After a few months
Lincoln kept on living with giratina despite what she had done and what she did afterwards
which was opening a giant rift in the sky
but he wasn't sure if she did that or if that was someone else because her response was "kinda?"
but right now that didn't matter because Lincoln was fishing
(for some reason he felt some familiar feelings while doing so so he did it every once in a while
soon he got a bite and began to reel it in eventually getting
it was a very injured white striped basculin
"hey there." Lincoln said before pulling out a berry "here this will help."
the basculin quickly ate the berry and it's wounds visibly healed
Lincoln was happy at this
(though in the back of Lincoln's mind there was a voice telling him to kill it but he ignored it the best he could)
the basculin stayed near him in the water
he threw out his line again before soon getting another bite and began to real it in
it was a hisuian quillfish that immediately attacked him
and unfortunately he didn't have any of his pokemon with him
the voice got louder and louder as he dodged the attacks
(KILL OR BE KILLED KILL OR BE KILLED) the voice chanted in his head over and over
he could feel his skin slowly growing scales a sign that he was going to transform and lose control
then the basculin used wave crash immediately knocking the quillfish away causing it to flee
the voice began to die down as his scales faded away and turned back into normal skin
(Weak...) the voice said before going quiet
"thanks for the help." Lincoln said
the basculin let a happy noise before beginning to glow
it's body grew bigger it had red wisps on it's body and tail
"good job on evolving!" Lincoln said "I should be going now."
the basculegion grabbed Lincoln's shirt and pulled him to get his attention
"huh? You want to come with?" Lincoln asked
basculegion nodded
"well then welcome to the team!" Lincoln said
meanwhile
giratina was doing some gardening before hearing a voice she hoped she would never have to hear in this form
"hello miss can i interest you in some wares?" Volo asked
"uh no thanks I'm fine." Giratina said turning to face volo
"hmm you look familiar..." Volo said analyzing giratina's human form
(father please help) giratina thought to herself
"maybe cognita still gets around... that would explain the similarities.."Volo said under his breath before leaving

meanwhile
Sid Chang was very concerned about her friend Lincoln and her best friend Ronnie Anne
not that there was anything going on between because well Lincoln's not there
it's been a few months since he disappeared only the louds have single clue and despite their namesake they have been keeping quiet about it
in fact she was only told about it by Ronnie Anne who was told About it by her brother Bobby who was told about it by Lincoln's sister Lori
"he has to be somewhere." Sid said "maybe I should try and get more information."
just then gold portal opened up directly under her
"oh boy." Sid said before falling through
meanwhile in the nimbasa city subway station
"emmet have you conducted your safety checks?" Subway boss Ingo asked
"I am emmet all safety checks have been completed." Subway boss Emmet answered
these two are two of the most powerful trainers in the Unova region they could take the champion title if they so choose but they don't due to "not enough trains"
"very well then let us depart to our home station!" Ingo said just as a gold portal opened up under him
"INGO!" Emmet said grabbing Ingo to make sure they don't get separated
though the portal pulled both of them in
luckily for the two train enthusiasts they both had their full teams on them
they began to fly through the tube like area that the portal was using to transport them
"emmet! As long as we stick together everything remain on track!" Ingo yelled still holding on to emmet
"I am emmet and I'm fucking terrified!" Emmet yelled
soon they reached a void
"where are we stationed?" Ingo asked
suddenly another portal opened up and spat out a girl
"hello there!" Ingo said his loud voice startling the girl "you seem to be derailed too."
"you could say that." The girl "my name is Sid Chang."
"I am Ingo nobori and this is my brother emmet." Ingo said
"We are the subway bosses!" Ingo and emmet said in unison while striking a pose to the best of their ability
(these guys are... goofy.) Sid thought to herself
suddenly a blinding light appeared
"Welcome to my realm, located beyond both time and space. It is well that thou art here. I am that which humans call Arceus." A voice said
emmet immediately rolled up his sleeves
"emmet no!" Ingo said
"I am emmet and I'm going to kill god." Emmet said putting his fists up "fight me bitch!"
"what do you mean kill god?!?" Sid asked
that caused the subway bosses to give her a confused look
"Ingo, emmet, Sid Soon thou shalt find thyseleves in a world strange to thee... A world inhabited by wondrous creatures that humans call "Pokémon." Arceus said "Seek out all Pokémon, and thou shalt find me once more."
suddenly another portal opened under the group causing them to fall into hisui
meanwhile
Lincoln had a strange feeling that something just happened but he wasn't sure what
he pet ribbon while trying to figure out what it was
and that's that
that voice that's in Lincoln's head is the natural aggression of giratina which he gained after getting giratina's blood in him
