This is the 50th chapter. I don't own the series of My Hero Academia or the series of Justice League.
Alright guys, I'm let you all know that I won't be posting the BIOS in this story anymore, but I'll be separating them into the 'Notepad' online so I won't get into trouble.
Legion of Doom
At the outskirts of Gotham City in Slaughter Swamp, the Legion of Doom are gathered at their HQ for a meeting about the Justice League, the Pro Heroes, and the League of Villains. But along with the new villain members of the Legion of Doom, there are other members who survived from the fight against the Justice League: Lex Luthor, Gorilla Grodd, Black Manta, Metallo, Black Hand, Atomic Skull, and Humanite, but the original Killer Frost died by using up her powers to freeze them and putting them into cryostasis which proven her too much. Decades later, the surviving members of the Legion of Doom got out of cryostasis and learned that so much have changed because the Pro Heroes have come play, which they only care about money, fame, and glory. The future generations of Heroes nowadays come to U.A. High to learn about how to be a hero, Quirks, Provisional Hero License, and saying cheesy lines. They find it mostly disrespectful.
However, it all changed when the new Batman and his team came along, which neither of them are the Pro Heroes and they don't care about money or any of that because they're now carrying out their legacy of the original Heroes. Also, the Bat Family not only took down the League of Villains at USJ, but they also even took down Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Assassins, Riddler, Court of Owls, Red Hood, and more which they're starting to get popular while the Pro Heroes were losing trust to the civilians. And now with Supermen and Wonder Woman are back from the dead along with All For One and League of Villains defeat, All Might officially retire of his hero career and the criminals are now into hiding since they don't wanna deal with the Bat Family, two Superman, or Wonder Woman because of what they have just witnessed in the media.
Now, the Legion of Doom have decided to take action by recruiting some members and trained them, which their able to get newer members. However, neither of the new recruits are able to get along since they have different goals on killing the Pro Heroes, heist, ransom, etc. and both Gorilla Grodd and Humanite were able to get them to work together by given them trust lessons and getting them to work together. Black Manta was in charge of teaching them in tactics, Atomic Skull was combat specialist, and Lex Luthor teaches them in making gadgets and other tech.
The leaders are now in the conference room to have some discussions of what they have learned from the media.
"So, the rumor is true, All Might retired of his hero work." Lex Luthor said with a smirk, throws the newspaper. "He finally kicked the bucket, I'd say good riddance to that fool."
"Yes, but we still have problems that need to be discuss. With two of Superman and Wonder Woman are around, along with the new Batman and his team, these villains would stand no chance against them." Humanite points out. "And with the three of them, it could also mean that the Justice League somehow survived from the war and recruited new ones as well."
Both Lex Luthor and Gorilla Grodd didn't like of the information which they knew Humanite is right.
"Which it could also mean that Batman and his team are the new members as well." Black Manta said with a snarl. "Errgh! We should've finish them when we had the chance!"
"That was then, this is now, Black Manta." Gorilla Grodd told him casually. "We just need to play smart, that's all."
"By playing smart, you mean not those Justice Friends a down in a peg with strings attached?" The voice of the Joker said with a laugh as he revealed himself from the shadows with a sinister smirk which it got their attention. "In my idea, we need to find the leftovers and teach them the proper ways of being a villain."
The Joker was a well-known murderer and a genocidal criminal in Gotham City and an arch-nemesis of Bruce Wayne, Batman. Thwarted by Batman many times, manipulation Harley Quinn to join his side while using her as his punching bag and leaving her in prison, escaped Arkham Asylum, and using Joker Gas to make people laugh. But decades ago, the Joker fought alongside with the Legion of Doom, taking down a number of heroes one-by-one, and even went as far as killing Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, and Robin, but Batman finally killed him and the cost of that was breaking the 'no kill' code, forcing him to retire of crime-fighting and even to never use his mantle. But for some reason, the Joker was back from the dead.
"Joker, it's no surprising you're back from the dead and ready to cause havoc, as usual." Gorilla Grodd said in annoyance. "Here we thought we finally rid of you and your antics."
"Of, come now monkey-brain, don't you ever wonder what was happening to me?" Joker questions, but no respond which it annoys him. "Tough crowd."
"If you got nothing better to do, why don't you set yourself out! We've got discussions that needs to be over with." Black Hand told him.
"Well, if you wanna know, I've been busy doing some scouting with these new villains I kept hearing about." Joker said. "And I can tell you one thing, this Mr. Handy Boy here has some potential. Good kid, but a lousy personality and it causes him to throw a fit like a child. He just need a good laugh and some discipline."
"It'll take more than that, you fool! All he ever need is a right mind to become a criminal and we just to find him." Lex Luthor retorted, then looks back at the screen. "No thanks to my son, it's now difficult to find more recruits in order to take over, taking down the Pro Heroes and the Justice League. Thus, he's taking over LexCorp, my company!"
"Was your company, Mr. Luthor. You did this to yourself after making a fool of yourself few decades ago by showing your true colors and losing their trust to the people thanks to you and Brainiac." Humanite corrects him with a smirk as Lex Luthor scowls at him.
"Don't think I forget for what you did to me, you imbecile!" Lex Luthor said angrily. "You double crossed me and turning yourself in!"
"Still holding an old grudge, I see?" Humanite taunts as Lex Luthor tightens his fist and about to punch him.
"You two enough! Luthor, what's done is done, it won't solve by violence or you starting a fight." Gorilla Grodd told him sternly, then turns to Humanite. "And mind you, Humanite, don't stir the pot when you too aren't any better than any of us."
Lex Luthor and Humanite then glare at each other for a second, then turns away.
"Now, since Joker made a suggestion of finding Tomura Shigaraki and the League of Villains, I suppose any of you know where they could be hiding?" Gorilla Grodd questions, clearing his throat.
"Nothing, they use to have a hideout at the bar which is now gone." Black Manta informed him. "And after everything going on in Kamino, finding them is like we're looking for a fish that's hard to catch."
"Or like you were finding a needle in a haystack while the Heroes are washing their tights." Joker said with a chuckle. "Which is mostly because you're not looking hard enough, they're still somewhere around in Kamino and hiding from the Pro Heroes along with the Justice Do-Gooders to keep a low profile."
"That may have been the case, but the question is where?" Gorilla Grodd questions again.
Instead of answering his question, the Joker pulls out a device and showing him their current location.
"Maybe it's better I do a little project of 'Show and Tell', I placed a tracker on one of them by secret back at the forest. It was after Scarecrow is keeping them busy and spreading those Fear Toxins the entire forest, turning it into a 'Nightmare of Beast Forest'." Joker explains with a sinister smirk. "And now, they're hiding right about in the outside of the city."
Gorilla Grodd is impressed of the Joker's tracking device as he grabs it.
"Excellent! With this device, we might have a chance to recruit them." Gorilla Grodd said with a smirk. "Black Manta, have Tobias Darhk, Shade, and Dark Archer ready, they'll be heading to Kamino, Japan."
Black Manta responded by grabbing the device and left the conference room to gather the team.
"Now that wasn't too hard, was it?" Joker said.
"You're just lucky!" Lex Luthor remarked.
"It's more like he was useful in some things, consider he cheated death once." Humanite stated which the Joker scowled.
"Oh yes, the old Batman killed me after I've killed those blunder boys. Which I wonder, how is the old Brucey? Is he finally able to get a good laugh after I killed his own sons?" Joker asks, turns his expression into a smile.
"He's dead, actually." Black Hand said. "He's killed by the hands of Ra's Al Ghul and his group of assassins."
"What?!" Joker shouts, now furious. "Are you telling me that old Ra's took down Batman before me?!"
The Joker then yelled angrily, started slamming his hands against the desk and throwing papers away. He then turns away as he yell some more.
"Couldn't take a joke?" Lex Luthor asks with a smirk, amused.
"Shut up!" Joker snapped, turns to Lex Luthor. "The Batman is mine to kill, not his!? It's not funny that I didn't get a chance to make the kill or do a punchline!?"
"And you will in good time, when you get to meet a new Batman." Gorilla Grodd informed him. "Ever since you were gone, the new Batman is making a name of himself along with his team. They became popular around in Japan and in Gotham City."
"Really now? Well, now that's different." The Joker said with a sinister smirk. "I guess I can make do with him and I'll make a 'Welcome Back to Gotham City' party for myself and getting a chance to meet the Bat-Boy."
"Yes, but first, you are going to work with us as a group and not on your own." Gorilla Grodd told him sternly. "If you want to take part of the Legion of Doom, you must first work us."
"Hmph, party pooper!" Joker scoffs with a frown, but smiles evilly. "And when I do get to meet him, I wonder if the Bat-Boy have ever danced with a devil in the pale moonlight?!"
And with that, the Joker started to maniacally laugh since he's about to meet the new Bat Family and make his return to Gotham City.
At the Hall of Justice, the Justice League, Wade, Nikita, and Alex are now having a meeting at the conference room, discussing about the recent event. Apparently, they have learned that All Might retired of his crime fighting, but it doesn't mean he won't continue teaching the new generation of heroes. Batman and his team already knew that his time has come since he passed his power to Izuku. But now, they were able to fight off against the Pro Heroes who are trying to destroy the Hall of Justice since it was the landmark for the history of the Justice League.
"And after that event, All Might retired his hero career and continue his rest of his time as a teacher for U.A. High." Batman explains.
"Which it's not enough, they need to be reminded that we're still here. We're not here for any of fame and glory, we're only here to protect innocent lives and take down criminals." John Stewart points out seriously. "And I don't think the students as U.A. have any idea what's in store for them."
"Maybe not, but we can help them by pointing them in the right direction and learn how to use their powers properly." Catwoman stated.
"Shoto was able to learn of his powers from Dabi, Sunstorm, and Snowstorm, do you think they would learn from us?" Shayera questions.
"We give them an explanation about us, the Justice League, and the Watchtower, they should be convinced if nothing else." Batgirl answered. "And we may gain some more allies, that we can help them out."
"What do you suggest?" Superman (Clark) inquires. "The training room is enough for us at the Watchtower, Metropolis, and here."
"Actually, it could work." Alex Luthor states, earned their attention. "The Metropolis Watchtower, the Watchtower Moon, and the Hall of Justice hasn't been used in a long time, same could be said at Happy Harbor. I think the best idea is have the students at U.A. located somewhere safe and away from the criminals and have one of them as a new academy."
The Justice League, Wade, and Nikita are thinking about it for a minute, which it would work because it'll give the students a chance to learn more of their Quirk and trained in the right direction, so they'll be able to become heroes. But the downside is they'll have to leave their families behind, and the criminals will be coming after them.
"Alright, we'll give this a try, but we need to give their families permission first." Superman (Clark) replied.
"But what about their families? Shouldn't they be with them?" Red Robin questions.
"We'll get into that later, but right now, we need to come up of which location that would be of use and away from the villains for a while." Nikita suggested with a serious look on her face. "Metropolis is still crawling with metahumans and Pro Heroes, and thanks to the Super Family, it's now put to good use."
"Happy Harbor had a base, which it hasn't used in a long time, either." Wonder Woman points out. "And it'll be better it can be used again once we have them get settled."
"Yeah, one problem, they don't know about first thing about technology or how it works." Red Robin points out. "And it'll be too much."
"True, but it's best we teach them how to use it, and not going crazy." John Stewart states. "Might be best to start with the Watchtower as a base and the academy, and getting them settled with their new home at Happy Harbor."
"So, are we agreed to that suggestion?" Wade inquires as they all nodded in agreement. "Alright then, then we'll start first thing tomorrow."
"I know where the U.A. High is at, and I can try to convince them about the new location and a base." Batman informed them.
"Are you sure about this?" Shayera asks as Batman responds with a smirk when Superman (Clark) chuckled a bit.
"He's Bruces successor alright, and I'm glad he made the right one." Superman (Clark) states.
"But there's one thing, you and your team will be needing a new suit. That much is for sure." Alex Luthor said.
"And why is that?" Batgirl inquires.
"What they're wearing is a hobo suit and I can't have them going around looking like that, which is where I come to play." Alex told her as he presses the button from the device, showing the screenshots of the suits. "I've being doing research on each suit, and making additions of my own."
"Additions?" Superman (Jonathan) repeats.
"Starting with yours and your son." Alex said as the image shows Superman Suit that was similar, but has the dark shades of blue on each side. "Yours and your fathers suit have made of Kryptonian, nearly indestructible, the fabric is comfortable and for sensitive skin, but with the addition of lead...completely Kryptonite proof with a touch of a button in your spandex and your head and hands are completely covered, similar to the hazmat suit. Very comfortable and washable, that's a no feature."
"And what makes you think it's something I can use?" Superman (Clark) questions, raising his eyebrow.
"Well as you already know, Kryptonians are known for their strengths and weaknesses. Ever since I've done some research, I thought I cover the basics and hoping it'll be useful." Alex explains. "Now, moving on."
He then shows the Flash's new suit.
"Barry and Wally's suit are designed to withstand the Speed Force without getting them killed, and making the addition of Kelvar bulletproof fabric and light armor." Alex continued, then shows Wonder Woman's suit. "Diana's suit was tricky, but I finally created some materials that was sturdy and armor that can withstand damage as she does."
He then shows Green Lantern's suit.
"Green Lantern's suits are similar to ones they're current on, but I made some blueprints and addition that was made of light armor and weaved in Kelvar bulletproof armor. Same could be said of their Green Lantern's power." Alex continued, then shows Hawkgirl's suit. "Hawkgirl's suit is made of Thanagarian material and Nth metal, which there are very hard to find, but I was able to grab hold of them and made that suit very sturdy that could withstand damage, and very useful in close-quarter combat. As an extra feature, each suit contains a homing device, giving you the precise Global location of the wearer at the touch of a button. So, what do you think?"
"I'm down with that." Flash (Barry) said with smirk. "I mean we can use a new suit that fits our style."
"Now hold on! Why are given us new suits when we can use the ones we're on?" Superman (Clark) questions, turns to Alex.
"Because it can help you when you're fighting against the ones who knows of your strengths and weaknesses, and I'm not talking about the Pro Heroes, but the Legion of Doom." Nikita points out. "Lex Luthor and Gorilla Grodd are still alive after they survive from the fight decades."
"What?!" Superman (Clark) exclaims in shock.
"You're kidding?" Catwoman asks, raising her eyebrow which her team were shocked.
"I wish, but after what I've learn from the Pentagon, I'm not." Nikita answered. "The Legion of Doom are recruiting the new criminals, and train them."
"So basically, they were turning their base into their own villain school?" Batman guessed.
"Exactly." Nikita replied. "Which is why we need a lot of help we need against the Legion of Doom, League of Villains, and more. The students are very lucky at the time at USJ and at the Beast Forest because you and your team, but they won't be lucky if this keeps up."
Superman (Clark) begins glaring at Nikita Waller, about to argue when Batman intervenes.
"She has a point; we need all the helping hands we can get at this." Batman points out.
"While I agree on this, why should we trust her?" Superman (Clark) questions.
"That's for you to decide, but I will tell you this, we have a common enemy and we won't have time for debating." Nikita told him with a firm tone. "Right now, it'll be best you take the suit and try it out. But once this meeting is over, we will have serious discussions about this."
"Wouldn't have it any other way." Superman (Clark) answered.
"If we're all done with the argument, I like to move on to another subject and have to leave for my meeting with Mr. President. He would like to have a discussion about this situation." Wade suggests impatiently.
"Actually, with everything going on, the meeting is adjourned." Rex Mason said.
Wade nods as he first stands up and leave the conference room, the Bat Family and the others are also leaving the conference room since the meeting is over. Nikita and Superman (Clark) are right now having a serious discussion. The Bat Family then decided to get to know the other heroes since they didn't get the chance to do that during the time at the Watchtower. They were able to get to know the surviving members of the Justice League: Vigilante (Greg Saunders), Red Tornado, Captain Atom, Fire, and Ice, and the new members, but it was cut short when Superman (Clark) approaches to the Bat Family.
"Take it you're meeting them?" Superman (Clark) asks.
"We didn't get a chance to do that since the Watchtower and this whole fiasco in DC." Catwoman points out with a shrug. "Take it you and Nikita made an agreement?"
"For the most part, which surprised me she's Amanda's daughter." Superman (Clark) told her. "But it didn't surprise me about her team since we had some encounters with them before."
"We know, we've been accessing to their files and saw no criminal records, only military backgrounds for the most part." Robin said. "She knows who we are, but..."
"...I kept it a secret as I said, but I kept those criminals in prison until their sentence are done." The voice of Nikita said, walking next to the Kryptonian. "And I'm still keeping that promise."
"Speaking of which, has Stain tried anything when took him to Belle Reve?" Robin questions.
"Not a damn thing, he remained quiet for his time in prison and knows if he tries anything." Nikita explains. "Same could be said about David."
The Bat Family understands that but hoping that David Shield is holding alright in Belle Reve.
"But we still give him a chance to redeem himself in the future." Nikita continued. "We give him a call only once a month for him to have a talk with Melissa."
Apparently, the Bat Family knows how that went between David and Melissa, mostly not going well and sometimes gone well which it's a slow progress and hoping they're able to make amends.
"Even though, I would have him stay in prison, but after her telling me what he did, I think we all agree that David would help us as punishment for stealing an amplifier and have it to restore All Might's power." Superman (Clark) told them.
"So, basically, community service." Batgirl guessed.
"Pretty much, yeah." Superman (Clark) nods. "Which reminds me, I think it's time for you to head for Gotham City."
"Why?" Robin inquires, confused.
"We still got Japan to defend, and we still need to find the remnants of the League of Villains." Batman points out.
"I understand, but Japan is at peace for the moment." Superman (Clark) said, placing his hand on his shoulder. " But Gotham City needs you and your team."
"I thought Sons of Batman Motorcycle Club are handling it." Catwoman protests. "Same could be said for Batwoman and V."
"True, but it'll take more than them to stop those criminals." Nikita told her. "For now, Batwoman is working on her case with the Interpol, and V is back in London to take down the criminals."
The Bat Family were shocked about what they have learned.
"And to remind you, don't overexert yourself when you're fighting criminals. Bruce learned the hard way during his time as Batman and the body have taken a lot of punishment that reached his limit." Superman (Clark) continued.
"We can handle it, Superman, that's what we're here for." Batgirl argued. "We just need to find them and put them behind bars for good."
"No, you won't! I refuse to lose everyone else in this League!" Superman (Clark) snapped. "I've lost my friends during the fight against the Legion of Doom, I died by the hands of Lex, never get to see my son grow up! So no, I refuse to lose anyone else!"
It got the Bat Family stunned and the atmosphere went silent when Superman (Clark) simply didn't want to lose them or the new members of the Justice League, which the survivors of the League agreed, but knows that it's bound to happen whenever it comes to fighting against the criminals or worse.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to snap. But it's like I said, I refuse to lose anyone else, especially you and your team." Superman (Clark) told them sternly. "I may have lost my friends, but I can't this time."
"It's fine, we understand that." Batman said. "But you know it's bound to happen whenever were out there, saving lives and taking down criminals."
"...I know..." Superman (Clark) said with an understanding, changing the subject. "But anyway, there's a reason why I'm sending you and team to Gotham City. Things haven't been the same ever since Bruce died, and now, every thug and criminal are right now in every different places to do crime. And Gotham City Police Department are doing everything what they can to stop them, but unfortunately, most of the law enforcers are corrupt."
"Wait a minute, our uncle and aunt are in Gotham City! Same as Mike!" Red X said in shock, turns to his brother. "Ain't he one of the Detectives in GCPD?"
"He should, according to the files, and he had a daughter." Batman answered. "But the last thing we both want to meet were Uncle Nick and Aunt Mandy."
"Take it neither of you are on good terms with them?" Nikita questions.
"It's worse than that, Uncle Nick and Aunt Mandy never cared about the people or the city, they only care about money and themselves which it's something we couldn't stand for." Red X explains. "After our parents died years ago, Bruce took Ethan in, raise him, train him, and even home-schooled him in order to be his successor. Mike left the family to take many odd jobs and enrolled in military school. By the time he graduated in college, he worked in GCPD. But as for Daniel? There's no telling what's going on with him."
"Have you tried calling him?" Lois questions, approaches next to Superman (Clark).
"We tried that once, but no answer." Batman answered. "But still, if Mike is having trouble in Gotham City, then I think it'll be time for us to go there and help them."
"Alright, then it'll be best you gather your things first in Japan. Once you're done, we'll teleport all of you to Gotham City." Superman (Clark) informed them. "And it'll be better if you inform the U.A. High first before you do anything else."
The Bat Family nods with an understanding, as they're now heading for the teleportation pad. Superman (Clark), Wonder Woman, Lois, and Nikita are watching them disappear and teleported to Japan.
"Do you think they're ready?" Lois questions her husband.
"After them spending their time with Bruce and Barbara, I'm pretty sure they are." Superman (Clark) answered, turns to his wife with a smile. "But I am worried about them."
"That's something we can understand, but the best we can do is help them and make sure it doesn't happen." Nikita told him with a small smile. "Besides, they can take care of themselves, and Bruce and Barbara taught them well."
"Not to mention they're tough as nails." Superman (Jonathan) adds. "I'm sure they'll be fine, but they'll let us know if anything happens."
Superman (Clark) turns to his son, given him a nod with an understanding.
At the Batcave, the Bat Family are teleported back and they're right now heading up the stairs to get everything right. But what stopped them was Barbara, All Might, Nezu, and Aizawa were at the cave, waiting for them to arrive which it got their attention.
"We were wondering where you all have been gone to. You've been gone for hours." Toshinori told them.
"They kept insisting on meeting you guys to have a discussion about moving their students to the dorms. I keep telling them to wait, but they didn't listen." Barbara said which it got Toshinori sweat drop with a nervous chuckle.
"Sorry about that, we've been gone somewhere that's pretty far from here." Emily said with a nervous smile.
"But we were able to find something and it's something we've got to tell you." Ethan told them.
"Oh? Well, do tell." Nezu said with interest.
And with that, the Bat Family and Oguro Family gives them an explanation.

Hawkgirl: Her attire was from the Arrowverse
Green Lantern, Flash, Wonder Woman, and Superman new look are from Suicide Squad version and no, there are no purple eyes.
Martain Manhunter's new look is tricky, but it'll probably the Arrowverse.
