Lincoln wasn't sure what had been happening for the past 2 weeks but he wasn't complaining
I mean he got to stay with his mom on the weekdays and Ms. Sneasler on weekends
though some of the creatures he saw looked familiar yet different
"SHIT SHIT SHIT!" He heard someone yell
he turned and saw a boy not much older than him running from an alpha luxray
"nibbles I need you to help!" Lincoln said to his gligar friend
nibbles threw a mud bomb at the alpha luxray hitting it directly in the eyes
"Thank you!" The boy said before throwing a strange ball at the luxray causing the luxray to disappear into the ball
after a few shakes the ball shot out some sparks
"thank Ho-oh." The boy said before falling to the ground
"ah! Are you ok?" Lincoln asked
"I'm fine. I just need to lay here for a minute." The boy said
after a few minutes the boy got back up and picked up the ball
"thanks for the help I thought I was dead meat for a minute there." The boy said
"no problem." Lincoln said
"I'm Zane." Zane said introducing himself "and you are?"
"Lincoln." Lincoln said
"you don't look like a pearl clan or diamond clan member and you definitely aren't apart of the galaxy team. are you a ginkgo guilt member who's off duty?" Zane asked
"I don't know what any of those mean." Lincoln said
"what rock have you've been living under?" Zane asked
then they heard a growl
they turned and saw a massive steelix
"maybe a stone edge in a minute." Lincoln said
"RUN!" Zane yelled as he started running
they ran and ran
eventually the steelix used stone edge and hit Zane in the side
"ack!" Zane said as he felt the cut
"in there!" Lincoln said pointing to a cave to small for the steelix
they entered and waited for the steelix to give up
Zane winced in pain
"im gonna need stitches for this." Zane said "can you help?"
"I can try." Lincoln said
Zane lifted his shirt so Lincoln could see their cut
Lincoln noticed he had bandages wrapped around his chest
"another injury?" Lincoln asked referring to the bandages
"nah it's to hide my chest." Zane said
"why?" Lincoln asked
"eh I feel more like a boy than a girl." Zane said
"wait what?" Lincoln asked
"oh yeah I was born a girl but that didn't feel right so when my parents died and I decided to get a boat to hisui and I pretended to be a boy." Zane said
"woah." Lincoln said
"you got a problem?" Zane asked
"nah just shocked is all." Lincoln said
"of what?" Zane asked
"how well you pulled it off." Lincoln said
"that is the nicest thing anyone has said to me." Zane said
"alright I'm going to start." Lincoln said as he began to sew
Zane winced
"you ok?" Lincoln asked
"I took the cut. I can take the stitch." Zane said
Lincoln continued until the wound was all sewn up
"there all done." Lincoln said
"good." Zane said getting up "now let's get going."
then lady Sneasler appeared at the entrance of the cave
"or we're going to die here." Zane said
"hi miss sneasler!" Lincoln said waving
lady sneasler waved back
"what?!" Zane said "you know this sneasler?"
"yeah I do." Lincoln said
then Zane noticed the bracelet on Lincoln's wrist
"YOU'RE THE WARDEN OF LADY SNEASLER?!?" Zane asked
"what's that mean?" Lincoln asked
"oh my goodness gracious how are you this dense!?!" Zane asked "and I thought you didn't know what the pearl clan."
"no I don't miss sneasler just gave this bracelet to me." Lincoln said
"oh shit." Zane said "well then."
"also what's that ball you threw at the luxray?" Lincoln asked
"oh it's a pokeball." Zane said
"can i have one for nibbles?" Lincoln said pointing at his gligar
"sure..." Zane said handing him a pokeball
Lincoln immediately threw it at gligar and caught it
(I'm going to be executed for this) Zane thought to himself
"thanks anyway I'm gonna get going. later!" Lincoln said as he hopped into lady sneaslers basket
"... I just set a war in motion didn't I?" Zane asked himself
meanwhile
"we're getting closer and closer to opening the rift." Volo said
"correct." Giratina said
"just a little more and hopefully we don't get more mishaps like last time." Volo said
"indeed." Giratina said
"I bid you farewell giratina." Volo said before leaving
(he's gone.) giratina thought to themselves (thank father that lady Sneasler gets Lincoln on weekends)
giratina realized that if it wasn't arecus's champion who would stop then it would be Lincoln which would hurt a whole lot more
(after all when giratina first rebelled arceus sent diagla palkia and mew to deal with them so it wouldn't be too farfetched if arceus asked their son to do it)

they turned into their human form
(I'm simply setting volo up for failure) giratina thought to herself
she teleported to lady sneasler's cave
"hello there." Giratina said to lady sneasler who had her back turned
"(SNESUS CHRIST!)" lady sneasler yelled "(Don't scare people like that!)"
"my apologies." Giratina said "is he asleep?"
"(yup.)" lady sneasler said before bringing her Lincoln
"thank you." Giratina said before taking Lincoln and leaving
the next day
Zane was walking through the highlands before noticing a house
"a house?" Zane said before approaching it
he touched it
(it's not a stray zoroark making an illusion) Zane thought to himself
he decided to knock on the door
and to his surprise Lincoln answered it
"oh hey Zane!" Lincoln said
"Lincoln?!?" Zane said "what are you doing here?"
"this is me and my mom's house." Lincoln said
"your mom?" Zane asked
giratina approached the door
"is this a friend of yours Lincoln?" Giratina asked
"yup this is Zane!" Lincoln said
"Ba ba ba ba..." Zane said
Lincoln hit him on the head as giratina giggled
"dude that's my mom." Lincoln said (how did i know that he found my mom attractive?)
"right sorry." Zane said rubbing his head "anyway you wanna learn how to make pokeballs?"
"sure!" Lincoln said as they left
"I'm glad Lincoln is making friends." Giratina said to herself
she just hoped arceus wouldn't banish him along with her
