This is the 6th chapter. I don't own the series of My Hero Academia or the series of Justice League.
BrianShooter672: Okay first things first, there are several things I'm letting you know. One: They're the MacManus twins, not the Connor twins. Big difference. Two: You need to slow down a notch, I wouldn't be going that far as adding the RED characters because I haven't watched it and it won't sit well for me. Thus, I still have plans on the current and the future chapters. And to answer your question, Barry Dylan is a character from the series of Archer (never watched it) which you pretty much got the characters mixed up. And for Ibara, maybe but it depends if she can trust the Bat family, Catwoman, Delta, and the Boondock Saints.
Rescuing Eri
A week has passed since the Boondock Saints made their debut and making a name for themselves in Japan by killing Oswald Cobblepot and Boris Checkov. Principal Nezu and the Pro Heroes were gathered at the Hero Public Safety Commission where they're having a meeting. Apparently, they were absolutely furious when the people have turned against them and the group of vigilantes like the Bat family, Catwoman, Delta, and the Boondock Saints were roaming around freely around the globe to fight against the group of villains and criminals without the Provisional License and uneducated at UA High. Even Madam President was well aware of their activities in the city and the world which in her opinion, the vigilantes were true heroes because the Pro Heroes, except All Might, only cared about fame, money, and glory. Edgeshot is close friends to Bruce and Barbara as well as the mentor to the Bat family because he trained them in order to fight against villains even if they're quirkless.
"The reason why we are all gathered here is to discuss of those vigilantes." Nezu told them. "We will start off with the Bat family: Batman, Batgirl, and Red Robin. Along with Catwoman and the Boondock Saints."
"I've encountered Batman once at the abandoned steel works and at the greenhouse when Pamela Isley, known as Poison Ivy, was about to end his life after the poisonous kiss." Aizawa points out. "No sense of capturing him if he's off dead without the antidote."
"Ah yes, the plant villain who tried to murder Ingenium." Nezu said. "Apparently, Batman has done some noble work on those criminals, but it's still a bit overkill on breaking bones."
"Well, Nezu, he's Batman. It's what he does." All Might points out. "And I find it impressive of his gadgets. The one that can freeze the sludge villain in an instant and the other that can grab hold of the building while launched away."
"Yes, it's impressive that he can make his own gadgets." Aizawa agrees in annoyance. "But it's no excuse of his criminal actions for vigilantism."
"Hey, give him a break. Besides, I like those three, including Delta and Catwoman because they remind me of me back at my day as Tiger Bunny." The rabbit hero told him with a smirk, known as Mirko.
Mirko has an athletic yet curvaceous figure with muscular arms and legs, who stands slightly above average height. She has dark skin, red eyes which are tilted slightly inwards, long eyelashes, and straight white hair that reaches down to her waist. On her head, she has a pair of long white rabbit ears pointing upwards with a slight crook. Along with these, she also has a white round tail, which gives her overall design a definite resemblance to an albino rabbit. She wore a white sleeveless leotard with dark purple trim around her shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and a single thick metal plate wrapped around her midriff. She wears a thigh-high boots to compliment the leotard with more plating around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has a pair of thick, white gloves on her hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around the edges.
"Last time I check, you've only gotten yourself a record on going underground fights during your time as a vigilante. And most times, fighting against villains in the streets." The winged hero named Hawks points out. "So yeah, you've caused trouble."
Hawks is a man of average height with a slim and narrow build. He himself has point out that his back muscles are not broad enough. He has feathery, ash blond hair, swept messily backwards, with some of the front tufts sticking up in arcs above his head, notably thick eyebrows, and some faint stubble on his chin. His eyes are golden-brown and rather triangular, with two little black triangles just below his tear ducts, making his eyebrows somewhat resemble those of a bird. The marks around his eyes are natural since he had them as a child. He has a large set of bright red wings with feathers that gradually lengthen the further down they go. He wears a black shirt with a wavy golden pattern like a ripple in a pond, over which he has a tan jacket with a high collar, the insides and cuffs of the sleeves lined with white fur, and black gloves. He has a red square-shaped lobe piercing on each ear, although there are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow headphones over them. His headphones most likely have protection purposes, since the velocities in which he moves are capable of damaging eardrums beyond repair. A rounded, yellow-tinted visor protects his eyes, presumably from UV radiation above the clouds and dirt particles at high speed. His jacket is specifically modified, with two large slits over his shoulder blades to accommodate his wings. His costume resembles an aviator's uniform.
"The hell'd you say, ya bird-brained bastard!" Mirko growled with a tick mark on her head. "I'll have no problems of kicking your sorry ass!?"
"Hey, I'm just pointing things out." Hawks said, waving his hands in defense. "Besides, even if those guys were saving lives, they're still vigilantes. So, there's no need for that."
Mirko was about to start a fight when a huge fat hero grabs hold on her, restraining the rabbit hero.
"Mirko, take it easy. We're here to have a meeting." The fat hero named Fat Gum told her.
Fat Gum is a big round man, easily towering over other Pro Heroes. His mouth is big, and his nose is smaller, which alongside his odd body proportions, give him an odd look. He wore a pair of black pants, an orange zippered hood, which has the initials of his alias on the front of 'FAT GUM', written with a clear F, G, and an inverted F. Alongside them, he wore gloves, metallic boots, and a mask that goes around his eyes and over his forehead.
"Enough, both of you!" Madam President shouts, stopping them. "I will not have a transgression here!"
Both Hawks and Mirko then realized why they're here as the two lose their aggression while letting the meeting continue.
"Now then, the next vigilante was Catwoman." Nezu announces. "It's a mystery that if she has a Quirk or not, but it's enough to notice that she's agile and has quite a reflex like a cat."
"True, but let's not forget, Catwoman's specialty was stealth. She's an expert on stealing things and gather information." The Rated R Hero named Midnight adds with an agreement. "She can also climb walls with her cat-like fingers. Plus, she uses her whip to either grab hold of something, or use it in combat."
Midnight was a tall, curvaceous woman with sky blue eyes, which tilted downwards in the center; framed by set of rather long eyelashes. She had long thick spiky dark purple hair, which was made up of layers of varying lengths, the longest ones reaching down below her waist. Her chin-length bangs were split into three sections; two swept to the sides and one over her face, going diagonally down to the left between her eyes. She also had a small beauty mark below her left eye, as well as red-painted nails. Her hero costume was very similar to one of a traditional dominatrix. She wore a breastless black leather leotard-similar in a style to a corset-over a thin, skin-tight, white bodysuit, which accentuated her voluptuous figure. The center strip of her leotard was embellished with red gemstone-like accessories in a vertical pattern, extending from her collar to her midriff. She also wore a translucent black thigh-high garter stockings, which were attached to a burgundy utility belt decorated with gold studs around her hips, and black knee-high boots. She had a small red mask outlining her eyes, and handcuffs on each wrist.
"Although if she pulls it off for being a Pro Hero, I'm pretty sure that any of us would have her at the Agency." Midnight continues. "I mean, she did fight Red Claw and a couple of thugs."
"I agree, Catwoman is not meant to be messed with." Mt. Lady agrees. "She has cat-like reflex and deadly fighting style."
"We'll give them credit, both Batman and Catwoman were capable of defending themselves against small time thugs and villains." Kamui Woods adds.
"Yes, we all agree on that part." Nezu nods, decided to move on with the next vigilante. "The third one is Batgirl. Though a female version of Batman, but like him, she also uses gadgets and a fighting style."
"Batgirl may not have strength to lift the big guys, but makes up in speed and reflex." Aizawa replied. "And, her signature weapons were her kali sticks turned into a bo staff. It's no surprise that she can do like Batman can."
"She's a feisty one, I'll give that. Batgirl was able to figure out the crime scenes and find out who the culprit is." The four-armed hero named Fourth Kind said, impressed. "Like Batman, she's good at gadgets and tech, which lead her as an investigator."
Fourth Kind is a large, wide-set man with four big arms. He has a buzzed, grayish-brown hair and small but wide eyes with no eyebrows, although the skin where they'd be is notably heavy and defined. His teeth are prominently straight, and he also has stitched scar running diagonally over his left eye. He wore a plain black suit with a cyan-colored tie, three yellow diamonds patterning it down the center, and a thick gold ring on each of his twenty fingers. His jaw appeared to be made of metal, or at least have a metal casing, as with his neck.
"And I'm afraid they're not the only ones who can use gadgets and combat prowess, there's a fourth vigilante who goes by the name of Red Robin." Nezu adds, moving on with the next one. "Red Robin has the same abilities, except that he carries the bo staff."
"He's working together with Batgirl by patrolling the city and fight against the villains." Death Arms informed them. "Apparently, the two were able to beat those small-time thugs and villains together. Me and Kamui Woods saw it, it's like they're in sync."
"Yeah, these two did a commendable job on taking down those villains without any problems or a backup." Kamui Woods agrees, crossed his arms. "However, we've tried to reason with those two about going to UA High so they can get a license and go for one of the agencies, but they refuse to join and then left."
"I've tried to reason with Batman, considering of how rational he is by figuring out on his own. But what's irrational about him is how reckless he's been by going on his own without help." Aizawa adds. "He's lucky that I managed to get there along with Tenya Iida. And next thing I knew after tried to offer him a choice, he just vanished like he's not here."
"Again, that's Batman, it's what he does." All Might states. "Disappearing out of nowhere without getting caught."
"These four vigilantes have done some commendable work on patrolling the city and keep the crime rates low. However, it won't change that they're still criminals and needed to be captured." Hawks points out."
"Right, but let's not forget about the fifth one, Delta." Nezu informed them. "Delta has some deadly combat prowess, but unlike the four, she uses firearms against those villains in order to put them down."
"Many of the people considered Delta as the next John Wick, but she's a woman, which basically a female version of John Wick." The battle hero named Gunhead said.
Gunhead is a wide-set man of a muscular build with long pale mint-green hair that spikes backwards, away from his head. He wears a white mask with four holes in a square formation, all resembling gun muzzles with slight barrel stems protruding from their side, the only exception being the bottom left one, which instead just holds the appearance of a regular circle. He wears a partial bodysuit of a dark grayish-cyan color, only covering the lower portion of his torso, his arms from the shoulders down and the palms of his hands. A padded combat vest sits over this, around the sides of his chest, and is kept in place by two straps that connect his mask and shoulders. He also sports plain brown pants and short black boots, as well as the signature revolver chamber-shaped silver bracers and spikes on his knuckles.
"I've encountered with Delta once, learned that she's quirkless." Snipe told them with it got the Pro Heroes shocked. "And apparently, she refused to go home when I told her. She also flipped me off before she left, quite rebellious. Not to mention she called me Jonah Hex."
"Ha! Even so, it does suit your name, considering of your outfit." Mirko states with a smirk, earned a tick mark from Snipe.
"Then that would mean that those five were quirkless as well." Fat Gum points out, putting two and two together. "It would explain why they have no quirks at all."
"It may be the case, but it's still no excuse that these five were vigilantes." Nezu agrees. "And we're still going to capture them. I will not have them run wild in this city."
The Pro Heroes, except Mirko and Edgeshot, have agreed of Nezu's words which it got them eager to capture them.
"So for now, we'll be moving on to those four who caused a massacre in the Iceberg Lounge and the Dock 19. The Boondock Saints." Nezu informed them, changing the subject. "These four were traveling vigilantes who've killed dozens of criminals and villains from around the world. They mostly stayed in between US and Ireland to keep the crime rates low."
"These four were mostly using the silencers to shoot them down without a sound. And the next, they're doing a ritual where they put coins in the eyes and pray for their forgiveness of their sins so God will pass the judgment to them." The killer whale hero named Gang Orca said. "But no matter how much we've tried to get to them in Ireland and US, they're untouchable and the police won't let me or any of us get to them, either."
Gang Orca is a tall, well-built man whose body has the features of a killer whale, thanks to his Quirk. He has deep white eyes that feature several rings that circle his red pupils. At times he can look extremely menacing. He wore a white suit with high collar. The collar that reaches all the way to his chin, and it is decorated with diamond shapes that are made to look like a tongue is coming out. He also wears a killer whale-like cape over his back.
"That's troubling, even after they've caused quite a ruckus in this city." Nezu agrees.
"But the question is, where are they going to strike next?" All Might asked, pondered.
"There's no telling about the Boondock Saints, they can be anywhere and most likely going after the lowlifes, like mafias." Snipe states. "What a pain."
"But there are other vigilantes who make a name for themselves from around the globe as well." A Pro Hero named Sir Nighteye informed them.
Sir Nighteye was a tall, lean but muscular man with rather sharp and elongated features. His shiny hair was always worn smoothed down and parted to his left, and was of a dark green color, with three yellow streaks towards the front, two on his right, and one on his left. His eyebrows were also yellowish, matching the rims of the triangular glasses he wore and the strikingly bright-yellow irises of his stern-looking eyes. His looks gave off a sense of authority and power, as he rarely smiled and looks stern, and he always appeared to be glaring. He wore a plain white suit with gold buttons, a white dress shirt, and a red tie with white dots.
"This first vigilante is Ghost Maker from Singapore: He's a notorious vigilante and an assassin who has no hesitation of killing those villains with his dual katanas and his assassination arts." Sir Nighteye continues while showing the images of the crime fighters. "Next is V from England: A mysterious assailant with an unknown background. In his own right, he fought those criminals in deadly combat, his daggers, and firearms. The third is Azreal from France: An avenging knight who is known as the Angel of Death. Trained by the catholic group, Azreal punished the criminals with his swords and flames to pass down the judgment to God. The fourth is Batwoman from US: Like the Bat family, Batwoman is deadly in combat and gadgets, she also solved cases in 15 states. The fifth is Signal, also from US: His Quirk is a mixture of light and darkness. Signal also used his Quirk for his combat prowess and his weaponry against the criminals. Like Batwoman, he solved cases in 11 states. And finally, the sixth is Ronin from Okinawa: Ronin is a samurai warrior with deadly swordsmanship, assassination arts, and archery. Ronin makes a swift work on those criminals, and it would appear he only decapitates them in the head."
"So, more vigilantes that must be dealt with from around the globe. This is going to be more a pain in the ass." Snipe said with a groan.
"And it can also mean that the International Pro Heroes are trying to capture them, but so far they're not having much luck as we are." Midnight points out.
"Which means we need to patrol the city and hoping that we can find them and capture them." The fiber hero named Best Jeanist suggests with a ponder.
Best Jeanist is a tall slim man with an unnaturally long and flexible neck, as shown on several occasions, and dark, heavily eyelashes which appeared to tilt slightly inwards. He has rather long blond hair which he wears combed drastically to the left, covering his left eye. He wore a denim waistcoat with two large breast pockets and a denim dress shirt with a very high collar which covers his face up to just below the nose. He wears two belts, one around his collar and one around his waist, and short dark brown boots with thick gray shafts and soles.
"The hard part is finding them because when the police make a call, we usually go there and stop those criminals." Aizawa points out. "But those five beat us to it before we even get there."
"And they left when the criminals were captured." Mt. Lady adds but started to complain. "I can't believe they stole my spotlight! They even take all the glory and gained popularity! Why could it be me?!"
"Have you no shame?" Kamui Woods asks with a sweat drop. "And need I to remind you that we're here for the meeting?"
Mt. Lady then snapped out of her thoughts when Kamui Woods reminded her why they were here. She then cleared her throat while regain her composure.
"Anyway, we still need to keep an eye on those vigilantes and take precautions by patrolling the city." Nezu suggested. "Hopefully, we'll be able to capture these five and offer them a choice. A choice to either enter UA High or sent to prison for vigilantism."
Most of the Pro Heroes, except Mirko and Edgeshot, responds with an agreement since they wanted to capture the Bat family, Catwoman, and Delta, but they may or may not get the chance because these five knows how to fight back since they've been after them for only 4 months which they so far have no luck on capturing them. Both Mirko and Edgeshot won't take part of this because they respected their actions against those villains. Madam President also didn't like the idea of the Pro Heroes capturing the vigilantes while losing on sight of the villains.
At the Wild, Wild Pussycat HQ, a little boy named Kota heard the news about the Bat Family, Catwoman, Delta, and the Boondock Saints. Of course, Kota didn't like the Pro Heroes because of the Pro Heroes cared only about money, fame, and glory. However, the Bat family, Catwoman, Delta, and the Boondock Saints didn't care about any of those because they save lives while making a name for themselves since they're not some typical vigilantes. Kota begins to wonder about the Pro Heroes behavior and hoping that he can learn how to fight in combat. He then thought of an idea as he decided to make a call with someone.
At the apartment, a girl named Ibara Shiozaki have also heard the news of the five vigilantes, including the Boondock Saints. She only saw those four are nothing but cold-blooded killers when she heard of the incident between the Iceberg Lounge and Dock 19, but she remained skeptical about them. However, after learning the ugly truth about the Boondock Saints from Barbara Gordon, she started to question how the Pro Heroes act, and learned that the Boondock Saints were Catholics. As a devoted Christain, she too believed in God and because that, Ibara was hoping that she can pair with one of the members of Boondock Saints, hoping the same age as her.
At the Musutafu City, both Ethan and Lita decided to take a time off after crime fighting and patrolling the city. They were walking down the street going on a date. It was exhausting after becoming a vigilante and defending the city against criminals and villains.
"After the first date, we have to postpone it when the Boondock Saints arrived." Lita points out. "Going up against some thugs and the Russian Mafia at the Iceberg Lounge was easy enough."
"But still, we're still able to keep the city at peace. And the Boondock Saints proved otherwise since the villains probably listened the news about them." Ethan states. "They're probably scared after witnessing the dead people."
"True, but I don't think any of the villains get the message, not even the Pro Heroes either." Lita told him. "I mean All Might and Edgeshot weren't interested on capturing us."
Ethan agrees because All Might gave up on capturing them while back when he rescued the three girls as Batman. Edgeshot doesn't have interest either because of the deep respect between Bruce, Barbara, and the Bat family.
"Pro Heroes is one thing, but the new generation is another story. I mean like Bakugo, because of his high ego and his superiority complex, he thinks that he can surpass All Might and becoming number 1 hero." Ethan told her. "But I think he missed a point about being a hero."
"Hmm, well, the new generations may not be able to understand what being a hero is all about, but if they don't learn, then their actions will not only cost them their lives but also the lives among them." Lita states.
"It really got me thinking of the type of heroes they'll be in the future." Ethan said before changing the subject. "Anyway, the Pro Heroes aren't patrolling the city for some reason, meaning that they're probably held somewhere at the Hero Public Safety Commission."
"No doubt about it, they're discussing about us, Emily, James, Delta, and likely the Boondock Saints." Lita nods with an agreement. "I mean, we've been becoming vigilantes for what, years? And we keep the city at peace, but we did cause a big racket and making the Pro Heroes pissed off about us beating them to the punch before they get to the criminals."
"That and they're still planning on capturing us, which means they'll be taking precaution by keeping watch on the city if we're making a move." Ethan adds with a ponder. "We need to keep a low profile and warn the others."
Just as they continued to walk through the city, they didn't notice someone running into them from an alleyway. It got their attention when Ethan lost his footing, looking down when they saw a little girl who's none other than Eri.
Eri is a small girl with bluish, off-white hair, messy and unkempt, which is parted in the middle of her forehead, almost reaching down to her waist. She has very wide, innocent-looking eyes, which are bright red in color. Poking out from her right side of her forehead is a small brown horn. She's wearing a plain, short-sleeved dress, which is dirty, pale tan color. Bandages are wrapped around both her arms and legs, stopping at her wrists and ankles, underneath which she is shown to have numerous scars.
Ethan and Lita looked at Eri's attire and what strike out the most was the terrified expression on her face.
'That's not a good sign. Whoever did this to her is child abuse.' Ethan mentally thought, but Lita was thinking the same thing.
"You should be more careful..." A male voice said, causing Eri to flinch by the sound coming from the alleyway she had come out from.
Out of darkness was a man known as Kai Chisaki, AKA, Overhaul.
Overhaul is a pale young man of narrow build with short, shaggy auburn hair, parted to the right. His eyes are thin, their irises small and gold, with rather long lower eyelashes and small eyebrows. He has three piercings on his left ear. He usually covers his mouth covered by a plague doctor mask. He wears a black dress shirt with matching pants, a pale grey necktie around his neck and a belt with long, thin buckle around his waist. Over this, he wears a dark olive-green bomber jacket with a thick purple fur collar and white laced-up sneakers with tan soles and no socks. The white surgical gloves he wears on his hands and the magneta plague mask he wears over his mouth, which is tipped and embroidered with gold are his most distinguished features.
"We didn't want to cause trouble for anyone now, do we?" Overhaul asks in a calm yet irritated tone.
'Damn, so the Leader of the Shie Hassaikai is here to retrieve the little girl!? And he's on a whole different level, comparing to those thugs we fought!' Lita mentally growled with a scowl on her face.
"Eri, what have I told you about running off on your own?" Overhaul asks with a slight angry voice, walking up close to Eri, Lita, and Ethan.
Both Ethan and Lita kept their guard up in case they get into a fight, but with no gadgets or weapons, they'll have to rely on martial arts. They can tell that Eri was afraid of him, Overhaul is responsible for her fear. Delta noticed that the two are in trouble along with Eri as she readied her Barret MRAD, aiming at Overhaul. One of the MacManus known as Gunner also readied his Heckler & Koch G3, aiming at Overhaul at the opposite building.
Gunner has brown eyes and red hard. He has a Celtic Cross tattoo on his left forearm, a Celtic Knot on his left shoulder, and two Celtic Sheleighly tattoos on his back with the words MacManus family on his back. He wore a black shirt, blue jeans, leather gloves, combat boots, a ski mask, and black leather jacket.
"Is she your kid?" Ethan asked directly.
"Yes, she's my daughter." Overhaul answered.
Both Ethan and Lita knew that it was a lie thanks to their sharp senses and an intuition.
"Now come on Eri, we're leaving." Overhaul suggests as Eri tenses up in fear and grabbed on to Ethan's pants.
"P-Please don't go." Eri pleaded, sobbing quietly in fear.
"Your daughter seemed scared." Ethan said when he noticed this.
"Oh, she's just afraid that I'll punish her for running away like that." Overhaul replied.
Eri's grip on his pants harder as her whole body began to tremble. Ethan and Lita eyes slightly narrowed, but their calm demeaner while started to get angry.
"Does this happen often? Her running away?" Lita asks, tried to get something out of him.
"On occasion. Kids can be troublesome sometimes." Overhaul said, walking closer to them. "I'll just be taking her, and we'll be on our way. You two should head home, it's getting pretty late."
Overhaul ended the conversation, but Ethan and Lita weren't going to allow it to end there.
"You know, she looked kind of scared right now. Maybe we should help you out?" Lita offered.
"That won't be necessary." Overhaul replied, starting to grow irritated. "Like I said before, you should go home."
"You know what, I'm going to stop you right there." Ethan said, dropping his acted and leaving Overhaul confused. "That whole thing about you being her daughter, Lita and I can tell that was a load of BS. You think we were born yesterday? The way you're dressed and acted, and how this little girl is bandaged up and shaking like a leaf. We can immediately tell you're the type of person that can never be trusted."
Ethan slightly pulled Eri behind him, as he called the Batmobile and prepared to quickly escape. Gunner and Delta readied their snipers. Overhaul immediately narrowed his eyes at Ethan and Lita.
"Now, what are you planning on doing to this girl?" Lita demands.
"Listen, you're getting involved with something that doesn't concern you." Overhaul said in a dangerous tone. "Now, make the smart choice and walk away."
"That's not going to happen." Ethan replied. "You see, we have this thing about child abuse. If we something that we don't like, then we do something about it. And considering the fact that this girl over here is terrified, and you look far trustworthy, we're going to help her out."
Eri looked up to Ethan and Lita with a surprised and disbelief look on her face.
"Really now? How do you plan to do that?" Overhaul asks in a cold tone.
Until, both Ethan and Lita smirked as the Batmobile ran over and hit Overhaul, sending him flying as he crashed and rolled over against the road when he was walking towards them a while ago. Eri was shocked that the Batmobile just hit Overhaul when it reversed to them, opening the hatch. Just as both Ethan and Lita were about to take Eri inside of the Batmobile, Overhaul grunts while tried to pull himself up since the vehicle did quite a number on him.
"Do you honestly think you can get away with that? I'm not going to back down with some kids." Overhaul growled as he took his gloves off which causes Eri to tense up with fear, because she knows what was coming next.
'He took off his gloves. It must've gotten something to do with his Quirk.' Ethan mentally thought.
"I'm only going to give you one last chance. Leave here now and forget what you saw." Overhaul threatened as he prepares to kill Ethan and Lita if he has to. "Or forfeit your lives."
Ethan and Lita only respond by readying his fighting stance. Eri was terrified for what's going to come next. Someone else was going to die, all because she ran away. And then, both Delta and Gunner took the shot as the fired their sniper rifles at Overhaul's hands.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! MY HANDS! MY HANDS!" Overhaul yelled in pain when he looked down and saw the holes from his hands, then got shot in his shoulders.
Ethan and Lita then charged after Overhaul, then double arm flipped him to the ground, and then break both of his arms.
"AAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" Overhaul yelled in pain.
Ethan and Lita didn't want to give Overhaul a chance to make a move, so they grabbed his legs and then snapped his ankles into two. Ethan grabbed his collar and lifted him in the air.
"You won't get away with this!" Overhaul shouted angrily as he tried to use his Quirk, but can't because of his broken arms. "The Hassaikai Clan will soon rule the underworld! Once I'm free, I'll make you wish you never cross with me!"
"Shut up!" Ethan yelled, punching Overhaul in the face. "I don't give a damn if you're the next Prince of Crimes. If you think we're going to sit back and watch you torment a little girl, you got another thing coming."
"You're making a big mistake. You two should quit while you're ahead. You have no idea what you're walking into." Overhaul said to the two, trying to make them see a reason. "If you don't stop now, the entire Shie Hassaikai Clan will come after your heads."
Ethan and Lita just narrowed their eyes to the threat attempt on his life. It didn't matter what Overhaul said, they weren't going to back down when someone's life was on the line. Ethan Wayne is Batman and Lita Kyle is Catwoman.
"We're looking forward to it." Ethan said, making Eri and Overhaul widened their eyes in surprised looks as they weren't less a bit scared at all by that threat. "But as of right now, this conversation is over."
Ethan then knocked Overhaul in the face again, but even harder, knocking him out cold.
"We should thank our sniping friends when this is over." Lita suggests when Ethan then pressed the button to have the Batmobile back to the Batcave.
"We should." Ethan agrees, then turns to Eri who's starring at them in shock. "You alright?"
This caused Eri stumbled to the ground and away from the two, clearly afraid.
"Whoa, easy there. We're not going to hurt you." Ethan assures when he and Lita put their arms up, showing Eri that they mean no harm.
Hearing that made Eri calm down a bit, clearly see that Ethan and Lita were different than Overhaul. Both Ethan and Lita walked closer to Eri and kneel down to her level.
"So, your name is Eri, right?" Lita asks, earned a nod from her. "Okay, Eri. My name is Lita Kyle and this is Ethan Wayne. But you can call me Lita."
"And you can call me Ethan." Ethan adds.
"Lita? Ethan?" Eri repeated their names.
"That's right, that's our names." Ethan said.
"A-Are you two heroes?" Eri asked.
"No, we're vigilantes. We've been fighting crime for years." Ethan explains, but decided to change the subject. "Now, do you know what he wanted you for? And what was it about?"
Eri didn't answer right away. She was trembling in fear, afraid of answering.
"They said I was supposed to be used for something. That I should be with them." Eri explains. "Overhaul said my Quirk was a curse and that I would only bring pain and suffering to others."
That made both Ethan and Lita shocked from what they heard.
'That guy actually said something like that to a child.' Lita thought in anger, but spoke. "What exactly did they do to you?"
"Overhaul says I'm cursed because of my Quirk, but that my curse can be used to cure heroes." Eri answered.
'Cure heroes?' Ethan and Lita mentally thought curiously.
"...So, he cut me up, he put things in me, and took things out. He tore me apart and put me back together. Over and over again." Eri said as she shivered in fear, remembering the things he'd done to her.
Ethan and Lita widened their eyes in complete shock from Eri's explanation.
'What kind of sick monster does something like that to a little kid?!' Ethan mentally in complete anger as he clenched his teeth.
Both Ethan and Lita knew that Overhaul was an absolute monster in their thoughts now.
'There has to be more to this story. We need more information.' Lita mentally thought as she decided to make a phone call.
"I-I should go." Eri said, looked at Ethan and Lita. "They'll be mad. If they're-"
"Let them be mad." Ethan interrupted her.
"But if I don't go back, they'll-"
"No 'buts'." Ethan said firmly and looked at Eri. "Eri, tell me the truth. Do you really want to go back their?"
Eri just look at Ethan and took a deep breath.
"No! No, I hate him! I hate living in the place they had me in! I don't ever want to go back there!" Eri shouted at the top of her lungs.
Ethan and Lita smiled at her words.
"That's good to hear, because we're going to help you." Ethan said, patting Eri on the head. "They're not going to hurt you ever again. Or else they'll end up like Overhaul."
Soon, Eri started to cry, wrapped her arms around his chest and begins to let out in tears. Ethan returned hugging Eri back as she was crying in his arms. Lita then makes a call for Barbara Gordon.
"This is Gordon." Barbara said, answered the call.
"Commissioner, this is Lita Kyle." Lita informed her. "We have a serious problem right now and we need some help."
"What's the problem?" Barbara asked.
"I can't explain it to you right now over the phone, Commissioner, but we can tell you that we need to get to the police near Musutafu. Ethan and I just rescued a kidnapped child from a villain." Lita explains.
"I'll send my men to pick you guys up and meet you three there. I'll be sure to let Chief Kenji know that you're arrived to the police station with the kidnapped child." Barbara told her as the transmission ended.
Ethan and Lita sighed as they wait for the police to arrive while keeping an eye on Overhaul in case he tried anything.
Soon as the police arrived to pick Ethan, Lita, and Eri up while arresting Overhaul, they arrived at the police station when Barbara, Kenji, and a detective named Naomasa arrived at the interrogation room. Eri kept holding on to Ethan's hand tightly, afraid he and Lita might let go, but they have no intention of leaving her.
Naomasa is a tall man with short black hair and somewhat rectangular black eyes. He wore a police uniform which was a black suit, a green tie at his neck with matching slacks, and dress shoes.
"Have to be honest, I didn't expect you two fought against Overhaul and won." Naomasa said.
"Well, we've got help." Ethan told him, not telling the names of the two.
Naomasa nods with an understanding as the Chief spoke.
"I've already informed Mr. Wayne and Ms. Kyle of the current situation. They're on their way right now, WOOF." Kenji informed him.
"Thank you." Lita thanked him.
When they're waiting for them to arrive, both of the Gordon siblings arrived after hearing about Eri and Overhaul.
"We heard what happened just now." James said. "Where's Overhaul?"
"He's in Life Support at prison. Though, his body has a lot of damage between broken ribs, flesh wounds on his hands, and in between the broken limbs." Naomasa informed him, causing James and Emily to cringe a bit. "And the reason why they're here is because she's the reason you two are here."
Until, both Bruce and Selina arrived at the police station when they walked into the interrogation room.
"We heard what happen and why you two aren't at home." Bruce said with a serious expression, making Eri looked at him in fear. "Is she the reason they're here?"
"Yes sir, according to Ethan and Lita, they entered a confrontation with Kai Chisaki, where he was knocked out. Our officers just picked him up." Kenji explains.
"What about the little girl?" Selina inquires.
"When Ethan and Lita brought her in, our medical staff took a look at her. Apparently, she had extensive damage done to her arms and legs. Hence the bandages." Barbara said, making Eri sniffled.
"Deep cuts?" Bruce guessed.
"Yes, much of her skin has been cut. They even mentioned bruises too large to be accidents." Barbara confirmed.
"And Overhaul, was the one behind this?" Selina inquires.
"Eri told us that herself the things he did to her." Lita said with venomous tone.
Bruce, Selina, Emily, and James looked at Ethan and Lita which they can understand why Overhaul did those things to Eri. Kenji and Naomasa had a look on their faces as well, knew that look and also disgusted of Overhaul's actions.
"But there might be more to this story." Emily states with a ponder. "If what you're telling us is true, then we need some answers between her and Overhaul."
"Are you suggesting that we ask questions from them in order to get answers?" Barbara questions, earned a nod from her. "Alright, we'll be sure to get their story."
And with that, the police decided to do just that by hearing Eri's story first. Eri was a bit hesitant, but Ethan and Lita assures her that she can trust them. Eri then gives them her story by Kenji while Barbara and Naomasa gets some answers on Overhaul's side of the story.
It took a few hours to hear both sides of the story.
What they've learned so far from Eri's side of the story is that she lived a happy life with her family, but changed when her quirk is manifested at the age of 6 and accidentally erased her father from his existence. Eri's mother disowned her after the incident and left her in the care of her grandfather, the boss of the Shie Hassaikai, wanting nothing to do with a daughter anymore, as she sees her child as cursed. Her grandfather took care of her and asked Overhaul about her Quirk. It's discovered that her Quirk and Overhaul started to do inhumane experiments on Eri by destroying her with his Quirk, collecting blood, and then repairing her. He did this hundreds of times, despite Eri's pain. Eri tried to escape and resist multiple times, but to no avail and eventually accepted her fate as a prisoner.
They learned from Overhaul's side of the story is that he was a homeless child that was found and raised by the boss of the Shie Hassaikai. He views him as a father figure and believes he owes him a great debt for taking him in. Throughout his life, the boss recognized that Overhaul was troubled and try to hone him into an honorable Yakuza. As Overhaul grew older, he started a venture dealing with Quirk-related drugs. The Boss told him many times to stay away from villainy and drugs, but Overhaul was simply trying to repay kindness after the boss saved him, and tends to go overboard with his work. Then soon after, the boss took charge of Eri. He revealed to Overhaul that Eri has a strange Quirk that didn't resemble anything from the family lineage and believes it's a genetic mutation. He doesn't know much about how Eri's Quirk works, but due to the resemblance of Overhaul's Quirk is the reason why he asked him to take care of her and investigate. During that investigation, Overhaul starts thinking that Eri's Quirk is on a completely different level from the restoring and hypothesizes that her unique Quirk can rewind genetics. Once learning about her power, he discovered that her blood had properties that suppress the bodies ability to manifest 'Quirk Factor', inhibiting someone to use their powers. With this information, Overhaul made a plan to the boss. Overhaul plans on selling the Quirk-destroying bullets to villains who would use them on Pro Heroes and after a while, the Yakuza would distribute a serum that would undo the damage and restore the lost Quirks to the heroes. Therefore, with the villains having the Quirk-destroying bullets, the heroes having the serum, and Eri in the middle, the Shie Hassaikai can monopolistically control the black market, earning massive profit and eventually emerging from the darkness. However, the boss had already refuted Overhaul's plan and questioned his morality. The boss advised him to leave if he was going to disobey their way of thinking, but Overhaul didn't plan on going anywhere as all he wanted to do was to repay for taking him in and despite the refusal, he chose to put him into a coma and told him to watch the sidelines as he went through with his plan, intending to wake him up once his plan is finished. Overhaul blames the Quirks for bringing forth the heroes that pushed the boss into a corner and with his plan, he could restore the Yakuza back to its former glory. After he put the boss into a coma, Overhaul completely took over the organization and then began to experiment on Eri to turn her into a weapon. He soon manufactured them into bullets that can shot at a target to inject them with her blood. However, the effect of these bullets was temporary, and Overhaul used further tests to be able to perfect his experiment until he had refined the process enough to create bullets that he believed could permanently destroy Quirks.
After everything they've learned from both sides of the story, Bruce, Selina, Ethan, Lita, and the Gordon siblings were in a mix of pure shock and horror.
"Unforgiveable! What that son of a bitch did to her is unforgiveable!" James shouts, unable to contain his rage.
"Calm down, James. We all felt the same way, but it won't help when you scared Eri." Barbara told her son, noticed Eri is holding Ethan tightly.
James then looked at Eri, which it got him sighed in defeat.
"Even after what Overhaul told us, we ran Eri's picture for any missing children with that name or description." Naomasa informed them.
"Did you find anything?" Lita inquires.
"Unfortunately, no." Naomasa answered. "We couldn't find anything on her. It's almost as if she doesn't even exist."
"That's because Overhaul was responsible for that." Ethan states. "He probably had his men erase Eri's birth certificate and anything else about her, to completely erase her existence because of how dangerous her power is since she has no control over her quirk."
"That, and Overhaul was trying to repay the debt by doing something inhumane." Lita adds. "We're lucky that the bullets only worked temporarily."
"I'll call the Pro Heroes." Naomasa suggested. "While I'm at it, I'll be sure to put a warrant out for the Shie Hassaikai Clan and call in any heroes that's available for the raid."
"That won't be necessary, Detective." Barbara declines, earned his attention. "I already have someone else in mind who can. You kids better head back while we put a warrant."
And with that, Ethan, Lita, Bruce, Selina, the Gordon siblings, and Eri left the room. Eri kept holding Ethan's hand, feeling even more comfortable and safe in their presence. Bruce then turns to Ethan.
"You guys head to the Batcave and suit up, we'll keep an eye on Eri." Bruce suggested with a smile, holding Eri.
Ethan and the others nodded as they left the police station to get ready for the raid.
At the Batcave, Batman, Catwoman, Red Robin, and Batgirl suited up. Batman started working on finding Shie Hassaikai's location.
"I don't know, Bats. It's almost too easy when you and Catwoman handled Overhaul." Red Robin states.
"It's never easy with the villains." Batman points out.
"Any leads?" Batgirl questions.
"I've isolated of where the Shie Hassaikai is hiding, and I'm zeroing in on the location." Batman answered, and the red dot beeps. "That's it!"
"I hope Bruce and mom convinces them for adopting Eri. She's been through enough." Catwoman said.
"Considering the hardships she's in, she deserves a chance to have a home." Batman answered as they get to their vehicles and left the Batcave.
After they made to Shie Hassaikai's hideout, Batman and the others were about to enter when the battle van and a motorcycle arrived. Delta and Gunner walk towards them. Delta was carrying her M4A1 on her back along with the Benelli M1014, Desert Eagle Mark XIX, and two Salient Arms International Glock 17. Gunner was carrying two Baretta 92FS Inox, Ak-47, and Franchi PA3.
"Thought you guys need some extra hands." Delta states. "Also, like you to meet the fifth member of the Boondock Saints."
"The names Gunner MacManus." Gunner introduces himself in an Irish accent. "You've met me cousins Conner and Stephan."
"Likewise." Batman nods, shook his hand.
"I take it you came here to Japan to hunt down criminals?" Batgirl asks.
"After noticing that plague doc laddie tried to kill Batman and Catwoman, yeah." Gunner answered. "Now, it'll be a good time to take them down."
"That's just what we're planning to." Red Robin said with a smirk.
And with that, the Bat family, Catwoman, Delta, and Gunner jumped over the gate as they split into groups between each of the buildings. Batman, Catwoman, and Delta were heading towards the first one while the Batgirl, Red Robin, and Gunner went to the other building. Little did they know that Mirko, Edgeshot, and Aizawa somehow managed to find the hideout as they decided to give them a helping hand by splitting up.
At Batman, Catwoman, and Delta's side of the building, they're investigating the building while keeping their guard up, looking for the information and the hideout. Until, the Shie Hassaikai thugs noticed them as they readied their weapons, charging after them. Batman, Catwoman, and Delta were making a quick work out of them by dodging their attacks, counter by beating them and breaking one of their limbs. Mirko ran past them and delivered a sheer force kick to one of the thugs face, sending him flying and crashed against the wall.
"Mirko?" Catwoman said, confused.
"Thought you could use hand, and I'm not letting you guys have all the fun." Mirko told them with a smirk, turns to the thugs. "You should let me get the action on dealing with these small fries."
The Shie Hassaikai thugs then started charging after them while Batman, Catwoman, Delta, and Mirko then continued to fight.
At Batgirl, Red Robin, and Gunner's side of the building, they're also investigating the building keeping their guard up by looking for the information and the hideout. The Shie Hassaikai thugs popped out of nowhere as they planned to ambush then by charging after them. Edgeshot and Aizawa were able to get there just in time while helping Batgirl, Red Robin, and Gunner make a quick work on knocking them out and breaking their limbs.
After few minutes of beating them, Batman, Catwoman, and Delta turned to Mirko.
"Why are you here?" Batman inquires.
"The Detective called us and give us an info of the Shie Hassaikai after making a warrant. The Commissioner is against it, but I figured you guys went on to that direction and getting the action." Mirko explains. "I'll admit, you guys impressed me of your combat prowess and kept your cool."
"And I take it you're here to capture us?" Catwoman questions.
"Nah, you guys are alright in my book." Mirko answered, shook her head. "Besides, I like you guys, cuz' you remind me of me."
Batman, Catwoman, and Delta were surprised of her answer.
"Anyway, shouldn't we look for the hideout?" Mirko suggests.
And with that, Batman, Catwoman, Delta, and Mirko continued to look for the hideout. But, they heard someone was coming as the four members of the Shie Hassaikai known as Kendo Rappa, Toya Setsuno, Shin Nemoto, and Rikiya Katsukame revealed themselves.
"So, you came all this way just to look for us?" Shin asks when he was about to use his Quirk, but Delta pulled a fast one by firing her Desert Eagle in between his and Toya's head, killing him in the process.
"Does that answer your question?" Delta rhetorically asks, placed his Desert Eagle on her holster.
Both Kendo and Rikiya grown enraged of their dead comrades as the two charges after them. Mirko and Catwoman were fighting against Kendo while Batman and Delta fights against Rikiya.
Mirko and Catwoman were able to dodge his attacks and keep up with his speed. Kendo kept on throwing his punches when Mirko saw an opening as she delivers a roundhouse kick to the face, sending him flying and crashed against the wall. Kendo grunts while pulls himself up as he then charges after Mirko, but Catwoman delivers a leg sweep, tripping him.
"Luna Fall" Mirko jumps in the air and used her leg strength to deliver a downward kick right into his spine, breaking his spine and sent him down to the ground.
"Not bad, Catwoman." Mirko praised her with a smirk.
"You're not bad yourself." Catwoman said with a smirk of her own.
Batman and Delta noticed that Rikiya charged after them with his arms while about to use his Quirk. Batman quickly throws the pellet at Rikiya, unleashed a flash at him as he groans while blocks his vision. Delta then charged, slides right towards him, and then fires his Benelli shotgun right into the groin. Rikiya couldn't help but yell in pain when Batman took the chance by jump in midair, grabbing him in the head, and then slams him down to the floor, knocking him out in the process.
They then continued to head out and look for the hideout.
Back at Batgirl, Red Robin, Gunner, Edgeshot, and Aizawa's side of the building, they're able to make a quick work out of the Shie Hassaikai thugs which it didn't take long for them.
"You heard about it from Detective Naomasa?" Batgirl inquires.
"We did. Since you went on ahead and about to get ambushed, we came to help you find the hideout and take down the Shie Hassaikai." Edgeshot explains. "Eraser Head came along when he heard about it."
"You guys are lucky that the information has been provided by Ethan and Lita." Aizawa adds with a glare. "But it won't change the fact that you six are criminals for vigilantism."
"Oh, go cry a river. We've got other priorities to worry, like finding a hideout." Red Robin suggests with annoyance.
Aizawa growled when he was about to use his Quirk, but Edgeshot stopped him by raising his arm.
"He's right, we've got to find a hideout and take down the Shie Hassaikai." Edgeshot agrees.
Even though, Aizawa would rather capture them, but he know's that the ninja hero is right as they continued to search through the building.
However, one of the Eight Bullets named Yu Hojo, Soramitsu Tabe, and Deidoro Sakaki arrived in front of them.
"You have our boss and the little brat! We were about to get them back, but since you trash invaded our hideout, we're going to kill you!" Yu said angrily, used his Quirk to turn his arms into crystals, producing spikes around the arms and his back.
"And we're...hic...done with all of you...We will...hic...find..."
Before Deidoro finished his sentence, Gunner shot him in the head with his Baretta 92FS Inox, killing him.
"Don't you guys shut the hell up and get on with the fighting?" Gunner asks in annoyance.
Yu is now mad as he charges after the Irish man, but Aizawa used his Quirk to erase his crystal abilities. Both Red Robin and Batgirl delivers a kick to the face, knocking him out as they them work together by breaking his arms, causing Yu to yell in pain.
"EAT! EAT! EAT! EAT!" Soramitsu yelled as he charged after the Bat family.
"Pulp Thread Throttle" Edgeshot flattens and twists himself into a pointed string and then coils around him while piercing him in multiple places.
Aizawa then used his scarf to wrap around Soramitsu in the head, lifts him up in the air, and slams him down to the ground, knocking him out.
"Do you really have to kill him?" Aizawa asks in annoyance.
"What? I'd rather fight than listen to them blabbering their gums." Gunner points out.
Until, they heard footsteps when another member of the Shie Hassaikai known as Hekiji Tengai revealed himself.
"I'm impressed that you're able to take down my fellow members, but I'm not as easy as any of you think." Hekiji states. "The reason is because I have a Quirk that creates a barrier."
"You don't look the type who's into fighting." Batgirl states with her raised eyebrow.
"No, I'm against violence." Hekiji answered simply.
Aizawa then used his Quirk to erase his quirk while Red Robin and Batgirl threw their batarangs at Hekiji. Hekiji was trying to activate a barrier, but the Quirk of his was erased and he was left stumbled when Edgeshot knocked him out with the kick to the face. They then tied them up and continued to look for the rest of the Shie Hassaikai.
After a good few minutes of search while knocking out the Shie Hassaikai thugs, they're able to reach the first-floor office when two villains named Chronostasis and Mimic were waiting.
"You heroes have come to invade our home and even knocked out our Eight Bullets and our men." Chronostasis said in a cold tone. "And now, you've come to finish us!?"
"More like most were knocked out and some are dead." Gunner states. "And you two lads are the last ones."
"Is that so? Well then, it'll be each and every one of you who're about to die." Mimic growled.
Mimic then revealed his form that is tall and a muscular man with an angry look on his face.
"Okay, didn't see that coming." Catwoman said surprisingly.
And with that, Mimic charges after them when Red Robin charges after him. Mimic makes the first move by swinging his fist, but Red Robin blocked and counter by punched him in the rib, causing him to grunt. Red Robin then delivers a kick to the knee and an uppercut to the jaw, leaving Mimic stumbled. Red Robin then delivers a spring hip throw and then breaks his arm, causing Mimic to scream in pain. Red Robin finished him by knocking him out, punching him in the jaw.
Chronostasis was unamused of the fight as he was about to use his Quirk when Batgirl and Batman threw their pellets at him, unleashed a flashbang. Then, both Mirko and Edgeshot delivers a kick to the face, sent him flying and crashed against the ground.
After the raid of the Shie Hassaikai is over, the police arrived to arrest the Yakuzas while the Bat family, Catwoman, Delta, and Gunner were watching on the sidelines.
"I should get going, I'm heading back to Ireland." Gunner told them.
"Be careful on your way back." Delta said with a smirk.
"Sure, mate. See ya when I see ya." Gunner said with a smirk as he rides on his motorcycle and left.
"I'll admit, you guys did great work on the Shie Hassaikai." Barbara said, walking towards them. "Even though, it's unusual that Mirko decided to team up."
"She usually goes alone, but something that draws her attention and helping us out in the fight." Catwoman said.
Barbara couldn't help but chuckle of her statement. Aizawa approached them with a glare on his face.
"Listen, it's commendable of you guys fought against the Shie Hassaikai while it's rational to gain numbers. But what's irrational is the killing." Aizawa told them.
"Sometimes as a hero, you have to make a hard decision." Batgirl points out. "And you should know that Delta and the Boondock Saints aren't playing by the rules."
"Maybe so, but you guys are still going to be captured one way or another." Aizawa said, then walked away.
At the Batcave, Batman arrived inside of the cave when he noticed both Bruce and Eri were watching from the big computer. Before Ethan could say anything, he didn't expect Eri rushing straight to him and hugged him, keeping his balance so he won't fall over.
"Whoa, Eri? What's wrong?" Ethan asked surprisingly.
Eri looked up at Ethan and had an excited look on her face.
"Ethan, I saw you fight against the other villains! It was so cool and amazing! I never seen anything like it before!" Eri shouts out in happiness. "And I'm finally free from Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai!"
Ethan was shocked as he didn't expect to hear that from her.
"Did you watched it With Bruce?" Ethan asked.
"Yes, she did." Bruce said, earned their attention when he walked towards them. "Eri was wondering where you and the others have gone to. So, I turned on the main screen for her watch. Eri was worried at first, but after watching you guys fight and knocking them out, she was amazed."
"And I really wanted to learn how to fight like you, so I can help you fight against the villains while learning how to use my Quirk." Eri adds. "Bruce even accepts me as his pupil."
Ethan couldn't help but chuckle a bit.
"Oh and Ethan." Bruce called him, earned his attention. "Detective Naomasa informed me that she'll be doing some Quirk training and she'll have to continue the medical examination until the full extent of her mental trauma. Given the nature of her ability, it would be dangerous for her unable to control her Quirk. I told him I've got medical knowledge to examine Eri and knowledge to train her Quirk. Eri also wanted to learn in martial arts and gadgets which it'll take some time for her to get use to her Quirk."
"That'll be best." Ethan agrees, rubbing Eri's head gently. "From what I see, Overhaul didn't give her any formal training at all to control her powers."
Bruce nods with an agreement since Eri is finally free from the Shie Hassaikai, she's staying at the Wayne Manor. And Eri can start training by tomorrow since Ethan and the others had a long day after the fight against the Yakuzas.
That's it for the 6th chapter.
