After their little showcase, everyone had placed their blankets, towels and umbrellas on the sand. Everyone managed to get under some shade as a means to protect them from the boiling sun.

Camila was standing by the stove in order to keep guard of it so she could make sure it warms itself up.

"Alright everyone, don't forget sunscreen!" Camila reminded everyone as she applied some on her arms. "I don't know about you, but it's probably the hottest day of the year."

Luz reached into a basket to retrieve some sunscreen. She applied some on her arms and her face until Amity caught her attention.

The witch looked to be giving Luz a flirtatious look. "Oh, Batata, could you apply some sunscreen on my back?"

Luz returned the flirtatious look with one of her own. "Of course, Sweet Potato."

Amity began resting on her stomach so Luz could apply the sunscreen on her back. The human witch did just that and gently rubbed the lotion on her pale back.

Willow began resting on her stomach and used her thumb to point at her back. "Hunter, sunscreen."

Hunter looked to his girlfriend's muscular back with wide eyes as he felt his stomach turn. But he knew he didn't want to keep his girlfriend waiting, so he applied a dollop on her back and began to gently rub it all over her with his hands. As he did, he looked away, cheeks turning red as he felt her skin.

Willow, sensing her boyfriend's embarrassment, looked to Gus, whom was lying on his stomach having his own sunscreen applied onto him.

"Hey Gus, is Hunter blushing?" She asked.

Gus looked at his best friend and grinned. "Definitely. Ow! Hey, be careful there Emmeline." His Palisman, Emmeline, had accidentally sunk her claws into his skin since she was helping her owner apply sunscreen to his back.

Eda grinned at Raine. "Hey Rainestorm, care to apply some on your gal?" Eda dropped to her stomach and used her hook hand to unhook her bra so Raine could apply her sunscreen.

"Of course my dear." Raine smiled. "I've been meaning to practice a little something with my magic." They began to whistle causing the bottle to levitate.

It hovered behind Eda's back and squirted a dollop onto her pale skin. Then, they used their magic to spread the lotion all over her body.

"You okay, Eda?" Raine asked. "Is this fine?"

But in actuality, Eda looked to have a look of disappointment on her face since her partner wasn't touching her back with their hands. "Uh….Huh."

Viney rested on her back and stretched herself out while Skara was preparing the lotion. "Hey babe, could you apply some sunscreen to my stomach. My arms feel kind of numb from being inside Hooty."

Not wanting to miss the opportunity of touching her girlfriend's abs, Skara smiled. "With pleasure, my dear." The bard witch applied some lotion to her girlfriend's belly.

But when Skara placed her hand on her girlfriend's stomach to rub the lotion, she suddenly felt her palm burning. "Ow!" She tried again, but then pulled out when she felt the burn again.

"Viney, your stomach is hot." Skara said.

"Why thank you, so is your's." Viney smiled.

"No I…" Skara then became flustered by her girlfriend's comment. "…Oh, uh…" She looked at her body and then blushed again. "…Thanks. I try to keep in good shape. But seriously, Viney, I can't rub lotion on your belly because it's burning."

Viney looked confused before noting her abs which appeared to be sizzling like a grill under the hot sun. "Oh, this is what I was telling you about."

Skara looked at her girlfriend's sizzling abs with complete bewilderment yet fascination. "And you sometimes cook on it."

Viney nodded her head. "Saves on gas."

"Well, you think you could get in the shade?" Skara asked.

Viney realised that the sun was shining on her stomach. "Oh, right." She shuffled into the shade and lied down. "Alright, go ahead. But draw a smiley face on my stomach and we're gonna have some issues."

At the mention of that sentence, Emira overheard that statement and smiled. "Smiley face, huh?"

Camila couldn't help but overhear what Viney and Skara were talking about earlier. "Girls, I'm sorry, did you say that witch's tummies sizzle?"

"Only when they have abs, apparently." Skara replied.

"But only when the hot sun shines upon them." Viney explained. "So, if you have trouble with the grill Ms Noceda, I'm always on the table."

Camila pulled a pained smile. "Oh…Uh…Thank you, sweetie." She turned to face the grill. "La anatomía de la bruja se vuelve cada vez más extraña."

She then heard some panting on the ground and saw King and Barcus struggling under the hot sun. "Is something wrong you two?" The human woman asked.

"Luz's Mom, due to our fur we don't need sunscreen but we are thirsty." King explained.

"Oh, do you two need some water?" Camila asked.

"Anything that is cold and is a liquid." King replied.

Camila reached into a bag and pulled two bottles of water. "Thank you." King said.

But Barcus, however, wasn't having it. "What do I look like? An animal? Get me a bowl."

Camila looked baffled. "Uh…."

"Get him a dog bowl." King replied.

"I didn't bring one." Camila said.

Thankfully, Stringbean came to the rescue and shifted into a bowl for Camila to pour water into.

"Oh Stringbean, you are a life saver." Camila poured some water onto Stringbean and the dog demon witch began to drink out of her.

Masha applied sunscreen to the palm of their hand and applied it on their face. "Ah, so much better." They noticed their girlfriend was awaiting her turn. "Want me to rub it all over, Vee?"

Vee smiled. "That would be nice." She dropped to her stomach arched their back a bit.

But before Masha could apply the sunscreen on their girlfriend, they stared at her with a befuddled expression. "Uh….Vee, since this isn't your form, should I just apply it on the sections where your skin is pretending to be clothes?"

Vee raised a brow. "I mean, I would."

"But the question is, would I be touching your butt or your tail?" Masha asked. "But wait a minute, aren't you technically a reptile. Don't you technically thrive in warmer climates?"

Vee squeaked and her cheeks turned red. "Well…I…Well…"

Masha sported a toothy grin. "You just wanted an excuse for me to touch you."

"Well…"

Then, Masha began to gently massage their girlfriend's back, causing the basilisk to blush. "If you wanted me to rub your back all you had to do was ask." Vee just smiled at the touch of her partner and relaxed into it.

Lilith had just finished applying sunscreen to her arm when Hooty appeared behind her. "Hey LuLu, could you help me apply my own?"

"Why of course." Lilith smiled before Hooty erected himself upwards so far that he was literally touching the sky.

Everyone looked up at him with wide eyed disbelief. Lilith looked at the tube of sunscreen she looked have to apply on her best friend.

"I'm probably gonna be a while." Lilith declared before turning into harpy form and flying upwards.

Alador removed his shirt to expose his body and began stretching. "Man, I haven't felt this limber since before I got married. I feel great and I wanna show it off!"

Darius however, stared at his partner with skepticism. "Dear, I love you to bits but I am highly doubting what you're doing is healthy."

"Am I not allowed to be a little energetic, dear?" Alador asked.

Darius exhaled. "There is nothing you can do that will convince me that this behaviour of yours is-" But instead of arguing, Alador began to massage Darius' shoulders, causing the Abomination head to moan. "Oh…Well…Maybe it has its perks."

Jerbo tried to apply sunscreen onto his hand but accidentally squeezed it so hard he got the whole bottle in his hand. "Aww. Sorry guys, I wasted the sunscreen."

"Jerbo!" Viney chided.

Boscha was laying on her stomach looking annoyed. "Hey, can someone apply some sunscreen to my back?! I don't wanna get a sunburn or whatever you humans have!"

King, tired of Boscha's rude attitude, walked towards the three eyed witch. "How about I do it?"

Boscha grinned. "Awwwwww! Thank you. You really are a Titan."

King chuckled. "You have no idea." He squirted some on her back.

"If you write something on my back that isn't Boscha is awesome, then I will dress you up in a tutu." Boscha said.

King shuddered at the thought of him in a tutu. "Eww. No." He applied the cream to her back. But before he rubbed it in, he came up with an idea. "She didn't say anything about drawing." He began to draw something on her back.

Steve applied some of the lotion onto his body. "Bye, bye, melanoma. No cancer for Steve."

Emira approached her brother, whom was sleeping on a deck chair with some sunscreen that wasn't applied to him properly around his face, arm and stomach.

"Just as I thought." Emira said as she applied some sunscreen to her body. "Can't apply it onto his skin properly." She then looked to the lotion not applied properly to his stomach and grinned. "Hmm, maybe I can have some fun."

She approached his sleeping form and began to draw something on his pale belly with a sinister chuckle.

Meanwhile, Amity was rubbing some lotion on Luz's back, whom was looking flustered. "Oooooooh, yeah. Oh yeah, I like that."

Amity smiled. "You want to me to go slower?"

Luz grinned. "Definitely."

Meanwhile, Hunter was flustered as he felt his girlfriend's hands rubbing his bare back to apply the lotion.

Eda was busy applying lotion to Raine's arm with her only hand, causing them to moan. "This is what I wanted Rainestorm." She whispered into their ear.

Raine smiled. "I see why."

Viney was busy applying some lotion onto Skara's back. But since the sun was accidentally shining onto her abs, they were accidentally touching Skara's back, causing her to scream.

"Sorry." Viney said.

She leaned in again, and accidentally burnt her girlfriend's back with her sizzling abs. "Ow."

"Sorry."

"Hey LuLu, do you need help with your back?" Hooty asked his best friend.

Lilith smiled. "Why Hootcifer, that is so kind. Of course." She rested on her stomach while Hooty grabbed a bottle of sunscreen with his mouth. "Hang on, how will you apply it onto my back?"

Her question was answered when Hooty bit on the tube so hard that it exploded. Causing it to get all over Lilith's back, Camila's shorts, Raine's glasses, Willow's abs, Jerbo's mouth, Viney's bicep, Skara's hair, sections of Luz's front, Amity's nose, King's fur, Barcus' nose, Eda's butt, Boscha's third eye, Hunter's scars, Gus' ears, Alador's back, Darius' beard, a sleeping Emira's stomach and Edric's face.

The blast from the sunscreen caused Edric to wake up from his nap. "Huh? What? Are we under attack?"

He looked to where it came from and saw Hooty rubbing his body all over Lilith's bare back. But the way he was doing it made it look like he was one of those waving inflatable people you see outside of car dealerships.

"Well, that's worse than what I had imagined." Edric remarked. Then, he looked at his stomach and saw the mark on it. It appeared to be a pair of eyes on his pecks and a smiley face going along his belly button. "What? Who drew on my…" He heard the sound of someone snoring.

He looked to his right and saw his sister sleeping peacefully on her own deckchair. He looked at her finger and saw some lotion on it. "Oooooh, I see how this is." He then looked at the lotion that had splattered on her stomach.

He saw this as a window of opportunity for him to get back at her for messing things up. "Oooh, right sis. You asked for this indeed." He got off his deck chair and began to draw something on his sister's stomach.

About six minutes later, the lotion eventually managed to soak in to everyone's skin. Luz stretched and exhaled. "Alright, I hope everyone's ready for a swim because I really need to cool off!"

Soon, everyone else stood up as well as the Blight twins. Edric, knowing full well what he was about to expect wiped the lotion off of his stomach to see the sunburn resembled a smiley face.

"This was a whole lot worse than I was expecting." Edric remarked.

Emira began to laugh hard. "Hey Edric, are you going to introduce me to your new friend? Tommy the Talking Tummy." She laughed even harder while Edric just pulled a smug smile.

"Hey Em, you sure you don't want to introduce me to your new friend?" Edric asked as he pointed at his sister's belly.

Emira looked confused but then wiped the rest of the lotion off of her stomach where she saw something horrifying. On her stomach was none other than a drawing of Edric's head made from her sunburn. It had eyes, nose, ears and his hair.

Emira screamed in horror. "Edric!"

"Call that payback, sis." Edric said. "Say hello to Edric the Conversational Belly."

"I'm sorry, you took the time to draw a perfect self portrait on my tummy yet you forgot the mouth?!" Emira pointed out.

"Why would I draw the mouth when your belly button portrays the part just nicely?" Edric asked.

Emira looked closer at the self portrait of her brother on her body and saw indeed that her belly button did resemble a bit of a mouth.

Emira did chuckle. "Okay, that's kind of clever." She then narrowed her eyes at her brother. "But still, if we wore matching swimsuits maybe we wouldn't be in this mess!"

They heard a judgemental huff. "Uh, why are you acting like this?" They turned to see Boscha nearby. "You're like in your twenties and you're being this childish? So what? You got a bit of drawing on your skin. Big whoop." But when she turned around, the Blight twins could see that the three eyed witch had her own embarrassing drawing on her back.

It was a drawing of King with a message that read 'The Titan, wuz here.' This sight made the Blight twins slightly chuckle.

"Okay, that makes me slightly better." Emira said.

"Okay, is everyone ready?!" Luz yelled out. "Anyone wanna go out for a swim?!"

"Yeah!" Many exclaimed.

"I'd come, but I'm working on a brilliant tan." Began to lie down.

"The sun is making me sleepy, I'll just have some shuteye." Darius arched his back. "Right, Alador?" He looked to his left, where his partner would be lying down. But he wasn't there. "Alador?"

Turns out, Alador was standing beside Gus and Skara with his arms wrapped around their shoulders. "I'M READY TO GET SOAKING WET!" Skara chuckled while Gus just gave the older man a deadpan stare.

Darius just sighed. "Unbelievable."

When Emira and Edric joined the group, Amity took notice of the misfortune on their stomachs. The youngest Blight was about to laugh until Emira raised a spell circle.

"Mittens, how would you like it if I replaced your midriff with a mouth that would be so chatty that you'd rather be listening to Hooty's very detailed bug dietary stories?" Emira gave her sister a hard stare. "Hmm." She raised her brows, causing Amity to back away in fear.

And so, Luz, Amity, Gus, Willow, Hunter, Hooty, Lilith, Alador, Vee, Masha, Skara, Viney, Edric, Emira, King, Jerbo, Barcus, Steve and Boscha were all running towards the ocean ready to get soaking wet and covered in salt water. Hopefully nothing chaotic happens.
