Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom

After failing to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta wields the power of the mythic Black Trident to unleash an ancient and malevolent force. Hoping to end his reign of terror, Aquaman forges an unlikely alliance with his brother, Orm, the former king of Atlantis. Setting aside their differences, they join forces to protect their kingdom and save the world.

3. Chapter 3

Ch 3

After Manta had gotten the Black Trident, he learned from the dark spirit about Orichalcum, an ancient green glowing metal needed to power the Atlantean Octobots that Manta found. Their new mission was to go to the Orichalcum Storage Vault and steal the metal for more power.

The Octobots were dropped into the Vault and the crewmates used the Octobots' robotic tentacles to grab the Orichalcum canisters, then put them into a large rack ontop of each other. Suddenly, the doors closed. They must have been spotted.

"Change of plans, I need an extraction, now." Manta said. Then Manta's massive submarine cruised through the water. The hydro cannons in the wall of Atlantis aimed at the sub but Stingray had Shin turn on the sub's sonic cannon, sending painful sonic waves that caused the Atlantean soldiers manning the cannons to scream in pain and cover their ears but to no avail. The ringing sound was everywhere.

Suddenly, Atlanteans riding red-armor plated Great White Sharks zoomed towards the Octobots with Atlanna grabbing onto one, then lifting up its tentacle with her super strength, aiming it toward the Octobots and causing it to shoot its friends with its red lasers.

Then, the sub fired its sonic cannon again and Atlanna groaned as the sonic waves bombarded her, then pushed her off only for her to clip another Octobot's tentacle and drive her back to her Great White.

Mera came next and launched herself towards Manta's Octobot, cracking the cockpit with a single punch before dragging the cockpit away and preparing to punch Manta next. But then, Manta's crimson hydro plasma beams burst out from his helmet's eye lenses, blasting her away where she fell into a tall statue as the beams cut through more Great Whites coming in. David, we're here at the extraction point. Shin said through the comms.

Orichalcum is on board and secured. Come on, let's go. "Not yet." Manta replied. "I'm gonna kill me a dead mermaid!" Then he combined the two halves of the Black Trident into its singular weapon form with a green burst of energy and swam towards Mera, raising his trident for the kill.

Suddenly, Arthur rammed into Manta, shoving him right into a rocky outcropping with rocks flying everywhere. "Get away from my wife!" Arthur shouted. "Your wife?" Manta asked in surprise. "First you steal your brother's throne, then you steal his woman? Aquaman, shame on you." Aquaman growled, then zoomed for Manta only to get punched aside with Manta's new superstrength from the trident.

More Stingers came in and Manta knew he couldn't fight them all. David, we gotta go. Shin reminded him. The entire Atlantean army's headed their way. If we don't leave now, we're dead.

Manta fired his eye lasers at a nearby hyperloop train, then zoomed off. Aquaman launched himself at the plummeting train, then grabbed it with his superstrength before turning around and planting his trident into the ground as the train caused it to rake across the seafloor, spewing up rocks before it came to a stop.

Then Arthur swam over to Manta who was headed back for his sub. "Fire the sonic cannon!" he ordered. "Come on, Shin!" Finally, the sonic cannon fired another burst of sonic waves, blasting Arthur back miles away as the sub zoomed right out of Atlantis. The Orichalcum was stolen and Manta had won for now.
