, dad
Everyone in Gordon's car runs inside, just as the Adams' car pulls up.
Kenny: - We should hurry inside
James: - Right
Alex: - This looks like it's gonna be a party
Jake: - Come on in
Everyone in James' car also ran inside.
Jake: - Ok, I think that's everyone.
Nathan and Devon land at the door
Devon: - Not quite
Jake: - Devon?
Nathan: - And me
Devon: - I just showed Nathan my place, and I figured you were going to explain your pasts to everyone, so I figured we drop by and explain our side.
Jake: - That would be a big help, come in. Shuts the door after Devon and Nathan walk in
Lisa: - Down here Motions everyone to the basement
Everyone follows Lisa downstairs
Lisa: - Ok, I feel like we need to fully explain ourselves
Meanwhile, upstairs
Ace: - Grovels in his sleep, and starts to wake up Huh? Wha-? Looks around to see he's in his bedroom in the human world. How did I get here? Looks at his hands to see they're still paws, then pulls on his ear. Ow. Still not a dream. Gets out of bed. Where is everyone? Ack, my head still hurts. Walks out of his room, then goes to find his parents.
Kai: - Where should we sta- Sees Ace at the top of the stairs. Hey, Ace
Kenny: - Ace?
Ace: - Walks downstairs. Sees how many people and pokemon are there. Why are there so many of you here?
Kai: - We were just about to explain our past with everyone. You're just in time, you didn't miss anything.
Ace: - Ok, but I need to rest my head. Goes to rest on the couch next to Kai
Kai: - Ok
Ace: - Lightly closes his eyes, but he's still awake
Kai: - Sticks out a claw, licks it, is right about to stick it in Ace's ear
Ace and Splat: - Don't even think about it
Kai: - I'm kidding, I'm kidding.
Lisa: - Ace darling, since you are here, where do you want us to start? Splat told me you were upset about all the secrets we kept from you.
Ace open one eye and looked at his mom
Ace: - I just want to know the truth, mom, but could you not make it long? I am still tired from the fight.
Lisa: - Alright then, darling
Ace: - Well, one thing I would like to know first is why have I not been told about being a pokemon my whole life? Why did I have to learn about it when I got to the pokemon world from uncle Splat?
Jake: - Well sport the reason for that is-
Nick: - Oh, can I explain the reason to Ace?
Ace turn his head to nick and Grovels at him
Nick: - I'll take that as a 'no'.
Ace: - Nick, you and Ben are still not off the hook from me.
Ace closed his eye as he doesn't want to use up what energy he had left
Lisa: - Nick, Ben, what did you both do?
Ben and Nick: - Sweating bullets Nothing, mom
Lisa: - Not buying it Oh really?
Lisa looked at Ace and saw he was tired
Lisa: - We will talk about this in the morning, you two.
Nick and Ben looked at Ace
Jake: - Don't you dare do anything to your brother
Ace: - (First Kai, now those two? Is anyone else gonna try something with me?)
Jake: - As I was saying, sport, the reason we didn't say anything about our origin to you is that we were hiding from Devon when he was evil. Nathan brought us here to the human world, where we decided to make a living here. The human family I lived with took good care of me and helped me at the start, but after a while, I realized that since we were living here, we had to fit in with the humans here and not speak of being a pokemon family living in the human world. Lisa and I didn't want anyone to hunt us down and hurt us. So, both me and your mom decided to not tell you boys about our past.
Ace twitches his ears
Ben: - I see, but isn't it wrong to keep this info from us for years? Like we're not kids anymore, dad. I am sure you could have trusted us with the truth when we were in middle school
Kenny: - You are one to talk, Ben. Did you already forget about what happened in school 4 days ago?
Ben: - Awww!
Ace: - (Thank you, Kenny)
Kenny: - You're welcome, Ace
Ace: - (Kenny, could you tell my family the answers I say through my mind?)
Kenny: - Sure Ace, I can do that
Ace smiles
Jake: - What did Ace say?
Kenny: - He's going to say his thoughts and questions to your story to me, and I 'm gonna relay them to you
Jake: - Alright then
Ace: - (I am still somewhat mad at you guys for doing that)
Kenny: - And he's still somewhat mad at you for not saying anything to him
Jake: - We know, Ace, but you gotta understand it from our point of view
Lisa: - Yeah Ace, like we did not want you kids to go and tell your friends about it without thinking about what could happen if you told them
Ace: - (Well at this point, the whole football team at my school and Nick's friend knows about it, and they all know that this is a serious matter that CANNOT be said to others)
Kenny: - I mean, sure Ace, but can we fully trust the team?
Ace: - (At this point, I can't say for sure)
Ben: - Ah what are you talking about, Kenny?
Kenny : - Ace pointed out that the football team knows about most of us being pokemon. Do you think we can trust them with that info?
Jake: - This was the reason we did not want to tell you kids about being pokemon.
Lisa: - Well there isn't much we can do now. Just make sure no one on the team speaks about it to anyone who's unaware, or we could ask Nathan to wipe their minds
Ace: - (MOM! HOW COULD YOU!?)
Kenny: - His face appears as though he put on music at full volume Ace could you not yell like that please? I'm still new to this, and it hurts when you yell
Ace: - (Sorry, Kenny. I did not mean to hurt you)
Splat: - Ace, please calm down. You don't want your rage to take control of you again.
Ace: - (Sorry, uncle)
Kenny: - Ace is sorry for what he did, Splat. Also, Mrs. Rogers-
Lisa: - You can just call me, Lisa
Kenny: - Anyway, Ace is opposed to your idea of asking Nathan to wipe the team's minds
Lisa: - Ace darling, please understand
Ace: - (Understand what, mom? I'm not going to allow you or dad or Nathan near any one of them if it means they'll potentially get hurt. Mark my word)
Kenny: - Ace isn't that a bit too much?
Ace: - (No kenny. I have every right to be mad at my mom for that idea of hers)
Lisa: - What did Ace say, Kenny?
Kenny: - Does not say anything
Jake: - Kenny? What did Ace say?
Ben: - Ace must've said something bad
Lisa: - Is that true, Kenny?
Kenny: - nods
Lisa: - ACE!
Jake: - Lisa, Ace is tired, and we've all been hiding the truth from him for a long time, so he does have the right to be mad at you.
Lisa: - But Jake, do you not remember that Ace hit Ben so hard that Ben was taken to the nurse's office at school?
Jake: - Yes I do, but ever since he was in the pokemon world, he's been learning to be a better person. Well, a better pokemon, but you get my point. Plus, that's not the pressing issue right now. We can talk about what happened between Ace and Ben at school with those two later, like after the homecoming game.
Ace: - Thank you, dad
Jake: - You're welcome, sport
Ace: - twitches his ears
Ben: - I think Ace wants to move on to the next topic
Ace: - (What made you decide to hide Nick from me and Ben?)
Kenny: - Ace is asking why did you hide Nick from him
Jake: - Well don't get mad at us for telling the truth Ace
Ace: - (That depends on your reasoning, dad)
Kenny: - (Ace, I'm getting tired of saying what is on your mind)
Ace: - (Come on, Kenny. It's just for a little bit more, plus didn't you say to me that you'll always help me out when I need it?)
Kenny: - (Well yes, I did, but..)
Ace: - (Do I need to say more?)
Kenny: - (Man, now I know why he asks for so much help. Cause he is a dumb dog)
Ace: - (Oh, so you want to go again, eh Frisky Kitty?)
Kenny: - (Ace, we need to stop fighting like this. I don't want others to see us this way)
Ace: - (Sigh You do have a point, Kenny. Our team has the best team chemistry in the state, and if we keep fighting, it will just end up hurting the team in the long run)
Splat: - Can you two stop fighting, please?
Ace: - (U-uncle?)
Splat: - Ace, why does Kenny need to be your only mental microphone when there are 7 other pokemon who can relay your thoughts just as well?
Ben: - Aren't there 11 pokemon with psychic abilities in this room?
Splat: - Alolan Raichus can't normally read minds. Sure, Umbreons can't normally read minds either, but I've mastered my dark power to where I've become an exception.
Ben: - How?
Splat: - Same way that a Zorua and/or Zoroark can, who are also dark types. You're essentially creating a spiritual connection to another mon, but not all psychic and/or dark type pokemon can naturally do that from the get go.
Ben: - How does that apply to me?
Splat: - The only non-'pokemon move' your psychic power allows you to do as an Alolan Raichu is hoverboard on your tail.
Ben: - But…
Splat: - Not that you can't ever learn to do that, but my point is that you can't do it naturally, and you've only been an Alolan Raichu for a few hours. Besides, would Ace really want you to relay his thoughts at this time?
Ben: - I guess not
Splat: - Mhm. And I said "7" for a few reasons. What I said regarding you is one. I'm not sure if Jake has trained himself to read others' minds, but Ace probably doesn't want him to relay his thoughts for the same reason as you, Ben. Same reason for Kai not being included in my count. And as for this little one, which I'm guessing is Kenny's brother, who I'm sensing is an Espurr, I don't think he'd be able to handle the thoughts in Ace's mind. He could probably hear them just fine, but he might not understand them well if you get what I mean.
Devon: - Who does that leave?
Splat: - Oh, I guess I should remove you and Nathan from my count, cause I'm sure Ace is still mad at both of you. So it's really 5: me, Zoe, Clara, James, and Lea.
Ace: - (Fine, I'll give Kenny a break. I'll let one of you also relay my thoughts to everyone.)
Splat: - Thank you
Kai: - So, where should we start?
Nathan: - Well, I already told Ace about how Devon and I became Mews and how I brought his parents, as well as Gordon and Leslie, over to this world.
Splat: - I told Ace, Ben, and Kenny about how James and Lea came here.
Kenny: - You told us their story up until they left the pokemon world to come here. How well did they fit in?
James: - We actually blended in very well. We didn't end up rich like Ace's family, but we did blend into the lifestyle here almost perfectly. No one suspected a thing.
Jake: - Same for us here. Even though we got lucky with job opportunities, we also blended in with the culture here.
Ace: - (Ok, but why did you hide Nick from Ben and I for so long?)
Zoe: - Ace wants to know why Nick was hidden from him for so long
Jake: - The reason is because he was born as a pokemon here, whereas you and Ben were born as humans. By that, I mean your outer appearance was human when you were born. You were still genetically born a pokemon, but your appearance resembled a human baby. Ben was born the same way as you, but Nick was born with the appearance of a Pichu. Lisa and I were worried that if anything were to have happened that caused Nick to shoot electricity, without being able to control himself, and someone outside saw it happen, we would've been questioned and our reputation would've been at risk. So Lisa made the decision to bring Nick to her parents' house until Nathan came back to change him into a human.
Nathan: - And I changed Nick to a human about 2 years after he was born, but I forgot to tell Jake and Lisa that I did that.
Gordon: - We told them after you left our house.
Nathan: - Ok, thank you
Lisa: - But we were still unsure about revealing Nick to you, as we thought you and/or Ben might not have been able to handle the fact that we were hiding another family member from you, being that young.
Ben: - But why did it take until now for us to know that we have another brother?
Lisa: - The problem was Devon. Had Devon overheard us telling you that Nick was also a brother of yours, he might've done something to harm Nick.
Devon: - I mean… I was a different mon when that was a possibility.
Lisa: - True, but still, we didn't want to risk that possibility.
Ace: - (I guess that makes sense. Still upset it took a very long time, but it sounds like it was for a good cause)
Zoe: - Ace sounds a bit relieved in your reasoning.
Jake: - Good
Zoe: - He's still a little upset, but he understands the circumstances that lead to your decision and knows it was for the better.
Jake: - Understood
Ace: - (Now, what about Teresa's kids that are in this world?)
Zoe: - Ace wants to know about Teresa's kids that are in this world
Jake: - Right, those pokemon.
Lisa: - We took them in before you were born, but shortly after, when you were just about to be born, like about a week before, we had a similar dilemma to when we had Nick.
Jake: - Luckily, the humans that took me in when I was young offered to take in the pokemon we were given by Teresa. No one knows that they're with them, as they moved out of the city after taking Teresa's kids with them. They moved to a very rural part of New York, where they can let the young run about freely on their property, without risking anyone finding out about them being here.
Nathan: - I did tell Ace here that when I first brought him over to the pokemon world, I mistook him for Teresa's kids. When I saw him, I forgot that I was looking for Teresa's kids I brought over, who are also named Ace and Ben. The only difference between Teresa's kids, and Ace and Ben here, is that Teresa's Ace and Ben are Shiny pokemon, the Ace and Ben here are not.
Jake: - So why did you take our Ace and Ben in the first place?
Nathan: - I just heard the names Ace and Ben when I was looking for Teresa's kids to take back to the pokemon world with me. I found your Ace when I thought I found Teresa's Ace, cause I didn't know at the time that you gave them to someone else. So, I took him in a panic, cause I didn't want Devon to know what I was doing. I took your Ben when I found him, again thinking I had the right Ben, and I took Kenny since he was a witness to both times I showed up here.
Ben: - I get you were in a panic when bringing Ace over, but why did you bring me over?
Nathan: - I was thinking of reuniting you with Ace, since you were questioning where he was, and also cause you're family to him. That and Ace was regaining some of his memories back after I blurred them when we arrived in the pokemon world.
Ace: - (I still don't understand why you thought wiping my mind would help. Like if I was Teresa's Ace, and you decided to wipe his memories when you two got to the pokemon world, why would you not wipe his mind of only his human world memories?)
Nathan: - Human world memories?
Ace: - (Like, did you see if I had any Pokemon world memories before taking me to the Pokemon world for the first time?)
Nathan: - I-I… I did see your memories when I wiped them, but I stopped looking at them when I got to the last of your human memories. I didn't check on your other memories.
Ace: - (But if I was born in the Pokemon world before coming here, would I not have memories of the Pokemon world from a very young age, as well as memories from the human world, at the time you wiped my memories?)
Nathan: - Realizes more the mistakes he made Oh my Arceus.
Jake: - What? What did Ace say?
Nathan: - Ace is right.
Splat: - About what?
Nathan: - If I had wiped the mind of Teresa's Ace, I should have seen some memories of him in the Pokemon world. I did look deep in your Ace's mind for any human world memories I may have missed when I was wiping them, but I didn't see any memories relating to the Pokemon world when I did that. This Ace only had human world memories. I realized it right after I dropped you from the bubble, but I didn't think it mattered much.
Ace: - (How could you think a detail like that wouldn't matter?)
Nathan: - I'm sorry. I've been terrible at my job as the Mew of Happiness. No, as a Mew in general. I don't know why Derek chose me to be his successor. I've just been screwing up the entire time.
Devon: - Nathan?
Nathan: - Devon, do you remember what you said to me when you first got the Mew of Misery power?
Devon: - I do, that you were gonna lose everyone you care about and live a miserable life. But I don't want that for you anymore.
Nathan: - Well, I think you might turn out to be correct, even if you don't want that for me now.
Devon: - Nathan?
Nathan: - Sure I may gain back some mons I care about, but there may be others that would no longer want to care about me.
Splat: - Nathan? Are you ok?
Nathan: - I don't know.
Splat: - Are you worried about losing someone you consider a friend?
Nathan: - Sigh Yes Points to Ace
Ace: - (When have we been friends?)
Splat, Kenny, James, Lea, Devon: - Ace?!
Ace: - (What? Nathan literally kidnapped me into another world and forced me to be the next Mew of Happiness. I never wanted this. I have a life that I love in this world, and he actually tried to take that away from me by making me forget it all, and I probably would have had it not been for Ben and Kenny reminding me of what's been happening since I was gone.)
Splat: - Ace, are you seriously still on that?
Kenny: - I know where Ace is coming from.
Splat: - How would you know?
Kenny: - I was there when Nathan took Ace to the Pokemon world. When we arrived to meet Nathan for our first time, he just straight up changed Ace into a Boltund without even asking him, through a process that was hurting him the entire time, might I add. When Ace was on the ground, unconscious, he just took Ace to the Pokemon world, without hesitation.
Alex: - Well, Nathan did ask you and Ben if you two wanted to go, and you both accepted.
Kenny: - But what made us different enough for Nathan to choose to ask us if we wanted to go to the Pokemon world, but not Ace? Why wasn't Ace allowed to say 'no', but Ben and I were? Ace had just as much of a right to decline as we did, but Nathan didn't give Ace that choice.
Nathan: - I didn't have much time, I had to move fast so I wasn't spotted by somemon I didn't want to find me.
Kenny: - From what Ace told me, you were talking to Ace, in his mind, for 3 days in a row before you took him to the Pokemon world. How were you in a time crunch?
Nathan: - Bows his head in shame
Splat: - Kenny, I think that's enough.
Kenny: - I was done anyway, but Nathan should know not to make rash decisions with topics like taking someone to another world. And also with how he transports other mons with portals. Like he's been a Mew for how long and he can't find a way to portal other mons into other worlds without dropping them in some way?
Ace: - (On top of that, Nathan decided to go in my mind and give me a screaming headache, while trying to talk to me.)
Splat: - Ace, give Nathan a break. Both you and Kenny said your point
Ace: - (No uncle, Nathan said he came to the human world to get Ace. I mean sure, I am Ace, but he meant Teresa's Ace, and he knows very well that the difference between us is that her Ace is shiny, I am not)
Splat: - Still, Ace, we all make mistakes in life
Ace: - (Well this mistake has cost me time in school, missing football, spending time with my girlfriend, spending time with my friends, need I go on?)
Jake: - What is Ace saying, Splat?
Splat: - sigh Well your son is upset that Nathan took him away from his life here in the human world
Ace: - (Sometimes I wish I wasn't a real pokemon and just a normal human)
Splat: - On top of that, he wishes that he was not a pokemon and that he was a normal human
Jake: - Oh Ace
Lisa: - Ace you don't mean that, do you?
Ace slowly opened his eye and looked at his parents
Ace: - Yes mom, cause while I do like being a Boltund, and yes it's my favorite pokemon since Pokémon Sword and Shield came out, there are several reasons why. For one, I don't like to keep my pokemon life a secret from my friends and girlfriend. 2nd, not knowing about this life all the way up till now. I mean sure you explained your reasons for why you kept it that way, but I'm still upset that you didn't trust your first son with all this info. 3rd, having Nathan pulling me into the pokemon world and wiping my mind of my human life. I mean sure, it might be a good idea to do it, so the mon who was meant to go there would not have to worry about what I have gone through when I first got there. It's also a good thing I have sharp memories, otherwise the mind wipe that Nathan did to me would have caused me not to remember anything like football, playing video games and other fun things I enjoy.
Lisa: - Oh Ace darling, I understand how you feel, and that this has happened, but it's not easy to change the past. If you'd like, tomorrow after school, me and your dad can sit down with you and talk more about this.
Ace: - Ok then mom. I do like the idea.
Jake: - We are sorry you feel this way sport
Ace: - It's ok, dad. I know y….
Jake: - Ace?
Ace closed his eye and went back to mind talking
Ace: - (Sorry I think I used too much energy saying all my reasons.)
Splat: - Ace is fine. He just used up what strength he had left.
Jake: - Ok
Nathan: - Going back to the conversation about the dream. I did not create that dream Ace. That was all you. If I have to guess, you play way too many pokemon games, to the point where you're dreaming about being in them and that's how you dreamed about me talking to you. I'll admit, it did create an easy bridge for me, but you created the scenery.
Ace: - (Ok, but what about wiping my memories? How did it not work on me? If I remember correctly, Mews and Mewtwo can wipe memories of any pokemon and then restore them, but when you did it to me, I started to remember in a few hours.)
Nathan: - To tell the truth Ace, I do not know how to do it for real since Derek never showed me, but after Devon left, and things cooled off, I went to the library and learned how to wipe minds, but I guess it was a weak version, so that's how you got your memories back so quickly.
Ace: - (And here I thought my mind was good at remembering things.)
Kenny: - Ah Ace. You're not that smart
Ace: - (Care to say that again, Kenny!)
Splat: - Ace! How many times do I need to tell you to not start a fight?
Ace: - (Oh I don't know, melon Dog)
Splat: - Care to say that again, Ace!
Lisa: - Splat, please go easy on him
Splat: - Sis, you need to show your son some manners to his family
Lisa: - Ok ok, Splat, I get it. I think he's still upset about what happened, so it might be best for Ace to at least let some of his anger out.
Splat: - I guess, but I don't want him to go on a rampage cause of his anger, sis. Cause of the risks, and there are much better ways to do so.
Lisa: - Ace, please be nice to your uncle. I don't want you to turn into an angry monster.
Ace: - (sigh Ok then, mom.) Ace cools off
Kenny: - As I was saying, Ace, do you remember when you forgot to reserve the field one day, and we couldn't practice the day before the semifinal. You also forgot about Sally's 13th birthday and went to practice instead. Sally came in the middle of practice, gave a long talk to you, and she didn't talk to you for a few days after that. Should I continue?
Ace: - (Fine, fine, you made your point, Kenny. Also, did you have to bring up those examples in front of my family and our friends?)
Alex: - Oh my god, I remember as if it was just yesterday
Ace: - (I am going to regret this)
Kenny: - Deal with it, Ace
Ace: - (You are going to get a long talk from me tomorrow, Kenny)
Alex: - We were all on the field, ready to practice, since the next day was the semifinal game of the regional championships
Jack: - We all knew that Ace would not be able to come to practice since the week before the game, Sally came to us and said that next Friday it's her birthday and she is going to enjoy time with Ace after school.
Will: - But as Kenny was about to tell us what we were going to do for practice, Ace came on the field, ready to practice, and we all looked at him, surprised he was here at school and not with Sally
Mark: - Ace was about to start his warm ups when he saw all of us looking at him and he said "Guys I know I'm a great QB, but that does not mean we are going to win the game with just me playing. So stop staring at me and get started with warm up. We need to win this game so we can go on to the championship in 2 weeks".
Ace: - (Well it was a big deal to me since it would be the 2nd championship our team won also, you guys could have stopped me before I started my warm up)
Kenny: - You know, Ace, they can't hear your mind, right?
Ace: - (...)
Alex: - We then started to do our warm ups. After the warm up, the coach came out and we started to practice.
Mark: - Oh here is the best part next
Jack: - After like 30 mins of practicing, Sally came onto the field, really mad
Ace: - Ace opened his eyes Ok, that's enough of that story.
Will: - Oh come on, Ace, this was the best part of the story, and this is your family who is hearing this story. It's not like we're telling the whole school about this.
Alex: - Will, even if we don't tell anyone about what happened, there is always going to be a small leak, and leaks will get to everyone in school eventually.
Ace: - does not say a word
Mark: - Sally walked up to Ace and she said "ACE! DID YOU SERIOUSLY JUST DIP ON MY BIRTHDAY PLAN TODAY!
Jack: - Ace got so embarrassed about what Sally said that he covered his face in shame
Alex: - Sally then said "I hate you, Ace, and I don't want to see you again" and she walked off the field.
Mark: - Ace collapsed to the ground crying, and the coached asked you to go back to the locker room and change, and just watch the rest of practice on the bench
Kai was trying to hold back from laughing at Ace for what he did to his girlfriend.
Ace looked at Kai
Ace: - (If I wasn't exhausted, Kai, I would hit you with Thunderbolt right now)
Splat: - Ok, let's change the subject here. Ace, are there any more questions you have for us or is that all?
Ace: - (Well I have one last question, and it's for Kai)
Splat: - What is the question you have for Kai?
Kai: - Wait, you have a question for me?
Ace: - (Yes, Kai. The question is, since you know Teresa's Ace and Ben as friends. I was wondering if you knew her other 2 sons' names)
Splat: - Ace is asking if you know Teresa's sons' names. Other then Ace and Ben
Kai: - Ace, you know I'm a Mew, right? I can hear your mind. Dad doesn't need to mediate for you to me
Ace: - (Alright, fine)
Kai: - Oh, and their names are Chris and Sam
Ace: - (Sam and Chris huh. Which is a Boltund and which is the Chu?)
Kai: - Sam is the Boltund and Chris is the Pikachu. Why do you ask?

Gordon and Lesley went upstairs and left for their home

Kenny's family and Alex's group left for Kenny's house
Jake: - Ace, do you think you can get to your room on your own, or do you want me to carry you to your room?
Ace: - Open his eye I'll be alright, dad
Ace got up, walked to his room, and fell asleep on his bed
Lisa: - Splat, you and your kids can sleep down here in the gaming room, since it's big enough
Splat: - Alright then
Lisa: - I will bring air mattresses, pillows, and blankets for you guys
Splat: - Thank you sis. Wait, air mattress?
Lisa: - Oh yeah, pokemon don't sleep on mattresses.
Splat: - We have mattresses in the Pokemon world. I treated Ace's wounds on two different types, a medical bed when he first came to our guild, and one in his friend Rocky's house.
Lisa: - Ace got injured in the Pokemon world?
Splat: - First time, he got bit by Rattatas, the second time… Stares sternly at Kai, Kai took over Ace's body and challenged another guild member to a race before Ace's wrists fully healed from the Rattata bites.
Lisa: - I see.
Zoe: - Wait, you did what?
Kai: - Ehehe
Zoe and Clara: - KAI!
Kai: - Oh come on. I was just having fun with my Mew power. And besides, Ace was unconscious when I entered anyway, so it was easy.
Clara: - Unconscious?

Kai: - Droops his head and doesn't respond
Splat: - Anyway, Pokemon know what mattresses are, we just don't know what "air mattresses" are.
Lisa: - Ah. Well, as the name implies, it's a mattress that's filled with air. Essentially, it's like sleeping on a balloon.
Splat: - I see. Well, thank you, sis.
Lisa: - Oh, I almost forgot. Nick, your dad and I finished your room here, so you can sleep in it.
Nick: - Thanks mom and dad.
Nick rushes to his room and got ready for bed
Ben: - Well, I should go to bed as well. Night mom and dad
Ben left for his room
Lisa inflated the air mattresses, and brought pillows and blankets for Splat and his kids
After they went to sleep, Jake and Lisa went to their room, and went to bed as well
Devon, to Nathan: - Let's sleep at my place.
Nathan: - Ok, let's go
Devon and Nathan flew off to Devon's Human world house, and went to sleep there.
