Volume 3, Chapter 3:
Grabbing his Sonic Screwdriver with any possible strength remaining, the Doctor activates it to jam up his badge and destroys it, releasing him from the electricity. Weiss gets the idea and reverts her Sonic Myrtenaster into Screwdriver mode and activates it in destroying both Her's and Willow's badges. The Slitheens noticed and made a full charge towards the three of them until an invisible force sent the creature flying back as the others looked on.
The Doctor: *pants and smiles* Perfect timing old friend.
That invisible force was property of the Doctor's police box that is the TARDIS as it materializes on the trio while the Slitheens continue to lunge towards it. The trio were now inside the TARDIS as Dalek Khan approached them while they recovered.
Dalek Khan: Stay down. You still need to recover!
The Doctor: The entire Slitheen family are onto us. The others are at the academy, and I think Corsac is up there with them.
Weiss: *stands up* We need to get there and get them out of there! They can hold them down but for how long.
Dalek Khan: I'll join you in the battle as well.
The Doctor: Willow, you will be staying here in the TARDIS for your safety. She's a real guardian so you're untouchable in here.
Dalek Khan activates the TARDIS as it disappears while the Slitheens roared in anger and defeat knowing the Doctor got away and will not stop in defeating them. Back at the top of the Academy, the remaining group were confronted by Corsac and the staff disguised Slitheens.

Yang: Well, let's dance!

Preppin heavy

Each of them made their charge and the combined team of STRQ and RBY charged back to clash off in a battle of Alien vs Heroes. Blake had her eyes on one and that was Corsac who in return only had his eyes after the Belladonna.
I dont take it easy

Corsac: You cost me my arm. I think it's time you repay the damage. By Death. *Roars and charges*

Blake: *points my blade at him* No, your days of terror end here Corsac!
Both charge and clash with both an advantage of one another, Corsac with his size and strength, Blake with her speed and skills. Dodging every strike from his claws, Blake looks for any weak spots that he sustained in their last two occasions, and she managed to find a wound on his back which she shoots, raging the monster even more.
I keep my eye on the fakes and got real from it
Mastered patience and free will from it
Thats the real motivation some people kill for it
I keep reachin for greatness because im built from it.
Ruby: GO!

Summer and Ruby both go for a double slash and shoot combo that sends the Slitheen back and damaging its thick skin. Raven and Yang attempted the same with Raven going for multiple strikes with her Omen and Yang following with multiple shots with Ember Celica.

Qrow used his Harbinger in its War Scythe mode around the Slitheen's neck which was slowly going through the thick skin but he pulls it down as TaiYang uses his own Ember Celica in shotgun form to give two heavy shots at the back of the Slitheen.

The group of hunstmen and huntresses regrouped as each Slitheen including Corsac regrouped as well and tried to recover from the heavy hits they received. They are big and strong, but they are not fast or agile.
Raven: Those hits should damage them right? Why aren't they bleeding?
Blake: Because their skins are hard to pierce or shoot through fully. We have keep aiming for the weak spots to make them bleed.
Ruby: Uhhh guys...
The others turned around to where Ruby was looking and noticed more Slitheens approaching increasing the situation. Alongside with them was the current Vice Principal Lecter whose grim teeth were in display.
Corsac: I admire your strength and resilience to fight but you can't keep going on forever. We are everywhere in Haven and there are many more from underground who are waiting for the moment we finish this rotten planet.
Ruby: Yeah, the Eternal Bomb. We already know what you plan to do with it so you can skip the whole bad guy speech.
Lecter: Good, then that means we get to have more time to eat you up. One by one. Flesh by flesh. Bone to Bone.
Blake: Not gonna happen!
Blake drops a smoke bomb that covers the entire food hall as the group of teens made a run for it but Corsac noticed and begun the chase alongside other Slitheens following him.
Blake: CORSAC ONTO US! KEEP RUNNING!
Corsac gained speed and was very much close to the group and right behind Summer. Blake noticed and made the jump, landed in front of Corsac, shooting him on his left eye causing the Slitheen to shriek in pain and bleeding as well. But he did not waste time in grabbing Blake with his robotic claw and slamming her to the ground.
Yang: BLAKE?!
Corsac grabbed the Faunus and slammed her to the ground again. And again. And again. And again, until she was sent through the ground and she was knocked out cold.
Corsac: Pest.
Yang: I'LL KILL YOU!
Yang lunged towards Corsac and shooting at him but he would grab her with ease and slam her onto the ground as well. The others changed their weapons to gun mode and begin to shoot at Corsac to avoid him doing the same thing over to Yang. But the windows were shattered as other Slitheens approached from behind the group and begin their attack. They were getting outnumbered, overpowered, and out of ideas as well. Qrow kept changing his weapon into different forms against two Slitheens and was able to decapitate one of them which enraged the other Slitheens.
Qrow: Gotcha!
Raven: QROW WATCH OUT!
Qrow couldn't react on time as he felt cold metal go through him while the others watched in horror. Corsac got to Qrow and impaled him with his robotic claw as he lifted him up and roared.
Corsac: Pathetic Insects are an annoyance!
Corsac launches Qrow to the others as he is heavily losing blood. What started out as a simple plan to investigate turned into a horrific assualt. Raven tried to tend to her brother's wound while Blake and Yang were out cold only leaving Ruby, Summer, and Taiyang to fend off the Slitheen and protecting their injured friends. Ruby looked over to her uncle with a tear falling from her eye as this was getting too much for her.
Dalek Khan: EXTERMINATE!
A bright blast came through the window and killing two Slitheens at an instant. The others looked and spotted Dalek Khan approaching and exterminating more Slitheens to the relief of Ruby and confusion of Summer, Taiyang, and Raven.
Dalek Khan: EXTERMINATE THE SLITHEEN! EXTERMINATE!
Corsac: It's a Dalek! RETREAT! BACK TO THE SHIP!
Dalek Khan kept on blasting as Corsac and the surviving Slitheens retreated from the Dalek's attack while others were killed instantly. The Doctor and Weiss ran in to help out and noticed the horrific sight of his friends down, beaten, and hurt. Everyone was outsmarted by the Slitheen and they were saved just in the nick of time by Dalek Khan.
The Doctor: *approaches Raven* Let me look at the wound. *Looks at it and sighs* Summer, help Raven out with Qrow. Taiyang and Kara, help Lindsay with Arryn and Barbara.
The others followed the Doctor's instruction and helped out the three that were beatdown by Corsac. As they headed outside, Team STRQ minus a knocked-out Qrow noticed the others walking inside a blue police box.
Raven: Is this a joke? My brother is bleeding and wounded by whatever that thing was-
The Doctor: Inside. Now! I won't repeat it again!
That statement left Raven stunned but followed in agreement as Team STRQ enters the police box only to see it was not a normal police box at all. It was bigger on the inside! It looked like the main center of a spaceship from movies and cartoons. This left the four stunned as The Doctor and Weiss grabbed Qrow and took him deep into one of the TARDIS rooms while Dalek Khan checked on Blake and Yang as the TARDIS disappears from the Academy.
Ruby: What's their condition?
Dalek Khan: They are both heavily bruised from impact. No signs of deep wounds or bleeding. They will recover but they need rest.
The Doctor: *walks back to the others* Qrow is already treated and I gave him something that'll help him recover quicker and his wound to heal faster.
Raven: Can I see him?
The Doctor: Yes you may. Take a left, then another left, first door.
Raven made a run to see her brother and be of his care while Summer and Taiyang kept inspecting the TARDIS. They never seen anything like this and had so many questions about all of this.
The Doctor: Right. Where do you want to start?
Summer: Er, the inside's bigger than the outside?
The Doctor: Yes.
Taiyang: It's alien.
The Doctor: Yeah.
Summer: Are you alien?
The Doctor: Yes. Except for the girls, Team JEDZ is actually from the future. And Willow is in the present like you four. As for my ship, it's called the TARDIS, this thing. S. That's Time And Relative Dimension In Space. As for the Alien armor that saved you, that's my good friend Dalek Khan.
Taiyang: So what's your full name? As in Doctor Who?
The Doctor: *smiles* Just the Doctor as I say to everyone else.
Summer: What...were those creatures? They weren't anything like Grimm.
The Doctor: Raxacoricofallapatorian part of the Slitheen family. Think of it as an Alien Mafia.
Summer: Okayyy, what do they want from us?
The Doctor: Good question Summer Rose and the answer is...not good. Those fish and chips they have been serving are contained with an oil that enhances the human brain. The Slitheen are disguising themselves as staff members to teach those students to create a deadly bomb that could wipe out Remnant into nothing.
Taiyang: Bastards...they already got Qrow badly.
The Doctor: Qrow will be fine. I treated him and gave him some helpful resources that'll heal him real quick.
Willow: I feel like this is all my fault...*looks down* Simply because I wanted to leave my home and distract myself but instead I brought chaos and death at the hands of those creatures...
The Doctor: No, No, No Willow. It wasn't your fault and never was. Simply, the Slitheen were onto us and were ahead of us. I will say that if you didn't decide to come and Team STRQ did not break into the cafeteria with the girls, it would all be over. So don't push yourself into thinking this was your fault. Remember, you are the little hero that saved Mantle. *Looks at Yang* Easy there Barbara, you took quite a slam by Corsac.
Yang: *grunts in pain* No kidding...*looks at Blake worried* Doctor, what about-
The Doctor: Khan did a full scan on both of you. Fortunately, it's just bruises but Blake is going to be out for a while since Corsac did more damage to her. He must've waited a long time to finally do that.
Yang laid back while holding Blake's hand hoping she could feel it and hoping she could wake up soon. The entire time it's been quiet in the TARDIS with everyone getting some rest except for the original trio of The Doctor, Weiss, and Khan who were trying to work out a new plan to stop the Slitheen from completing the formula.
Weiss: One thing for sure, they're guarding the kitchen now because of us. Probably guarding the entire school.
The Doctor: Which is why I thought of an opening, but we would need to act fast on it.
Weiss: The Vytal Festival!
The Doctor: Exactly. Obviously, you four are facing off against Team STRQ in the last battle of this round. It gives us a good time to stop the Slitheen while everyone else is watching the fights. No injuries. No witnesses of the creatures. Just us and them.
Dalek Khan: You will need my assistance this time! Consider me the heavy weaponry calvary.
The Doctor: The plan is pretty simple, destroy the oil and prevent the Slitheen from having full access to the formula. My Sonic Screwdriver detected the bomb inside and inactive.
Weiss: So once it's completed...the bomb will activate, and the ship will have enough fuel to escape.
The Doctor: We'll need to split up again but *looks at everyone sleeping* I think we'll be more prepared.
Weiss: You always know how to make a girl smile with your cleverness and that big brain of yours. And your two hearts of course.
The Doctor: Only works on you from what I can tell. *chuckles* Once this is over and we get to Atlas, I got a really good place you're gonna love. I have already made a reservation there.
Weiss: *smiles softly* You're trying to make up lost time from everything that happened over the last year.
The Doctor: Isn't it a boyfriend's role to make sure his girlfriend gets enough love and affection?
This struck Weiss's heart now understanding why the Doctor has been trying to do more adventures with her whenever they are alone. He carries guilt and regret over everything that happened since losing her memories, perhaps slightly before that as well. And now, he's trying to make it up to her which warmed her heart, but she only wanted one thing as she closes the gap between them and shares a soft kiss.
Weiss: *pulls away slowly and keeps my hand on his cheek* Doctor, simply being with you is the best thing I could have for love and affection. Travelling across space and time, smiling, laughing, having fun, taking risks, it's all fun but just being with you is enough to know I got the best boyfriend in the universe.
Dalek Khan: Three hearts have their rates rising at a high level. Or as Ruby, Blake, and Yang would say...get a room.
The Doctor and Weiss: Khan!
In the infirmary room, Qrow was in a deep sleep but recovering well as Raven stood half-awake half asleep in case anything was to happen. That was until she heard the door open and in came Yang or Barbara in disguise form.
Yang: How's he doing?
Raven: Whatever that Doctor of yours did to him really helped. But it does look like the scars will stay...
Yang: You should get some sleep Raven. I'll keep an eye on Qrow.
Raven: Thanks. But I'm not leaving my brother's side...I wouldn't forgive myself if I did.
While it was heartwarming to see the care and love for her brother, it also fumed Yang with the hypocrisy that this woman has yet to do in the future. She wanted to punch her and tell her everything, but she closed her eyes and took a deep breath to relax herself which Raven caught.
Raven: You okay?
Yang: *breathes* Yeah, I'll be fine. Just nice...to see you care well for your brother. Lindsay is actually my younger sister so I know this feeling very well.
Raven:*chuckles* It's nice to see how close you two are. I honestly hope it stays the same for me and Qrow.
Yang: You know...most of our lives we were only raised by our father. Our mom...died in a Grimm mission...and my biological mother...she really didn't care about me. She just left and did her own thing. I did meet her once...but she wasn't who I thought she would be.
Raven: Wow...that must be really heavy for the three of you...Tsk, what kind of a woman would do such a thing like that and not give a reason, I would have kicked her ass if I ever saw her. I'm really sorry to hear that though.
Yang: *mumbles* No you're not...
Raven: If I were to ever have a kid, I would be the happiest person in the room *frowns and looks down* But I would give them to someone else...
Yang: *eyes widened* H-Huh?! Why?
Raven: Promise it'll stay between us?
Yang: Promise.
Raven: I'm...I don't think I'll ever be fit to be a mother. I'm reckless, problematic, selfish, stubborn,...and afraid...I wouldn't want my child to have a mother who has these traits. I would want my child to have someone that would give them so much love and teach them the right way of life. Responsible, caring, kind, helpful, and so much more.
This shook Yang at the confession by her young mother who displayed emotions of fear and guilt. She could tell that she was honest, and it was something she feels unprepared for. This version of Raven was the one Yang hoped to confront and she would perhaps forgive her. But the Raven she ends up later on is much different and careless except for herself.
Raven: I don't think I would even forgive myself...
Yang: I...I think that maybe...if you give yourself a chance and prove those doubts...just maybe it'll be different than you think. I wish my mom would have thought of that when she left...
Raven: But you wanna know something to keep in life Barbara? You are strong, spectacular, bold, brave, kind, and loved. That is something to keep in mind everyday and your mother missed out on seeing the wonderful daughter you became. Never forget that Barbara cause while we didn't see eye to eye since we met, you are an amazing person, a wonderful sister, and a special daughter.
Tears were slowly falling from Yang's eyes as her heart was tugged by the words Raven gave her. Words she would never tell in the present time but yet here was a teenage Raven giving her motherly words that Yang always wanted to hear. Raven noticed Yang's expression and gave her a hug of comfort, another thing her older self wouldn't do. She slowly returned the hug as more tears fell knowing this was the first and perhaps last time she would feel this love and embrace from her mother.
Later on, the sun was starting to rise and the TARDIS was on top of a hill to watch the beautiful sunrise as Ruby watched on from the door. She heard footsteps approaching and turned around only to be met with a cup of coffee. It was Summer Rose which Ruby felt a mix of different emotions both happy and sad.
Summer: I hope you don't mind.
Ruby: Not at all! *Grabs the cup* Thanks by the way!
Summer: I apologize in advance though; I added way too much sugar. It's how I drink mine hehe.
Ruby: No way! I also drink like that as well! Cheers!
Summer: *giggles* Cheers! *Looks at the sunrise* It's so beautiful.
Ruby: Sure is. Believe me when I say the Doctor has taken us to different parts of the universe and there have been some of the most amazing views ever.
Summer: He's a time travelling alien right?
Ruby: Yep! Last of his kind though, his race died in a terrible war that left his home planet into ashes.
Summer: Oh man...that must be really hard for him. All alone in this world...
Ruby: Not really cause he's got us. He did say that he found his family in us and that's what we are.
Summer: Things in life can be very beautiful and very scary. Everyday I enjoy it because no one really knows when their time is up.
Ruby: *looks down* I know that feeling...I...I lost my mom when I was just a little kid.
Summer: *eyes widened* Oh gosh...I am so sorry to hear that.
Ruby: I can only remember very little from my time with her. Her making some of the best chocolate chip cookies, her lullabies, her smile...it gets harder everyday trying to remember her perfectly *looks at Summer* But when I look at that view, I see her again.
Summer: I'm sure that wherever she's watching you from, she would be absolutely proud of the young woman you are becoming. Strong, smart, brave, and most importantly kind. That right there is enough for me to see how awesome you are!
Ruby gasped lightly and took her mother's words into her heart as they meant a lot. She never got the chance to grow up with Summer and never to talk to her properly. This was her chance and she got to hear what she wished to hear, which her mother was comforting her. She lunged towards Summer to give her a strong hug, one she had been holding in since the day she last saw her. Summer took it as a normal hug but felt special and returned it.
Ruby: Thank you Summer. You have no idea just how much that means to me...
A little over an hour and everyone was back on top, almost at 100% as they gathered for the Doctor's plan to stop the Slitheen from completing their plan. Despite still recovering and told to stay put, Qrow made his presence known that he was going to fight as well.
The Doctor: Everyone is going to glue their eyes on all three matches of the Vytal Festival before you eight face each other. Gives us about a good little over an hour to stop this. I'll start with the bad news which is by the time the plan motions, the Slitheen will most likely have the Eternal Bomb complete, so we are going to act very fast.
Dalek Khan: We will split once again into two groups, but I will accompany you this time!
Yang: Perfect! So who's staying on campus and who's going underground?
The Doctor: Me and me alone. Your four and Khan will assist Team STRQ in getting the Slitheen's attention.
Team RWBY: WHAT?! NO!
The Doctor: There's no time to argue. They'll be distracted by all of you there and trying to stop them. Gives me a bit of time to sneak into their ship before they find me.
Weiss: No! No way we are letting you-
The Doctor: *grabs her hand* Honey, trust me. I've learned and gotten better overtime.
Weiss: If you refer by what happened with Krall, then you are an idiot!
The Doctor: I always am dear! *Kisses her hand* But if there is one thing I am good at besides being the Doctor, that's running. Just gotta trust me on this one.
Blake: Doctor...you and I know how strong they are. Because of my actions, you were left alone and almost got killed by them.
The Doctor: I don't need to be strong to beat them, I just need to be ahead of them.
Raven: The cafeteria. The best place to get them gathered and we can destroy that oil container for good.
The Doctor: Point for Raven. And that's where I go to the next part, Khan would you mind?
Dalek Khan:*brings out baskets of grenades* Grab as many and fit them in your bags or pockets.
Taiyang: Holy shit it's actual grenades!
The Doctor: With a heavy dose of vinegar. The Slitheen are all made by calcium but can be easily poisoned by one simple thing: Acetic Acid.
Ruby: Which means a good hit on them would kill them instantly!
Summer: And the more we take down, the others will come from underground to back up! BRILLIANT!
The Doctor: Points for you two on figuring out! All thanks to Willow Schnee for her close inspection of the kitchen.
Willow: When I was given the tour of the kitchen, I noticed there wasn't any kind of acetic acid on sight. It took a while for me to realize that those are their weaknesses.
The Doctor: All that's left is getting their full attention.
Qrow:*grunts and smiles* Oh believe me, they will.
The Doctor: Then without further ado, Off We Go!
