The children have decided to go into one last battle against the Dark Masters. Musuko went on ahead to rescue their parents, but ChaosPiedmon was there waiting for him. Though he fought bravely, ChaosPiedmon was too powerful for UlforceVeedramon . That was until Oikawa arrived with one last gift and gave UlforceVeedramon a new form and power. This will be the battle that decides the future for the world.

Family Generation
UlforceVeedramon in his new Future Mode looked incredible. With this new power, it might be just what they need to defeat the Dark Masters once and for all.
"What is this?! How could you have been granted all of this power?!" ChaosPiedmon said.
"UlforceVeedramon? How?" Musuko questioned.
"It's from a friend. Now to end this!" UlforceVeedramon claimed as he had a pair of blades extend out of his arms and tried to attack ChaosPiedmon, but he jumped out of the way.
"You still can't defeat me!" ChaosPiedmon said, but UlforceVeedramon flipped and landed kid kick against him and knocked ChaosPiedmon out of the air.
"I wouldn't say that." UlforceVeedramon said.
"Yeah! This fight is just getting started!" Musuko said as things were staying to turn in their favor.

The Children
"What was that light?" Benson questioned.
"I'm not sure where it came from, but I can tell it's something good." Koji said. "I think that Musuko might be winning against ChaosPiedmon."
"Don't make me laugh!" All of them looked to see the other three Dark Masters coming back for more. "With the power we gained from the stone crests, there isn't anyone who can defeat us." ChaosMetalSeadramon claimed.
"We're not giving up just yet." Seraphimon claimed.
"That's right. We're still here and we're still willing to fight." Ophanimon said.
"Quit it with all the jokes. We're the ones with all the power." VilePuppetmon claimed. The kids hated to admit it, but they might really be in trouble.
...
The Adults
"What just happened? Why does UlforceVeedramon look so much cooler than he did before?" Tio questioned as the other adults and children continued to watch things unfold.
"Whatever power Musuko and UlforceVeedramon unlocked, it might be just what they need." Ken said.
"Does that mean Musuko is going to save Sora and the others?" Biyomon questioned.
"He might, but the Dark Masters are still powerful." Davis said. "That's why I think it's time Ken and I do something. Cody, we might need you too."
"Just us? Davis what about the rest of us?" Yolei questioned. "And please don't say this is a job for men."
"No. It's just that our kids can handle these guys, but we can work on saving Kari and the others." Davis said.
"Davi, they're just children. I know you believe in them, but they are still just kids. We have to do something." Jen argued.
"Listen!" Davis shouted. "You think I like seeing my wife held captive while my two boys are out there fighting for their lives when they haven't learned much about the world?! If it were me, I jump into action myself, and that's what they did. The thing is that we're not kids anymore. We all knew this might happen, and as much as we want to hold our kids and keep them safe in our arms, but we can't. We have to let the next generation live on. That's how the kids were able to get as far as they did. Children power digimon more than we can we've reached our limits, but those five are brimming with potential. It's because that they're children that they can win, just as we did. We just need to let go of our fears and do what we can while leaving this to the children. Our fears and worries for our children and let them take care of this. The best way we can help them is to do what we can." They could all see it. They're kids are becoming how they were and their parents didn't stop them. True, their parents didn't know at the time, but they're just going to have to trust their children. That's what everyone has been saying, but to leave it to Davis to hammer in the mail when it gets loose.
"You're right, Davis. Even if it's just supporting them and letting them know we love them and have faith in them, we have to let fear and worry aside to let our kids grow into the heroes they can be." Ken said. "So, what do you have in mind?"

The Children
All four of them felt like they were in a lot of trouble. They can barely make a scratch on the Dark Masters, but they can't give up.
"There has to be a way we can beat them." Natalie said.
"Come on. Use your head and think." Benson told himself as he tried to think of how they can win against them. As Benson tried to think of that, he suddenly heard laughter. They all looked and saw more butterflies. "Oikawa?!"
"Why think when all you need are these?" Oikawa said as he gave each of them one of the stone crests, each one with their respective crest on them.
"The stone crests! I almost forgot about them!" Natalie said.
"Yes. The Dark Masters might have used all eight, but each one of you worlds the power of the respective crest." Oikawa claimed. "You can bring out even more power. Use them to grant you the power to win this fight."
"The crests?" Mason questioned. "Can one stone each really help?"
"Maybe it can. We just need to focus on the crests and what they mean." Koji claimed. They all tried to do just that. They focused on what the crests that they each inherited by their parents. Whatever it was they were doing, appeared to be working as the stones were reacting and their digimon could feel energy flowing through them.
"I've had enough of this! It's time to say your parting words." HiMachinedramon said as he began powering his cannons.
"Cosmic Cannons!"
"No you don't!" Ophanimon said as she summoned her shield and channeled all the power she could to stop the attack. HiMachinedramon fired the cannons and and caused a devastating explosion.
"That had to have done it." ChaosMetalSeadramon said.
"Finally. We're finally finished with those meddling kids." VilePuppetmon said.
"Wait. What's that?" HiMachinedramon said.
"It's nothing. You blew them all to itty bitty pieces." VilePuppetmon said, but then a rose whip shot out of the smoke and wrapped around HiMachinedramon. "What's going on now?!"
"Look!" ChaosMetalSeadramon said as they could see the smoke clearing away and showed that they all survived the attack. "No! How could they still be there?!"
"Well, we are. Now this does end." Gardeniamon claimed.
"Thorn Desolation!" Suddenly, massive thorns shot through her entire weapon and were able to piercer through all of HiMachinedramon's metal and armor.
"So long, you metal dinosaur!" Gardeniamon said as she pulled her whip back and tore HiMachinedramon to shreds and data bits.
"HiMachinedramon!" VilePuppetmon called.
"This can't be!" ChaosMetalSeadramon called as they couldn't believe what they just witnessed.
"And you are next!" Phoenixmon called as she flew right at him.
"No way!" ChaosMetalSeadramon called as he tried to meet her her attack, but Phoenixmon smashed into him with her talons and left some scratches. "How can this be? We were the ones with all this incredible power? Why can't we win?"
"It's because the power is with us, not you." Phoenixmon claimed.
"Starlight Explosion!" Phoenixmon unleashed her power with ChaosMetalSeadramon getting caught up in it and he ended up destroyed.
"Uh... I just remember I have a wood repairman appointment!" VilePuppetmon said as he got spooked and tried to run for it, but Seraphimon got in the way.
"Strike of the Seven Stars!" He unleashed his seven stars and blasted VilePuppetmon with them and the force that destroyed him as well. With all of them glad to see that, it's three down and only one to go.

Musuko
ChaosPiedmon and UlforceVeedramon continued to fight each other like master swordsmen. However, they stopped when ChaosPiedmon sensed that something was wrong.
"What's going on? Don't tell me that the other Dark Masters have actually been defeated!" ChaosPiedmon claimed.
"Really? Ha! I knew the others would win! Don't be so surprised at how awesome we are!" Musuko said.
"Did I hear that right? Natalie and the others managed to defeat the Dark Masters?!" Matt said.
"That means this clown is the only one left! I knew the kids wouldn't let us down!" Tai said.
"No way! My baby and the others beat those bullies?!" Mimi said.
"And I think Kari's baby is about to beat him." Joe said.
"No... How can this be...? The stone crests we're suppose to make us stronger." ChaosPiedmon said in disbelief.
"It could be because you don't represent the crests all that well. Musuko and his friends do." UlforceVeedramon claimed. "They inherited the power of the crests from their parents and can uphold all of them when you can't."
"Excuse me?!" ChaosPiedmon said.
"I don't really get the whole thing with the crests, but I do get what my buddy is saying." Musuko said. "You guys might be brave, sincerely evil, and maybe smart for a clown; but not the other things. You guys don't have any light, love, and don't get friendship."
"Nonsense. I'm still far more powerful!" ChaosPiedmon claimed and kept fighting.
"Musuko, be careful." Kari said. Just then, they all felt the ground under them began to shake.
"Now what's going on?!" Izzy said. They didn't know until they saw Digimon merge out from under them.
"Did I hear you folks needed an emergency escape?!" Digimon said.
"Digimon! I don't believe it! How did you get here?!" T.K. said.
"No time to talk. Time to get while the getting is good." Digimon said. They finally have a way to escape and took it as they all went down the tunnel.
"What about Musuko?" Kari said as she didn't want to leave her son.
"He'll be fine. He's got UlforceVeedramon to protect him." Tai assured and helped her down. As they were fighting, ChaosPiedmon saw his prisoners were escaping.
"No! They won't escape!" ChaosPiedmon called as he tried to go after him, but UlforceVeedramon blocked his path.
"Where are you going? We're not done" UlforceVeedramon said. The end seems to be near, but as long as one Dark Master stands, they could be still be in trouble, and the only thing more dangerous than a Dark Master is an angry one. As for the adults, Digimon was a big help since he made a tunnel for them to escape.
"I was starting to worry we never get out of that bubble. After all, we're not Joe."
"Hey!" Joe complained.
"But where are we going?" Mimi said.
"Your taxi, of course." Digimon said as they reached the end of the tunnel. There they saw Imperialdramon hanging just outside the building.
"Imperialdramon!" Tai said as they were all glad to see him.
"Who else were you expecting? Don't ask how a big guy like me was able to sneak my way here." Imperialdramon claimed. "Now climb on and let's get out of here before that clown catches on." All eight of them were finally free as they climbed on to Imperialdramon's back and could finally escape. Now, it's all up to Musuko now.
"Trump Sword!" ChaosPiedmon took his swords and threw them at UlforceVeedramon, but he jumped out of the way.
"Got any new tricks?" UlforceVeedramon taunted.
"How about this?" ChaosPiedmon said.
"Trump Sword II!" ChaosPiedmon unleashed a variation of his old attack. He launched a series of swords right at him and was circling around him.
"Don't take your eyes off this trick. It's meant to be the last thing you see." ChaosPiedmon had the swords close in and tried to attack him, but UlforceVeedramon was able to block every sword that was thrown at him. ChaosPiedmon was getting irritated now. 'After all this time, obtaining all this power, I am not going to let the likes of him defeat me. There must be some way for me to fully triumph.' He thought how he could do just that.
"Yeah, UlforceVeedramon! Let's beat this clown!" Musuko cheered. Seeing him made it clear what this psycho clown should do.
"It's not fair that the boy should be left out." ChaosPiedmon said. He manipulated the swords and had them aimed at Musuko. "I should have done this before." He had all the swords launch right at Musuko.
"No!" UlforceVeedramon called. The swords headed straight for Musuko, but UlforceVeedramon flew in the way and protected Musuko. He might have shielded him, he felt a searing pain in his back. "And right there is why you won't be able to win and beat me. By worrying about that child, you leave yourself completely defenseless. You can't protect him and yourself at the same time."
"You psychopath." UlforceVeedramon groaned.
"You won't get away with this!" Musuko called.
"I believe I am. Chaos and destruction is what we Dark Masters were made for." ChaosPiedmon said. "As I said before, it is our nature. This isn't out of sheer desire. Look around and see all that has happened. Can you not see that you our outmatched?"
"No, I don't." Musuko said as he still wasn't afraid. "The bad guys never win, so there's nothing to worry about."
"Silly boy. This is reality, not one of your cartoons." ChaosPiedmon said. "Although, you have done a great job of amusing me."
"But that's not it." Musuko said. "My friends and I were chosen, so many believe in us, and after everything that has happened, we're not going to let it all be destroyed by the likes of you. Our parents helped made things possible for us to live in this world. Now, it's our time to stand against guys like you."
"Ironic since you don't like schoolwork, let alone saving the world." UlforceVeedramon claimed. "Still, we're fighting for all figures where this world prospers. ChaosPiedmon, you're finished!" He unleashed some of his power and caused the swords to fly right out. ChaosPiedmon couldn't believe it.
"No! I will not allow myself to be defeated!" ChaosPiedmon said as he refused to surrender and gathered dark power once again.
"Are you with me, Musuko?" UlforceVeedramon questioned.
"Always." Musuko said as the two readied themselves.
"Now fall into the pits of darkness!" ChaosPiedmon said as he unleashed the attack and caused a fierce explosion to go off. Everyone saw it and hoped that Musuko made it out. That explosion was rather powerful. When it all cleared away, Musuko was the only one there and was knocked off his feet. "See what I mean?" The clown said as he walked over to him for the final blow. "My power transcends all now. You are just a mere child. How could you have ever hoped to overcome my power. Especially now that your precious partner was just obliterated." It seemed that this really was the end. Even Musuko's body was twitching like he was crying. "That's right. Accept the despair of..." "You talk too much." Musuko interrupted as he wasn't crying but laughing.
"What?" ChaosPiedmon said.
"For such an evil master, you can't see that you're not winning." Musuko said. "My partner isn't gone. Just placed himself to deal the final blow." ChaosPiedmon didn't get it until he sensed something coming down at him. He looked up and saw UlforceVeedramon was coming right down at him with a sword to deal the final strike.
"It's over!" UlforceVeedramon called.
"You will never conquer me!" ChaosPiedmon said as he raised his own swords, but he was a second too slow with UlforceVeedramon landing a powerful slash right through him. The final strike has been dealt and he couldn't believe it. ChaosPiedmon fell back as he broke into data bits. Even his mask fell off and tumbled off the building. The last of the Dark Masters have fallen and their terror has finally ended.

The Adults
Imperialdramon brought all the adults to a safe street. When they came down, they all saw the base that belong to the Dark Masters break apart.
"Does that mean Musuko won?" Kari said.
"Mommy?" Kari turned around and saw Koji and her Gatomon standing there. All of the adults looked and saw what they were all hoping and almost thought they would never see again. All of them saw that they're children and partners were all there and waiting for them. The reunions that everyone was waiting for was finally here. Seeing all of them again, they all couldn't help themselves. Families were together again, loved ones reunited. Tears of joy couldn't stop flowing from their faces. The Motomiyas, Ishidas, Kidos, Takashies, Izumies, and Kamiyas/Tachikawas were together again. As for those who didn't lose anyone, they were all just happy to see each other once again. There were no words to describe how all of them were feeling. There was just one missing, and he soon joined in as he and UlforceVeedramon flew in and joined all of them.
"Hey! Guess who just kicked the psycho clown's butt!" Musuko cheered.
"Musuko..." Kari said as none were more amazed than her. Unable to contain herself, she ran over to her oldest son and wrapped her arms around him with tears of joy still flowing. "I'm so proud of you." It was at that moment that Musuko couldn't hold the tears back anymore.
"Mom!" Musuko cried as he loved having to feel his mother once again. Musuko has proven to be a brave young man, but he is still just a kid that missed his mother.

Oikawa
"Since the beginning of life, there has always been a paternal and maternal sense with each of us. We pass down everything that we've learned to our kin, and they pass it to the next generation." Oikawa narrated. "There are things we passed down such as aspects that we can only feel and share." He looked down and had with him the eight stone crests, each one representing an aspect that can be shared with others and passed on to generations. "As much as we want to keep our children close to our arms, we must be able to let them grow and hope they can grow into people we can be proud of."
"Hey! Wait for us!" Oikawa looked down to the streets and saw Musuko and Veemon meeting up with their friends. Now that the battle is over, life is returning to normal for them. However, it will never be their type of normal again.
"They have carried what they have inherited well, and one day they will pass it to the next generation, and all generations that will come after." Oikawa claimed. They might be young, but those kids have proven they've inherited the role of the digidestined well. The fact that they are still so young also says that there is limitless potential that they can reach. They have only taken their first steps, but these five kids might be ready for whatever comes their way now.
