Anyway, this chapter is where Batman will meet the femme fatale villains: Poison Ivy. And to give you guys a heads up, Poison Ivy has abilities besides plant-based power, her ability is called 'Decelerated Aging', meaning she can live longer and aged slower than regular humans, just as long as she maintains absorbing the solar energy.

The Bat family went to the cemetery, with flowers, to pay respect to the late actor who played the movies of Geronimo (1962), The Outlaw is Coming (1965), Robinson Crusoe on Mars (1964), and the TV series of Batman (1966) named Adam West. He was an actor who done in the movies and series from the 1950s-2010s, he even done a voice-over work on a number of cartoon series.
With the flowers at hands, they placed it next to the tombstone that said:

After they placed the flowers next to the tombstone, the Bat family pay some respect to late Adam West.
"Despite his death, Adam made a success in his acting career." James stated. "He even played as Batman in the 60s."
"Yeah, the show was a barrel of laughs most of time, but it's still a good show." Barbara nods with a reply. "Adam West will always be Batman, truly the Bright Knight."
"I even remembered him when I was watching The Outlaws is Coming and even him working with The Three Stooges together to make it funny." Bruce adds with a smirk when Ethan, Emily, and James laughed.
"It never gets old with these guys and their slapstick comedy routine." James states. "Adam West is a great guy and a great actor. Most of the actors love working with him."
And just then, they heard some news on a radio from the car. The Bat family starts listening to the news.
'Up next: an update on yesterday's incident at the Mustafu City where a bat monster named Man Bat, also known as Aaron Langstrom was arrested for stolen the chemicals from the Pharmaceutical Laboratory a few days ago. According to Commissioner Gordon, the incident has happened before at Gotham City a few decades ago, where Kirk Langstrom was a scientist who studies bats at the bat exhibit from the zoo. Kirk Langstrom was also a criminal who steals the same chemicals at the Phoenix Pharmaceutical Laboratory long ago to conduct a formula of a new species, the same species that Aaron have used on himself to create as Man Bat. Kirk Langstrom was also arrested for obstructing justice by given them an illogical information, even hiding evidence and information about the formula. Both Batman and Edgeshot were able to stop Aaron and created a cure to reverse the transformation. Principal Nezu would have a few words about the yesterday's incident.'
'What I have learned so far is that Batman was able to clear his name since Man Bat tries to frame him by having the police declare war, but Commissioner Gordon was able to help him and learned about who's behind it. While I am glad that Batman and Edgeshot were able to work together in order to take down Man Bat, but I am still disappointed that he didn't capture the Dark Knight. However, that won't stop me or the Pro Heroes to capture him.'
The Bat family can tell that Principal Nezu doesn't know when to quit since Ethan and Bruce were always a few steps ahead along with the Gordon siblings. All Might gave up on capturing Batman because he witnessed of his heroism and decided to stand down. Edgeshot has a deep connection with Bruce and Barbara since years ago, mostly because he knew of their secret identities while keeping it a secret, and trained Ethan and the Gordon siblings.
"I'm surprised that All Might decide to give up on capturing us." Emily states, crossed her arms. "Though, I won't be surprised that any of the Pro Heroes would try to catch us."
"Yeah." Ethan said with a sigh, decided to head back. "We better head back."
They nodded with an agreement as they left the cemetery to head on home.
10 years ago on the bare land, a gardener uses a garden shovel to dig one of the patches of wild roses out of the ground and placed it into the flowerpot, leaving the bare land. However, it wasn't bare for long when the Pro Heroes, the police, and the people arrived at the land when Madam President was making an announcement.
"My fellow citizens, it is with great honor that we gathered here today to make ground of a new prison called 'Mustafu Penitentiary' which is funded by the Wayne Enterprises." Madam President announces as the Pro Heroes and the people clapped for Bruce Wayne. "And as you know, this project was a dream of two men, and they're with us here today. Our Principal of U.A. High, Nezu and the Chief of the Police, Kenji Tsuruagamae."
Kenji is a very tall, sturdily built man with the head of a beagle. The area around his eyes and ears is a dark brown, the two sides separated by a tan line which runs down his forehead, widening at his muzzle, which is flecked with pale brown. He has a large black nose and dark eyes, and although, the rest of his body is of normal human shape, his skin appears to be the same tan color as most of his face. He wears a suit, consisting of a dress suit, and waistcoat, over which he wears an unbuttoned black blazer and matching dress pants underneath. He has a belt with a large buckle and a black and white tie that resembles a dalmatian's coat.
"From this weed of wildflowers will grow a new institute to build a better, safer Mustafu City, WOOF." Kenji announces as he and Nezu digs the ground with their shovels.
Both the Pro Heroes and the people cheered as they started snapping photos.
At the greenhouse, a gardener rips up the part of the newspaper that said, 'Ground Breaks on Kenji and Nezu's Dreams' which had the image of Bruce shaking hands with Kenji and a 6-year-old Ethan next to Eraser Head, also known as Shota Aizawa, All Might, Ingenium, and Kamui Woods, attached it next to the cork board, then she grabs the water can and watering the roses.
At the bare lands, the workers began excavating the land while destroying the wildflowers in order to build a 'Mustafu Penitentiary'.
10 years later after the Mustafu Penitentiary is finished, the police sounded the alarm when the thug managed to escape from the prison. The helicopter lands and the thug ran towards it.
"Go! Go! Go!"
After the thug was inside of the chopper, the pilot takes flight and left the prison, flying towards Mustafu City.
At the police station, the telephone rang as Barbara Gordon answers it.
"This is Gordon." Barbara said, being informed of the thug escaped. "What?!"
Soon as Barbara hangs up the phone, she grabbed her gear and rushed out of the office.
"We've got a prison break by air! The chopper is heading this way!" Barbara informed them as the police stop their activities and followed after the Commissioner.
The police then started the pursuit to find the escaped prisoned while the police chopper flies out of the station. Kamui Woods and Eraser Head heard the news as they decided to give the police a hand by finding the escaped prisoner.
"We're home free!"
However, the escaped prisoner celebrates to soon when Batman watches the chopper fly past the building, firing the Batclaw at the leg of the chopper which it got them stumbled.
"Whoa, what was that?"
"Just some turbulence."
What they did know was that Batman is taking a little ride while holding the Batclaw. The police are trying to find the chopper, but both Kamui Woods and Eraser Head caught something in their eyes, noticed Batman holding the rope while taking a ride.
"Is that Batman...riding on the helicopter?" Kamui Woods asked, pondered. "What's planning?"
"Maybe he had something in mind." Eraser Head states. "We should follow them. In case if they noticed him, we'll grab that chopper and hold them."
And with that, both Eraser Head and Eraser Head followed after the chopper.
Meanwhile at the Rose Cafe, a Pro Hero named Tensei Iida, also known as Ingenium, was having a dinner with Pamela Isley, also known as Poison Ivy, while for the arrival of Ethan Wayne. Earlier, Tsuyu have already left the restaurant since Ethan didn't arrive their rendezvous like last time, only because he was investigating the lab and fighting against Man Bat.
Tensei Iida has a square feature facial appearance with dark blue, spikey hair, an arrow-shaped eyebrows and has a slightly longer face. He was wearing a black suit with white shirt underneath, black bowtie, black pants, and black shoes.
Pamela Isley has an appearance of an early 30s, with red hair reached down to her shoulders, and green eyes. She was wearing a beautiful red dress, a golden bracelet, and red high heels.
The waiter arrived at the table with the food ready.
"For madam, an escargot."
The waiter then placed the escargot at the table.
"And for monsieur, caesar salad."
"Thank you, Andre." Tensei thanked him as the waiter left. "I'm starving, let's eat."
Pamela however, grabs the rose as she smells it.
"Shouldn't we wait for Ethan?" Pamela asks. "Tsuyu already left."
"Nah, he's always late. He probably helping Bruce on business." Tensei answered, shook his head. "I couldn't blame Tsu. She wasn't able to wait for him since we told Ethan about it."
But, Batman has other plans when he noticed the radio tower as he wraps the tower around, causing the chopper to stop and crashed right at the chopper. Both the pilot and the escaped prisoner is stunned, but the latter managed to recover with a groan.
"What happened?"
Just as the escaped prisoner looked at the broken window while wondering what caused the chopper to crash, Batman revealed himself with an intimidating glare which it got him spooked.
Back at the Rose Cafe, Pamela and Tensai are still waiting for Ethan to arrive.
"I heard his father is rich." Pamela said with a smile.
"Adopted, actually." Tensei corrects her. "And yeah, Bruce and Ethan runs with the high-class crowd."
"I was wondering something, why did Tsuyu arrive at the Cafe?" Pamela questions. "Did it have something to do with Ethan?"
"You can say that, Tsu told me she has a bit of a crush on Ethan when she first saw him passing by the streets. But Ethan just made a last minute on cancelling his rendezvous." Tensei explains with a smile.
Back at the building, Batman is in pursuit, chasing after the escaped prisoner who is carrying a pipe. The escape prisoner stopped himself when he was about to swing the pipe, but Batman lunged at him and sent him flying close to the ledge. Both Batman and the escaped prisoner, rolling around the building while struggling to push the pipe. Batman was rolled and the escaped prisoner is on top him, about to bash the Dark Knight in the head with the pipe, but Batman managed to kick him in the sternum. The escaped prisoner grunts and lands on the ground while Batman kip-up on his feet, walking towards the prisoner as he grabs him in the collar. The escaped prisoner slowly looked at Batman with fear.
"W-W-Who...Who are you?!"
"I'm your worst nightmare..." Batman said with an intimidating glare.
The police arrived when they saw Batman and the escaped prisoner which it got his attention.
"This is the police! Nobody move!" Eizo shouts with his megaphone.
Batman decided to let the police handle it as he let the escaped prisoner go and left. The escaped prisoner faints by collapsed down. Both Kamui Woods and Eraser Head saw the whole scene which they're impressed of Batman.
"I've got to admit, I'm impressed." Kamui Woods said, crossed his arms. "But he's still a vigilante."
"A rational one at that." Eraser Head adds, watching the police capture the escaped prisoner along with the pilot. "Batman is impressive for handling those villain thugs at the steel factory, and fight against Man Bat since he got help from Edgeshot. But the question is, why didn't Edgeshot captured the Dark Knight?"
"That's something I want to know as well." Kamui Woods said with a ponder. "However, we still need to capture Batman."
"Yeah, and after that, we'll let Nezu give him a decision whether Batman either join in U.A. or be thrown in Tartarus." Eraser Head agrees as he and Kamui Woods left.
After Batman made it to the Batmobile, he hurried towards the Batcave as he calls Bruce.
"Old man, I'm running a little behind schedule." Batman told him.
"I've already told Tensei, Ethan. He and Isley are waiting patiently your arrival at the Rose Cafe." Bruce informed him. "However, Tsuyu already left early since she couldn't wait much long. Guess you missed your date."
"Blind date actually." Ethan corrects him. "And I've already told you, I don't like blind dates, and I don't think Tsu is the right girl for me. The reason is because I'm only seeing her as a friend."
"Well, you did save her life at the abandoned steel factory, remember?" Bruce asks which he's right. "But to let you know, her father and me have arranged your date last time. You've already cancelled your first because of Aaron Langstrom."
"Point taken." Ethan said with a sigh, decided to change the subject. "Anyway, how's the food there?"
"As Alfred would say, 'exquisite.'" Bruce answered, ending transmission.
At the Batcave, Ethan made it inside when Bruce arrived with the suit as the Dark Knight parks the Batmobile. Ethan hopped out of the Batmobile while grabbing the suit.
"I'll be taking the court this evening." Ethan states while getting change.
"As I anticipated, Ethan. It's out front with tank full of fuel." Bruce informed him.
After Ethan got changed, he head towards the car.
"Shall I recommend you try the trout almondine?" Bruce inquires with a smirk.
"I'll give it a try." Ethan answered as he went inside of the car, driving towards the Rose Cafe.
"Good choice, bon appetite." Bruce said.
At the Rose Cafe, Ethan arrived which he was pretty late because of chasing after the escaped prisoner. Ethan noticed that Tsuyu already left, meaning she cancelled the blind date. Of course, Ethan couldn't blame her because he mostly didn't like blind dates since Bruce tried to arrange one for him, and his time as a vigilante. After dinner, they shared a laugh over after-dinner coffee.
"You should've seen Tensei's face." Ethan said while grabbing a cup of coffee, causing both Tensei and Pamela to laugh.
"Oh, look at the time, I have to run." Pamela said when she looked at her watch, grabbing her purse and about to leave.
"So soon?" Tensei asked surprisingly.
"I'm sorry, I have an early meeting tomorrow." Pamela explains with a smile. "But you stay."
"No." Tensei protests sadly.
"I insist, spend some time with Ethan." Pamela said which it got Ethan raised his eyebrows. "And call me the minute you get home, Mr. Ingenium."
Pamela then cupped his cheeks with her hands and plants a deep kiss. Ethan then decided to turn away to give them some privacy which they've at it for a few minutes. The two then broke a kiss which it got Tensei flustered.
"Uh...I'll call you." Tensei suggested.
"Good." Pamela said, turns to Ethan. "Nice meeting you, Ethan."
"Same here." Ethan replied as Pamela left which it got the men's attention.
"So, what do you think?" Tensei asks when he sits next to Ethan.
"You tell me, what do you think?" Ethan counters with a question, smirked.
"She's one of a kind. That's why I asked her to marry me." Tensei answered, causing Ethan to spit water out of his mouth.
"What?!" Ethan exclaims surprisingly.
"Yep, I can settle down and have kids." Tensei told him, but grunts as he pulls his neck collar. "Is it getting warm in here?"
"You're still flushed from that last kiss." Ethan teased. "Tensei, you just met her last week."
"And I already know she's the one." Tensei points out, wiping the sweat with his cloth. "Gosh, it's hot in here."
"Marriage is a major step, Tensei. Don't you think you're rushing it?" Ethan questions, crossed his arms when Tensei is drinking a cup of water.
"No way! The moment I laid eyes on Pam, love hit me right in the face." Tensei protests, but he started passing out and goes face-first into the dessert which it got Ethan laughed a little.
"Tensei, you've lost your mind." Ethan said which Tensei isn't moving. "Knock it off. Tensei?"
Ethan then realizes that something is wrong as he called an ambulance.
As soon as the ambulance arrived, the paramedics arrived to take Tensei Iida to the hospital while Ethan goes with them.
After a few minutes, they arrived at the hospital and the doctors are rushing inside to take Tensei to the ORIC Unit 3. They're not getting any pulse which the doctors decided to take him to the ICU 3. Ethan is getting worried about Tensei since the hospital managed to call the Iida family to inform of their sons situation.
The hospital called the police to inform them. Barbara grabbed the phone and answer the call.
"This is Gordon." Barbara said, being informed that Tensei is at the hospital. "What?!"
Barbara hangs up as she grabbed her gear and rushed out of the office which it got the police officers attention.
"Tensei Iida is in a coma at the medical center! Move out!" Barbara informed her officers as she and the police officers left the police station.
Soon as the police arrived at the hospital along with the Iida family, they watch the doctor working on the medical procedure. Of course, the Iida family were worried about Tensei, and they wanted to know who would want to kill him.
Tensei's brother is Tenya Iida. Tenya is a relatively tall and muscular with a wide frame. He had the same hair color as Tensei, but flattened neatly down and parted on the right side of his head, a small patch completely shaved near the base of his head, and rather square eyes which match the notable pointed shape of his jaw. He wears a serious expression, and his eyebrows seem to be permanently pointed inwards, quite thin and long in length, the far ends sharply hooked inwards, and he wears glasses with rectangular length. He was wearing a blue business suit with a yellow tie, dark blue vest and white shirt underneath, blue pants, and black shoes.
The doctor noticed his heart rate is beeping fast, tried to find out what was causing Tensei in a coma state. The doctor came out of the patients room when the Commissioner spoke.
"So? What's the story, doctor?" Barbara asked. "Heart attack?"
"No, Commissioner, Mr. Iida has been poisoned."
"For criminy sakes!?" Barbara exclaims shockingly.
"What do you mean by poisoned?" Mr. Iida questions.
"Exactly as I said, he's been poisoned."
"Tanuma! Get down to that restaurant!" Barbara ordered, then turns to Ethan. "What's it called, Ethan?"
"It's called...the Rose Cafe." Ethan answered.
"'Rose Cafe' and find out who did this!" Barbara ordered as Tanuma complied and left the hospital, then she turns to the police officers. "I want police guards on duty here around the clock!"
"Yes sir."
"And Ethan, I need to talk to you, privately." Barbara told him as she and Ethan head to the room to speak privately.
Tenya is starting to grow suspicious about the Commissioner and Ethan since they knew each other, decided to follow them while leaving his parents went inside of the patient room to visit Tensei.
Soon as the two went inside of the room, Barbara then spoke.
"You noticed about Isley?" Barbara inquired.
"Yeah, she's known as Poison Ivy." Ethan nods. "According to the files, she graduated over at the Gotham University and earned a PhD for botany. She also gives a monthly lecture about extinct plants, but apparently, she also owned a greenhouse. Apparently, Isley also had done a number of crimes. And as far as I know, that kiss was no accident."
"It's not." Barbara said, shook her head. "It got something to do with the Penitentiary 10 years ago."
"I'll look into it and see if I can find out." Ethan suggested.
Barbara gives him a nod as they left the room. Tenya have overheard their conversation which he's starting to grow even more suspicious, wondering how they knew about Pamela Isley and why did she become a villain. Ethan went to the lab while Barbara decided to head for the Rose Cafe to get some answers. Ethan noticed the doctor is doing some analysis on Tensei's blood.
"Excuse me, doctor." Ethan called him, earned his attention. "Any idea what poison you mention?"
"One of the most virulent strains of poison I've ever come across. We'll do everything we can, Mr. Wayne."
"Is Tensei going to make it?" Ethan asks again.
"The poison is racing through his system. If he's going to make it, we need to find the antidote and fast."
And with that, the doctor left the lab. Ethan then turns to the microscope as he pulls the cloth out of his pocket, grabbing the glass slide that has Tensei's blood sample, covered it up, and placed on the pocket. Ethan decided to investigate on what type of poison as he was about to leave the hospital.
"I heard what you said about Isley." The voice of Tenya said, earned his attention. "Is it true? About Pamela who poisoned my brother?"
"How much have you heard?" Ethan questions with a serious expression.
"Enough about her as Poison Ivy, the Gotham University, and her became a villain." Tenya answered, adjusting his glasses. "Ethan, is it?"
"Yes." Ethan nods. "But Tenya, your family need you more than I do. The best you can do is to be with them and your brother."
"Please, let me find Pamela Isley! I want-"
"Your family comes first, Tenya." Ethan interrupts. "I'll come back if there's any change."
And with that, Ethan left the hospital. Tenya knew that Ethan was right, but he wanted to capture Pamela since she was the one who poisoned his brother.
At the Batcave, Ethan put on his batsuit while analyzing Tensei's blood sample. Bruce noticed a familiar poison and knew who poisoned Tensei.
"We've isolated a toxin, old man." Batman said as the results revealed, which Bruce grabs it and read it.
"We have." Bruce confirms. "It's a lethal poison derived from a plant called Rosaceae Vularis. In other words, Wild Thorny Rose."
"I'll get a plant sample from the Botanical Gardens. We can use it to work up an antidote." Batman suggests when the image of the Wild Thorny Rose have shown, stood up from his seat and about to leave.
"I'm afraid it's impossible, Ethan." Bruce points out which Batman stops.
"Why?" Batman asks, turns to him.
"Because the Wild Thorny Rose has been extinct for 10 years." Bruce explains when Batman walked towards. "Which means there's no antidote. And that happened before."
"How so?" Batman inquires.
"Decades ago, Harvey Dent made a Stonegate Penitentiary for keeping Gotham City safe." Bruce told him. "They destroyed those Wild Thorny Rose while building a prison. Pamela kissed Harv once at the Rose Cafe."
"Which poisoned him." Batman guessed, earned a nod from Bruce.
At the Mustafu Hospital, Ethan watches over Tensei, who's in a coma. He figured that Tensei's family already left the hospital a while ago and the police are watching the room 24/7 as Barbara ordered.
"Fight, Tensei! Fight!" Ethan muttered when he heard an elevator, revealed to be Pamela Isley approaching him.
"Oh, Ethan, I came as soon as I got your call." Pamela said sadly, then turns to Tensei. "How is he?"
"We're not sure." Ethan answered.
"I want to see him." Pamela said.
"Sorry ma'am, no visitors. Commissioner Gordon's orders."
The female police officer told her, not allowing anyone, except the Iida family, to visit Tensei. Both Ethan and Pamela then turn back to Tensei, but she's starting to have a breakdown.
"You should try and get some sleep. Come on, I'll walk you to your car." Ethan offered, escorting Pamela out of the hospital.
Soon as they left, Ethan walks Pamela to her car as he opens the car door.
"Promise to call me if there's any change." Pamela suggests.
"I will." Ethan accepts. "You get some rest."
"Tensei is lucky to have such a good friend." Pamela states when she was about to kiss him.
Ethan turns into a hug instead, remembered the deep kiss Pamela planted on Tensei just before he passed out and knew that she was Poison Ivy over the past decades in Gotham City.
"Goodnight, Ethan." Pamela said, breaking a hug and enter inside of the car.
"Goodnight, Pam." Ethan said as Pamela drives out of the hospital.
Just as Ethan drives his way back home, he decided to give Bruce a call.
"Hello?" Bruce said.
"Bruce, dig up on Pamela's location." Ethan said. "The one she's currently working as a botanist."
"Consider it done, Ethan." Bruce replied, ending transmission.
Soon as Ethan made it to the Wayne Manor, he made his way down to the Batcave. Bruce was able to get onto Pamela's current location when Ethan approaches.
"What do you have?" Ethan asked.
"Well, Pam is working as a research chemist with the 'Chashcehraghi', the cosmetic firm. She works on the development of new fragrances, their newest is a perfume called 'Nightshade.' Bruce explains, showing the commercial of the perfume. "She also offered a monthly lecture series on endangered extinct plants at the Mustafu University."
"I thinks Tensei's engagement is off." Ethan states, puts on the Batsuit.
At the Botanical Gardens, Batman decided to confront Pamela as he got off the Batmobile and head towards the greenhouse by quietly climbing up to the building. Batman looks through the window, noticed a variety of different plants and a lab, decided to look further while watching Pamela clipped a leaf with her pruning shears. Pamela placed both the leaf and the pruning shears at the table, grabbing a pot of the last Wild Thorny Rose, and walk towards the flower stand, placed it on the top while taking off her hat.
"Oh, you've done so well today, sweetheart." Pamela said to the plant with a smile. "Now, get some rest and don't worry, I won't clip off any more of your beautiful petals, unless I need them."
Batman then walks away while Pamela turns off the light, walked to her room and turning on the switch. Pamela opens the door that has a radio and turns it on, listening to the music as she walked to the screen to take off her garden attire. Batman lands on the ground after managing to open the window, rushes to the lab, but failed to notice the trap which he steps the floor panel, causes to fall. Batman grabs hold of the vine with a grunt, turns his head down to the trap and noticed it's full of cacti. He then swings his way towards the ground and lands with a pant, but failed to realize the plant wrapped his arm around with a snarl. Then, the plants wrapped Batman around and pulled him, causing him to see the gigantic Venus Flytrap was the one dragging him. The giant Ventus Flytrap opened its mouth while dragging him, but Batman is struggling to break free which it got Pamela's attention when she heard the noise.
"What is my sweet little Flytrap caught this time?" Pamela asked herself sweetly.
Batman continued to struggle while about to get engulf by the giant Venus Flytrap, but managed to prevent that by hold its mouth with his feet while try to kick his way out which breaking its teeth. Pamela changed her attire to green suit with a wrist crossbow on her right forearm, noticed the Venus Flytrap is trying to engulf Batman.
"Ooh, a little big for a fly." Pamela said, watching Batman tried to break free.
However, it got Batman's attention when Pamela turns on the lights by using the light switches.
"Batman, a late night rendezvous?" Pamela mocks with a smirk, revealed herself from the tree which it got his attention. "To what do I owe the honor?"
"Tensei...Iida..." Batman grunts.
"Oh, the poor Ingenium. I hear he's not expecting to live. It's so sad." Pamela said with a fake sad look on her face, but revealing her true colors by laughing with a sinister smirk.
"Why?" Batman questions.
"Oh please, you can call me Poison Ivy." Poison Ivy told him, walking towards him. "You see, Iida had to pay for his crime."
"What crime?" Batman asks again.
"Why...murder, of course. Plowing up the field of beautiful wildflowers for that silly little penitentiary." Pamela explains, walking towards the article and the pot of the Wild Thorny Rose. "This little rose would be extinct today if I hadn't saved my precious from those horrible bulldozers!? The blood of those flowers are on their hands!"
Poison Ivy was about to snap, but quickly regain her composure while smoothing her hair.
"So, his fate is sealed...with a kiss." Poison Ivy finished her sentence, pulled out a lipstick from her cleavage and coating the lipstick on her lips. She then walk towards Batman. "And now...so is yours."
And just as the giant Venus Flytrap branches hold Batman's head steady, Poison Ivy then kissed him in the kiss. After that deep kiss, Batman spits immediately, but is already starting to feel the effect when the poison is spreading.
"Oh, what's wrong? Afraid I have cooties?" Poison Ivy mocks while laughing, then she pulls out a bottle and opens it while Batman passed out. "Oh, now you've gone and hurt my feelings. Too bad...I was going to share the antidote with you."
Poison Ivy opens the lid and have Batman smell the fragrance of the antidote. She then uses only little of the antidote in between her cheek and her lips.
"Lovely fragrance, don't you think?" Poison Ivy mockingly questions. "I call it, 'Rose from the Dead'."
Batman regained his strength as he kicked her from the stomach, knocking her out as he wrapped his legs around the pipes. Poison Ivy grows enraged as the giant Venus Flytrap opened its mouth as it drags Batman. Batman grunts while struggles when he was about to get eaten, able to quickly arch his back but the Flytrap chomped his cape as he pulls out a knife out of his utility belt, cutting the plant and stabs it which it got the giant Venus Flytrap screeched in pain. Batman stabs it again, causing the giant Venus Flytrap to let go of him,
"NOOOOO!" Poison Ivy screams, holding her head.
Batman then swings his body and lands on the ground, but grunts as he stood up. Poison Ivy readies her wrist crossbow and aiming at Batman.
"MURDERER!" Poison Ivy yelled in anger, fires the bolt.
Batman quickly ducks down and the bolt fatally shots the giant Venus Flytrap. Until, the wraps restrained Poison Ivy which it was none other than Eraser Head holding her while preventing her from firing her crossbow.
"'Murderer'? That's like a pot calling a kettle black." Eraser Head said with a glare. "Poison Ivy, you're under arrest for tempting murder of Tensei Iida."
"Well, too bad he won't live for long...and neither will Batman." Poison Ivy grunts with a snarl.
"But they won't go alone." The voice of Tenya said, earned their attention when they noticed him holding a plant. "Your so-called precious is going to join them."
"NOOO!" Poison Ivy shrieked.
"What will it be, Isley? The bottle...for the weed." Batman said weakly. "What's it gonna be?"
Poison Ivy just snarled at Batman, but surrendered as she places the bottle next to Batman. Batman then takes the antidote and the effects of the poison is gone, turns to Tenya as he nods. Tenya nods back and walk towards Poison Ivy as he extends the plant to her.
"My baby! My precious baby!" Poison Ivy said, hugging the plant.
"Is she always like this?" Eraser Head asked.
"I think she cares about plants more than people." Batman told him.
Outside of the Botanical Garden, the police arrested Poison Ivy for the tempted murder of Tensei Iida with the poison from the Wild Thorny Rose. Tenya gives Barbara an explanation about the antidote developed by Poison Ivy which it's the antidote they need for his brother. Eraser Head then turn towards Batman.
"I'll admit, what you did is commendable for Tensei and able to figure out that Pamela almost killed him." Eraser Head said. "Who'd thought that she's Poison Ivy."
"Pam has done many crimes from decades ago in Gotham City. Her appearance hasn't changed much because of her decelerating aging ability." Batman explains. "As far as the result, she's not your typical villain, she's a meta-human. Her powers are based in plants, as long as she collects the solar from the sun."
"I see." Eraser Head said with an understanding. "However, it doesn't change the fact about you as a vigilante. I'm still going to capture you."
"Why is that?" Batman questions.
"Because Principal Nezu wanted to offer you a choice. Either you'd join U.A. or-"
Before Eraser Head could finish his sentence, he noticed that Batman not here anymore which it got him stunned.
"How did he...ah, never mind." Eraser Head said with a groan. "But still, I will have you captured, one way or another."
At the hospital, Tensei awakens to see Barbara, Eizo, and the Iida family after he was cured from the poison.
"Where am I?" Tensei asked with a groan.
"You're in the hospital." Tenya told his brother.
"Why?" Tensei asked again when the nurse and Eizo walk towards him. "What happen?"
"You passed out into your chocolate mousse." Eizo answered.
"But you're going to be fine." Barbara added.
"Now Tensei, about your engagement to Pamela Isley." Tenya said, leaning close to his brother. "I don't think she's the right woman for you. Because she's known as Poison Ivy, and she did a lot of heinous crimes in Gotham City. Commissioner Gordon told us about it and well, like I said, she's not the right woman for you."
At the penitentiary, they put Poison Ivy was held down to the lower levels of the prison cell. She was very protective of her plant.
"They can bury me in the ground...as deep as they like...but I'll grow back." Poison Ivy said to herself as she stood up of her bunker bead, walking towards the pot of the Wild Thorny Rose with a vengeful glare. "We always grow back. Don't we, baby?"
And for that, Poison Ivy vows revenge against Batman.
