Natsuki Shima is a famous Pokémon champion that one day she got teleported in another world where demons exist. While she searches for a way to get home, Natsuki decided to help an organizaton called Demon Slayer Corps to save other people's life from death and blood.

Chapter 3 – Muzan Kibutsuji and Demon Doctors

[Souryuu City - Pokémon Black and White OST]

After a few hours of riding Gogoat and Mudsdale, Tanjiro, Nezuko – as the black-haired girl got out of the box before the destination as she wanted to be with her brother – Natsuki and her Pokémon, arrived at Asakusa. As they stopped, Tanjiro in a state of shock as his eyes almost popped out and he was sweating a little. He has never been in a city before, he has always lived in the mountains, so seeing tall buildings, there were many people who are awake and walking around and that it was very bright, it was a lot for him.

Natsuki and her Pokémon partners saw Tanjiro's expression and they girl walked towards him.

Natsuki: Tanjiro, are you okay? What's with that face?

Pikachu: Pika Pi (Are you okay?)

Tanjiro snapped out of his thoughts and turned his head to Natsuki.

Tanjiro: I'm okay, it's just… I've never been in a city like this before, since I grew up in the mountains. I feel dizzy.

Natsuki: Ah, I get it. Don't worry, you'll get used it. I was just like you when I started to travel with my Pokémon.

Tanjiro: Really?

Natsuki: Of course. I grew up in the sea, so there weren't big cities, there were at least little towns, almost like villages. As I started to travel, I saw many cities and many people, so I'm used to.

Tanjiro: Uh. Good for you. Now, I think we should find a quiet place.

Natsuki: Yeah, I think we should. Also I can see Nezuko feeling tired. Put her on Gogoat's back, then we can move on.

Tanjiro nodded and she put his sister on Gogoat's back which the Grass type Pokémon didn't mind. At the same time, Natsuki took out the Heavy Ball and returned Mudsdale. They started to walk through the crowd, many people stared at Natsuki's Pokémon, curios about them. Tanjiro and Natsuki and her Pokémon partners, as they were trying to get out of the crowd, run towards a dark alley and they saw a couple making out in the alley. Embarrassed, they bowed to them and they left.

Finally, they were able to get out from the crows and they arrived at an udon stand.

Tanjiro: Excuse me. A bowl of udon with grated yam on top, please.

Natsuki: I have the same as my friend too, please.

Udon Chef: Sure thing!

[INTRO]

As they're waiting their orders, Tanjiro and Neuko sat on the bench, while Natsuki gave some Pokéfood to her Pokémon.

Tanjiro: I've never been to a place like this. It's way too crowded.

Natsuki: Trust me, I've been in places waaaaaay too crowded than here.

Udon Chef: Here's your udon with grated yam on top!

Tanjiro/Natsuki: Thank you very much.

The two teenagers started to eat, when suddenly, two Natsuki's Pokémon came out. They were a Zoroark and an Absol, which has a collar with small spikes and a Mega Stone.

Natsuki: Absol? Zoroark? What are you doing out of your Pokéballs?

Absol: Sol Abs Ol Abs Sol Sol (I sensed that something dangerous will happen master)

Zoroark: Zoro Ark Ark Ark Zo! (And I'm here because there's city food here!)

Natsuki sighed.

Natsuki: Of course.

Tanjiro: Ehm… who are they and… what did they say?

Rotom Pokédex: Allow me.

Zoroark, the Illusion Fox Pokémon. Unova Form. A Dark type. Bonds between these Pokémon are very strong. It protects the safety of its pack by tricking its opponents. Stories say those who tried to catch Zoroark were trapped in an illusion and punished.

Absol, the Disaster Pokémon. A Dark type. Absol has the ability to foretell the coming of natural disasters. It lives in a harsh, rugged mountain environment. This Pokémon very rarely ventures down from the mountains.

Natsuki: Unfortunately, where I'm from they have a bad reputation.

Tanjiro: But why… Their abilities seem to be useful and great.

Natsuki: Yeah, I know, but the problem is that Zoroark are known to be trickster and they deceive their victims. As for Absol, whenever they predict a catastrophe, they try to warn people, but people would assume that they are the reason of why a catastrophe show up.

Tanjiro: Oh. I understand. I feel sorry for them, I know they don't have bad intensions.

Natsuki: I know.

Tanjiro: How did you understand them?

Natsuki: Well, I have a gift that my family has for many years. I can understand Pokémon language. There's also a friend of mine that he grew up with Pokémon and he can talk with them.

Tanjiro: That's so cool!

Natsuki: As for what they said, Absol said that he sensed something dangerous in this area, while Zoroark, let's just say she's here for food.

Natsuki, as she finished her dish of udon, gave the empty bowl to the udon man.

Tanjiro: Ah, I understand.

Suddenly Tanjiro's eyes widened and he stood up, dropping the bowl of udon.

Natsuki: Tanjiro, what's wrong?

Asked Natsuki, seeing her friend looking around frantically, the burgundy-haired boy grabbed his sword and run back towards the city.

Natsuki: Tanjiro, wait! Gogoat, stay with Nezuko! Before we go, Zoroark, Absol, there's something I want you guys to do.

Zoroark and Absol tilted their heads in confusion. Meanwhile, Tanjiro, as he was running forwards past people on the street, found the source of the smell. He found it as the scent came from a man. He was wearing an embroidered black tuxedo and a white tie over a black dress shirt and white dress pants. He also wore a white fedora.

The burgundy-haired boy put a hand on the man's shoulder and he turned around, revealing his red cat-like eyes, curly black hair and his face has an unnaturally pale skin complexion.

This man was not an ordinary man.

It was Muzan Kibutsuji. The Demon King himself and the responsible for killing Tanjiro's family and turning the boy's sister into a demon.

As Tanjiro glared at him and almost drew out his sword, another voice was heard.

Natsuki: Tanjiro!

Tanjiro and Muzan turned their heads to see Natsuki and her Pokémon running towards them.

Natsuki: Finally, I found you. Don't you run away without me. You got me worried.

Tanjiro: What are you doing here?! Natsuki, leave! Leave now!

Tanjiro thought with his eyes full of concern and fear, but before he could say anything, Natsuki and Tanjiro heard a childish voice.

?: Dad?

Muzan turned more, revealing a little girl in his arms.

Little girl: Who are they?

Muzan: It's all right. Don't worry.

Tanjiro: He's… He's… He's… He's living here, pretending to be a human!

Tanjiro couldn't say or do anything, he was paralyzed. The little girl saw Pikachu and Eevee in Natsuki's arms and she squealed.

Little girl: Cute animals!

The little girl extended her little arms as she tried to reach out for Eevee and Pikachu to pet them. The black-haired girl smiled at the child.

Natsuki: Do you want to pet them?

Little girl: Yes!

Pikachu and Eeevee jump out of their Pokémon Trainer's arms, while Muzan put down the little girl. She started petting Eevee and Pikachu, who squealed with joy as they enjoyed it. Poipole flew over the little girl and hugged her, which she didn't mind it and she returned the hug. When the little girl turned to see Absol, Zoroark, Talonflame and Lucario, she petted them too and they were also enjoying.

Rotom Pokédex got out from Natsuki's bag and they started to take picture, which made Muzan flinched, while the little girl got scared and run towards Muzan, hiding behind his leg. The black-haired girl grabbed Rotom Pokédex and put them in the bag. She bowed to them while she profusely apologized.

Natsuki: I'm so so sorry. They didn't mean to scare you.

Muzan: It's quite alright miss.

Natsuki: Hey, now that I take a good look at you, you're really good-looking, sir.

Muzan's eyes widened. Did this girl compliment him? Does she know that he is a demon? Or not? But nonetheless, he smiled.

Tanjiro was shocked too. How can Natsuki give a compliment to this monster? He's a dangerous man-eating demon, how can she not notice it?

Muzan: Why thank you miss.

Said Muzan. The black-haired man turned to Tanjiro as the burgundy-haired boy flinched.

Muzan: Is there something I can do for you? You seem to be quite flustered.

Woman: Oh, my. What's going on?

Suddenly, a woman's voice was heard. It appeared to be the same "age" of Muzan. Her name was Rei, his wife. She was a young woman of average height, she had large brown eyes, a fair complexion, and dark hair styled in a neat bun. She was wearing a white cloche hat, ornate blue colored earrings, and a white and powder blue dress.

Rei walked towards the group and the little girl smiled at her.

Little girl: Mama! Look! These animals are so cute!

Tanjiro covered his mouth and gripped his clothes. He was even more horrified.

Tanjiro: They're humans! The girl and the woman… Their scent is human! Don't you know? Can't you tell? That this guy is a demon? That he devours humans?

Now everything makes sense. Muzan is disguising himself as human, he is living with a family and nobody, not even his "family", could tell that he is a demon. A real monster.

Rei: Do you know them?

Muzan: No. Much to my consternation, I've never seen these people before. The boy must have mistaken me for someone else.

Rei: Oh, you think so?

Muzan: As for the girl, despite not knowing her either, she was very kind to me and our daughter. She even let her pets be petted by our daughter.

Unknown to Tanjiro and Natsuki, Muzan scratched a man as he was passing by with a girl. The man clutched at his neck, feeling in pain, and he kneeled down almost touching the ground. The girl got worried and knelt down to check on him.

Young woman: Dear, what's the matter? Dear?

Suddenly the man turned to the girl and he started to bit her. He was turned into a demon. The girl screamed in pain and everyone turned. Seeing this, Tanjiro charged and tackled the man away from the young woman. The burgundy-haired boy shoved his cloth-wrapped fist into the man's mouth to prevent him to attack other people. As the man struggled, but the more he wants to free, the more Tanjiro hold him. Lucario run towards Tanjiro and he help him to hold the young man.

Natsuki run towards the young woman and took out his haori and pressed onto the young woman's shoulder.

Young woman: Dear!

Tanjiro: Ma'am! You need to worry about yourself! Natsuki, look after her!

As Tanjiro hold the man, he turned his head to see Muzan and his "family" walked away.

Tanjiro: Muzan Kibutsuji! No matter where you go, you're not getting away! I'll follow you to the ends of Hell, and I swear I'll slice off your head with my blade!

Suddenly, several policemen arrived at the scene.

Policeman 1: What the hell are you doing?! Is it a drunk?

Tanjiro: I can't! Bring some restraints please! Please!

Policeman 2: Shut up and step away!

One of the policemen tried to pull Tanjiro away the man, but the boy refused, even Lucario growled at them.

Tanjiro: Please don't do that! No one can hold down this person but me!

Policeman 4: Move!

Policeman 3: The same to you too, dog!

Natsuki: HEY! Don't talk to Lucario like that!

Tanjiro: Please don't do that!

Natsuki: Please, listen to him! He's trying to-

Policeman 3: Stay out of it, girl!

Policeman 2: Ah… Just look at this guy's face! Has he lost his mind? Pull the kid and that weird dog off him!

Tanjiro: Please stop! I don't want this person to kill anyone! Just stay out of my way, will you? I'm begging you!

Policeman 1: Dammit! Look, you two… If you're going to keep resisting…

The policaman rose his baton to hit Tanjiro and Lucario, but before he could, Tanjiro and Lucario sensed something.

?: Enchanting Blood. Aroma of Visual Fantasy.

Suddenly, strange array of flowers pattern appeared in the air, making everyone and the policemen confused.

Policeman 3: Woah! What are all these patterns?

Policeman 2: What's going on? I can't see anything!

The flower patterns surrounded Tanjiro, Natsuki and her Pokémon and knocked the policemen away. Out of nowhere, two people, a young woman and a young boy appeared.

The young woman was petite with long, dark brown hair, parted in the center and worn braided back into a large, low bun, which is held in place by a floral tama-kanzashi hairpin. She has large, gentle, dark purple eyes. She was wearing a dark purple medium-lengthed homongi kimono that is decorated with wavy pale purple tree branches and red flowers, and a cream-colored taiko musubi obi to secure it around her waist, as well as plain white socks and violet zori sandals. This woman was Lady Tamayo.

The young man has short stature and average build with pale skin and sharp, lavender eyes. He has short hair that is neatly styled and vertically shaded from a dull and light green to black. He was wearing a button-up collared shirt under an all-white iromuji-haori and dark blue Seigo-Sendeihira styled hakama pants. This young man was Yushiro.

Tamayo and Yushiro approached Tanjiro and Natuki.

Tamayo: You still use the term "person" to refer to even a transformed demon. And you're trying to save him. Allow me, then, to lend you a hand.

Tanjiro: But why? You… Your scent tells me…

Tamayo: That's right. I am… a demon, but I am also a doctor, and I wish to annihilate that man, Kibutsuji.

Somewhere on the other side of Asakusa…

Little girl: Aren't you coming, Daddy?

Muzan: Daddy has work. I have a business meeting to attend. I'm also concerned about that disturbance just now.

Muzan: Don't worry. I'm only going to speak with the police. Now, get in.

The woman and the little girl got into a car. The little girl glanced once again at her "father".

Little girl: Daddy, come home soon, okay?

Muzan: All right. Be a good girl now. Take them back to the house. Go on.

Said Muzan to the driver as he started the car and drove off. Muzan turned around, walking into a dark alley, thinking about his encounter of Tanjiro and Natsuki. He angrily scoffed, Muzan snapped out of his thoughts as a short man, who seemed to be drunk, bumped into him.

Drunk Guy: What the hell, you bastard?

Muzan: Forgive me.

Muzan continued walking away, but the drunk guy grabbed his shoulder, stopping him.

Drunk Guy: Hey, come back here!

Muzan: I'm very sorry, but I happen to be in a hurry, so…

Drunk Guy: Huh? What did you say? Hey, look at you, decked out in those posh-looking threads! You piss me off! You and your pale face… You look like you're about to fall over dead!

Hearing this, Muzan's blood was boiling. This guy had the nerve to say that.

Drunk Guy: Hey, say something, will you? Or did you just croak?

Muzan didn't say anything, instead he raised a fist, hitting the drunk against the wall. when it crashed into the wall, it left streaks of blood on it, until he died. Two people, a young girl and a big guy, as they were with the drunk guy, saw the scene and they were horrified.

Girl: Yacchan!

Big guy: What did you do to my kid brother?!

Girl: You… He's dead! Yacchan's not breathing!

Big guy: You bastard!

The big guy run towards Muzan as he raised his fist, ready to hit him, but Muzan kicked the big guy up into the air and he fell to the ground. He was dead. Muzan saw the girl, as she was terrified of him, and he walked towards her.

Muzan: Does my complexion look unhealthy to you? Is my face pale? Do I look sickly to you? Do I look like I'm not long for this world? Do I look like I'm about to die? Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. I'm a living being who's definitely close to perfection.

Muzan's fingernail became sharp like knives and stabbed directly at the girl's forehead as it slowly became dark.

Muzan: Do you know what will happen if I keep flooding you with my blood? The human body is unable to withstand the speed of transformation and its cells are destroyed.

Suddenly, the girl's body begun to convulse. Muzan withdraws his finger from the girl's forehead and her body has turned purple. The girl's body started to melt into nothing but a puddle of flesh.

Muzan snapped his fingers and two demons appeared.

Muzan: Bring me the head of the Demon Slayer who wears hanafuda-like earrings and bring me the girl with black hair and blue eyes along with her beasts. Do not harm her, I want her alive. Understood?

Demons: As you wish.

Then the two demons left the place, searching for Tanjiro and Natsuki. Little did Muzan know, three figures saw what had happened at the top of a building's roof. Talonflame, Absol and Zoroark saw everything and they were shocked, horrified and disgusted. They followed Muzan because it was Natsuki's request.

Zoroark and Absol used telepathy to talk each other and Talonflame.

Zoroark: (telepathy) Did you see what happen? That was horrible!

Absol: (telepathy) I know.

Talonflame: (telepathy) I wish we could do something to those three. They didn't deserve to die.

Absol: (telepathy) I know, I know how you feel, but we couldn't go down and stop that monster, otherwise he could kill us or worst.

Talonflame: (telepathy) Yeah, you're right.

Zoroark: (telepathy) Also, we're here to do what our human friend asked us.

Talonflame: (telepathy) You're right. What's the plan?

[Ruler of Illusions - Pokémon—Zoroark: Master of Illusions OST]

As Muzan was starting to walk away from the alley, he felt a presence behind him. When he turned around, he saw the person he thought was dead, his worst enemy and the one who almost killed him.

Yoriichi Tsugikuni

He felt his heart beating very fast as it almost got out from his chest, he could feel the sweat running down his face, his eyes were wide open and trembling fanatically. But the worst part was that he couldn't feel his legs, he was paralyzed with fear, he wanted to run away but he couldn't. As soon he blinked, Yoriichi disappeared, Muzan wanted to feel relieved that he was gone, but for some reason he couldn't. He turned his head quickly and he saw Yoriichi on the other side of the alley. Muzan started to slowly back away until he saw something flying very fast in front of him. He started to move his arms, trying to hit the mysterious figure, then he saw Yorrichi in front of him. Before he could do anything, he felt his body getting possessed, he fell on his stomach and grunted due to the pain.

Muzan: Wait… What? What's going on? My… my body… I can't move.

Muzan thought as he was trying to get up but in vain. Suddenly, he felt something, something that sting on his neck. He grunted under his breath due to the pain until he felt his body again and saw Yoriichi disappearing in a thin air. Muzan got up and looked around. He was shocked and confused, he couldn't understand what had happened. Was it just his imagination? No, it was too real to be just an illusion or that everything he saw was just in his head.

Back to Tanjiro and Natsuki, after their encounter with Muzan and the two demons, Tanjiro and Natsuki and her Pokémon back at the udon cart. The udon man yelled at the burgundy-haired boy, while Natsuki petted her Gogoat.

Udon Chef: Now, listen to me! Here's the deal… My point is this, okay? It's not about the money! What I can't forgive is your lack of intent to eat my udon, all right?! At least the girl was able to eat all the udon!

Tanjiro: I'm so sorry! Please serve me another bowl!

Udon Chef: So you're gonna eat it?!

Tanjiro: Yes!

Udon Chef: You're definitely gonna eat it?

Tanjiro: Yes, I shall!

Udon Chef: Okay!

The udon chef turned to Nezuko.

Udon Chef: You, too! If you're gonna have udon, take off that bamboo thingy first! What is that thing anyway?! Take these chopsticks! Chopsticks!

Tanjiro grabbed the chopsticks in the man's hand.

Tanjiro: I'd like a bowl of udon! I'd like two bowls of udon!

Natsuki: Give me another bowl too, mister, please!

Udon Chef: R-Right…

As the chef was preparing the bowls of udon, Natsuki gave to Gogoat a Supreme Autumn Puff as reward, which caught Tanjiro's attention. As the Mount Pokémon finished to eat, the black-haired girl grabbed Safari Ball and returned him.

Tanjiro: What kind of food was that you gave to Gogoat?

Natsuki: That was a Poké Puff, a snack for Pokémon, similar to animals treats. Here's a Fancy Mint Poké Puff for you Lucario. You earned it.

Lucario took the snack from Natsuki and eat it with a smile on his face. When the three bowls of udon were finished, Tanjro and Natsuki ate them rapidly.

Tanjiro: Thank you very much for the meal! That was delicious!

Natsuki: Thank you again!

Udon Chef: As long as you get it, it's all good! Thank you and come again!

Tanjiro, Nezuko and Natsuki and her Pokémon left the udon cart. The burgundy-haired boy turned to his sister.

Tanjiro: Sorry about before, Nezuko. Leaving you behind like that with Gogoat…

Nezuko just smiled at him, until she stopped her tracks and growled a bit.

Tanjiro: What's wrong, Nezuko?

Tanjiro and Natsuki turned their head, surprisingly to see Yushiro standing near a tree.

Tanjiro: So you've been waiting for us?

Yushiro: Because I was told to bring you to see her.

Tanjiro: I could've tracked you by scent.

Yushiro: She's in a place that's under a cloaking spell. No way you could find it.

Tanjiro: Cloaking?

Natsuki: You mean some kind of concealment spell or something?

Yushiro pointed to Nezuko and Natsuki.

Yushiro: Before we go, did you know that girl is a demon? And not too much to look at either. And that girl with the beasts? She looks like a savage just like those beasts.

Tanjiro: Ugly? Savage? What does he mean "ugly" and "savage"? But who?

Tanjiro thought as a few seconds later he finally understood what Yushiro meant.

Tanjiro: Nezuko and Natsuki?!

Tanjiro: You gotta be out of your mind! Who would look at Nezuko and think she's ugly! (pointing to Nezuko) She was the most beautiful girl in our hometown, you know that?! (pointing to Natsuki) And Natsuki is not a savage, she's the prettiest girl I've ever met, and her Pokémon are not beasts nor savages, they are the coolest creatures in the world!

Yushiro: Let's go.

Yushiro begun leading the trio, ignoring Tanjiro's lecture. Little did Tanjiro know, Natsuki felt her cheeks heating up, after hearing Tanjiro call her "pretty".

Tanjiro: Sure, I know, we're already coming! But take that back what you said about them!

Natsuki: Tanjiro, it's alright. You don't have to worry about me. But still, my Pokémon aren't savage, they're the most amazing, well-behaved creatures I've ever had, maybe even more than you. And also, Nezuko is not ugly, she's very beautiful, probably even more than me.

Pikachu, Eevee, Lucario and Poipole cried in agreement.

Tanjiro: See! Even Natsuki and her Pokémon agreed with me!

Yushiro made a "tsk" sound, trying to ignore Tanjiro and Natsuki.

Sometime later…

Yushiro, Tanjiro, Nezuko and Natsuki and her Pokémon arrived at Tamayo's hiding place. During the walk, Tanjiro kept pestering Yushiro about his comment about Nezuko and Natsuki. The black-haired girl was massaging her temple as she was getting annoyed by Tanjiro.

Tanjiro: Oh, I know what it is! It's this muzzle, right?! It might be because of this muzzle! I'd like you to behold Nezuko without the muzzle!

Natsuki: Tanjiro. He won't say it, so please give up. This is getting frustrating…

Suddenly, Yushiro walked into a wall and disappeared, making Tanjiro and Natsuki and her Pokémon confused, until Yushiro poked his head out of the wall.

Yushiro: Hurry it up, while no one is around.

Tanjiro pushed his hand into the wall and goes through it along with Nezuko. Natsuki and her Pokémon did the same thing as Tanjiro. The group landed on the other side of the wall and in front of them, there was a big house.

Tanjiro: There's a house behind the dead end!

Natsuki: Now this is what I called a good concealment spell!

Yushiro: Get over here. Listen. Make sure you both don't offend Lady Tamayo in any way.

Then Yushiro got close to Tanjiro with a glare.

Yushiro: Personally, I couldn't care less what happens to you. But I brought you here because she insisted!

Tanjiro and Natsuki nodded and they walked into the house. Yushiro knocked at the door.

Tamayo: Come in.

Yushiro opened the door, revealing a room, where Tamayo sit on a chair next to the young woman, who was attacked from the square, as she was lying in a bed.

Yushiro: I have returned, ma'am.

Tamayo: Welcome back.

Tanjiro: I'm sorry that I left you to take care of things just now. How is the lady?

Natsuki: Is she going to be okay?

Tamayo: She'll be just fine. Unfortunately, I have to keep her husband restrained in the basement.

Natsuki: That's understandable. But thank you and sorry if me and my friend leave everything to you.

Tamayo: That's okay, my dear.

Tanjiro: Isn't treating human wounds unbearable for you?

Suddenly, Yushiro punched Tanjiro in the chest, angered by his question. Natsuki winced.

Yushiro: You think demons treat humans while choking back their own drool at the smell of blood?

Tanjiro: Sorry.

Tamayo: Stop it. Why would you resort to violence? I never introduced myself, did I? My name is Tamayo. That boy is Yushiro. I hope that you two will be his friend.

Tanjiro and Natsuki glanced at the green-haired boy who was gritting his teeth and glared. Tanjiro and Natsuki sweat dropped.

Tanjiro: I don't think that's gonna happen!

Natsuki: It's like asking a Seviper and a Zangoose to become friends.

Tanjiro: I'm Tanjiro Kamado and this is my sister Nezuko.

They moved to another room, a tatami room. Everybody sat on the floor, while Nezuko lied down immediately. Seeing this, Tanjiro scolded his sister and apologized to Tamayo.

Tamayo: That's quite all right. Please make yourselves at home.

Suddenly, Rotom Pokédex got out of Natsuki's bag and started to flew around the room to take pictures. Tamayo and Yushiro, seeing the strange device, got surprised and mostly scared.

Natsuki: Rotom! I told you many times not to take photos without permission! Also, you're scaring Lady Tamayo and Yushiro!

Rotom Pokédex did not listen and flew towards the two demon doctors, taking pictures to them. Yushiro got mad upon seeing Rotom getting too close to Tamayo. Luckily, before the green-haired demon could do anything, Natsuki grabbed Rotom Pokédex, taking them away from Tamayo.

Natsuki: I'm really, really sorry, Miss Tamayo and Yushiro! My Rotom Pokédex can be very… annoying when it comes to meet new people and see new places. I'm truly sorry.

Yushiro got closed to Natsuki and he glared.

Yushiro: You better keep that thing away from Lady Tamayo or else-

Tamayo: Yushiro, enough.

Yushiro: Yes, sorry.

Tamayo: I must say, this 'Rotom Pokédex is very peculiar. I've never seen anything like that before. Quite interesting.

Rotom Pokédex freed himself from Natsuki's arms.

Rotom Pokédex: Why thank you, miss. I'm Natsuki's assistant and I'm actually a Pokémon called Rotom that possessed this device called Pokédex. I can do everything, from taking pictures to be everyone's personal Encyclopedia Pokémon.

Tamayo: Fascinating. And this 'Pokémon' are those strange creatures?

Rotom Pokédex: Yes, of course. Like I said, I'm a Pokémon Trainer.

Yushiro: You keep saying that word, what does 'Pokémon' even mean?

Tamayo: And what is exactly a 'Pokémon Trainer'?

Natsuki: Okay, but first let me tell you that I'm not from here. I'm actually from another world.

Yushiro: Do you think we would believe this story? I know that's a lie.

Said Yushiro as he slightly glared at Natsuki. Tanjiro was angry at the demon boy, but he didn't say anything.

Tamayo: Yushiro, calm down. Please continue.

Natsuki: Thank you, Lady Tamayo. As I was saying, the world where I'm from, people and Pokémon coexist and they help each other. I'm a Pokémon Trainer and, practically I'm a person that catch, train, take care for, and battle Pokémon. A Pokémon is a creature with extraordinary abilities and they can do many things. For example, Grass type Pokémon can speed up vegetation, or there are some Pokémon that can cure anyone from injures and sickness.

Upon hearing this, Tamayo got surprised with her eyes full of curiosity.

Tamayo: Interesting. And do you happened to have one of them?

Natsuki: Yes, but if it's not a problem, I can show them later.

Tamayo: Of course. Now then, back to our matter, allow me to continue, I adjusted our bodies so that we can live without devouring humans. A small amount of human blood is all we need.

Tanjiro: Blood? You mean…

Natsuki: This time I'm with Yushiro. Sorry Tanjiro, but he's not that wrong. Didn't someone teach you?

Yushiro was surprised to hear it from the black-haired girl, a slight blush seems to appear on his cheeks, but knowing him, he shook his head and decided to pretend that he did not hear her as he turned his head.

Tanjiro: Sorry.

Tamayo: There's one thing I'd like to clear up with you. I'm not trying to create more demons. I only perform the procedure on the terminally ill or those so gravely injured that they don't have long left to live. And in those cases, I always ask them beforehand if they wish to live on even as demons.

Natsuki: Well, even though I don't know you very well, I'm certainly learnt one or two things when someone is good or not. So, I believe you two are good person, Miss Tamayo and Yushiro, otherwise we wouldn't be here to talk and give a hand to each other.

Tamayo and Yushiro, who could feel his cheeks turning a little red, were surprised by her statement, she decided to believe that there are still good demons. They were touched by her kindness, even Tanjiro.

Tanjiro: Miss Tamayo, is there a way to return a transformed demon back to human form?

Tamayo: There is a way to turn a demon… back into a human.

Tanjiro and Natsuki and her Pokémon were shocked to hear it.

Tanjiro: Really?! Please, tell me how!

Tanjiro got up, but as he tried to run towards Tamayo, Yushiro grabbed him and flipped him onto the floor.

Yushiro: You keep your distance from Lady Tamayo!

Tamayo didn't like it and she called out her assistant.

Tamayo: Yushiro…

Yushiro turned his head and went back to his spot.

Yushiro: I'm sorry! I only threw him, I didn't hit him.

Tamayo: Neither is acceptable.

Yushiro: Right!

Natsuki rolled her eyes, while Lucario and Pikachu facepalmed and Eevee and Poipole shook their heads, and at the same time both four Pokémon sighed. The black-haired girl turned to his friends and asked him worried.

Natsuki: Tanjiro, are you okay?

Tanjiro: Y-yeah. Urgh… Please tell me how, Miss Tamayo.

Tamayo: For any kind of wound, there's always some kind of medicine or treatment. At this time, I'm unable to turn a demon back into a human, but surely, that, too.

Tanjiro was disappointed, even Natsuki and her Pokémon felt sorry for their friend.

Tamayo: However, we are dedicated to establishing such a method of treatment. Toward that end, I'd like to ask you to do something for me. To produce such an elixir, it is necessary to study the blood of numerous demons. I have two favors to ask you. One, permission to study your sister's blood. Two, to retrieve blood samples from demons as closely related to Kibutsuji as possible.

Natsuki: In other words, in order for you to find a cure to turn back a demon to human is studying blood. But I think that the second task is practically hard and dangerous. Not only that, but I have a feeling that Nezuko is somehow special, especially her demon genes. Am I right?

Tamayo: Yes, you're quite right. Nezuko's current condition is extremely rare and unique. I understand that she was asleep for two straight years, and I believe that her body underwent changes during that time. Normally, any demon who went that long without consuming flesh or blood of a human or beast would unquestionably go berserk. And yet, surprisingly, Nezuko shows none of those signs. This miracle will be the key to finding a solution.

Natsuki glanced to Tanjiro and Nezuko, as the burgundy-haired boy placed his hand on Nezuko's forehead. The little girl took his brother's hand and nuzzled into it. Natsuki smiled at that.

Tamayo: The other request I have for you is a hard one, as your friend stated before. By "demons closely related to Kibutsuji", I mean demons whose powers are more on par with that of Kibutsuji himself. It won't be easy to extract blood from such demons. Are you two still willing to go along with my requests?

Tanjiro: If there's no other way, then I'll do it. If it means you're going to research all these demons' blood and create this medicine. If that happens, that means it won't just be Nezuko. Lots of other people will be saved, too, right?

Natsuki: I'm with Tanjiro. I made a promise to myself that I will help him to achieve his goal. After seeing what Nezuko is capable and how Tanjiro explained to me what happened before our meeting, I believe not all demons are evil, and that some of them still have some humanity in them somehow. Just like you, Miss Tamayo.

Tamayo was surprised, but she's still happy to hear it. She smiled gently at them.

Tamayo: That's right.

Tanjiro blushed, but Yushiro, seeing this, he run towards the burgundy-haired boy and he glared at him while growing under his teeth. All of a sudden, Lucario, Pikachu and Yushiro felt something in the air. Something bad.

Yushiro: Get down!

Suddenly, some Temari balls bounced furiously around the room. Yushiro protected Tamayo, while Tanjiro protected Nezuko and Natsuki protected Pikachu, Eevee and Poipole. All the balls went outside and, in the garden, there were two figures.

The first demon was a pale-skinned woman with bright yellow eyes with cat-like slits and white horizontal slats with black hair with orange-colored ends. Her hair was styled as bangs at the front. She was wearing a pair of long silver earrings and an orange kimono that matched her hair. She had a black haori on top but took them both off when she entered her battle, revealing a small black sarashi that covers her chest and upper abdomen. This was Susamaru.

The second demon was a young man with an average build with pale, gray-tinted skin and very short black hair. He had red, cat-like eyes that he normally kept shut, as well as another pair of pale-ringed orange eyes on the palms of his hands, a red upward-pointing arrow marked on each of the irises with sclera of glowing dark green color. He was wearing a plain olive-green kimono with a brown obi and a dark gray haori, decorated by a strip of green that ran down his arms from his shoulders to his wrists. He also sported white tabi-socks and a pair of brown zori with black straps, along with a akoya necklace of large blue pearls. This was Yahaba.

Susamaru: Hahaha!

Yahaba: Fufufu… Did you decide how to kill them?

Susamaru: Vindictively, of course!

When the dust started to disappear, there was a big, light green barrier that surrounds the group. Tanjiro, Yushiro, Tamayo and Natsuki lifted their head to see Lucario using his move Protect.

Yushiro: What- how?!

Natsuki: Lucario is using Protection! It's a move that prevents a Pokémon from taking damage from their foe's attacks. He used it to protect us from those Temari balls! You did a great job, Lucario!

Lucario turned his head and cried as he thanked his Pokémon Trainer. He turned his head towards the two demons and glared at them.

Susamaru: Hahaha! You were spot on, Yahaba! A building just appeared out of thin air!

Yahaba: Yes. The handiwork of a demon that's adept at hiding objects.

Susamaru: And look! That beast created a barrier to protect the human girl!

Yahaba: You're right. That strange beast is definitely something too.

Lucario growled at the two demons.

Tanjiro: Muzan… is targeting Natsuki and her Pokémon?!

Yahaba then noticed Tanjiro and Nezuko.

Yahaba: And is that demon slayer accompanied by a demon? What's going on here?

Susamaru: Hahahaha! Isn't this fun?

Yahaba: Still, I have to point this out, Susamaru… Your way of doing things is too immature. It's too careless. You covered me! My kimono is all covered in dirt now! Tsk…

Susamaru: Oh, stop whining! We managed to find them right away thanks to my temari, so who cares? And now we can have lots of fun!

Susamaru threw her Temari balls back into the house, when suddenly some dark balls appeared. Susamaru and Yahaba closed their closed then, when they opened their eyes, they were shocked to see in front of them quadrupedal, mammalian with a white feline-like body and a large black fox with long "hair".

Natsuki: Absol! Zoroark! You're here and you're okay!

Exclaimed Natsuki, happy to see her Dark type Pokémon. Absol and Zoroark standed in front of the group while they glared at Susamaru and Yahaba.

Yahaba: Other two strange beast and they are also with that girl. I wonder how many of them she had.

Susamaru: Who cares! He wanted us to find the boy and the girl, so there they are!

Susamaru threw her Temari balls at the house again, but Zoroark and Absol used both Protection. The Temari balls bounced back at Susamaru. She threw the balls again, but due to the green protective barrier, she couldn't break the barrier.

Susamaru: How annoying!

Yahaba: Can't you try again?

Susamaru: What do you think I'm doing?! This barrier doesn't break! What kind of power they have these beasts?!

As Susamaru threw a lot of times her Temari balls to break the barrier, Lucario stopped using Protection and everyone got up. Natsuki looked at her friends.

Natsuki: Absol and Zoroark won't keep up using Protection for so long! We have to help them and fast!

Tanjiro nodded and looked at Nezuko.

Tanjiro: Nezuko! Take the lady sleeping in the back somewhere safe outside!

Tamayo: It's too dangerous outside! We have a basement, so take her there!

Tanjiro: Understood!

Natsuki: Pikachu, Eevee! Go with Nezuko! Poipole, Lucario! You stay here! We need your help!

Nezuko, Pikachu and Eevee run off to find the woman sleeping in the other room, while Tanjiro drew out his sword.

Susamaru's Temari balls returned to her, Natsuki told her Absol and Zoroark to stop using Protection and Tanjiro stood next to Absol. The demon girl noticed the burgundy-haired and smirked.

Susamaru: Hm? The demon hunter wearing hanafuda earrings… That'd be you, huh?

Tanjiro: So, I'm also they're targeting?

Tanjiro thought, shocked by this revelation. Natsuki is not the only one they are targeting, but also him. But what does Muzan want from him and Natsuki?

Tanjiro: Lady Tamayo! Please find a safe place to hide! I'm the one they're after!

Tamayo: Tanjiro, please don't worry about us. We'll be fine without your protection. We're demons, after all.

Susamaru: All right… It's all over for you now!

Susamaru thew a Temari ball at Tanjiro, the burgundy-haired boy closed his eyes and concentrate on the ball.

Tanjiro: Of all the ten forms, the fastest thrusting technique is…Total Concentration, Water Breathing, Seventh Form, Droplet Ripple Thrust Curve!

Tanjiro stabbed through the Temari ball with his sword, but suddenly the ball removed itself from the blade and flew around.

Yushiro: Lady Tamayo! Didn't I tell you? We shouldn't get involved with that demon hunter! I told you from the start! My masking technique is still a work in progress! I know you're well aware of that yourself! I may be able to conceal the presence of buildings and people, and even their scents, but it's not like I can hide their very existence! The greater our numbers, the more traces we'll leave, which increases the odds of Kibutsuji discovering us! Anyone who ruins the time I spend alone with you… I despise such people! I despise them with all my heart! It's unforgivable!

Said Yushiro angrily. Susamaru loudly laughed at Yushiro's statement.

Susamaru: Hahaha! Hey, he's just blabbering away! This is fun! I'm having so much fun! You should feel honored to be killed by me, one of the Twelve Kizuki!

Tanjiro: Twelve Kizuki?

Natsuki: Powerful demons and most dangerous ones!

Tamayo: They serve directly under Kibutsuji!

Susamaru took off her overcoat and opened her top, suddenly four more arms appeared from the demon girl's side.

Susamaru: Now then, let's keep playing! Until the break of dawn! Until it's your time to go!

Susamaru threw six Temari balls at Tanjiro.

Natsuki: Zoroark used Snarl!

The Illusion Pokémon started to shout aloud, throwing a purple orb at the Temari's balls. Some of them came back to Susamaru, others went flying around in the house, and one of them hit Yushiro's cheek Tanjiro noticed that the Temari balls kept changing trajectory, he tried to cut them half, even after the got cut, they still attack the burgundy-haired boy.

Three Temari balls flew towards and injured Tamayo and Yushiro.

Tanjiro/Natsuki: Miss Tamayo! Yushiro!

Tanjiro and Natsuki shouted worriedly.

Tamayo: We'll heal soon enough! Don't worry about us!

Natsuki noticed that one of the Temari balls was aiming to Tanjiro, before the ball could hit the boy, she pushed away her friend and she got the hit instead.

Tanjiro: Natsuki!

Lucario/Poipole/Zoroark/Absol: Rio!/Pole!/Ark!/Sol! (Natsuki!/Suki!/Natsu!/Master!)

Tanjiro, Lucario, Poipole, Zoroark and Absol exclaimed, the Pokémon walked towards their Pokémon Trainer. Tamayo and Yushiro gasped, worried for the black-haired girl.

Yahaba: Susamaru. The Master told us not to harm the human girl. How are we supposed to tell him if he found out that she's hurt?

Said Yahaba as he reminded to his partner about their task. Susamaru rolled her eyes in annoyance.

Susamaru: Obviously we will say that she tried to save the boy with the hanafuda earrings.

Because she got hit by the Temari ball, Natsuki ended up crashing into a tree, she put her arms on her stomach, grumbling in pain.

Natsuki: Argh! Don't-don't worry about m-me! I'll be f-f-fine! B-but h-how do these T-temari balls mo-ve everywhere?!

Yushiro: Hey! You stupid demon slayer! The arrows show which direction they're going! Just dodge the arrows!

Exclaimed Yushiro. Tanjiro and Natsuki were confused. What was he talking about?

Tanjiro/Natsuki: Arrows?

Yushiro: Seriously, you two can't even see them?

Natsuki: Hellooooooooo! He is a human. WE are humans. We are not demons like you. Do you have Dementia or something?

Yushiro was annoyed and he took a piece of paper out from his clothes.

Yushiro: I'm going to lend you my sense of sight! That should at least enable you to behead that Temari demon!

Yushiro threw the pieces of paper at Tanjiro as he landed on his foreheads. Thanks to that, the burgundy-haired boy could see now the arrows. Five Temari balls came flying at Tanjiro.

Natsuki: Absol! Zoroark! Stop the balls with Shadow Ball!

Absol and Zoroark threw some dark spheres to the Temari balls, blocking their attacks, while the burgundy-haired boy managed to dodge them.

Tanjiro: Thanks, Yushiro! I can see the arrows now, too!

Yushiro: Hurry up and defeat her then!

Suddenly, Nezuko, Pikachu and Eevee appeared from the back room. The other two Pokémon noticed Natsuki on the ground, they ran towards her worried.

Natsuki: Don't worry guys. I'll be okay.

Tanjiro: Nezuko! Let's go outside! Take care of the demon up in the trees!

Natsuki: Lucario! Pikachu! Eevee! Poipole! Absol! Zoroark! Let's fight together like we always do!

All her Pokémon cried in agreement. Nezuko ran outside, while Tanjiro followed her from behind. Nezuko headed for the trees where Natsuki was as the Temari balls were following her.

Tanjiro: I'm your target!

Susamaru: The demon slayer that wears the hanafuda earrings… No time to question about it. I'm going to bring your head to our lord!

Susamaru threw more Temari balls at the burgundy-haired boy, he started to run as the balls followed him.

Meanwhile Nezuko was trying to find Yahaba, who was hiding in a tree. When the demon girl found him, she launched on him. When Nezuko attacked Yahaba, all the arrows that made the Temari balls move disappeared. Tanjiro and Natsuki noticed it and the burgundy-haired boy sliced through the balls. Then Tanjiro used Water Breathing and sliced all of Susamaru's arms off. Tanjiro turned to Tamayo.

Tanjiro: Miss Tamayo! Do these two demons have high concentrations of Kibutsuji's blood?

Tamayo: Most likely.

Tanjiro: In that case… I'm going to be extracting their blood!

Susamaru: Hahahaha! You think you can extract our blood? I don't know what you're scheming, but I won't allow you to do anything that displeases our lord!

Susamaru loudly laughed, mocking at Tanjiro.

Susamaru: If you think you can extract blood from us Kizuki, then go ahead and try!

Yushiro: Watch your back you two! Don't let your guard down for a single second! If those two really are from the Twelve Kizuki, then they're undeniably more formidable than any other demon you've slain up to this point!

Exclaimed Yushiro, which Tanjiro and Natsuki nodded in agreement.

Tanjiro: Right! Understood!

Natsuki: We'll do our best!

Tanjiro: Right! Come on!

Yushiro turned to Tamayo.

Yushiro: Lady Tamayo! Let's escape while they're all distracted!

Tamayo was horrified at Yushiro as he wanted to leave the two teenagers and the demon girl to fight against the two dangerous demons, risking losing their lives, while they secretly escaped. Yushiro noticed Tamayo's reaction and he panicked.

Yushiro: I'm just kidding!

Meanwhile, Nezuko attacked Yahaba, but he blocked Nezuko's attack with his arms. Tanjiro was still fighting Susamaru as the Temari ball demon's grew back, this shocked Tanjiro and Natsuki and her Pokémon.

Tanjiro/Natuski: She grew new arms in such a short time!

Tanjiro: She can regenerate way faster than the demons I fought during the Final Selection!

Susamaru: I'm going to bring him that head of yours.

Nezuko run towards to her older brother as he saw her, he screamed her name. Susamaru threw the Temari balls at the two siblings as she tried to killed them, but Tanjiro pushed her sister and he jumped to dodge it.

Tanjiro: Argh… Are you okay, Nezuko?

Asked Tanjiro and Nezuko nodded. You get rid of that arrow man first! The rest of us will take care of that temari girl demon!

Yushiro: Hey, demon slayer! You need to deal with the arrow demon first!

Natsuki: He's right, Tanjiro! That is why Poipole and Lucario will come with you! I already told them what they have to do with the arrow demon! Just be carerful, you too Poipole and Lucario!

Exclaimed Natsuki as she slowly got up, even though her stomach still hurt due to the hit from the Temari ball.

Tanjiro: Understood! Nezuko, whatever you do, don't push yourself too hard! Come one Poipole and Lucario!

Nezuko nodded, while Lucario and Poipole cried in agreement.

Tanjiro: I'm counting on you.

With that Tanjiro, Poipole and Lucario started to run towards Yahaba and Nezuko and the rest of Natsuki's Pokémon ran towards Susamaru.

Tanjiro, Poipole and Lucario started to run, trying to find the arrow demon. Thanks to his olfactory ability, the burgundy-haired boy was able to track Yahaba, who was on a tree branch.

Tanjiro tried to cut Yahaba's neck, but failed as one of the demon's eyes closed, preventing from being cut. Suddenly, two arrows appeared under Tanjiro and Lucario's foot and, as the burgundy-haired boy stepped on it, he was sent back, away from Yahaba. Then another arrow appeared and made Tanjiro flew against a tree. But it doesn't end here, Yahaba made many other arrows appear, making Tanjiro flying everywhere, even one sent the boy into the sky. Lucario, thank to his ability to detect aura, was able to dodge every arrow that Yahaba was sending.

Tanjiro was in pain. His chest could feel sore as if there was something stinging inside. But as he was falling from a height and almost crashed into the ground, Tanjiro decided to use the only form of Water Breathing that could stop him from being crashed.

Tanjiro: A form! I need to lighten the impact with one of my forms! Water Breathing, Eighth Form, Waterfall Basin!

Tanjiro performed the technique and he managed to stop his fall. The burgundy-haired boy landed to the ground, but suddenly he felt pain in his chest.

Meanwhile, Susamaru was throwing Temari balls at Nezuko and Natsuki's remained Pokémon (Absol, Zoroark, Pikachu and Eevee), fortunately they were able to dodge them without getting injured. Yushiro – he decided to help Nezuko and the Pokémon to defeat Susamaru – run towards the Temari demon and vanished. Susamaru was confused as her eyes were widened in shock and she looked around, trying to find Yushiro.

As Susamaru was trying to locate the green-haired demon, Yushiro still invisible attacked Susamaru. Since Yushiro's ability is invisibility, he can not only see what others cannot see and make people and objects invisible, but he is also capable of becoming invisible himself.

Susamaru was hit several times by Yushiro, as he turned visible and invisible while he fought against her.

Soon also the Pokémon started to attack Susamaru. Pikachu used uick Attack and Energy Ball, Eevee used Bouncy Bubble, Absol and Zoroark used Shadow Ball.

Yushiro: You hurt Lady Tamayo! I'll never forgive you for that!

Exclaimed Yushiro as he continued to attack Susamaru. Upon hearing the name, the arrow demon was surprised.

Yahaba: Tamayo? Hey, Susamaru, the one over there… Wouldn't that be Tamayo the fugitive? She'll make a great souvenir!

Susamaru: Is that so?

Susamaru threw the Temari balls at Yushiro and Nezuko, but the demon girl decided to stop the balls by kicking them. Nezuko rose his leg and tried to kick the Temari ball, but as soon the ball flew through the demon girl's leg, it cut her leg.

Yushiro: Idiot!

Tamayo: You mustn't kick it!

Susamaru laughed and kicked Nezuko into Tamayo's mansion. Natsuki and her Pokémon run towards Nezuko and checked if she was alright.

Susamaru: This is fun! I'm having so much fun! Kickball sure is fun. Yahaba! You think five heads will be enough to take home?

Yahaba: No. We're taking just three. The demon slayer, the girl with the beasts and the fugitive. We have no use for the other two.

Tanjiro grunted his teeth in anger. Natsuki and Tamayo were checking Nezuko's conditions. As the black-haired girl was holdin Nezuko's hand, Tamayo was tended the demon girl's leg. Suddenly, Natsuki knew two specific friends that can help Nezuko.

Natsuki: Lady Tamayo, allow me to call two of my Pokémon who can help with Nezuko's physical condition.

Tamayo was confused, but she nodded. Natsuki took out two Cure Balls and from those two pink Pokéballs, they came out an Audino – who has a bracelet with a Mega Stone – and a Blissey. Tamayo gasped in surprised.

Natsuki: Lady Tamayo, these girls are Audino and Blissey. Girls, listen, I need you to use Heal Pulse on her. She's tired and hurt, please help her.

Audino and Blissey put their paws on Nezuko's head (Blissey) and shoulder (Audino) as they emitted a green aura. In a few seconds, Nezuko didn't feel tired and hurt anymore, but unfortunately her leg didn't grow back. Tamayo, as she witnessed, was surprised and relief to see Nezuko feeling alright. When she noticed her missing leg, the doctor demon took out a syringe and looked at Natsuki.

Tamayo: I will inject Nezuko with a medicine that will help her with her leg.

Natsuki nodded and Tamayo injected Nezuko with medicine.

In the meantime, outside in the garden, Tanjiro, Poipole and Lucario were facing against Yahaba. The burgundy-haired boy and the Pokémon were having trouble, especially Tanjiro as he can't cut Yahaba's head. Everytime Yahaba closed his eye on his hand, the arrows flew towards Tanjiro and the Pokémon, but everytime they dodged them, the more arrows would appear.

Tanjiro brought his sword down on one of the arrows, and he was immediately thrown into a wall. Because of the hit, the burgundy-haired boy lost his grip on the sword, but as he tried to regain his grip on his weapon, another arrow appeared, sending Tanjiro upwards.

Yahaba, as he was watching Tanjiro getting hurt and he was sending his arrows to the Pokémon, chuckled and once again, he created another arrow and it wrapped around Tanjiro's arm.

Yahaba: Everything is going in the direction I want it to! Your arm's gonna get twisted right off!

Tanjiro, grunting in pain, run up to a tree and he flipped off it, removing the arrow from his arm. The burgundy-haired boy got an idea. He decided to try to change the arrow's direction, trying to not touch it directly.

Yahaba: It's about time to die!

Exclaimed Yahaba as he sent more arrows towards Tanjiro. Seeing this, the burgundy-haired boy used the sixth form of Water Breathing (Whirlpool) to envelop the arrows, performing a swirling motion as it created a vortex of air, Tanjiro was able to manage to envelop the arrows. Then the burgundy-haired boy wanted to use the third form of Water Breathing to get close to Yahaba in order to behead him. Yahaba tried to send more arrows to Tanjiro, but before the demon could do it, Poipole rose its head and it sprayed paint-like liquids from its stinger and the strange liquid landed on Yahaba. The arrow demon was now dirty, even his hands were filled with the strange liquid.

Yahaba: Urgh! I can't see! You stupid purple thing, what the hell did you do to me?!

Exclaimed angrily Yahaba, while Poipole laughed at him. Tanjiro, seeing the situation, was surprised, and decided to take advantage of the situation to attack the demon. He gripped the handle of his sword and he started to perform the second form of Water Breathing (Water Wheel). Tanjiro performed a singular vertical slash in a circular motion. Finally, Tanjiro was able to beheaded Yahaba and the arrow demon's head fell and landed on the ground.

Yahaba: Curse you! Curse you! Curse you! All I had to do was bring back your head and that girl, and I would've won his approval! I'll never forgive you! I'll never forgive you! Especially you, purple thing for shoving me into this vile dirt! You're all going down with me!

Exclaimed angrily Yahaba as he closed his eye on his hand, sending many arrows through Tanjiro's body, sending him flying. To avoid being injured, Tanjiro used all Water Breathing's forms. When there was one arrow, Tanjiro used all his last strengths to perform one last Water Breathing form. Ain the meantime, Yahaba's head was slowly dissolving.

Yahaba: Not yet! It's still not enough yet!

Finally, Yahaba's head was completely dissolved and he was defeated. Tanjiro fell from the sky, before he could land on the ground, Lucario jumped and caught him in his arms. They landed without getting hurt. Tanjiro grunted in pain as he tried to catch his breath and he looked at Lucario and Poiple who flew towards them after they landed safely.

Tanjiro: Thank… you. You did… a great… job.

Lucario and Poipole nodded and smiled at Tanjiro. The Aura Pokémon put Tanjiro down carefully, the burgundy-haired boy put a hand on his chest as he screamed due to the pain.

Tanjiro: I think I've got a broken rib and leg. But there's no time, there is still one demon and I don't know how long your friends will keep up. We need to go now.

Lucario and Poipole nodded firmly, Tanjiro put his sword on his scabbard, but as he tried to walk, he fell on his knees. Seeing their friends exhausted, they looked at each other and walked towards Tanjiro. The boy was picked up by Lucario the Aura Pokémon begin walking towards the mansion, where the others are, as Poipole was following them behind.

At the other side of the mansion, Yushiro, Absol, Zoroark, Pikachu and Eevee were facing off against Susamaru as she started to threw her Temari balls at Yushiro and the Pokémon. Luckily, the demon and the Pokémon were able to dodge them.

Yushiro: Ridiculous! It's just child's play for me to evade a linear attack like this! Locating you is a breeze, as well!

As Yushiro and the Pokémon were attacking Susamaru while dodging her Temari balls, Susamaru threw a Temari ball, aiming Yushiro's head, just as the ball was about to hit the demon boy's head, Nezuko jumped in and blocked the Temari ball with her leg (the one who lost it before) and kicked it away. Susamaru laughed loudly.

Susamaru: Haha! What fun this is!

Yushiro turned to Nezuko.

Yushiro: Don't do that! You can't be reckless just because you're immortal!

Nezuko didn't say anything, she just stood there. Yushiro was confused.

Yushiro: Huh. W-What is it?

Suddenly Nezuko started to give some headpats to Yushiro, which surprised him.

Yushiro: What are you doing? Watch out!

Exclaimed Yushiro as he saw Susamaru throwing a Temari ball at them, but Nezuko kicked the ball away. As the Temari ball demon kept throwing her Temari balls at Nezuko and as Nezuko kept kicking them away – which Susamaru caught her balls and sent them back to Nezuko – Yushiro was shocked and surprised by what he was seeing.

Yushiro: Unbelievable. Lady Tamayo, is this…

Tamayo: I used a healing serum on her and Natsuki used her own creatures to heal her, nothing more. The serum was made exclusively for demons, it doesn't make one physically stronger. What we're seeing is Nezuko's own power. Without devouring human blood, solely on her own, Nezuko is gaining strength at a rapid rate.

Tamayo explained as she was exiting from the mansion along with Natsuki, Audino and Blissey as they were also shocked to see Nezuko's strength. Meanwhile, Lucario, Tanjiro and Poipole arrived to the scene and they were surprised to see Nezuko kick the Temari ball with incredible power. Natsuki noticed Lucario, Poipole, and Tanjiro and motioned for them to come towards her. Lucario took a big leap and landed next to Natsuki.

As Nezuko kicked the Temari ball as she aimed for Susamaru's head, which the Temari ball demon dodged it, Tamayo was about to do something, until she was stopped by Natsuki.

Natsuki: Lady Tamayo, I have an idea.

The black-haired girl leaned close to the demon doctor's ear and whispered. As Tamayo listened closely to Natsuki, she nodded and Natsuki whistled, getting Nezuko and Susamaru's attention.

Natsuki: Nezuko, that's enough. Thanks for everything, now step aside. Same goes for you Pikachu, Eevee and Zoroark, thank you, you did a great job. Me and Absol will do the rest.

As Nezuko, Pikachu, Eevee and Zoroark walked towards Tamayo and Yushiro, Natsuki walked towards Absol.

Susamaru: Heh. What are you going to do human?

Asked the Temari ball demon as she chuckled a bit. Natsuki smirked.

Natsuki: Oh, you'll see. I wonder if you can handle this power.

Natsuki pressed her Mega Evolution bracelet and some lights appeared from both Natsuki and Absol's Mega Stones.

Natsuki: Absol, Mega Evolution!

As Natsuki screamed the word 'Mega Evolution', Absol roar and his body started to change and Absol. The Disaster Pokémon's body became different, his sickles on his forehead become a little longer and softer, the tufts of fur on his paws grow and become angular and angel-like wings appear on his back.

Tamayo, Yushiro, Nezuko, Tanjiro and Susamaru were shocked and awed, they even felt the power Absol emitted.

Susamaru: Incredible… Now I understand why he wants you. You really are full of surprises. You can give your beasts this kind of power! I wonder how strong he is!

Natsuki: Why don't we find out?

Susamaru grinned and she threw her Temari balls to Absol.

Natsuki: Absol use Psycho Cut!

Absol released a series of purple crescent-like blades of energy from his horn, slicing all the Temari balls in half. Susamaru was shocked to see how strong Absol was.

Natsuki: Now, use Night Slash!

Absol's horn glowed white and with an incredible speed he run towards Susamaru and slashed her, leaving a huge mark on her chest. Susamaru screamed in pain. The Temari ball demon growled.

Susamaru: I'll kill you!

Exclaimed Susamaru angrily, as she prepared to throw more Temari balls. The Disaster Pokémon waited for the next command from his friend as he remained stoic without showing any emotions.

Natsuki: Absol use Double Team!

Absol's body glowed white and he created multiple copies of himself. This action made Susamaru confused as she didn't know who the real one was.

Nastuki: Let's finish this battle with this move! Absol used Dark Pulse!

Exclaimed Nastuki as Absol jumped and he opened his mouth as light purple orb of energy surrounded by black and purple rings of energy appears inside it. Absol then fired the beam of black and purple rings of energy from his mouth at Susamaru. The Temari ball demon screamed and fell on her knees as Absol's copies landed on the ground and started to disappear and the real Absol – who was standing in front of Natsuki – remained.

As Absol's body came back to his original form, Natsuki looked over Tamayo and nodded. The demon doctor pulled up her sleeve and scratched her arm as she used her Blood Demon Art. Susamaru got up and she darkly chuckled at Natsuki.

Susamaru: You're very interesting human. Really. But this time, I'm going to-

Tamayo: Twelve Kizuki demon girl there.

Said Tamayo as she walked in front of Natsuki, as she walked towards Lucario and Tanjiro, interrupting Susamaru.

Susamaru: You're in my way! Step back, you damn fugitive!

Tamayo: Just tell me one thing please. Are you aware of Kibutsuji's true identity?

Susamaru raised an eyebrow and glared at the demon doctor.

Susamaru: What the hell are you talking about?!

Tamayo: That man is nothing but a coward. He lives in constant fear of something.

Susamaru: Stop it! Damn you! Stop it!

Tamayo: Do you know why it is that demons can't band together? The reason why demons cannibalize each other? It's to prevent other demons from banding together and attacking him. He manipulates demons to act this way. Demons like you.

Susamaru: Shut up! Shut up, shut up! No way is he that petty! The power he wields is mind-blowing! There's no one stronger than him! Not Lord Kibutsuji!

Susamaru gasped and covered her mouth. Her eyes started to grow wide in fear.

Tamayo: You've uttered that name out loud, haven't you? That will trigger the curse. I do feel sorry for you, but… farewell.

Susamaru began to run away while raising his arms high as if begging for mercy

Susamaru: Please forgive me! Please forgive me! I'm begging you! Please! Please forgive me!

Suddenly Susamaru's body begun to degrade and many arms burst out from her body. The Temari ball demon screamed in pain and fear as one of the arms that came out from her mouth crashed her head, killing her instantly. Tanjiro, Natsuki and all her Pokémon were horrified. It was one of the most gruesome death scenes they ever seen.

Tanjiro/Natsuki: Did she just die?

Tanjiro and Natsuki asked, still in shock.

Tamayo: She will die momentarily. That's the curse. Her physical body will be destroyed by Kibutsuji's cells still in her body.

Tanjiro: Oh.

Tamayo: In general, battles between demons are futile. It's pointless because they can't inflict fatal wounds on each other. Only sunlight and the swords of Demon Slayers can do so. Kibutsuji alone appears to be able to destroy demon cells.

Yeah. It is true that there are two ways to kill a demon: using a Nichirin blade or sunlight. But what the Demon Slayer do not know is there was one thing that demons were forbidden: saying the name Muzan Kibutsuji. Tanjiro nodded and Yushiro turned to Natsuki.

Yushiro: You should do the same thing girl! Tell you beasts to not breath.

Natsuki took out a cloth from her sleeve and put it on her face, while her Pokémon used their paws to cover their faces. Tamayo walked towards Susamaru's dead body.

Tamayo: Tanjiro. Natsuki. She is not one of the Twelve Kizuki. The Twelve Kizuki have numbers engraved on their eyeballs, but this demon doesn't have one. Most likely, the other demon isn't a member of the Twelve Kizuki, either. They're too weak.

Natsuki: What?

Tanjiro: Huh. Too weak? At that level?

Yushiro: If Lady Tamayo says so, there's no mistake.

Natsuki: Gee, chill out, will you?

Yushiro: Still, who knew there were suck stupid demons? She physically injured Lady Tamayo. She got exactly what she deserved.

Tamayo took out a syringe-like tool and retrieved from the Temari ball demon's arm some blood.

Tamayo: I hope this blood will be instrumental in developing the healing serum. I'm going to take care of Nezuko.

Everyone looked at Nezuko, who was sleeping leaning against the wall of the villa.

Tamayo: Not only did I medicate her, but she also inhaled my spell inadvertently. I'm so sorry.

Yushiro turned to Tanjiro.

Yushiro: Don't move a muscle! You and your friend are on your own now! I don't want to leave Lady Tamayo's side! Not even for a second!

Tanjiro/Natsuki: Huh?

Susamaru: Ma… ri…

Tanjiro saw the Temari ball and bring it to Susamaru.

Tanjiro: Here's your mari.

Susamaru: Play with me. Play with me.

Tanjiro and Natsuki understood that Susamaru, despite she killed innocent people, was acting like a child. Natsuki could feel tears coming from her eyes. She couldn't believe it what she saw. Sure, she saved the lives of several people and Pokémon, she saved the world multiple times, she fought against evil criminals. She thought she had gotten used to seeing the horrors of her world, but she couldn't imagine that Tanjiro's world could be this. A gruesome and sad world.

Soon after, the sun rose from the sky and Susamaru's body slowly began to disintegrate due to exposure to sunlight. Tanjiro, Natsuki and her Pokémon saw Susamaru's body started to disappear. Natsuki accidentally sniffed, drawing the attention of Tanjiro and the Pokémon who looked at her with a worried expression.

Tanjiro: Are you okay?

Natsuki wiped her tears and smiled.

Natsuki: Yeah. Don't worry. Before we leave, I need to call someone. Talonflame!

Exclaimed the black-haired girl as Talonflame, hearing his Pokémon Trainer's call, flew over her and landed on her arm. Tanjiro noticed that the Scorching Pokémon has a bag.

Natsuki: Thank you for taking care of this bag. Here, have this Rainbow Bean.

Talonflame took the treat and he happily ate it. As he was eating the Rainbow Bean, Natsuki scratched his chest. Natsuki turned to Zoroark and Absol.

Natsuki: Absol. Zoroark. Thank you for your help. Here, take this Rainbow Bean too. You deserve it.

Absol and Zoroark walked towards their friend and they happily ate it their Rainbow Beans.

Natsuki: Come on guys, let's go inside the mansion. Lady Tamayo and Yushiro are waiting for us.

Natsuki started walking, but Tanjiro and the Pokémon knew she was lying, but they didn't say anything.

Soon, Tanjiro, Natsuki and her Pokémon walked into Tamayo's mansion and the burgundy-haired boy called out the demons.

Tanjiro: Tamayo? Hey, Yushiro?

Yushiro: We're over here! You really don't need to come down. But if you want to, hurry up.

Tamayo: Yushiro!

Yushiro: Just kidding!

Tamayo: It's alright. Come down, Tanjiro, Natsuki!

Tanjiro and Natsuki heard Yushiro and Tamayo's voice coming from another room as it led to the basement. The two teenagers and Pokémon headed down to the basement and they saw Tamayo, Yushiro and Nezuko, who was awake.

Tanjiro: Nezuko!

Nezuko saw her big brother and run up to him, hugging him.

Tamayo: I moved her to this basement, where the sunlight won't reach her, ahead of daybreak.

Natsuki: Thank you.

Nezuko pulled away from Tanjiro, which confused him.

Tanjiro: Nezuko?

Nezuko looked at Natsuki and hugged her, which she was surprised by her sudden action, but she happily hugged the girl demon nonetheless. Seeing this, Tanjiro smiled, then once again Nezuko pulled away from Natsuki and ran towards Tamayo. Nezuko hugged Tamayo, which surprised her but she didn't mind it, but Yushiro didn't like it.

Yushiro: Hey! How dare you! Step away from Lady Tamayo!

Tamayo: Calm down, Yushiro. I don't mind at all.

Yushiro: Yes, ma'am!

Nezuko, still hugging Tamayo, looked at Yushiro and started to pat Yushiro's head, which annoyed him.

Yushiro: What… No… Stop!

Tamayo: Nezuko has been acting this way since she woke up. Do you think she's all right?

Tanjiro: There's nothing to worry about. She's fine. She probably thinks you're someone in our family.

Tamayo: Family?

Asked Tamayo. Yushiro tried to push Nezuko's hand away, which made Natsuki giggle.

Yushiro: Knock it off!

Tamayo: But I thought the spell Nezuko is under causes her to see humans as her family. And Yushiro and I are demons.

Natsuki: Yeah, but I think Nezuko never saw you as demons.

Tanjiro: Yeah, she has perceived you two as humans. That's why she tried to protect you.

As Tanjiro and Natsuki explained to Tamayo the reason why Nezuko was acting friendly towards her and Yushiro, Nezuko gave up on trying to pat Yushiro's head and went back to hug Tamayo.

Tanjiro: At first, I didn't like the idea of Nezuko being under a spell, but since it looks like she has a will of her own, I'm glad that-

Suddenly, Tamayo started to tear up, which made Yushiro, Tanjiro, Natsuki and her Pokémon worried.

Natsuki: Lady Tamayo, are you okay?!

Tanjiro: I-I'm so sorry! Nezuko! Nezuko! S-Step away from her! It's rude, you know?!

Nezuko didn't listen, in fact she felt Tamayo's arms as she returned the demon girl's hug.

Tamayo: Thank you, Nezuko. Thank you.

Then Tamayo's face turned serious.

Tamayo: Yushiro and I will leave this region.

Tanjiro and Natsuki were taken back of what Tamayo said.

Tamayo: We've gotten too close to Kibutsuji. We must conceal our whereabouts soon or the risk will be too great. Not to mention, even if I think I've concealed my identity, when I interact with humans as a doctor, people sometimes see through my disguise as a demon. The young and the elderly are particularly perceptive.

Natsuki: I understand.

Nezuko pulled away from Tamayo and walked towards Tanjiro and Natsuki.

Tamayo: But first, Natsuki. I have two questions.

Natsuki: Ask me away, Lady Tamayo.

Tamayo: When you and Absol fought against the Temari ball demon, your creature changed and I also felt a strange power.

Tanjiro: What Pokémon?

Natsuki: I think she referred to Audino and Blissey.

Hearing their name, the two Pokèmon walked in front of Tamayo and Yushiro. When Tanjiro saw the two Pokémon, he couldn't believe how adorable they were.

Natsuki: Cute right? These are Audino and Blissey.

Suddenly Rotomo Pokémon came out from Natsuki's bag.

Rotom Pokédex: Allow me.

Audino, the Hearing Pokémon. A Normal type. Audino has incredibly sensitive hearing, using its ears like radar to pick up even the faintest sounds.

Blissey, the Happiness Pokémon. A Normal type. It is kindhearted and loves helping people. When it senses someone sad with its fur, it will rush over, no matter how far, and share its Lucky Egg that brings a smile to everyone.

Natsuki: Yeah. These Pokémon are also famous to love children and help everyone, especially in the medical sector thanks to their move Heal Pulse.

Tamayo and Yushiro were amazed by hearing this – Tanjiro was also surprised, he even went to pet Audino and Blissey as they enjoy it – now they understand even more how capable these creatures are. Not only they can fight against demons, but they can also help people.

Tanjiro: Miss Tamayo, thank you so much for your concern. But… Nezuko and I are staying together. We're not going to live apart from each other. Never again.

Natsuki: I would like to come with you, but, unfortunately, I have to refuse. I promised his teacher that I would take care of Tanjiro and his sister. But thank you for the generous offer.

Tamayo: I understand. Well, I wish you good fortune then.

Yushiro: All right. We'll be leaving as soon we cover our tracks. You should get moving as well!

Tanjiro: You're right!

Natsuki grabbed the bag from Talonflame and walked towards Tamayo. Both Tamayo and Yushiro rose an eyebrow as they were confused. The black-haired girl gave the bag to Tamayo as the demon doctor took it.

Natsuki: Open it.

With that, Tamayo opened it and saw that there were three test tubes filled with a strange red liquid.

Tamayo: What's that?

Natsuki: That is demon blood. If you want to know which demon is, try to open one and smell it.

Said Natsuki and Tamayo opened one of the test tubes. When she smelled it, her eyes widened in shock.

Yushiro: Lady Tamayo?

Tamayo: This is Muzan's blood!

Yushiro and Tanjiro were shocked. How can Natsuki have the Demon King's blood?

Tamayo: How… How did you get his blood?!

Natsuki: Absol, Zoroark and Talonflame were the one who did the job.

Said Natsuki as the two Dark type Pokémon walked towards her Pokémon Trainer.

Natsuki: You see, when I came here, I lived for a week in a village and the village chief told me about this world. One night I made a dream where I was at Asakusa and I saw Zoroark, Absol and Talonflame get Muzan's blood.

Tamayo: You mean you had a premonitory dream?

Natsuki: Yeah. When Tanjiro and I arrived at Asakusa, I decided to take action and I told my Pokémon my plan. I asked Zoroark to create an illusion, making Muzan believe that his worst enemy has returned from the realm of the dead to complete his job. When Muzan would see him, Absol would use Psychic to block him and draw his blood using three syringes.

Everyone remained silent as they were trying to comprehend everything Natsuki said. Suddenly, Tamayo kneeled down and bowed, almost touching the ground.

Tamayo: Thank you. With Muzan's blood, I can try to research for the cure.

Natsuki: Please, stand up, Lady Tamayo. I only did it because I thought that it was important. For now, Tanjiro and I will try to get blood from the demons that are close to Muzan as you asked.

Tamayo: Yes, but seriously, thank you Natsuki. Thank you for this. I also thank you your Pokémon for protecting us and for getting the Demon King's blood.

Natsuki: No problem. Oh. Can I ask you if I could use one of the rooms? I want to change. These clothes are now ruined.

Tamayo: Of course. Yushiro, take Natsuki to one of the rooms here.

Yushiro: Yes ma'am.

After a few moments, Natsuki returned with a new outifit. It consisted of a light pink dress over a grayish-black tank-top with a white collar. Over her dress, she wore a long red vest with large pockets. She also wore black stockings and brown boots. On her head, she wore a pink-red fedora with a black hatband.

When Tanjiro saw Natsuki in her new outifit, he blushed. Natsuki walked towards to Tamayo and Tanjiro.

Natsuki: Okay, I'm ready to go Tanjiro. Let's move.

Tanjiro snapped out of his trance, he smiled.

Tanjiro: Yes. Okay, Lady Tamayo, Yushiro, good luck! Thank you for everything you've done for us.

Tanjiro and Natsuki bowed to Tamayo and Yushiro. The burgundy-haired boy turned to Nezuko.

Tanjiro: Let's go Nezuko.

Nezuko started to run off, even Natsuki's Pokémon – except Lucario, Pikachu and Eevee as they stayed with their friend – followed the demon girl.

Tanjiro: Hey! That doesn't mean you need to run!

Natsuki: Same goes for you guys!

As Tanjiro and Natsuki (and the remained Pokémon) tried to follow Nezuko and the other Pokémon, they were stopped by Yushiro as he looked away.

Yushiro: Tanjiro! Your little sister… I guess she is a beauty. And you Natsuki, you're very smart and pretty, I guess.

Tanjiro and Natsuki smiled and chuckled. The two teenagers were now outside of the mansion – Tanjiro put Nezuko on her box, while Natsuki returned Audino, Blissey, Absol, Zoroark and Talonflame – but since Tanjiro and Natsuki were tired and were injured, the black-haired girl decided to took out one Chich Ball, one Premier Ball and one Poké Ball, and from them they came out a Galarian Rapidash, a Corviknight and a Koraidon.

Tanjiro was surprised and amazed by the Pokémon's appearance.

Natsuki: Tanjiro, these are Rapidash, Corviknight and Koraidon.

As usual, Rotom Pokédex came out from the bag and started to explain to Tanjiro about the three Pokémon.

Rotom Pokédex: Rapidash, the Unique Horn Pokémon.Galarian form. A Psychic and Fairy type. Brave and prideful, this Pokémon dashes airily through the forest, its steps aided by the psychic power stored in the fur on its fetlocks.

Corviknight, the Raven Pokémon. A Flying and Steel type. The black luster of its steel body could drive terror into the heart of any foe. Although its wings have partly turned to steel and become heavy as a result, this Pokémon flies through the skies with ease.

Koraidon, the Paradox Pokémon. A Fighting and Dragon type. This seems to be the Winged King mentioned in an old expedition journal. It was said to have split the land with its bare fists.

Tanjiro: Whoa! Corviknight is like my kasugai crow and Rapidash is like one of those creatures from a fairytale and- wait. Did you just say dragon?

Natsuki: Yeah. You're right about Corviknight and Rapidash. As for Koraidon, he's indeed a dragon. In fact, I have also Pokémon that are dragons.

Tanjiro: Amazing!

Natsuki: Okay. Enough with the chit chat, we should move on. Tanjiro, Lucario, you go with Koraidon. I'll go with Rapidash, Poipole, Pikachu and Eevee, come with me. Corviknight, be our guardian of the sky.

With that saying everyone hopped on Koraidon and Rapidash and started to travel.

Sometime later, as the two teenagers were travelling, Tanjiro's Kasugai crow flew towards them.

Crow: South-southeast! South-southeast! South-southeast! Your next location is south-southeast!

His scream was so loud that Tanjiro and Natsuki got irritated.

Tanjiro: I heard you! I heard, so give me a break and quiet down! I'm begging you! I got the message, so please!

?: Please!

Suddenly, a voice was heard, which startled Tanjiro and his crow and Natsuki and her Pokémon. When they turned their heads, they saw a boy, who appeared to be the same age of Tanjiro, with yellow hair as he was clinging to a girl.

?: Please! Please! Please! Please marry me! I could die any day, you know! That's why I want you to marry me! So please! Please, I'm begging you!

Natsuki: What's going on over there?

Tanjiro: I don't know.
