This is the 34th chapter. Now, it's time for the I-Island Arc.

Arriving to I-Island
Summer vacation had begun, and the students from all over Japan were looking forward to it, especially U.A. High. After everything they've been through over the course of one-semester from training, tests, and villain attacks. Class 1-A and 1-B were eager to have some time to have some time to relax and have some fun. To take a load off their shoulders and be able to come back and start the next semester fresh and recharged.
However, not all were able to relax because there are only six people who had been put through most of the year.
Inside of the Batcave, Ethan Wayne was accessing through the files of the 4 'Most Wanted' criminals on the batcomputer. Hoping to learn more about their information since Red X gave them the info about the 4 villains and where they'll be striking.
But after few days, Izuku, Naomasa, Barbara, and Toshinori arrived at the Wayne Manor, telling the Bat Family, the Oguro Family, and Lita that Tomura Shigaraki arrived at the mall, having a conversation with him. They found out that the League of Villains are planning to make their move, but where will they strike? They're not sure, but they know that the League of Villains are recruiting because Stain was all over the media during the Hosu incident along with the Bat Family, Catwoman, the Boondock Saints, Sons of Batman Motorcycle Club, Delta, Red X, and Task Force X.
They may not care about the media since the civilians were too busy going on strike against the Pro Heroes and the HPSC, and the civilians were only smiling and felt safe, thinking the law and would protect them because of the sane morals which it's not entirely true at all. The civilians thought the Pro Heroes would protect them because they were using their powers to protect them and the city, but only for money, fame, and glory. However, things changed because of the Bat Family, Delta, Catwoman, the Boondock Saints, Task Force X, Justice League, and Sons of Batman Motorcycle Club made the world a big difference when they only use their capabilities to protect the civilians, and not going for the fame, money, and glory.
So many incidents have happened during Japan, as Ethan couldn't get something out of his mind. He remembered that he and his team didn't save Bruce Wayne from the hands of Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Assassins at the U.A. Sports Festival, it really got him devastated after witnessing his death, but after the talk from the previous Robins, he got back in action while carrying out Bruce's legacy as the new Batman. He also remembered of the criminal known as Edward Nigma, AKA, Riddler, somehow survived and remain hidden for decades to formulate a plan of the Zero Year, which happened once back in Gotham City. He and his team were able to stop him along with Dick Grayson came back as Nightwing. He also remembered the Court of Owls murdering people at night and invade U.A. High, but he and his team were able to stop them, but after learning that they made a deal with the League of Assassins to kill Bruce and bring Jason Todd back to life, which happen before. Luckily, Ethan fought and won, but he was about to kill him if it wasn't for them along with Aizawa stops him. Jason Todd was able to comes back as part of the Bat Family, in exchange, for him to take lives if the criminals break out of jail 3 times. Not to mention that Hush survived from being burned and decided to kill Ethan, but was foiled and been put out of misery after learning of the Lazarus Pit's downside.
With the news about the previous incidents and the group of vigilantes, everyone was starting to trust the Bat Family, the Boondock Saints, Sons of Batman Motorcycle Club, Catwoman, and Delta. Seeing that the Pro Heroes, including Endeavor, are losing their reputation and their trust toward the civilians.
Ethan began to learn about the 4 criminals known as Wolfram, Daigo, Swordkil, and Nobu when the images are shown from the Batcomputer.
Wolfram is a tall bulky man with dark red hair and yellow eyes. Dark patches of face paint cover his mouth, nose, and extend across his right eye, and there's also a scar on his left cheek. He wears a large, white coat with gray cuffs and trimmings. He also sports combat gear, including combat boots, dark pants, and a combat vest. He covers his hands with brown gloves and sports a metallic mask that covers his scars.
Daigo is a middle-aged man with lightly tanned skin and a round head that appears to merge into his thick neck with little distinction. He has small, black eyes that always remain closed, set close together on his face, notably small eyebrows and a visibly hooked nose. His dark hair is very short and is worn in a round shape on the top of his head with two stripes of hair, that go around the back of his head, visible below. He also sports in combat suit, complete with full mask, a paler X-shaped design patterned over his face.
Swordkil is a middle-aged man with lightly tanned skin, thin honey brown eyes, and a long face. He has shoulder-length hair of a desaturated pink-like color that flares outwards to the sides, with shorter bangs between and to the sides of his eyes. He also has curved, linear markings under his eyes and down his cheek which are a dark shade of purplish-pink. He wore a black combat suit, complete with a full-face mask, a paler X-shaped design patterned over his face.
Nobu is a skinny, strange looking man with pale yellow skin and a face shaped similar of a goat, possessing two small triangular ears and a flat nose consisting only of nostrils. He has then, dark eyes that slanted sharply inwards and visibly sharp teeth. His dark green mohawk-shaped and connects around his ears along with his cheekbones, and he also has a small goatee. He wore a black combat suit, complete with a full-face mask, a paler X-shaped design patterned over his face.
"I've seen Bruce did the same thing as you did, kid. He mostly done it late or early in the morning." The voice of Dick said, earned his attention when he, Jason, Eri, and the Oguro family approaches. "What are you doing up this early? You do realize it's 5 in the morning, right?"
"Just thought I look for more information of those 4 and their Quirks before heading for I-Island." Ethan points out. "From what I've gathered besides the wanted criminal, they're wanted for terrorizing, assassination, and murder. Also, they've escaped prison for only 7 times. Recently, All For One hired them for going to I-Island to torment All Might, which he accepts the deal and he give him a second Quirk."
"All For One?" Dick repeats, raised his eyebrow. "You do realize that almost sounded like 'Three Musketeers' motto."
Tamao, Iwao, and Jason snickered a bit which they knew that he's right.
"True, but his Quirk is also called All For One, which he come up with his own name." Ethan agrees. "His power allows him to steal other people's Quirk with a single touch, or transfer the stolen Quirk to the other. It also allows him to use multiple Quirks and blend it all together, which it wasn't the case."
"He's right, All For One stole my Quirk and transferred it to Number 6." Iwao said with a glare, remembered of his encounter.
"He stoles more than one Quirks while transferring them to the other, like transfer the Naval Laser to Yuga, making the people into villains and using those to create the Nomus." Ethan adds. "He done it for over a century."
"Century?! No wonder he hidden himself for so long!?" Tamao exclaims in disbelief.
"And for what I can tell, All For One made his first move in USJ." Dick states with a ponder. "Anything else?"
"Yes, All For One is sending these four to strike I-Island." Ethan replied, turns back to the Batcomputer as the screen shows the information. "And from what I've gathered, all three of them were close combat: Swordkil has a Sword Quirk that can turn his arm limbs into blades, Daigo has a Gorilla Beast Quirk that can turn him into a gorilla-like form, and Nobu has Displacement Quirk that can enlarge his hands into web-like claws and strikes any object that'll displace matter."
"Sounds like Swordkil is like a Swiss Army Knife, Daigo is a walking sasquatch, and Nobu defies matter." Jason states with his crossed arms. "These two are simple, but Nobu is going to be a pain in the ass."
"What about Wolfram, besides his face that looked like it's welded and need some serious surgery?" Tamao inquires.
"Wolfram has two powers: the first one is Metal Manipulation, it allows him to reshape and manipulate metal upon making physical contact. He can use it for offense and defense." Ethan explains. "His second power is Muscle Augmentation, curtsy of All For One. He can increase his muscle mass to increase his physical strength."
"Great, so basically, he's like a walking magnet." Jason groans in annoyance. "He's going to be a major pain in the ass."
Tamao couldn't help but agree with him since she'll be going to I-Island with him, Ethan, and Eri to meet Melissa Shield. But it got them wondering why David and Sam would hire four of the 'Most Wanted' criminals.
But right now, they need to grab their gears, gadgets, and belongings to get ready for heading to the airport to get to I-Island.
At the Watchtower, the Justice League were watching the footage of Class 1-A and 1-B getting beaten by their fellow League members, the Teen Titans, the Bat Family, Sons of Batman Motorcycle Club, Catwoman, and Delta. It didn't surprise them that the students failed the Practical Exams because they didn't work as a team and thinking about themselves.
"This fight turns out to be most disappointment." Big Barda points out, crosses her arms with a disappointed look. "Those kids didn't show efforts of their powers or combat. If it was me, I'd be whipping them up into shape."
"Calm down, dear, while I agree with you, it isn't for us to decide." Mr. Miracle assures his wife. "But, as far as the new recruits, they'd make a promising members of the Justice League."
"Who?" Big Barda questions.
"The new Bat Family, Catwoman, Delta, and the Sons of Batman Motorcycle Club." Toya told her, earned their attention. "I've seen how well they fight and working together. So far, I'm impressed."
"As am I." Big Barda agrees, watching with a smirk. "It impresses me of Batman used his psychologic tactic and knocked the kid out."
"But what got my attention is Red Hood." John told them. "Didn't he die by the Joker long ago?"
"Yes, but the Court of Owls resurrected him with the Lazarus Pit." Black Adam answered. "However, Red Hood is on Batman's side after dealing with the Court of Owls, been with them ever since."
"No surprise that Jason is taking someone's lives right now." John said with a glare, crossed his arms. "But what got my attention is this 'Red X' character, his fighting skills is almost impressive as Batman. Same with his gadgets, but his levels are similar to Batman."
"But he kept his identity hidden, and remain enigma. No telling if he's really helping or not." Shayera points out when the image of Melissa Shield was patching through.
Melissa Shield is a sharply and attractive pale-skinned young woman of slightly average above height with quite a round face. She has wavy blonde hair which reaches halfway down her back, two shorter pieces she leaves over her shoulders, side-swept bangs that frames her face, aqua-blue eyes with notable upper eyelashes, some slightly longer one extending on each side and pronounced lower eyelashes. She wore a white short-sleeved dress shirt with plaid cuffs, a large bow of the same design at her neck, and a dark raspberry pink waistcoat. Accompanying these are pale gray Capri pants, under which are a pair of plaid pink socks as well as a pair of heeled brown boots. She also wears a wristwatch, and pink oval-framed glasses.
"Hey guys, thought I can patch through to see what's going on." Melissa said with a smile.
"Nice to see you, Melissa." John said with a small smile. "How are things going in I-Island?"
"Well, the crime rates are low after the fight against the criminals if that's what you're wondering. And while I'm at it, still doing some studies of their Quirks and making some inventions. Being a hero and a student is exhausting, but I'm still pulling through." Melissa explains, but turns into serious. "But that's not the reason why I'm calling you guys."
"Why? What's going on at your home?" Toya questions.
"I don't know if you know this, but Dad and Sam have hired 4 people to come here on I-Island and have them pose as actors, in order to steal their invention." Melissa explains as she shows the image of David's invention. "This gadget is called Quirk Amplification Device: this gadget allows to maximize the power of the users Quirk. Both Dad and Sam developed that invention years ago, but the government forced them to end the project and locked it inside of the I-Island tower's security vault in order to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands."
"But why would they invent that? Would it consider dangerous?" Shayera questioned.
"If it falls into the wrong hands, then yeah, it would. But I don't think it'll stop them for getting it back." Melissa answered. "Dad was planning to use it to restore Uncle All Might's Quirk, which his Quirk is getting weaker and his career of being a Pro Hero won't be able to last forever. They hired four of those criminals in order to get their device back."
"Who are they hiring?" Big Barda inquires when Melissa shows the image of four criminals.
"These four are: Wolfram, Daigo, Swordkil, and Nobu. Both Daigo and Swordkil had close-quarter combat Quirks in between the Sword and Beast Transformation, Nobu has the support Quirk called Displacement, and Wolfram is an all-rounder for his Metal Manipulation." Melissa explains. "These 4 are the 'Most Wanted' criminals and they'll be coming here."
"All right, we'll assemble a team so you can keep an eye on them." John told her as she nods, ending transmission as he turns to J'onn. "J'onn, any suggestions?"
"She'll be pairing with Stargirl, S.T.R.I.P.E., and Atom because of their intellects and tactics, they'll be able to learn about the device along with fighting against the criminals. Hoping they'll figure a way to prevent that from happening." J'onn informed him.
"That's fine, but they're gonna need some muscle." Toya points out.
"That's where I come in." The voice of Kara Zor-El, AKA, Supergirl, said as she revealed herself with a smirk on her face. "I'm always the muscle of the team and I'm going with you guys to I-Island."
"There's your answer." Big Barda said with a smirk, turns to Kara. "Alright, you're in. Gather your team and head for the javelin."
Kara then left the main to gather her team. Toya then calls his brother to let him know about the I-Island and the 4 criminals, after hearing Shoto heading to that island along with Denki, Bakugo, Eijiro, Mineta, Tenya, Ochaco, and Kyoka.
At the airport, Ethan, Jason, Eri, and Tamao were heading to his private jet, after informing them attendant they'll be heading to I-Island. They noticed Izuku had just arrived the airport, talking to the attendant.
"What do you mean I'm too late?!" Izuku shouts with disbelief and shock.
Unfortunately, Izuku missed the flight that had just flown off towards the I-Island.
"I'm sorry, sir, but that flight's departure time was actually moved up at the last moment."
It got Izuku groaned in despair, don't know what he'll do now. This was the vacation of a lifetime and now he's going to miss out. Ethan, Jason, Eri, and Tamao felt bad for him since he didn't get to the airport on time to get to I-Island.
"Fear not, Young Midoriya!" The voice of All Might said which it got their attention when both Izuku and the attendant were shocked while he does the heroic pose. "For I am here!"
"All Might!" Izuku exclaimed as the attendant behind the desk stared at the Pro Hero with stars in his eyes.
"If it's a ride to I-Island you need, then you're just in luck." All Might said with a classic grin. "For I'm on my way to my private jet. Why don't you come with me?"
Ethan, Jason, Eri, and Tamao then walk towards them since both All Might and Izuku were about to leave for the I-Island, but they also need to know about the 4 criminals.
"Actually, we're heading to I-Island ourselves." Ethan said, earned their attention. "If it's a ride, why don't you come with us? We were on our way to my private jet ourselves."
It got Izuku excited since Ethan offered him and All Might a ride to I-Island, which the Pro Hero grinned.
And so, both Izuku and All Might were able to have all of their luggage taken to Ethan's private jet and they set off towards I-Island. As Izuku walked across the runway towards the jet with Ethan and the others, he was stunned. Never in his life would ever think he'd get the chance to fly a private jet with the board member and a new CEO of the Wayne Enterprises.
After walking into the private jet and taking their seats, the jet took off and started flying into the sky. Heading over the country before venturing out into the Pacific Ocean.
"Thanks for bringing us along, Ethan, if only I knew about the schedule change." Izuku thanked him, sat next to All Might.
"Yeah, we really appreciate it." All Might adds. "Who knew that we run into you four."
"Well, it's not every day you get to live in the Wayne Manor with Bruce." Jason states with a chuckle. "Also, Bruce and Ethan usually come to I-Island for raising funds while try to expand the business for Wayne Enterprises every year."
"Really?!" All Might and Izuku exclaims in shock.
"Don't get too surprised, it's not the first time I came to I-Island. We usually come here to raise the funds and expand, true, but also, we also meet with David and Melissa." Ethan explains. "She's a childhood friend of mine, and she's Bruce and Barbara's student."
"What does she study for?" All Might inquires curiously.
"Like me, Emily, James, and Lita, she studies in martial arts, gadgets, mechanics, you name it." Ethan answered simply, leaving them surprised. "And to remind you, both Bruce and Barbara are the original heroes from Gotham City as Batman and Batgirl."
"Well...that's true." All Might muttered, knows that he's right.
"But if she's trained by Mr. Wayne and Commissioner Gordon, why did she stay in I-Island?" Izuku inquires.
"She lives in I-Island for all of her life, Izuku. She only comes to Japan for training while practicing alone in I-Island, but we stayed in touch when we get the chance." Ethan explains. "Also, she started her vigilante work when she's 15 by taking Harper Row's mantle as the new Bluebird."
Izuku and All Might were shocked of Melissa became a new Bluebird, which she never told him or her father about being a crime fighter. Apparently, Melissa kept her identity a secret for years while patrolling the city, fight against criminals, and doing her schoolwork which she's a third-year student.
"However, there's another reason why we're heading to I-Island." Ethan continues, pulls out 4 files and places them on the table. "We got informed from Red X last night, these 4 are planning to strike the I-Island."
Both Izuku and All Might began looking through the files of 4 criminals, which were Wolfram, Daigo, Swordkil, and Nobu.
"Do you think All For One had something to do with us?" All Might questioned.
"Possibly, but knowing him, he had something planned for them." Eri states. "But Professor David and Professor Sam hired them few days ago, meaning they're here on the I-Island."
"Why would they do that?" Izuku questions shockingly.
"They probably didn't know they're the real villains and not actors." Tamao points out, sighed. "But whatever they're planning, they're smart enough to get through the security and made it to I-Island without problems."
"What I want to know is why would they hire them and what were they planning." All Might said with a serious glare, then looked up at Ethan, Eri, Jason, and Tamao. "Once we get to I-Island, I'll have to ask them myself."
"How?" Jason inquires. "Play as a nice guy won't do squat, you know that."
All Might know that Jason Todd has a good point about playing nice, but know them, they'll be questioning David and Sam by interrogating them with their own tactics which only Ethan and his team knows how to get the criminals to talk. Izuku knows that Ethan and his team are going to I-Island for going after the 4 criminals, which they're gonna be in for a fight if the 4 criminals are planning to strike.
Izuku then look towards the window and watch the passing miles and miles of ocean, but his eyes lit with excitement.
"Look! We see it! Right there! The floating city that can move anywhere!" Izuku exclaimed when All Might leaned over and took a look for himself. "Home to over 10,000 scientists! I-Island!"
Outside of the window, they could see I-Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Izuku's excitement grew when he saw it. I-Island was a completely artificial and mobile body of land that's inhaled by over 10,000 scientists. Inside of the massive wall that ringed around the island were 4 different cities separated by large bodies of water and natural foliage. If the Expo was to be believed, there are beaches, lakes, cities to be explored. Including a residential district, business district, entertainment, and schools.
All of this would be impossible if it weren't for the greatest minds from around the world coming together and creating it.
"I can't believe this is where I get to start summer vacation! It so amazing!" Izuku exclaimed.
"I didn't realize that you'd be this excited." All Might said with a chuckle. "I'm glad I invited you."
"And we save all the trouble for bringing you two along with us." Jason states with a smirk. "So, we can go with only one private jet."
Then, it got Izuku realize something, something that clicked his mind as he turns to Ethan.
"Ethan, are you sure that me and All Might should come along with you?" Izuku questions. "It's not gonna be a problem?"
"I wouldn't worry about that." Ethan told him. "I can bring my team here, but someone has to stay behind and keep an eye on the city in case if those criminals are on the move."
"He's right, can't have too many Heroes coming to I-Island." All Might agrees. "Plus, the invitation was clear, and I welcome to bring with whoever I want as my guest."
"You're invited?" Tamao inquires.
"Yep, I was invited by Melissa." All Might replied.
"Also, we also invited you two to come here, for you guys to let you know what we've learned." Eri told them. "You guys have the right to know."
She's right about it, they did invite them to the private jet to give Izuku and All Might an information about the 4 'Most Wanted' criminals since Red X tipped them off last night.
"But doesn't that usually mean a family member or..."
All Might raises one finger at Izuku, making him stop talking.
"I think you're forgetting that the two of us are connected by something far thicker than blood, young Midoriya." All Might points out with a grin. "We will forever share the bond of One For All."
"Right." Izuku nods with a reply.
Just then, the pilot can be heard from the intercom.
"Attention passengers, the plane will begin its descent to I-Island."
Getting up from his seat, All Might looked around to make sure nobody was watching. Even though, they were the only passengers onboard, but he can't be too careless.
"This is going to be monumentally exhausting." All Might said as he started to grow back into his muscle form. "Once we've landed and go out in public..."
When he's in his hero form, All Might turned to Izuku, given him his usual grin.
"...I must maintain my muscle form constantly." All Might finished his sentence. "Now, it's about time for you to change as well. You did ask U.A. if you can bring your Hero costume along with you, right?"
"Yes!" Izuku replied.
And with that, Izuku grabbed his backpack, got up, and ran into the bathroom as the jet started to descend. After locking the door, the first thing he did was take off his shoes before opening his bag. After pulling out his suit, he started taking off his pants. It's not easy thing to do in a cramped space. Eventually, taking them off, he then took off his shirt before slipping into his Hero costume.
"So, young Wayne, you and your team bring your suit and your gadgets?" All Might asks, turns to Ethan.
"We never leave home without it." Ethan replied, grabbing his suitcase. "But All Might, it'll be best if you try to be subtle and formal whenever we see David or Sam. We can't be reckless."
All Might nods with an agreement, but noticed Jason holding his bag full of guns along with Tamao.
"Um, is it really necessary to have guns with them?" All Might asks with a sweat drop.
"Relax, we only bring 5 guns." Jason assures him with a smirk. "After learning of their felon records and escaping prisons, me and Tamao will get to end them."
"It may be hard for you to make a hard choice, but you gotta remember, not all of the villains wanted to be rehabilitated." Ethan points out.
All Might didn't like to kill the villains, but after learning from Dick and the methods of given them 3 strikes to stay in prison, he gave him a nod with a reluctance. After Izuku finished changes his attire into a Hero costume, the jet lands on the I-Island as they left the jet, entered inside of the I-Island.

This is just the first part of the I-Island Arc which it'll be gathering information and learned about the 4 criminals.
